1.   A Wrongful restraint case FIR NO 157/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 06.07.2016 U/S 341,504,506 IPC on the application of Smt. Poonam Sharma alleging therein that on dated 06.07.2016 at about 9.50 AM when she was going to duty in her car, as she reached near Nala, one smt. Sushila Sharma stood in front of the car and dragged her out from the car and beaten her. The case  is being by HC Ram Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

2.   A Wrongful restraint case FIR NO 167/16 has been registered at PS West on dated 06.07.2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Rajesh Bansal S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O Block No. 10, Set NO. 1, Barnes Court RajBhawan, Chotta Shimla  alleging  therein that on dated 06.07.16 at about 6.30 when he was help his friend Rahul in turning the car at Vijay Nagar Totu, in the same time 4/5 boys come from verhicle No. HP52A-8013 Celerio and started beaten him. The case  is being by HC Suresh I/O PP Jutogh, PS West.

3.   An Attempt to Murder case FIR NO 158/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 06.07.2016 U/S 307,341,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Sushila Sharma W/O Sh. B.D. Sharma R/O Naveen Niwas, Near HB Colony, Sanjauli, Shimla-6, alleging therein that on dated 06.07.2016 at 9.30 AM when she was going to school, at Near Saraswati Paradise School her neighbourer Smt. Sushila Sharma hit her with her car NO. HP 07D-1133 with the intention to kill her.  The case  is being by SI Kewal Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

4.   Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act Case FIR No 40/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on dated 6-7-16 U/S 435 IPC & 3 PDPP Act. on the Application of Sh. Anil PATHIK SDO HPPWD Division Chirgaon Distt. Shimla. Alleging there in that on the intervening night of 5/6-06-2016 some unknown culprits Burnt the HPPWD Buldojer No. 12699 cost of Rs. 4.5 Laks approximately. Case is being Investigated by HC Balbir Singh I/O PS Chirgaon.

5.   During last 24 hours 339 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 140 & fine realized Rs. 46,600/- and 29 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs 2900/-

1. A Wrongful restraint case FIR NO 57/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 05.07.2016 U/S 341,323 IPC on the application of Sh.Chander Dutt. S/O Sh. Sagar Dass R/O vill. Sarpara Tehsil Rampur PS Jhakri Distt. Shimla HP. He alleging therein that on 05.07.2016 A Person namely Joban Dass R/O Sarpara obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. In  this incidents  injuries. The case  is being by HHC Kamlesh Kumar NO749 I/O PS Jhakri.

A Wrongful confinement  case  FIR No 166/16 has been registered at PS West on 05.07.02016 U/S 452, 323,342,506 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Paramanand S/o Sh Sita Ram R/o Pal House lower Chakkar Near Hamir House Shimla alleging therein that on 05.07.2016 two persons namely Karan Goyal and Raman Chadda wrongfully confined him and threaten him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West.

Deceased Sh Lobhi Ram  S/O Sh. Sant Ram  R/O Thala PO Munish Behali Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP age 87 years, has been died due to fell down from hill in to Sutlej River near Hanuman Mandir and died on the spot. After autopsy at MGMSC  Rampur and dead body handed over to her relatives for cremation.

Crime Report on July 05, 2016

1. A Cheating case FIR No 146/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 04.07.2016 U/S 420 IPC on the statement of Smt. Anita Chaudhary D/o Sh Mandesh Chauhan R/o VPO Kamyana Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 22.06.2016 she received a call from telephone No 07827179360 and a person told him that she has a courier from Landon and deposited amounting to Rs. 18500/- to release the couriers. On this, she deposited the above amount in account No 35710880249. After that she again received calls in different dates and she deposited  total amount of Rs. 3,18,500/-, but she did not get any courier till now. She doubts that some unknown person has cheated her. The case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh I/C PP Lakkar Bazar.
2. A Cheating case FIR No. 77/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 05.07.2016 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Meera Kaushal R/o Village & PO Narkanda, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that she received a call from unknown person, who told her that he is working in RTGS Company and promised with her for the delivery of gold/diamond ornaments. After that she received a call from various Banks i.e. Ms. Puja Kumari (Central Bank of India), Mr. Anurag Kumar (Bank of India) and Nutan from Bank of Baroda to deposit the amount in various accounts for getting the above ornaments. On this, she deposited Rs. 11 lacs, but not received any ornaments till now. The case  is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Narkanda.

2. Deceased Rohit Thakur S/O Sh. Ram Gopal R/O Braila PO Dahan Tehsil Rajgarh Distt. Sirmour HP age 19 years A/P student of Engineer at Polytechnic College Rohru, committed suicide by hanging himself in his room at Tara Niwas Rohru Distt. Shimla HP. After autopsy at CH Rohru and deadbody handed over to his relatives for cremation..

1. An Accident case FIR No. 59/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 03.07.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Prem Bahadur S/o SH. Rattan Bahadur R/o Village Bhaeri, PO Dadi Odda No. 6, Distt. Delakh Anchal Bheri Nepal A/P Labourer C/o Sh. Rajender Dhantam R/o Village Nehra, PO Panog, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla stated a Red Colour Car has hit his son namely Deepak and run away from the spot. Due to which he fell down from the road, caused  sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev, I/O PS Kotkhai.   
2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 145/16 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 04.07.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Rajneesh Thakur, I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla stated therein that on 03.07.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/Traffic checking duty near Greenland Hotel, Lakkar Bazar, Shimla. At 11-15 AM, one vehicle No. HP-62-1458 (Omini Van) driven by Hitesh Kumar S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Madi, PO Ghanagughat, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan, coming from Lakkar Bazar to Tarahall intercepted by them and recovered 108 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange, from the above vehicle under his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh Thakur, I/C PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla.

1. A Theft case FIR No  44/16 has been registered at PS Sunni on 02.07.2016 U/S 382,504,323 IPC on the application of Renu Shandil D/O Sitaram Shandil R/O Dwarsu P/o & Teh Sunni Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 02.07.2016 at  when she was grazing cattles near shitla temple in forest area suddenly an unkonwn person came there beaten her brutally and  took her phone ran away from the spot .Due to this incident she sustained injuries.The case is Being Investigated By ASI Suresh Kumar I/O PS Sunni.
2. A  Trespass case FIR No 75/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02.07.2016 U/S 447 IPC,32,33 IF Act on the statement of Sh Tula Ram  D.F.O  Kotgarh area alleging therein that some persons illegally incroached forest land in his jurisdiction.The case is being investigated by LHC Sita I/O PS Kumarsain.

A  Trespass case FIR No 76/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02.07.2016 U/S 447 IPC,32,33 IF Act on the statement of Sh Tula Ram  D.F.O  Kotgarh area alleging therein that some persons illegally incroached forest land in his jurisdiction.The case is being investigated by ASI Bali Ram I/O PP Narkanda.
4. An Accident case FIR No 42/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 02.07.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Deepak S/o Sh. Geeta Ram R/o village  Karai P/o Khagna Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging there in that on 02.07.2016 when he coming towards chopal his vehicle No. HP 17A-2730 maruti 800 suddenly a vehicle No HP17C-4251 came rashly and collieded with his vehicle. The case is being investigated by Asi Deep Chand I/O Ps Chopal.

Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No 144/16 has been registed at PS Sadar on 02.07.2016 U/S 353, 332 IPC and section 03 of PDP Act on the statement of constable Munish Traffic Wing Shimla alleging therein that on 03.07.2016 he was performing traffic duty at Regal. Two persons came there and obstructed his duty and beaten him brutally .They also threw his wireless set somewhere during this act.

1. An Accident case FIR No. 140/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 01.07.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Vijay Sharma S/o Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Vill. Randal PO Rampur Tehsil Nirmand  Distt. Kullu HP, stated therein that on 01.07.2016 at about 02.00 pm he reached near Switchyard Rampur his vehicle No. HP-35-3341,  at that time one vehicle No HP 02-0835 (Xylo) driven by Sandeep Kumar s/o Rama Nand R/O  Sangla  Kinnaur, came from Rampur with rash and Negligence driving and hit with his car & another vehicle No. HP-06-3164. In which incident one person namely Sunil Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by HC Sushil Kumar, TTR wing Rampur.
2. A  Theft case FIR No. 156/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 01.07.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the report of Sh. Shashi Kumar S/o Sh. Nikka Ram R/o Village Doba Thana, PO Shivan, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 24/25.06.2016, some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle No. HP-52A-0874 (Alto Car) bearing Engine No. F8DN1121711 & chassis No. MA3EYD81500672957, on Lakkar Bazar Road near Sanjauli Chowk. The case is being investigated by HC Paramjeet, I/O PP Sanjauli.

Crime Report on July 01, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No 139/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 01.07.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Rajeev Kumar S/o Sh Chunnu Ram village Khanaweli P/o Devnagar Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on that on dated 01.07.2016  he was coming towards Rampur in  NDS private bus No HP62B-1579, at about 05:45 AM when above bus reached near patrol pump Rampur Dvr Jai Dev lost control over the bus and it collide with another Bus RTC Travels No HP67A-3787 which was parked road side. In this accident 17 passengers including driver sustained injuries. This accident occured due to rash & negligent driving of the driver Jai dev. The case is being investigated by ASI Karam Chand I/C PP City Rampur.

2. Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No 81/16 has been registered at PS East on 30.06.2016 U/S 336, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Geeta Ram S/o Sh Bhajan Singh R/o village Kairik P/o Koti Dhiman Tehsil District Sirmour A/P C/o Rajender Thakur, Thakur Cottage Cemetery Shimla alleging therein that on 30.06.2016 a contractor namely Jaspreet told him to fill some iron stands with concrete at government quarters Chotta Shimla. When he went at the place of work and started working, suddenly iron stands felt down and he felt with these iron rods. This incident happened due to negligence of contractor Jaspreet. The case is being investing by HC Anil Kumar I/o PS East.
