1. An Accident Case FIR NO 17/14 is registered at PS Jubbal today i.e. on 11/05/2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ishwer Singh Chauhan S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Vill. Saskir P.O Solang Tehsil & PS Jubbal alleging therein that on 10-05-2014 he along with his relative went to participate the marriage function. After that he was going back to home in vehicle No. HP 62-1642 B/Camper, when they reached near Nandli Sainj Dvr. Amit Kumar lost control over the vehicle and fell down from the road in which all persons injured. Case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh I/O PP S/Nagar (.)

    

2. An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty Case FIR No.26/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on10.05.14 U/S 353 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Narinder Negi S/O Lt. Sh. Raja Ram R/O Village Mandli Tehsil Chirgaon A/P conductor HRTC Rohru alleging therein that on 10-05-2014 he was on route duty from Rohru to Rohal, when he reached near Palli then Sh Bhajan Dass S/O Lt. Sh Bhina Dass obstruct him from duty and starting quarreling with him. Case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.

    

3. During last 24 hours 174 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. 09 person challaned under smoking Act. 04 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 29,500/-

Crime Report on 10 May, 2014.

1.    A Theft  Case Fir NO 26/14 has been registered in PS Nerwa, today on 10.05.14 U/S 379, 511 IPC, on the complaint of Sh. Kapil Dev J.E. in HPSEB dett. Section Tharoach, Sub-Division Nerwa alleging therein that last night i.e. 10.05.2014 at 2.00 AM Sh. Lachhi Ram told him that the light has gone from his area on this he went to the chaouri to check the transformer. On checking he found that transformer was cut from main line and was laid into the ground. It cause attempt to theft. Case is beig investigated by HC Sant Ram I/O PS Nerwa.

 

 

2.    An Accident Case FIR NO 28/2014 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 09-05-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of sh. Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Sudershan Sharma R/O village Khuna PO Shingla Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP age 36 yrs, alleging therein that on dt. 09-05-2014 at 10:45 am when he & his two friends were coming Rampur from Kinnaur when he approached near Maglad NH-22 he saw M/Cycle no UP14AU-4530 laying in road in an accident condition and a person / Moter cycle rider and his doctor laying road in injured condition this accident accord due to rash & negligent driving by sh. Sudhir Kumar. Case is being investigated by ASI Narinder Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

 

3.    An Accident Case FIR NO 47/14 is regd. at PS Rampur on 09/05/14 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act, on the statement of Sh. Molak Raj S/O Sh Ghantu Ram R/O Taklech Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla that on dated 09-05-2014 at about 7.00 PM, he and Santosh Kumar going toward Taklech on his A/F Motor Cycle, When they reached near Rajpura one Boleroa Camper NO HP06-4362 hit his A/F Motor Cycle due to rash & negligent Driving. In this incident M/Cycle fell down from the road and both person sustained injuries. The Driver of HP06A-4362 run away from the spot with vehicle. Case is being investigated by HC Hans Raj No 98 I/O PP Taklech, PS Rampur. 

 

4.    A Mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to cause damage Case FIR No. 26/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 09.05.14 U/S 435 456 IPC on the application of sh. Baru Ram S/O Sh. Dhantu Ram R/O Village Bag PO Majholi Tehsil Chopal A/P Headmaster Govt. Primary School Nagdhar (Kupvi) that during intervening night of 7/8.5.2014 some unknown persons broken the lock of govt. primary school Nagdhar and entered into the room and destroy the record of the school with fire . Case is being investigated by HC Sohan Singh I/O PS Chopal.

Crime Report 09,May 2014

1. An Accident Case FIR NO 27/2014 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 08-05-2014 u/s 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Jaswant Kumar Gupta S/O Lt. Sh. Devi Ram Gupta R/O H. No 74/10  Jatog Shimla alleging therein that on  08-05-2014 at about 5:00 PM he along with his daughter Yamini chauhan, wife Anita Gupta, sister Kala Devi &  son in law Sandeep chauhan were going to Rohru from Jeori in marriage ceremony in vehicle No. HP 07C-0814 Alto Car. When they reached at Rattanpur NH-22 then a person namely Om Parkash S/O Jiya Lal R/O Chaura Distt. Kinnaur came from Jeori side in his vehicle no HP-63B-1523 in wrong direction & hit there vehicle. In this incident they got injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

A Burglary Case FIR No.73/14 is registered at PS West on 08.05.14 U/S 454 380 IPC on the application alleging therein that on 08.05.2014, some unknown person has stolen away Rs. 1,00,000/- from complainant wife's purse by breaking the lock of his house. The case is being investigating by SHO PS West.

    

3. A Mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to cause damage case FIR No.61/14 is registered at PS East on 08.05.14 U/S 435 IPC on the statement of Smt. Shanta Devi W/O Sh Naresh Kumar R/O Dhundhan Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan At present Dhara near IAS colony Shargheen Shimla alleging therein that one vehicle No. HP-33A-0344 fiat car had parked in front of her Dhara from last two years. On 08-05-14 she saw that some unknown person has tried to burnt the tarpal of above vehicle from back side. The case is being investigating by ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Kasumpti.

1. An Accident case FIR No./14 is registered at PS  Rohru today i.e. on 08-05-2014 U/S 279,337-A IPC on the statement of   Sh Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Rajvir Singh Khepal R/O Dhanderwari, Tehsil Dodra Kwar,District Shimla alleging therein that on 07-05-14 vehicle No. HP-77-0131 Bolero Camper met with an accident near Bijuri Dhank in which one person namely Satya Chand S/O Sh.Bhajan Dass R/O Dhanderwari died on the spot. This accident took place due to rash & negligent driving of Shiv Kumar @ Babby R/O Tikkari Tehsil Chirgaon. The case is being investigated by HC Partap Singh I/C PP D/KWAR.

    

2. A Burgalary Case FIR No.72/14 is registered at PS West on 07-05-2014 U/S 457,380 IPC   that on 06-05-14 complainant went to his native place Theog. On 07-05-14 when he reached back in his home and saw that some unknown person has stolen away one Soni Bravia LCD, black jacket, double bed blankets and some cash by breaking the door of his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West.

An Accident Case FIR NO 58/14 is registered at PS East on 07.05.2014 U/S 279 IPC on the Statement of Rohit Kadol S/O Krishan Kumar Sood R/O Kadol Avenue, Panthaghati, Shimla-9 alleging therein that he was going in his vehicle No. HP52 B-0003 towards Panthaghati when he reached at Rashtriya Vidaya kendra l School, kasumpti, a vehicle Type Bolero camper No. HR-99PZ-8735 come from wrong side with rashly and hit his above vehicle cause damaged  [.] Case is being investigated by HC Shish Pal No. 13 I/O P.P. Kasumpti P.S East Shimla.

    

2. An Accident Case FIR NO 60/14 is registered at PS Theog on 07.05.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ram Swaroop Sharma S/O sh. Hari Nand R/O Vill. Panoli, PO Satog, Teh. Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that a Tata Sumo NO HP 02A-0450 was fell down about 300 meter from the road due to the neglegency & rash driving by sh. Satish Bhandari S/O sh. Liaq Ram R/O Vill Dadas, PO Cheog, Tehsil Theog, Shimla , in which two persons got injured. Case is being investigated by HC Het Ram PS Theog, Shimla.

1. A Theft Case FIR NO 62/14  is registered at PS Sadar on 05.05.14 U/S 379 IPC  on the complaint of Sh. Basmeet Singh S/O Sh. Ajeet Singh R/O House NO. 87/3, Pursharthy Basti, Lower Bazar, Shimla, HP, alleging therein that he had parked his Maruti 800 car bearing NO. DL 02CS 0363 Model 2001 whose value is Rs. 25000/-, at Bamloe on 29.04.2014 at about 6.30 PM. On 30.04.2014 at 3.00 PM he went to take his above car at Bamloe, he did not find his car there. Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhami Singh I/O  PS Sadar.

1.    An Accident Case FIR NO 32/14  is registered at PS Rohru on 04.05.14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC  on the statement of Sh. Balbir S/O Lt. Sh. Doulat Ram  R/O Khalghar, PO Ghasani, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla, HP, alleging therein that on 04.05.14. He alongwith Ramesh went to Rohru Hospital for check-up and  when they come back to home with Ankush resident of Kuthari in his Alto Car No. HP03C-2360 as they reached at Odidhar at about 06.15 PM then said Alto Car Met With an accident due to rash and negligent driving of Mr Ankush. Case is being investigated by SI/Addl. SHO Laiq Ram Chauhan PS Rohru.
