CRIME REPORT 06 SEPTEMBER

1.    An EXCISE Act case FIR No. 162/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 05-09-13 on the report of LHC Yogeshwari I/o PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla that during patrolling along with staff she recovered 120 bottles country liquor from the illegal possession of Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Kuber Singh R/o Vill Dummi, PO Pababo, Teh & Distt Shimla from his Shop.

2.    An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 105/13 is registered at PS Kumarsain U/S 279, 337, 201 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/o Sh. Prem Parkash R/o Vill Ekantbari, PO Kandyali, Teh K/sain, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 05-09-13 at 6:55 PM when he was in his shop, he saw one vehicle Swift car No. HR-01AE-1077 driven by Kushwant Singh came rashly and hit one Motor cycle No. HP-52A-0722 near Ekantbari. In this accident 2 persons sustained injures. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh I/o PP Narkanda.

3.    An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 177/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 05-09-13 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Sachin Verma S/o Sh. Prem Nath Verma R/o Vill Bharyali, PO Masulkhana, Teh Kasuli, Distt Solan, alleging therein that he is a driver on vehicle Eicher Truck No. HP-64-2369. On 05-09-13 when he was going to Tapri with 165 bags rice, near Tara Devi one vehicle HRTC Truck No. HP-10-0346 hit his above truck and ran away from the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder I/o PS West.

4.    An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 36/13 is registered at Police Station Jhakhri on 06.09.13 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the report of HC Dev Krishan that during the intervening night one vehicle Truck No. HR-38G-8547 met with accident on Jubbal Kotkhai road and fell down 250 mtr. From the road. In this accident driver and cleaner died on the spot.

5.    A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 144/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 05-09-13 U/S 341, 506, 504 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act on the complaint of Madan Pargi S/o Sh. Parma Nand Pargi R/o Vill Ropru PO Rampur, Teh Nirmand, Distt Kullu, alleging therein that on 05-09-13 he parked his Maruti Car in old bus stand parking. At 7:15 PM he saw one vehicle Scorpio No. DL-3C-AS-1406 parked in front of his car, when he informs the driver telephonically, after 20 minute driver Charanjeet Singh came there, start abusing and pick a sward from his vehicle and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Karam Chand I/o PS Rampur. During investigation accused Charanjeet Singh S/o Sh. Kripal Singh R/o Vill Ferochhechi, PO Nanowal Jindal, Teh & Distt Gurdasspur has been arrested at 11:30 PM.

1. A THEFT   Case  FIR No.147/13  is registered at PS Dhalli on 05.09.13 U/S 379,411 IPC   on  the rukka  ASI Vijay Kuamr I/C PP Suni , alleging therein that  on 04.09.13 at  about 3 .PM  when he was on  patrolling longwith staff towards Mondolghat, Juni, Jamog and Anu etc.  information received from  force that  Jitender Kumar  S/ O SH. Nokh Ram  R/O Village  Upper  Ratiya  P.O Juni  Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla  as  kept  illegal  Cement   bag of Govt. Supply in  his home . A  raiding Party  was prepared  and  house of Devender Kumar  was raided  and  recovered  10 Bag Cement Ambuja   of Govt Supply , which was  taken  into procession. The  case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kumar  I/C PP Suni .

2.   A CHEATING   Case  FIR No 116 /13 is registered at PS Theog  on 04.09.13 U/S 420,120 B  IPC   on  the complaint of  Rohit S/o  Sh. Vinod Kumar R/o  Arthi P.O. Kirti  Teh.  Kumasain Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that  Harvinder Singh S/o  Sh. Vinod Kumar Guleria S/o Sh  Satish Kumar Guleria R/o Summer Cottage  near Shiv Mandir Middle  Sangti , alleging therein that a motor Cycle No.  HP03C-2183 Bajaj XCD  125 CC.  parked at HP University Complex .  On  04.09.13 he was  going  to Market  when he reached  at  University Complex  his Motor Cycle  not   found  there .  Some Unknown person has  theft  his Motor Cycle. The  Case  is being  investigated by  HC Suresh Kumar I/O PP  Summerhill.

5.  AN ACCIDENT Case  FIR No 143/13 is registered at  PS Rampur  on 04.09.13 U/S 279 IPC  on the statement of Karan Kumar S/o Sh Ram Rapti Anchal Nepal at present driver  Mehta Stone Crasher Pashada, alleging therein that  on 04.09.13 he was driven vehicle No HP06-2117 and went from Rampur to Pashada. At about 8.30 PM when he reached Shiv Shakti Crasher near Pashada one vehicle No HP 06A-0496 Bolera Camper caming from Jhakari to Rampur and met an accident in his vehicle. In this accident no person are injured.  The Case is being  investigated by HC Janak Raj No 64 I/O PS Rampur Bsr

1.       AN ACCIDENT Case FIR NO. 175/13 registered at PS West on 03.09.13 U/S 279, 337 IPC  on the  statement of  Tilak Raj  S/o Sh.  Thakur Singh Vill. Kamand P.O. Kunho Tehsil Karsog  Distt Mandi A/P Clerk  HPSEB Ltd.  Legal Unit  Near AG Office Shimla, alleging therein that  at about 5.15 PM  he  was  going to  home  from his office when he  reached   at  Bawa Market  a Motor Cycle No. HP13-2369 Pulsar  came towards  Tara-Hall  to  hit him  and he fell down. In this incident caused injured due to rash & negligent driving. The case is being  investigated by  ASI Bhagi Rath  I/O PS Wast Shimla.

2.    AN ACCIDENT  Case  FIR  No.104/13 is registeredat PS Kumarsain   on  04.09.13  U/S 279,337,304A IPC  on  the rukka of  HC. Dev Raj No. 1694  I/O PS Kumarsain  a telephonically information in this  PS  that on Truck Tata  407 vehicle No. HP35-2147 got accident  on NH-5  at Cheelmorh  near Khekhar. The Vehicle  accident  about 200mts down wards on Dank from NH-5   2 persons  namely Kuldeep  S/o Sh. Gulab Singh  R/O Tirmirdhar  Teh.  Nirmand  Distt Kulu age 28 years  and Sher Singh S/o Sh. Magu Ram  R/o Gahwaha P.O. Sharvi  Teh.& PS Nirmand age, 26 years  died on accident  and driver  escaped   from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC. Dev Raj I/O PS Kumarsain

3.      AN ACCIDENT Case  FIR No. 113 /13 is registered  at  PS  Theog on 03.09.13 U/S 279,304A IPC & 187 M.V  Act on the statement of Sh. Devender  Singh  S/o Ganga Ram R/o Village Dadag P.O.Parala  Tehsil  Theog  Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 02.09.13 Smt. Reeta came to his home and told that her husband  namely Rajinder Singh not came to home. He and Reeta go to found at sainj.  During search   Rajender Singh  found near  Rain Shelter  in  injured position.  He carry alongwith other village person Rajinder Singh for treatment CH  Theog but Rajinder Singh died on  the way. this accident occur  due to  negligent  driver  of  unknown vehicle. The case  is being  investigated by  Insp./SHO Baldev  Thakur  PS Theog.

4.         A BURGLARY Case FIR No.114/13 is registered PS Theog  on  03.09.13  U/S 457,380  IPC on the complaint of   Baldev Kanwar S/o  Late  Sh.  Man Singh Kanwar  R/o village  Lafu P.O. Lafughati Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla ,alleging  therein that  on 03.09.13 when he was at home on morning  at 6:30 AM a telephonically information received that the lock of the temple are broken when they checked the temple one Chatter Silver, small Chatter Silver =6 Kalsha Silver=8 , Chandak Silver =6 , Chhadi Silver =1  Total Silver= 5-640 Kg.  Gold Sharphi=4 Chatter Gold=1, Total Gold 250gm and 20000/- hard cash  approximate  cost Rs. 5,00,000/- are stolen by some known person. The case being investigated by PSI Sanjeev Kumar I/O  PS Theog.

5.    A ND & PS Act  Case  FIR No. 115/13  is registered at  PS Theog on  04.09.13 U/S  20-61-85 ND & PS Act , on the rukka of HC  Yogesh Kumar No. 1  I/O  PS Theog , alleging therein that on 03.09.13 at 11:30 PM when he was on patrolling and checking alongwith staff  at Sarog Gali near Shiv Mandir  than one man came towards Bhaklti he saw the Police Party  and try to run away when he caught  him and asked  his name he told his name Suneel Kumar S/o Sh. Mohinder Singh R/o Joyal P.O. &Teh. Rajgharh Distt Sirmour. He checked   this man   and  recovered 120 gm Charas  to him. The case is being investigated by  case being investigated by HC Yogesh Kumar I/O PS Theog.

2.     AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No 142/13 on  02.09.13  U/S  279 IPC on the statement of Sh Pyre Lal S/o duni Chand R/o Village Nagadhar P.O Khunni Teh Rampur Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  on 02.09.13 at about 8.45 AM a truck No HP24A-7987 LP fall up upon his house near Nagadhar due to negligent driving of the driver His house damaged  due this accident. The Case is being investigated by HC. Devinder Singh I/O PS  Rampur

3.   INQUEST REPORT  on  03.09 .13  a dead body of Sh. Rajinder Vill. Dadag P.O. Parala Teh. Theog Distt Shimla is found at Sainj. The post-mortem has been got conducted from Civil Hospital. Further verification is being  carried out.

CRIME REPORT 02 SEPTEMBER

1. AN  ACCIDENT   Case  FIR No 43/13 is registered at  PS  Chopal on 02.09.13 U/S 279 IPC, on the statement of Sh. Nika Ram S/o Sh. Ranu Ram R/o Village Chapandli PS & Tehsil Chopal, alleging therein that on  02.09.13  at  about 12.15 AM near Thanadhar  one  Vehicle  No. HP-64 2131  PIKUP  which was coming from Nerwa toward  Chopal met with an accident due to rash driving  Puran Parsad  S/o Gian Bhadur. The case is being investigated by  ASI  Ram Gopal I/O/ PS  Chopal.

2.     AN  ACCIDENT Case FIRNo.112/13  is  registered at  PS Theog on 01.09.13 U/S  279, 337, 304 A  IPC on the statement of Sh. Dharmender Kumar  S/o  Jagat Ram R/o Village Nari  P.O. Barog  Tehsil  Theog  Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 01.9.13 when he came back from Bagoti his home  alongwith Vijay Kalia in Maruti Car  No. HP3A-1858. Vijay Kalia drive the car at about 4-30 pm when they reached near Doba Manal then Vijay Kumar Kalia lost control on vehicle and fell down 40-50 feet from the road. In this accident he got injuries and Vijay Kalia died on the spot. This  accident occur due to negligent driving of the driver Vijay Kalia. The  Case is being   investigated  by PSI  Sanjeev  Kumar I /O  PS  Theog.

CRIME REPORT 01 SEPTEMBER

1.    A CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST  BY CARRIER  ETC Case  FIR No.37/12  is registered at  PS  Nerwa on 31.08.13 U/S 407 IPC on the written complaint of Sh. Surinder Singh S/o Late Sh Attar Singh R/o Vill Kima Chandrawali P.O.Kedi Sub Tehsil & PS Nerwa, alleging therein that his vehicle driver namely Sagar Chand S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar Ward No.I,Devi Nagar  Poanta  Sahib on  27.08.13 said driver had gone towards Saharanpur with my vehicle having apple boxes for sale after three days he come back to Nerwa and my vehicle parked at Nerwa Bazar its key was also handed over other person and he has gone some where with 10,000/- rupees of my apple boxes.  The Case is being investigated by ASI  Kalyan Singh I/O PS  Nerwa.

2.    A HURT Case FIR No. 161/13 is registered  at PS Sadar Shimla U/S  147,148,323 IPC on the complaint of SH. Subham Sharma S/o Sh. Jai Krishan Sharma Krishna Cottage Kufta Dhar Shimla, alleging therein that on 31.08.13 at  4 PM he and his friend Karan Behal entered in Ritz Bar & Restaurant The Ridge Shimla without entry ticket. After some time Shivam Rana alongwith his friend starting beaten them in which Akshit Dilta got injuries. He did not know the name of other persons. The case is being investigated by ASI Paramjeet Saini I/O PS Sadar  Shimla.
