A criminal breach of trust case FIR No.75/14 is registered at PS West on 14.04.2014 U/S 406 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/o Sh. Girdhari Lal R/o Village Bhargav State Tuti Kandi, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that one person namely Ashok Sethi belonging to Vijaybara, Andra Pradesh introduces him with one Mr. Mathew Vilson & R.S. Rastogi resident of Delhi for construct the Hotel with a party of Ashish Satija and demanded, 15 lacs from him. In the month of March he paid 15 lacs to Mathew Vilson. After that Ramesh Chand went to Delhi for the purpose of Hotel construction work, but they avoided him. When he ask them to return his money but they refused return his money. The case is being investigating by SI Madan Lal Addl SHO PS West.
