Crime Report on Oct. 19, 2016

1. A Gambling Act Case FIR No 179/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 19.10.2016  U/S 3,4 Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Ram Singh I/C PP Fagu alleging therein that on 19.10.2016 he raided the house of Sandeep Kumar and found that 06 peresons were playing gambling with cards and recovered 78,600/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh I/C PP Phagu.

2. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 61/16 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 19-10-2016 u/s 3,4 Gambing Act on the rukka of ASI Ram Gopal I.O PS Chopal alleging therin that intervening night of 18/19-10-2016 SHO PS Chopal alongwith staff has raided the house of Kewal Ram Vill Dhanewari PO Nakaurapul Tehsil Chopal where 8 persons found playing gambling with cards and recovered 72,900/-. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I.O PS Chopal.

3. A Gambling  case FIR No. 69/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 19-10-2016 u/s 13-3-67 Gambing Act on the rukka of HC Deepak  I.O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that today on 19-10-2016 he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards bank of Pubber  river. During patrolling 03 persons were playing gambling and recoverd 44,00/-. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak I.O PS Chirgaon.

An Accident case FIR No 60/16 has been registered at PS Chopal U/S 279, 304A IPC on thye rukka of HC Dalddep Singh alleging therein that a Vehicle No.HP08A-2126 Alto K10 met with an accident at Galu near Riuni in which two person namely Nitin Diwan S/o Lt Sh. Balbir Singh R/o village Pujarli P.O. Maraog Tehsil Chopal age 29 years and Anil S/o Sh.Ujagar Singh R/o Village Baghi P.O Charoli Tehsil Kupvi age 23 years died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Daleep Singh I/O PS Chopal.

An Accident case FIR No.253/16 has been registered at PS West on 18.10.16 U/S 279,427 IPC, 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh Narotam Ram S/o Sh Gurudhyan Singh R/o village Lohrdi P/o Rawanda Tehsil Valah Distt Mandi Himachal Pradesh A/P Driver HRTC Shimla alleging therein that on 18.10.2016 when he was going Nalhati from Shimla in bus No HP 63 6736. When He reached near Tavi Mod a Pick No HP06-4396 came rashly and collied with his bus and broke the side glass of the bus and run away from the spot. The case is being invesitgated by HC Chander Shekhar I/O PS West.

An Accident case FIR No 254/16 has been registered at PS West on 18.10.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Susheel Kumar S/o Sh Suriender Kumar R/o Sunder Building Krishna Nagar Shimla allaeging therein that on 18.10.2016 he was going to Shogi on his Motorcycle No HP 07C 1782. When he reached at Shogi an unknown number vehicle hit his motorcycle from back side and run away From the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Amrinder Singh I/O PS West.

7. A Grevious hurt Case FIR  No 205/16  has been registered at PS Dhalli on 18.10.2016 U/S 325 IPC on the complaint of Rajesh Kumar Planing Manager Civil Ormah Valley Tikkar village Naldehra Durgapur Shimla alleging therein that on 17.10.2016 the Son of Naryan  beaten him brutally and broke his teeth. The case is being investigated by HC Kanwer Singh I/O PP Mashobra.  

8. A Fire incident case FIR NO. 80/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 18.10.2016 U/S 436 IPC on the statement of Shusheel Kaprate R/O vill. Titri Kiyar P/o Gumma Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla Alleging therein that on the internerving night of 17-18.10.2016 some unknown culprit set fire in  his Maruti 800 Car No HP 10-0840. The case is being investigated by ASI Deep Chand I.O PS Kotkhai.

9. A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No. 255/16 has been registered at PS West on 19-10-16 U/S 323,324,506,34  IPC on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Sood building Khalini Shimla alleging therein that he has parked his bus No. HP63A-1660 on the counter at about 09-15 Am. At the same time Chintu conductor of bus No. HP63-4496 alongwith Pawan quarreled with him, beaten and threaten with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal.

Crime Report On October, 18, 2016

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No 68/16 has ben registered at PS Chirgaon on 18.10.2016 U/S 13-3-67Gambling Act On The Rukka of SI/SHO Munish Raj Sharma alleging therein that on 18.10.2016 he recovered Rs  7700/- when some persons namely Hem Singh, Vijender, Bipul Chauhan, Suresh Kumar were plying gamble with playing cards at Pali Chirgaon. The case is being investigated by SI Munish Raj SHO PS Chirgaon.

2. A Burglary case FIR No 202/16 has been registererd at PS Rampur on 17.10.2016 U/S 454,380 IPC on the application of Krishan Gopal S/o Sh Tej Ram village Kumsu P/o Nogli Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that he went to his shop in the morning and at about 2.00 PM when his Nephew Naresh Kumar came back in to home he saw that some unknown person has broken away the lock of the door and stolen away Cash Rs 35000/- and two pairs gold rings. The case is being investiagted by HC Narjeev Kumar I/O PS Rampur.

Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No 203/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 18.10.2016 U/S 353,332,504,506,186,34 IPC on the statement of HHG Roop Singh 02/1-84  PS Rampur alleging therein that on dated 18.10.2016 at about 12.00AM when he was patrolling duty at old bus stand Rampur along with HHC Rajesh Megta suddenly some persons Ujjaval Kashmiri,Amit Negi,Udit Kashmiri & Shubham Thakur beaten him brutally and also tore his uniform. Above persons obstructed him for discharging his duty also abused and threatened him for dire consequence. The case is being investigated by SI Ganga Dev Negi.

A Trespass case FIR No 204/16 has been registererd at PS Rampur today on 18.10.2016 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC on the application of Sh Meena Ram S/O Sh Karam Chand  Village Barali PO Danawali  Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein  that on 18.10.2016 when he was working in his shop, suddenly a person namely Babloo entered in his shop and beaten him brutally and also abused him.  He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj I/O PS Rampur.

A Burglary case FIR No 204/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 18.10.2016 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh Balak Ram Verma Pradhan Mandir committee Talai Mashobra alleging therein that on intervening night of 17/18.10.2016 some unknown persons stolen away one silver Chatter Big, and one silver Chatter Small, Two crowns of Gold, and two gold rings from inside the Tample. The case is being investigated by SI Kewal I/O PS Dhalli.

6. A Theft case FIR No. 252/16 has been registered at PS West today on  18.10.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Sharma S/o Sh. Jagat Pal R/o VPO Rohal Tehsil Jhanduta Distt. Bilaspur alleging therein that on 07-10-2016 he has parked his vehicle No. HP01A-6001 on the road near Dhanda at about 09-30 PM. On 08-10-2016 morning he found that his vehicle was missing from the spot. He tried his best to find out the vehicle but didn't traced out. The case is being investigated by HC Chander Shekhar.

Crime Report on October 17, 2016

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No 60/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on today 17.10.2016 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the Rukka of SI Sunder Singh I/C PP Sarswati Nagar that today on dated 17.10.2016 when SI Sunder Singh was on patrolling alongwith staff near Hatkoti (Galu) at about 7.00 AM he got an information that some persons were playing cards nearby Pubbar river  near Patel Ground. On this information SI Sunder Singh raided the spot and found five persons namely  Lacky S/O Ramesh Kumar R/O Vill. Sundali Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla, Surender Kumar S/O Lt. Huma Nand R/O Vill. Chiva Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla, Deepak Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Vikaram Jeet R/O VPO Hatkoti Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla, Narender Singh @ Channa S/O Lt. Sh. Inder Dass R/O VPO Dochi Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla and Narender Singh S/O Sh. Negi Ram R/O VPO Jharag Tehsil Jubbal Distt, Shimla were playing cards as a purpose of gambling and recovered and Rs  62,300/-  cash from the spot . The case is being investigated by SI Sunder Singh I/C PP S/Nagar.

An Excise Act case FIR No 201/16 has been regisrered at PS Rampur on 17.10.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Chaman Lal I/C PP Nankhari alleging therein that on dated 16.10.2016 when he was on patrolling along with staff on secret information raid has been conducted in the shop of Surat Ram S/o Sh. Lacchi Ram Village Thua P/o Lalin Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP and recovered 10 boxes of country liquor marka Una-1. The Case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Lal I/C PP Nankhari.

3. A Trespass case FIR No 345/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 16.10.2016 U/S 452, 323, 504, 427, 506 IPC on the statement of Smt. Nirmala W/o Sh Baij Nath R/o Near Old Slaughter House Krishna Nagar Shimla alleging therein that on 16.10.2016 near about 5:00 PM a person namely Ankush entered in her shop, abused her  and beaten her brutally. He also threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Sadar.

An Accident case FIR No 346 has been registered at PS Sadar on 16.10.2016  U/S 279, 337,IPC and 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Raju S/o Sh Ram Singh R/o Gautam Niwas Near Durga Mandir Kelti Shimla age 30 years alleging therein that on 14.10.2016 he was going towards kelti from Long wood by walk suddenly a vehicle No HP 10A-8462 driven by a lady namely Shakuntla came rashly and hit him. Due to this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Brijesh Kumar I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

5. A Burglary case FIR No 124/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 17.10.2016 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Sagar Kainthla  S/o Sh. Chander  Dev Kainthla R/O V.P.O  Narkanda alleging therein that on 16.10.2016 some unknown person door lock of his shop and stolen away thirteen mobile phones from his Shop.The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar Lal I/O PP Narkanda.

An Accident case FIR No 200/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 16.10.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Rukka of HC Devinder Nath No 153 IO PP Nankhri allaging therein that on 15.10.2016 one pick up No HP 06A-4805 met with an accident near Kui Gad Nankhari due to rash and negligent driving of the driver Vinod Kumar S/o Sh Gain Singh R/o Bawat P/o Dalth Tehsil Rampur Dist Shimla HP. 1. An Excise case FIR No. 103/16 has been registered at PS East on 15-10-2016 u/s 39 HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Dalip Chand I.O PS East Stated therein that on 15-10-2016 he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Kasumpti Bazar, Panthaghati and Police Barrier Mehli. During patrolling he intercepted one person namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Rattan Chand R/o Vill Hyun PO Gyun Teshil Sarkaghat and recovered 07 bottles country liquor "Himachal Orange" from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Dalip Chand I/O Police Post Kasumpti.
2. A Theft case FIR No. 108/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 15-10-2016 u/s 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Ajay Kumar Dhawan S/o Sh. Balbir Singh Dhawan VPO Seema Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 14-10-2016 he had gone to check the Pump house at Seema near river. He found that water irrigation pump has been stolen by some  unknown person from Pump house.  The case is being investigated by ASI Bal Raj I.O. PS Rohru .

Hetu Ram R/o Vill Kekret PO Salana Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 15-10-2016 Ram Gopal stopped his way and attacked on him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I.O PS West Shimla.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 123/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 15-10-2016 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Brij Kishor S/o Sh. Durga Nath R/o Vill Radani PO Raipur Distt. Shiwan, Bihar stated therein that he is working as a mason. On 15-10-2016 when he was coming Thenda to Bdagaon in motorcycle No. HP 06A-1453 driven by Mahesh. When they  reached at Sagoli motorcycle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of Mahesh and rolled down 150/200 feet from the road. In this accident he and Mahesh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh I.O PS Kumarsain.

An Accident case FIR No. 74/16 has been registered at PS Sunni on 15-10-2016 u/s 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Prem Lal I.O PS Sunni stated therein that on 15-10-2016 at about 06-00 PM an Alto Car No. HP 25C-1919 met with an accident near Shanan Ghati due to rash and negligent driving of driver Kehar Singh S/o Sh. Mansukh R/o Asrang , Moorang Distt Kinnaur age 41 years and rolled down 20 feet from the road and sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I.O PS Sunni.  
6. An Accident case FIR No. 178/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 15-10-2016 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Devi Dutt S/o Sh. Atma Ram R/o Vill Tikkar PO and Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 15-10-2016 he was going to home from Theog. On the way to home one Pickup No. HP 62C-0451 hit him and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand I.O PS Theog.

Crime Report on Oct. 15, 2016

1. A Theft case FIR No. 102/16 has been registered at PS East on 14.10.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Jogender Kanwar R/o Sunrise Building, Strawberry Hill Chhota Shimla stated therein that in the the intervening night of 13/14.10.2016, some unknown person has stolen away his Santro Car No. HP-03A-0252 parked near Rain Shelter at Era Home Road, Chhota Shimla. Above car has been recovered by the police  and  Accused Ankush Verma S/o Sh. Narayan Singh R/o Village & PO Ghoond, Tehsil Theog, Shimla A/P Security Guard in Linex Company at Shimla has been arrested. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopinder Pal, I/O PS East.
2. A Grievous Injury case FIR No. 59/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 14.10.2016 U/S 325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh R/o Village Old Jubbal, Shimla stated therein that on 13.10.2016, his Nepali Labourer namely Jai Singh was cutting the grass in his field at Old Jubbal. At the same time, his neighbourer Sanjay Ghejta S/o Lt. Sh. Jagdish Ghejta, age 25 years came there and beaten his Nepali labourers brutally. On this, he was medically examined at CH Jubbal. MO CH Jubbal given grievous injury to him in final opinion. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Jubbal.
3. A House Trespass case FIR No. 198/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 15.10.2016 U/S 452  323 427 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Navneet Singh S/o Sh. Vijender Singh R/o Village Radoli, PO Datkali, Rampur alleging therein that on 14.10.2016 at about 09-30 PM, four persons namely John, Akshay, Praveen and Prabhu Dyal entered in his quarter, beaten him brutally and also damage his bed. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PS Rampur.

Act endangering life or personal safety of others Case FIR No. 249/16 has been registered at PS West today on 15.10.2016 U/S 341,336 IPC on the rukka of HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS West Shimla stated therein that construction work of building is on progress below Willy Park, near Chaura Maidan, Shimla by Contractor Daleep Singh Rathour. The road leading to Advance Study from Chaura Maidan has damaged due to negligent work of Contractor through JCB Machines and create danger to human life & vehicles. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS West.

INQUEST REPORT

1. Deceased Somali Mandal D/o Sh. Pradeep Mandal R/o 36 Panchanan Tala Road, PO Bhatapara, Distt. Uttar 24 Pargana, West Bengal, age 12 years came to visit Shimla alongwith her parents and stay at New Sita Palace Hotel at Fingask Estate, Shimla. On 14.10.2016, when she was coming to Shimla, she felt ill and brought to Sanatorium Hospital, Shimla by her parents, from where she referred to IGMC Shimla and died during treatment.

Crime Report 14 Oct, 2016

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 122/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 13.10.2016 U/S 3,4 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Ram Sain, I/O PS Kumarsain stated therein that on 13.10.2016, he alongwith staff was on checking of Hotel, Dhabas & Sarai etc. in the jurisdiction of PS Kumarsain. When he reached near Barogi he intercepted  5 persons who were playing gambling with cards in Sharma Bhojnalya at Barogi and recovered Rs. 3,360/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain, I/O PS Kumarsain.

A Gambling Act case FIR No. 97/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 14.10.2016 U/S 3,4 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Dola Ram I.O PP Sarahan stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Gharat, At about 05-00 AM when the reached at village Gharat he found that 7 persons were playing gambling with cards & recovered Rs. 1,04,000/- from the spot. The case  is being investigated by HC Dola Ram PP Sarahan.

An Excise Act case FIR No. 101/16 has been registered at PS East on 13.10.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Dharam Sain Negi, SHO PS East, Shimla stated therein that on 13.10.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Mehali, Panthagahti etc. At about 08-40 PM, on the secret information, he recovered 24 Bottles of country liquor marka Una No. 1, from the Daily Needs Shop of Bihari Lal S/o Sh. Bela Ram at Lower Panthaghati, Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain Negi, SHO PS East.
4. A Wrongful Confinement  case FIR No. 117/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 13.10.2016 U/S 342,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Rama Nand R/o Village Bhalech, PO Sariwan, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that on 13.10.2016 one person namely Sonu R/o Village Tatlu wrongfully confined him in a room, beaten him brutally & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI Rajender Singh, I/O PS Theog.  
5. A Cheating Case FIR NO. 248/16 has been registered at PS West today on 14-10-16 U/S 420, 468, 471, 120B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Daleep Singh S/o Sh. Sant Ram R/o VPO Bhumti Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan alleging therein that in the year 2012 Gaurav Kumar Nanda S/o Sh. Prem Kumar Nanda R/o Lower Totu Shimla assured him that he will manage a good condition  Car for him and asked him to gave the document of Car and Tuck to Dalip. After that Gaurav didn't received his phone call and not provided any vehicle to him. In the Year 2014 he received a notice from Distt. and Session Judge Court Shimla. After that he came to know the bank manager of IndusInd bank that Balkrishan Sharma represent him as a guarantor. Above Persons cheated him and dishonestly represent him as a guarantor. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Pathania I/C PP Jatog.  
6. During last 24 hours 381 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 219 & fine realized Rs. 61,400/-. 103  persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 10,800/- 02 Challan under Mining act and fine collected Rs. 9,000/-.

1. Accused Jitender Singh @ Bunty S/o Sh. Nishan Singh R/o Village Dalo Majara, PO Navipur, Tehsil & Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, age 26 years, arrested in case FIR No. 199/16 Dt. 06.10.2016 U/S 407 IPC at PS Dhalli, is on police Remand upto 15.10.2016.

 

Crime Report on Oct. 13, 2016

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 51/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa today on 13.10.2016 U/S 3,4 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of Insp. Narender Singh, SHO PS Nerwa, Shimla stated therein that today on 13.10.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Nerwa, Bazar. At about 03-15 PM, on the secret information, a raid was conducted in the snooker room of Naresh Lothta and intercepted 4 persons during playing gambling with cards and recovered Rs. 3,300/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by  SHO PS Nerwa.
2. A Fouling water of public spring or reservoir case FIR No. 197/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 12.10.2016 U/S 277, 284 IPC on the application of Sh. Sheesh Ram S/o Sh. Dharma Nand R/o Village Devton, PO Nogli, Tehisl Rampur, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 11.10.2016 at 10-00 AM, he saw that some medicine lying on his slab near water tank. On this when he checked water tank & found that  some unknown person has mixed some intoxicated/poisonous substances in water tank. The case is being investigated by HC Yoginder Singh, I/O PS Rampur.
3. An Used criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 176/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 13.10.2016 U/S 353, 332 IPC on the statement of HHG Sh. Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Matha Ram R/o Village Majholi, PO Kathog, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla stated therein that he is posted as Home Guard at PS Theog. In the intervening night of 12/13.10.2016, he alongwith Const. Surjeet was on patrolling duty in the bazar from Subhash Chowk to Subzi Mandi Chowk . At about 12-15 AM, when they reached  at  Shalli Bazar near PWD Rest House, one person found in suspicious condition inside the shop. When he asked, above person pushed him and run away from the spot. When he tried to catch him, he attacked on his head with brick and obstructed him to discharge his govt. duty. Above person namely Vicky @ Pankaj has been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand, I/O PS Theog.
4. During last 24 hours 253 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 136 & fine realized Rs. 42,400/- & 83 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,600/-.

Deceased Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Chandu Ram R/O House No. 2 Ward No. 3 Poonch City Tehsil & Distt. Poonch J&K A/P Sweeper MTC SSB Fir Hill Shimla-4 Age 41 Yrs has been died due to illness (Cancer) at MTC SSB Firhill Shimla in the jurisdiction of PS West Shimla. After  autopsy at IGMC, deadbody handed over to his relatives for cremation.
