1.  AN ND & PS ACT: Case FIR No.  69/18 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 20.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI/SHO PS Nerwa Shimla alleging therein that on 20.10.2018, during checking alongwith staff at Fadiz Pul, 18 Gram Charas has been recovered from the possession of a person namely Partap S/o Sh. Jagar Singh R/o Village Lalag, PO Barog, Tehsil & PS Sangrah, District Sirmaur, HP. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Nerwa.

2.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.   98/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 20.10.2018 U/S 39(1) A HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Achhar Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 20.10.2018 at about 04-00 PM, during patrolling Khabal road Near Andhra, 12 Bottles of Paradise Santra, recovered from the possession of Jiwan Singh S/o Sh. Surat Ram R/o Village Shaunther, PO Gaonsari, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Achhar Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 152/18 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 21.10.2018 U/S 279 304A IPC on the statement of Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Raghuveer Singh Vill Marehri PO Nishani Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu HP , alleging their in that on 11-10-18 at around 3.30 AM a vehicle No. HP06-5930 hit his wife Suman Devi at NH-05 near Bazir Bawari , as a result of which Suman Devi got injured and on dated 21-10-18 she died. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of driver Suresh Kumar. Case is being investigated by SI Sher Singh I/O PS Rampur Bsr 

4.  A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 45/18 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 20.10.2018 U/S 13a 3/67 Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Subhash Chand I/O PS Kupvi stated therein that three were playing gambling with cards at public place Thundal Ground on cash and seized Rs. 2900/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I/O PS Kupvi, Shimla.

1.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.   97/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 19.10.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Achhar Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 19.10.2018 at about 06-00 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff near village Kharot, 07 Bottles of Country Liquor, recovered from the possession of Nittu S/o Sh. Chhatar Singh R/o Village Kharot, PO Masali, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Achhar Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla.     

2.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 127/18 has been registered at PS East Shimla on 19.10.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Parmesh S/o Lt. Sh. Ganga Sagar Sharma R/o Champa Ashram, Bulb Kuteer Annexy, Below Bypass near Shiv Mandir, Kasumpti, Shimla stated therein that on 19.10.2018 at about 10-15 PM, one vehicle No. HP11C-2400, which was on the way toward Panthaghat from Gharadu, met with an accident and rolled down from Gradu Road due to rash & negligent driving of Vicky. In this accident, three persons namely Vicky, Kamaljeet & Hem Raj sustained injuries. Car driver Vicky run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Mahesh Dogra, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.

Crime Report on Oct. 17, 2018

1.  A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 301/18 has been registered at PS West on 16.10.18 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Rajender Kumar, I/O PS West Shimla alleging therein that on 16.10.2018 at about 03-40 PM, during Nakabandi/Traffic Checking duty on Taradevi-Totu Bypass Road 100 meter ahead from Junkyard, one Car No. HP33E(T)9478 (Tata Zest) stopped by them for checking. During the search, 1.755 Kg. Charas recovered from the Dash Board of above vehicle under the possession of car driver namely Anil Makkad S/o Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Village Ropari, Tehsil Anni, District Kullu, HP, age 22 years. Accused has been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by HC Rajender Kumar No. 59, I/O PS West Shimla.

2.  A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 304/18 has been registered at PS West today on 17.10.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Sushil Kumar, I/O SIU, Shimla alleging therein that on 16.10.2018 at about 07-45 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff at Shoghi Bazar, a Private Bus came from Solan to Shimla, stopped at Shoghi, whereby a person namely Ravi Kumar S/o Sh. Arvind Singh R/o Village Tipra Colony, Devi Shankar Colony, Haryana, age 21 years, intercepted by them  and during the search, 12 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand, I/O PS West Shimla.

3.  A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 140/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 16.10.2018 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Goverdhan Singh S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Village Shallan PO Pujarli NOo. 2, Tehsil Rohru District Shimla alleging therein that Shiv Raman owner of R.I. Fruits company 500 Big Bazaar Street Coimbatore purchased apple from his apple company New Mahalaxmi Fruits company Rohru. The payment of 5000 thousands apple boxes approximately value Rs. 44,53,950/-is pending on above company. But now above person Shiv Raman  left his business from the sabzi Mandi Rohru without made his payment  and his mobile was coming switched off. The case is being investigated by ASI Shanti swaroop I/O PS Rohru ,                       

4.  AN ANIMAL CRUELTY ACT: Case FIR No. 118/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on 16.10.18 U/S 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act on the rukka of HC Naresh, I/O PS Chopal, Shmla alleging therein that during nakabandi alongwith staff, one Pick-UP No. HP16-7361, which was coming from Reuni, stopped by them for checking and 05 Cattles were found loaded in the Pick-Up, out of which one had died. The case is being investigated by HC Naresh, I/O PS Chopal.   

5.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 233/18 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 16.10.2018 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of HHG Bhagat Ram A/P posted as Guard duty at the Residence of Dy. Commissioner, Shimla stated therein that on 16.10.2018, he was on shift duty from 06-00 PM to 09-00 PM. At about 07-30 PM, one vehicle No. DL9CG-5244 driven by Jagat Singh R/o Dev Bhawan, near Old Beerkhana, near Gurudwara Shmla, came rashly with negligent driving from Hotel Dreamland side and hit with wall by breaking the main gate of DC Residence.

2.  A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 54/18 has been registered at PS Nankhari today on 16.10.2018 U/S 13 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Ashwani Kumar, I/O SIU Shimla alleging therein that  today morning he along with staff was on patrolling in c/w collection of intelligence towards Nankhari, Bagi etc. At about 03-00 AM, on the secret information, a raid has been conducted in the Apple Grading Godown of Sanjeev Kumar and 07 persons apprehended by them during playing gambling with card and  Seized Rs. 18,200/- from the spot. Bhdhi Lal R/o Village Githepani PO Rtibhuvan Nagarpalika Tehsil Gorahi Distrcit Daang, Nepal, age 50 years A/P C/o Sh. Govind Singh Negi R/o Village & PO Masli Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla stated therein that on 15.10.2018 at about 06-30 PM, a vehicle No. HP01-4228 (Trax) driven by Agya Ram S/o Sh. Surat Singh R/o Village Shalot, PO Masli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, came rashly with negligent driving from Chirgaon side and hit a child namely Tulsi Ram S/o Sh. Tek Bahadur R/o Nishikot Anchal Dhaulagiri, Distt. Megdi, Nepal, age 3 years and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak, I/O PS Chirgaon.   

4.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 117/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on 15.10.2018 U/S 279, 304A IPC PS Chopal on the statement of Sh. Virender Singh R/o Village Giyaun PO Naukari Pul, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla stated therein that one Car No. CH03W-4256 met with an accident at      Bal Nalah and rolled down into deep trench due to rash & negligent driving of driver who died on the spot. The case is being investigated by Insp./SHO PS Chopal.

Crime Report on Oct. 15, 2018

1.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 230/18 has been registered at PS Sadar, Shimla on 15.10.2018 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kailash Verma S/o Sh. Hari Saran Vermar R/o Verma Niwas, Middle Kuftadhar, Shimla alleging therein that on 15.10.2018 at about 08-15 AM, when he alongwith his friend namely Rakesh Dharmaik was reached at Eversunny Lakkar  Bazar by driving his vehicle No. HP09B-1277 (XUV 500), at the same time a Pick-UP No. HP63C-0956, driven by Billu Ram S/o Sh. Surjeet Singh R/o Village Jodi, PO Puruwala, Tehsil Paonta  Sahib, District Sirmaur, came rashly with negligent driving from Kuftadhar side and hit his vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.

2.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 231/18 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla today on 15.10.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC, in which complainant stated that today on 15.10.2018 at about 09-30 AM, when she was reached at Timber House Lakkar Bazar, at the same time, a car No. HP03C-4035, came rashly with negligent driving and hit her, caused sustained injuries on her legs. The case is being investigated by SI Madan Lal, I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.   

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.   62/18 has been registered at PS Kotkhai  on 14.10.18 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Nitish Doautha S/o Sh. Kuldeep Doutha R/o Village Sudnali, PO  Jubbal, Distt. Shimla, on 14.10.2018, after attend the marriage at Chopal, he alongwith Vijay Doutha S/o Lt. Sh. Pratap Doutha R/o Village Sundli PO & Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla were coming back to home in his vehicle. When they reached at Kokunala, above vehicle met with an accident & rolled down from the road. In this accident Vijay Doutha died on the spot and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar, I/O PS Kotkhai.

4.  A MALPRACTICE ACT: Case FIR No. 126/18 Dt. 14.10.18 U/S 419 IPC & 7 of HP Prevention of Malpractice Act PS East Shimla has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Hem Shankar, Examination Supervisor Supdt. of Post Officer Solan Division, Saproon, HP alleging therein that on 14.10.2018, examination was conducted for the post of Postmen cadre of Post Office Department at Bells Institute Shimla. During the checking of attendance by Invilator Rattan Sharma, Asstt. Superintendent Post Officer found that a person namely Vikas Kumar was sitting on examination in place of real candidate Anil Roll No. 18050848 in Room No. 204. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Singh.
