1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.
105/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 10.08.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on
the statement of Sh. Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Bhim Singh R/o Village Talain PO Shakra
Tehsil & PS Karsog, Distt. Mandi A/P Kaushlya Niwas Kangnadhar, BCS New Shimla
alleging therein that on 10.08.2017 at about 10-00 PM, after closing his shop,
he alonwith Naveen Kumar was going towards ISBT in vehicle No. HR10-7581
(Maruti Car) driven by Pramod Kumar.
When they reached near Rajveer Motor Kanlog, above vehicle met with an
accident & rolled down into nalah due to rash & negligence driving of
Pramod Kumar, caused sustained injuries to them.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.
85/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 11.08.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on
the rukka of HC Ashish Kumar I/O PS Rohru alleging therein that today on
11.08.2017 at about 04-50 AM, an unknown person found lying on Rohru-Hatkoti
road Sabji Mandi Rohru with blood sustained injuries. On the preliminary
investigation, it is found that an unknown vehicle hit him and run away from
the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish Kumar, I/O PS Rohru.
3. During last 24 hours 524 vehicles were challaned
under MV Act, compounded = 418 & fine realized Rs. 1,28,500/-
and 27 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs.
2,700/-.
