Crime Report on Dec. 31, 2016

  1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No 71/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 31.12.2016 U/S 20,29-61-85  ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Yudhishter I/O PS Jubbal alleging there in that on 30/31.12.2016, he alongwith staff was on Nakabandi at Kuddu. At about 05.45AM one vehicle No HP-01S-1606 (Alto 800) alongwith three persons namely Ravi Kumar (driver) R/o Vill. Sukhi Jori Dharampur Solan, Krishan @ Goldy R/O Vill. Kiterwri Sub Tehsil Dodra Kawar and Sushil R/O Vill. Khanyasni Tehsil Mohari UK intercepted by them and during search of vehicle, 650 grams charas has been recovered from their possession. All three accused has been arrested and the case is being investigated by ASI Yudhishter I/O PS Jubbal.

  2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 290/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.12.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Dharmesh Dutt Sharma, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla stated therein that on 30.12.2016 at about 02-30 PM, one peson namely Akbar S/o Sh. Mohd. Khan R/o Village Digrehari, PO Tawadu, Distt. Mewat, Haryana, age 53 years intercepted by them at Hassan Valley and recovered 08 Bottles of English Liquor marka Rock Ford Classic from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt Sharma, I/O PS Dhalli.

  3. An Excise Act case FIR No. 291/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.12.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep Singh, I/O PP Mashobra, Shimla stated therein that on 30.12.2016 at about 06-00 PM, one person namely Daleep Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Keshav Ram Verma R/o Village Khaneer, PO Mashobra, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 35 years intercepted by them near Ghodana and recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh, I/O PP Mashobra.  

  4. An Excise Act case FIR No. 107/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 30.12.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Rajneesh Thakur, SHO PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 30.12.2016, at about 04-05 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, he recovered  24 bottles of country liquor marka Una No.-1, from the possession of Khadak Singh S/o Sh. Dhan Bahadur R/o Village & PO Kayari. The case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh Thakur, SHO PS Kotkhai.

  5. A Trespass case FIR No. 78/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 30.12.2016 U/S 447, 434, 427, 506, 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village & PO Dewat, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 28/29.12.2016, one Kewal Ram alongwith his two wives criminally trespassed in his land and broken/uprooted boundary fencing wire and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh, I/O PS Chopal.

  6. A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation case FIR No. 85/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 30.12.2016 U/S 341 323 506 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Munish S/o Lt. Sh. Surat Ram R/o Village Jatwani, PO Rohal,  Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla stated therein that on 30.12.2016 at about 02-30 PM, four persons namely Balwant Singh, Chanderkant, Jiwan Singh & Krishan Kant obstructed his way, beaten him brutally & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram, I/O PS Chirgaon.  

  7. A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation case FIR No. 295/16 has been registered at PS West Shimla today on 31.12.2016 U/S 341,504,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Vikas Thakur S/o Sh. Kamal Thakur R/o Village Shilli, PO Baichari, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 30.12.2016 at about 11-00 PM, his father Kamal Thakur used his JCB Machine for widening the  Badehari-Shilli road. At about 11-15 PM,  one Mr. Yashwant Mahendru obstructed the road/work by stopped his vehicle in front of JCB Machine. He also abused him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Janam Dev, I/O PP Jutogh, Shimla.

  8. A Fire Incident case FIR No. 115/16 has  been registered at PS Jhakri on 30.12.2016 U/S 285 IPC on the statement of Sh. Daya Ram A/P Posted as B.O. Fancha Beat, Forest Deptt. alleging therein that on 28.12.2016 at about 05-30 PM, when he reached in the village Pashgaon from Fancha & saw that there has been fired in the Pashgaon jungle in which large number of forest property has been destroyed. The estimated value of distroyed property is approx. Rs. 50 lac. The case is being investigating by HC Vinesh Kumar no. 112 I/O PP Jeori.

  9. During last 24 hours 182 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 94 & fine realized Rs. 26,300/- and 50 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,100/-.

    FOLLOW-UP

  1. Accused Anirudh S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Village & PO Kafno Tehsil Nichar Distt. Kinnaur H.P. Age 26 years arrested in Case FIR No. 294/16 Dt. 29.12.2016 U/S 376,506 IPC at PS West Shimla, is remanded in Police custody upto 02.01.2017 by the Ld. Court.

  2. Accused i) Ravi Kumar R/o Vill. Sukhi Jori, Dharampur, Solan, ii) Krishan @ Goldy R/O Vill. Kiterwri, Sub-Tehsil Dodra Kawar, Shimla and iii) Sushil R/O Vill. Khanyasni Tehsil Mohari Uttrakhand arrested in case FIR No. 71/16 Dt. 31.12.2016 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Jubbal. They will be produced before Ld. Court tomorrow.
