1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 43/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 14.04.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Shanti Swaroop, I/O PS Rohru alleging therein that on 14.04.2019 at about 05-25 PM, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Ramtari, Dharara. At about 05-25 PM, on the secret information, raid has been conducted in the house of Ram Krishan S/o Sh. Diwan Chand R/o Village Ramtari, PO Dharara, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla and recovered 64 Boxes (768 Bottles) of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated  by ASI Shanti Swaroop, I/O PS Rohru.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 30/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 14.04.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Chaman Negi, I/C PP Jeori (Jhakri) alleging therein that on 14.04.2019, during patrolling alongwith staff, 07 Bottles of Country liquor have been recovered  from the possession of Rakesh S/o Sh. Gokal Ram r/o Village Majhgaon, PO Shahdhar, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Negi, I/C PP Jeori (Jhakri)
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 86/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla today on 15.04.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ankush Thakur S/o Sh. Jagdish Thakur R/o Village Barmu, PO Bharari, Tehsil & District Shimla, age 30 years stated therein that on 15.04.2019, one Maruti Car No. HP52A-6284, which was on the way from Barmu to Kelti, met with an accident and rolled down 300 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of car driver, sustained injuries to  three persons. The  case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 61/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 14.04.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yograj S/o Sh. Sev ra R/o Village & PO Kaleend, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla stated therein that on 14.04.2019, he alongwith Kapil Sharma S/o Sh. Girija Nand Sharma R/o Village & PO Chuli Kaleend, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, was going to Kaleend from Mauri in Scorpio No. HP15A-0638, driven by Vikas Sharma S/o Sh. Tara Dutt Sharma R/o Village & PO Kaleend Tehsil Theog, Shimla. As they reached near Kaleend Curve, above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down 1000 feet into deep trench from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Vikas Sharma. In this accident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kirpal Singh, I/O PS  Theog.
5. During last 24 hours 329 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 185 and 18 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on April 13, 2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 89/19 has been registered at PS West 12.04.2019 U/S 18 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Suresh Kumar, Incharge, Police Post Dhami, Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2019, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/ collection of intelligence regarding illegal trading of narcotic drugs at Ghannahatti. At about 06-30 PM, a secret information has been received that a person namely  Sh. Amar Dutt S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Village Shanog, PO Dev Nagar, Tehsil & District Shimla has cultivated opium plants in his land. On this information, a raid has been conducted and 657 poppy plants with buds & flowers founded cultivated in his fields.  The further investigation of this case is being carried out by SI Jaspal Singh, I/O PS West Shimla.

2.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 62/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli 12.04.2019 U/S 18 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Ravinder Kumar I/O Police Post Junga, Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2019, he alongwith staff was on patrolling in the jurisdiction of PP Junga. As he reached at village Gania Peeran and found cultivated 318 poppy plants in the field of Karam Singh S/o Sh. Bala Nand R/o Village Gania, PO Peeran, Sub-Tehsil Junga, District Shimla. The further investigation of this case is being conducted by HC Aman Singh No. 1681, I/O PP Junga, Shimla.   

3.   A TRESSPASS: Case FIR No. 64/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.04.2019 U/S 451, 504,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh kuldeep Kanwar S/o Late Sh Kapoor Singh R/o village Malyna Tehsil & District Shimla alleging therein that on 13.04.2019 his neighbor Rajinder entered his premises, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS Dhalli. 

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 63/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.04.2019 U/S 279,427 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Dr. Ravi Prakash S/o Sh Pratap Singh R/o village dhar P/o Chopal Tehsil Chopal district Shimla alleging therein that on 13.04.2019 A vehicle No. HP 52C-0439 hit his vehicle No. HP 08 2496 at Green Valley and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Jogeshwar I/o PS Dhalli.

5.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 17/19 has been registered at PS Sunni on 12.04.2019 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Bhoop Ram S/o Lt Sh Nokhram R/o village Tharu Tehsil Sunni District Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2019 his vehicle No. HP 52B 5996 Swift met with an accident in which driver Sanjeev Dogra died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Krishan Lal I/C PP Jalog.

1.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.64/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) of HP Excise Act on the rukka of Inspector SHO PS Rampur  alleging therein that on 11.04.2019 during patrolling he received secret information regaring illgal selling of liquor and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Vinod  Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh village Chamada P/O Basadhar Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla HP. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Rampur.

2.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.65/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.04.2019 U/S 39(1)A of HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Prem Lal alleging therein that on 11.04.2019 during patrolling along with staff at  near SBI bank Dakolar he received secret information regarding illegal selling of liquor and recovered 09 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Raghuveer Singh village Prashan P/o Teshan Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla HP. Case is being investigating  by SI Prem Lal I/O PS Rampur.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.26/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 12.04.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement Sh Suresh Kumar S/o Sh Shiv Dutt VPO Jais Tehsil Theog District Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2019 a vehicle No. HP 51(T) 3995 met with an accident in which three person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Chand I/O PS Kotkhai. 

4.  Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty: Case FIR No. 85/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 11.03.2019 U/S 353, 332, 173, 202 & 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh Mithan Lal working as a summon & warrant excute server at O/o honorable Chief Judicial Magistrate Shimla alleging therein that on 11.03.2019 when he was excuiting a stay order of honorable court against Manoj Kumar at Victory Tunnel suddenly a relative of manoj Kumar snached the copy of court order and teared out. They also pushed him out of his shop.The case is being investigated by I/O PS Sadar.

Crime Report on April 10, 2019

1.      A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 42/19 has been registered at PS East on 10.04.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Jagat, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 09/10.04.2019 at about 12-50 AM, during nakabandi alongwith staff at Mehli-Junga bifurcationi, a Motorcycle No. DL3SDS-3136 alongwith two persons namely Mohd. Tabish Ajhar S/o Sh. Mohd. Ajhar R/o Village barahpur (Jagdishpur), Bihar, age 24 years and Kamesh S/o Sh. Satish Chauhan R/o Village Kuthari, PO Ghasni, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, age 24 years, intercepted by them and during the search, 28 gram Charas recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by HC Mahesh, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.

2.     A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 28/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 10.04.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act PS Kumarsain on the rukka of ASI Jai Singh, I/C PP Sainj (Kumarsain) alleging therein that on 09.04.2019 at about 09-10 PM, during patrolling/ traffic checking on National Highway No.-5 at Sainj, one Alto Car No. HP03T-4204 alongwith two persons namely i) Puran S/o Sh. Narinder R/o Village Jawara, PO Nirmand, District Kullu, age 22 years & ii)  Rahul S/o Sh. Gautam Sain R/o Village Racholi, PO Khaneri, Tehsil Ramplur, District Shimla, age 21 years, stopped by them for checking and during the search, 121 gram Charas recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupender Singh I/O PS Kumarsain. 

3.     A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 87/19 has been registered at PS West on 10.04.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Narender Kumar I/O PS West alleging therein that on 10.04.2019 he recovered 250 gm Charas from the possession of Bhupender Singh S/o Sh Dhani Ram R/o village Jhina P/o Chambi Tehsil Chopal District Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Narender Kumar I/O PS West.

4.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 28/19 has been registered at PS East on 10.04.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Champeshwar S/o Sh Lala Chandu Lal R/o Delfin Lodge Chotta Shimla alleging therein that on 10.04.2019 a vehicle No. HP 49 2884 met with an accident at Chotta Shimla due to negligent driving of Sh Rajender S/o Sh Chunu Ram.The case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS East.

1.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.39/19 has been registered at PS East U/S 279, 337 IPC alleging therein that on 08.04.2019 when complainant was crossing the road at Bemloi suddenly a Maruti car No. UP 04 7121 came rashly Kanlog link road side and hit complainant.This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Shashi Kumar R/o PWD colony Bemloi. The case is being investigated by ASI Mehar Chand I/O PS East.

2.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 63/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 08.04.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh On Prakash  S/o Sh. Nehar Lal Village & P/o kharga Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu alleging therein that on 08.04.2019 at about  7:30 PM a Alto car No HP 06B-0826 hit  his Scooty A/F at Gaura Bifurcation and run away from the spot. In this accident he sustained injury. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of alto driver. The case is being investigated by HC Hukam Lal I/O PS Rampur.

1. AN ACCIDENT :Case FIR No. 86/19 has been registered at PS West on 07.04.2019 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the complaint of Sh Shyam Lal S/o Sh Mathu Ram R/o village Fagla P/o Bychidi Tehsil and District Shimla alleging therein that on 07.04.2019 a vehicle No. HP 51 5100 Santro met with an accident at Dhamoon in which one person namely Dinesh Kumar declared brought dead in Hospital at IGMC Shimla. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of driver Ramesh Chand. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/C PP Jatog.

AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 27/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 07.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) H.P Excise Act on the rukka of Inspector phool Singh SHO PS Kumarsain alleging therein that on 07.04.2019 during traffic checking duty he intercepted a vehicle No. HR 36Q 0024 Xylo drove by Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh Sadhu Ram R/o VPO & Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by Inspector phool Singh SHO PS Kumarsain.

AN EXCISE ACT; Case FIR No.59/19 has been registred at PS Theog on 07.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) H.P Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Purushotam Chand I/C PP Chailla alleging therein that on 07.03.2019 he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Surender S/o Late Sh Kanshi Ram village Dologad P/o Mahouri Tehsil Theog. The case is being investigated by ASI Purushotam Chand I/C PP Chailla.

A DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDER DULY PROMULGATED BY PUBLIC SERVANT: Case FIR No. 84/19 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 08.04.2019 U/S 143, 188 IPC on the rukka of I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that today on 08.04.2019 Students Parents/ Guardian Manch under the leadership of Sh. Vijender Mehra gathered outside  Directorate of Higher Education at Lal Pani Shimla  and staged a dharna/ demonstration without any prior permission of the administration and shouted slogans against Directorate of Higher Education & Distrit Administration to oppose the heavy increased in school fees.  The case is being investigated by SI Prakash Chand I/O PS Sadar.
