1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 170/19
has been registered at PS Dhalli on
29.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Kartik S/o Sh. Ravinder
Singh R/o village Kadai P/o Bakhol Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla alleging
therein that on 29.08.2019 a vehicle No. HP 10A 5999 overtook him at Charabra
while he was going toward his village and collided with a truck coming towards
Shimla. The driver of above vehicle also hit complainant’s vehicle No. HP 09C
3524. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Dhalli.
2. During last 24 hours
46 Challan without seat belt, 01 challan Drunken driving, 13 without
helmet, 20 without Driving Licence, Nil using mobile phone, 16
person's challaned under Smoking Act.
