1. A theft Case FIR No. 33/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 30.05.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of JTO BSNL Sunni alleging therein that in the intervening night of 29/30-05-14 some unknown person have stolen away the battery Cells from HBI power system at Devidhar  The case is being investigating by HC Suresh Kumar.

    

2. A theft Case FIR No. 22/14 is registered at PS N/Shimla on 30.05.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Dalip Sharma A/P Vijay Nagar BCS, Shimla alleging therein that on 29-05-2014 he parked his Maruti Van No.HP-51B-1205 on road side at Vijay Nagar. During the intervening night 29/30-05-14 some unknown person had stolen away his vehicle. The case is being investigating by HC Ram Lal.

    

3. A Burglary Case FIR No 59/14 is registered at PS Rampur today i.e. 31-05-14 u/s 457,380 IPC that during the intervening night of 30/31-05-14 some unknown person had stolen away 9 Idols of brass, 2 Idol of Silver, one Idol of Astdhatu, 1 Silver chunr and one cap of silver by breaking the wall of Temple Devta Kurukashetra at Kalanti. The case is being investigating by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari.

    

4. A Burglary Case FIR No.80/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 31.05.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC that on the intervening night 30/31-05-14 some unknown person had stolen away currency note 60000/-cash from his shop and Rs. 18000/- cash and 10 piece track suit colour black, sky blue from Narender Thakur shop by breaking the lock of shutter. The case is being investigating by ASI Prem Lal I/O P.S Dhalli. 

    

5. During last 24 hours 199 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 34,800/-

Crime Report 30 May,2014

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 86/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 30.05.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Paras Ram S/o Sh. Budhu Ram R/o Village- Maghandi, PO- Bagshad, Tehsil- Karsog alleging therein that today he was going to Nahan along with his nephew in Bolero No.HP-51T-8699. When he reached near Sonu Bangla at about 01-15 PM a vehicle No. CH04-2234 Indica came towards Shoghi hit his vehicle and rolled down from the road, in this accident all three persons sit inside the Indica got injured. The case is being investigated by PSI Rajesh Prasher.

1. A Burglary Case FIR No.21/14 is registered at PS N/Shimla on 28.05.14 U/S 454 380 IPC on the complaint that she is working at Bells Institute Technology at Mehali. On 28.05.2014, some unknown person has broken the door lock of her house and stolen away her golden ornaments i.e. six bangles, one Mangal-sutra, three finger rings, two silver idols, one pair of silver payal, etc. and cash Rs. 7000. The case is being investigated by ASI Mahender Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.

    

2. During last 24 hours 224 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V.Act. 15 persons challaned under smoking Act. 02 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 38,100/-.

A Theft case FIR No 29/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon today i.e. on 28-5-14 U/S 379 IPC on the Complaint of Sh Manoj Kumar Mechanical Engineer Shimla MHEPP-5 MW Sai Engineering Foundation Village Harwani Tehsil Chirgaon alleging therein that on 26-5-14 some unknown person had stolen away Rectifier (Welding Machine) form Project site at Harwani. The case is being investigated by SHO Aashish Samuel PS Chirgaon.

    

2. An Encroachment case FIR No.79/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 28.05.2014 U/S 447 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam Singh forest Range Officer Koti Sub-Tehsil Junga Distt. Shimla alleging therein that Sh. Deep Ram S/O Sh. Bir Singh R/O Village Jhandi P.O Satlai Sub-Tehsil Junga Distt. Shimla encroached the Govt. land at No.4-268 Jhandi Moja Chikhar, Khasra No.846/471 area 109-11 Bigha type Charan. In which he constructed two shed for cow and two water tank. Deep Ram submitted an application in the Forest Deptt. for regularization the above land in his name, but Forest Deptt. rejected his application. Deep Ram occupied the above Govt. land unauthorized. Case is being investigating by HC Prem Singh  I/O P.P Junga.

A Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Case FIR No. 68/14 is registered at PS Theog on 25.05.14 U/S 20 ND&PS on the rukka of ASI Om Prakash I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 25.05.2014 he along with staff were on patrolling towards Dhamandhri Neripul area. During patrolling near Neripul they saw a person coming from Neripul to Dhamandri. To saw the Police party he thrown his bag and run away. Crime Report on 25 May, 2014

1.  The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Case FIR No 75/2014 has been Registered at PS Dhalli on dated 25-5-14 U/S 20 N.D & PS Act on the Ruka of ASI Lal Singh I/O PS Dhalli alleged therein that on checking duty he was present at dhalli barrier at about 1.55 AM. A Car came from mashobra side about 30/35 meter far towards mashobra Driver of the car stop the car and switched the lights off and put the back gear in the vehicle. On doubt police overtook the said vehicle and captured it. In which two persons namely Mr Khem Raj S/O Sh Sant Ram R/O VPO Soldha Tehsil & Distt Bilaspur & Suresh Kumar S/O Dharmu R/O Tunbhadiyar P/O Chakhad, Tehsil Arki, Distt Solan were sitting in the vehicle. The said vehicle searched by the Police and 150 gram Cannabis found from the said car which was placed below the Driver seat. Case is being investigation by ASI Lal Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

 

2.  A Burglary Case FIR No 68/2014 has been Registered at PS Sadar on dated 24-5-14 U/S 454, 380 IPC, on the statement of ------ that on dated 23.5.14 he was on night duty at IGMC Shimla. On dated 24.05.2014 at 12.15 PM when he come back to his house he found that the lock of his almira was broken and 2-Gents Ring Gold, 3- Ladies ring Gold, 1- Golden Necklace, 1- Nath Gold were stolen by someone. The value of above items worth Rs 1, 25000.00 (one Lakh twenty five Thausand ). Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt NO. 137 I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

 

 

3.  An Accident Case FIR No 54/14 has been Registered at PS Rampur on dated 24-05-14 u/s 279,337 IPC, on the the statement of Sh Om Parkash S/O Jiwan Singh Negi R/O Nichar Distt Kinnaur stated that on dated 24-05-14 at about 6.45 PM, a Motor Cycle No HP-14-3656 hit a car No HP-26A-1119 near switch yard due to rash & wrong side driving by M/Cycle rider Mr Surender Sharma and got injured himself. 4.  The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Case FIR NO.  76 /14 has been regd.  at PS Dhalli today on dated 25.05.2014 U/ S 20 of N.D. & PS Act, on the Ruka of SI/SHO Viri Singh Alleged that on dated 25.05.2014 when SI/SHO Viri Singh was on Traffic Checking duty at Kufri near Kanwar Parking, one man was stood behind the tree near parking. When he saw the Police party suddenly he run away towards Jungal. SI/SHO Viri Sing with Police party caught him. Who told his name as Prem Singh S/O Sadh Ram R/O VPO Deori Ghat Tehsil Theog. On his personal search 94 grams Charas was recovered in his possession. Case is being investigation by SI/SHO Viri Singh.

1. A Theft Case Case FIR No. 67/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 22.05.2014 U/S 379,511 IPC on the statement of Sh Hem Raj S/O Sh. Gaya Nand Sharma R/O Shaneri PO Shingla Tehsil Rampur Shimla alleging therein that on 02-05-2014 his wife Reeta admitted in Ladies Ortho Ward Unit-3 in bed No.6 and Kanta Devi on Bed No.-5 in IGMC. On 15/16-05-14 during night he along with Prem Lata were doing rest with their patient on the patient bed, about 02-30 AM Prem Lata told him that a unknown person was trying to snatched her chain and he run away towards outside. They told the whole story to security officer of IGMC and as per CCTV footage they identified the above person who's name is Sohan Lal S/O Sh Paras Ram R/O Dehan Ghati PO Matiyana Tehsil Theog Shimla. The case is being investigating by HC Raj Pal I/O PP L/Bazar.

    

2. An Accident Case FIR No.51/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 22-05-2014 U/S 279,337,304-A IPC on the the statement of Sh Balvinder Kumar S/O Sh. Baraham Dutt C/O Satya Narayan Temple Rampur alleging therein that on 22-05-14 at about 4 PM a Motor cycle No HP 06-3414 met with an accident near Macchada Bridge, due to rash and negligent driving by Sudhesh Kumar S/O Sh. Laiq Ram Vill Kandreri PO Surad Sub Tehsil Nankhari. In this accident one person namely Vipin Kumar died on  spot and two person namely Suresh Kumar and Bhupinder Kumar got injured. Alpna Sood W/O Sh.Chandan Sood C/O Partap Raitka Building near SDM Office Rohru alleging therein that on 22-05-14 she along with her advocate Tinu came to her room and saw that lots of material lying here & there and one tea set silver, one laptop DEL, one computer Samsung, one T.V. trolli, one Refrigrator, a silver chain etc were stolen by some unknown person. 5. An Accident Case FIR No.85/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 23.05.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC  On the complaint of Sh. Neel Kumar S/O Sh. Anokhi Ram R/O Vill. Tukana P.O. Manju Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan alleging therein that today at about 09-30 AM he was going on his Motorcycle No. HP14A-0966 for his duty and reached near Ghandal ( Ghanahatti) then a vehicle  Innova bearing No. DL-I-22-0272 came rashly from wrong side and hit his motorcycle. In this accident he got injuries.The case is being investigating by HC Yog Raj I/O P.P. Dhami.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 84/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 22.05.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Parmod Singh S/O Sh Sodo Ram R/O Samail PO Nalian Tehsil Khundian, Distt. Kangra alleging therein that on 21-05-2014 he was going to Chandigarh from Basantpur in Canter No. HP 65-4379.At about 9.30 PM when he reached near Tara Devi TATA workshop then a Scorpio vehicle No. HP 06-A-3533 came from wrong side and hit the canter. In this accident Surinder Singh & Kishori Lal got injured. The case is being investigating by ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West.

A Theft case FIR No.66/14 is registered at PS East on 21-05-2014 U/S 454,380 IPC on the statement  that on 21-05-2014 she went to grass in the field, when she return back at home at about 01-00 PM then she saw that some unknown person has stolen away the golden ornaments i.e. Manglsutra, rings, neckless, tops etc. by breaking the lock of her house.The case is being investigating by ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Kasumpti.

1.   An Accident Case FIR No 50/14 has been registered at Police Station Rampur on dated 19-05-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC, on the statement of Sh. Devinder Singh S/O Sh. Hans Raj R/O Khopri, Tehsil Rampur, Disitt. Shimla stated that on datd 19-05-14 at about 8.30 PM he was coming in auto No HP50-0763 and when he reached near BSNL office, a veh. No HP-63-0959 over took his auto in over speed and hit a Maruti Car No HP 35-1292 as well as Maruti Car Driver Sh. Ashok Roach. Sh. Ashok Road got injured due to negligent driving and over speed of Driver Sunil Kumar . The Investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Bakhashi Ram I/O P.S. Rampur.

Motor cycle rider namely Neel Kamal S/O Jagdish Vill Nagadhar PO Delath age 22 died on the spot and one person Ravi Kumar S/O Piyare Lal R/O Nagadhar injured. On the Ruka of ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri  alleging therein that on 17-05-2014 when he was on the  Bishi fair duty at Mashnu  with his staff at about 10.00 PM night on secret information the police party has checked the hotel of  Mr Rupash S/O Lacchi Ram R/o Mashanu P.O Mashanu tehsil Rampur District Shimla which is situated in Mashanu Bazar.  During the checking of above hotel 04 bottles country liquor Una No 1 have been recovered in his room. Pushar S/o Bhupinder Chauhan R/o Darohi P.O Deem Tehsil Jubbal  alleging therein that on 17-05-2014 when he was going to Rohru up to Sungri  on his Bike No HP 10-0494  with his friend Mr.Gaurav as well as  other friends Mr. Dikshit,Yogesh Akshy Adityya Ranjeet etc were going by A/F Car, the car was driving by Mr. Yogesh towards Rohru ,Sungri when they reached at Kapri Dhar Nala, due to rashly by driver  car fell down 100 Mtr. In to Nala. In this accident 4 person have been died on the spot ,namelyMr. Aditya, R/o Dalgoan, Mr. Akshay R/o Chirgaon ,Mr. Rajeet R/o Jakhar and Mr.Ravi Kumar R/o Gawna and others two person be got  injured. Case is being investigated by SI /Addl SHO Laiq Ram I/O PS Rohru

Tek Chand Thakur R/O Nika Ram Building Totu Shimla alleging therein that on 16-05-2014 at about 01-45 PM she went to outside in public toilets in Totu and open the door of toilet, then she saw a newly born baby thrown inside the toilet, which was expired. She doubts that some unknown person tried to concealment of birth by secret disposal of dead body.  The case is being investigating by HC Sushil Kumar I/O PP Jatog.

An Accident Case FIR No.62/14 is registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 17/5/2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Kamal Patti I/O PS Theog alleging therein that a vehicle Mahindra Jeep A/F fell-down from the road about 300 feet near Jaghedi. One person injured in this accident. This accident took place due to the rash and negligent driving. The Case is being investigating by the HC Kamal Patti  I/O PS Theog .

An Accident Case FIR No. 80/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 17.05.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Deepak Thakur S/O Sh.Ram Bhadur R/O Ghanna Hatti,Shimla alleging therein that on 16/05/14 he along with Khem Raj S/O Sh. Babu Ram were going to 16 Mile from Galog on scooter No. CH-01X-7787 then about 09-30 PM when they reached near Jhakri Galli  then a truck LP coming wrong side from Shimla hit his scooter and they injured. The case is being investigating by ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Dhami.

1. A criminal breach of trust case FIR No.75/14 is registered at PS West on 14.04.2014 U/S 406 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/o Sh. Girdhari Lal R/o Village Bhargav State Tuti Kandi, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that one person namely Ashok Sethi belonging to Vijaybara, Andra Pradesh introduces him with one Mr. Mathew Vilson & R.S. Rastogi resident of Delhi for construct the Hotel with a party of Ashish Satija and demanded, 15 lacs from him. In the month of March he paid 15 lacs to Mathew Vilson. After that Ramesh Chand went to Delhi for the purpose of Hotel construction work, but they avoided him. When he ask them to return his money but they refused return his money. The case is being investigating by SI Madan Lal Addl SHO PS West.

Dassu Ram R/o Village- Otti, Tehsil- Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that his son Jagdish Chand is living separately from his family. On 13.04.2014 at about 12-15 PM above Jagdish entered in his house, attacked on him with stick (danda) and threatened him for dire consequences. Accused Jagdish Chand has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain.

Prem Chand R/O Vill Khubu Tehsil & PS Nirmand Distt Kullu HP alleging therein that on 11-05-2014 he was going to Shingla in a vehicle No.HP 06A-2565 Spark along with Kokil, Rajesh, Anurag, Faijaan, Vikky and Pankaj Kumar. When they reached near Vill Khunna at about 8.30 PM Driver Pankaj Kumar lost his control upon the vehicle and rolled down from the road. All the persons sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Bakhashi Ram  I/O PS Rampur.

Krishan Lal R/o Koot PO Labana Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla said him to fill up  the fuel in his Maruti car No DL3CR-0572  from Jeori petrol pump. After filling the fuel petrol pump Jeori they returned to Labana Sadhana. When they reached at Sidhati village the above vehicle fell down from road, in this incident he got simple injury & driver Subhash died on the spot. This incident took place due to the rash & negligent driving of Subhash. Case is being investigated by ASI Bhup Singh I/C PP Jeori.
