Crime Report On October 27, 2015.

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 317/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 26.10.2015 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act, on the Rukka of S.I. Jai Nand I/O PS Sadar stated that he was on patrolling duty towards Subzy Mandi when he reached Nr Toilet he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marked as Lalpari from the possession of Sh. Pradeep @ Manga S/O Late Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Q.NO. 11, MC Line, Gaddi Khana Below Gurudwara, Cart Road Shimla.
2.  An Gambling Act case FIR No. 316/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 26.10.2015 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act, on the Rukka of S.I. Rajneesh Thakur stated that on 26.10.2015 at about 3.00 PM when he alongwith staff reached at Ice Skating Rink Lakkar Bazar Bus Stand he caught four persons namely Nishchal Rawat, Kamal Rathore, Sita Ram & Devender Verma. Who were playing cards on Money in public place and recovered total Rs. 3400/- from them. The Case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh Thakur I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar, Shimla.  
3. Accident case FIR No.108/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 26.10.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajeev Thakur S/O Sh. Ramesh Thakur R/O Vill. Gilli Gas Plant, Rajhana, Shimla, stated therein that on dated 26.10.2015 he was going towards Sheel Gaon, he saw that a Tipper NO. HP 62A-1837 rolled down from the road. in this accident driver Kailash Kaundal died on the spot. The Case is being investigated by ASI Mahender Singh I/O PS New Shimla.   
4. A House Trespass Case FIR NO. 54/15 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 27.10.2015 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC, on the Application of  Subhash Chand S/O Attar Singh R/O Kachodi PO and Tehsil Chopal ,stating there in that today on dt. 27.10.2015 at about 9.40 AM. Balbir Singh S/O Kashi Ram R/O Kachodi  was going to complaints Lanter with his mules. when Subhash Chand  asked him about this ,Balbir singh beaten the complaint with sticks and blows and threatened  him to take away from his life and abused with unparliament language. Case is being investigated by HC Dinesh Kumar NO. 213  I/O PS Chopal.
5. A House Trespass a case FIR NO 58/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on dtd. 27-10-15 U/S 451,323,504 IPC on the statement of Harinder Singh R/O Vill. Deyodhar PO. Basantpur Teh. Sunni Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on dated 26-10-15 at 9.00 PM when he was in his room. A person named Virender entered in his room and beaten him with punches and kicks and abusing. The Case is being investigated by ASI Om Parkash I/C  PP Jalog.
6. During last 24 hours 227 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded =131 & fine realized Rs. 62,800/-
