A Trespass case FIR No. 37/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 13.04.2014 U/S 452, 504, 323, 342, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mehar Chand S/o Sh. Dassu Ram R/o Village- Otti, Tehsil- Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that his son Jagdish Chand is living separately from his family. On 13.04.2014 at about 12-15 PM above Jagdish entered in his house, attacked on him with stick (danda) and threatened him for dire consequences. Accused Jagdish Chand has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain.

An Accident case FIR No.17/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 13.5.14 U/S 279, 337 on the statement of Sh.Dalip Singh S/o Harnam Singh R\o Dumahaur PO Chalnair Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 13-05-14 at about 6.30 PM he took lift in M/Car No HP-09C-1672 to go home at bus stand k/khai which was driven by Shishu Pal S/o Kundan Lal R/o Kajubbar PO Kyari Tehsil Kotkhai when they reached near Kiari b/cation car fell down in nala due to negligent driving of Shishu Pal and he along with Parmod, Jitender and driver Shishu Pal injured. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh I/O PS Kotkhai.
