Crime Report 17,May 2014

1. A Concealment of birth by secret disposal of dead body Case FIR No.77/14 is registered at PS West on 16.05.14 U/S 318 IPC on the statement of Smt. Sita Thakur W/O Sh. Tek Chand Thakur R/O Nika Ram Building Totu Shimla alleging therein that on 16-05-2014 at about 01-45 PM she went to outside in public toilets in Totu and open the door of toilet, then she saw a newly born baby thrown inside the toilet, which was expired. She doubts that some unknown person tried to concealment of birth by secret disposal of dead body.  The case is being investigating by HC Sushil Kumar I/O PP Jatog.

    

    

2. An Accident Case FIR No.62/14 is registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 17/5/2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Kamal Patti I/O PS Theog alleging therein that a vehicle Mahindra Jeep A/F fell-down from the road about 300 feet near Jaghedi. One person injured in this accident. This accident took place due to the rash and negligent driving. The Case is being investigating by the HC Kamal Patti  I/O PS Theog .

    

3. An Accident Case FIR No. 80/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 17.05.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Deepak Thakur S/O Sh.Ram Bhadur R/O Ghanna Hatti,Shimla alleging therein that on 16/05/14 he along with Khem Raj S/O Sh. Babu Ram were going to 16 Mile from Galog on scooter No. CH-01X-7787 then about 09-30 PM when they reached near Jhakri Galli  then a truck LP coming wrong side from Shimla hit his scooter and they injured. The case is being investigating by ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Dhami.

    

    

4. During last 24 hours 128 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.      04 person's challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.17, 600/-.
