AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 112/19 has
been registered at PS Rampur on 09.08.19 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act. on
the Statement of Sh. Yashwant Singh S/O Sh. Bhunu Ram village Jahudeem PO Jahu
Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla HP alleged therein that today on 09.08.2019 an alto
car No HP06—4017 hit him near Allahabad Bank Rampur and run away from spot. Due
to this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigation by ASI
Krishan Lal I/C PP City Rampur.

AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 42/19
has been registered at PS Kupvi on 08.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 & 304 IPC on the
statement of Sh. Dara Singh S/o SH Singhi Ram R/o village Bhalu P/o Bhalu
Tehsil Kupvi District Shimla alleging therein that on 08.08.2019 a vehicle
No.HP 63 8692 met with an accident in which one person namely Naveen @ Kaka
died on the spot and three persons sustained injuries.

driving License, 02 challan using mobile phones 17 challan rash
driving 22 persons challaned under Smoking Act.02 person challaned
under mining act.
