PRESS RELEASE ON 05-08-2019

  

1.  ND&PS Act: Case FIR No.175/19 dated 05.08.2019 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS West on the ruka of HC Susheel Kumar I/O SIU Shimla alleged therein that on 04.08.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling/checking duty near Tutikandi Shimla, during checking of vehicle car No. HP63C-0845 they recovered 11.05 gram Chitta/Heroin from the possession of three persons namely Deepak S/O Sh Rattan Chand R/O Set No.2 , Block 2, 28A Nabha Shimla, Rahul S/O Sh Balam Singh R/O Swadesh Niwas, Lower Fagli and Pranav S/O Sh Narender Sharma R/O Dhundhan PO & Tehsil Arki Solan. Case is being investigating by HC Parkash I/O PS West Shimla.

2.  Accident Case: Case FIR No. 69/19 dated 05.08.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the statement of Sh Sanjay S/O Sh Karan Singh R/O Village Gari PO Arnauth Tehsil Thakurapur UP  alleged therein that today at about 08.15 AM he along with Driver Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh Mulkh Raj R/O H.No. 77 near Govt High School Triyath Rajouri J&K in Truck No.UP14HT-1998 were going to Rampur from Delhi, when they reached at Kenchi more near Narkanda then Driver of above truck lost his control over the truck and rolled down from the road, in which they sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Chander Mohan I/O PP Narkanda.

3.  Accident Case: FIR No. 40/19 Dt. 04.08.19 U/S 279 337 IPC PS Kupvi on the ruka of ASI Dhyan Singh I/O PS Kupvi alleged therein that on 04.08.2019 an information received at PS Kupvi that one Pick-up No HP 63 9005 fell down in Katli Nala and two persons sustained injury. This accident accured due to rash and negligent driving of Driver Riteek. Case is being investigating by ASI Dhyan Singh I/O PS Kupvi.

4.  During last 24 hours 29 challan without seat belt, 24 without helmet, 18 without Driving Licence, 01 using mobile phone, 01 rash driving, 10 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
