2.      2.      A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT Case FIR No. 85/13 registered at PS Dhalli on 10.06.13 U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Parsad & Smt. Sarla Devi R/O Village & P.O Koti Sub-Tehsil Junga Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 09.06.13 at 9.30 PM  when they were standing out side their home then their neighborer Mr. Pankaj Kumar & Kulwant Kumar abused publically and threaten.  The case is being investigated  by HC Prem Singh I/O P.P Junga P.S Dhalli Shimla.

3.     3.      A BURGLARY Case FIR No.84/13 registered at PS Dhalli on 10.06.13 U/S 454,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chaman Lal Sharma S/o Late Sh. Leela Dutt. Sharma R/o VPO Shakra Teh. Karsog Disttt. Mandi A/P Lokesh Bhawan Shanan, alleging therein that on 10.06.13 at 10.30 PM he left to his shop Sanjauli. At  about 12.30 PM his wife Sheela informed him telephonically that some unknown persons has broken the lock of their quarter and Jewelery comprising CHAK GOLD=1, NATH GOLD=1, TWO PAIR BALIAN, TILIAN GOLD=3, TWO PAIR SILVER GAJRU & FOUR PAIR SILVER PAYAL & cash 1000/- Total value of stolen property 96,000/-only found stolen. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O P.S Dhalli Shimla.

4.      4.        A THEFT Case FIR No.87/13 is registered  at PS Dhalli on 11.06.13 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ritu Raj S/O Late Sh. Ganesh Dutt.Village Navi P.O Himary Teh. Suni Distt. Shimla A/P Negi Nias near M.C Building Dhalli, alleging therein that  when he parked his Vehicle M/Van No. HP63-5126 near Community Hall Dhalli on 07.06.13 at 10:00 PM. On 08.06.2013 at 8:00 AM he found said vehicle missing from the parking place. The case is being investigated by  by ASI Amar Singh I/OP.S Dhalli Shimla.

5.     5.      AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No.86/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 11.06.13 U/S 279,337 IPC  on the statement of Sh. Sunder Singh S/o Sh Hari Ram R/o Lalta Niwas Frood P.O Kamla Nagar Teh. & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 11.6.13 he was going to Marina Hotel on his M/Cycle No. HR05L-8155 Hero Honda when he reached near Laxmi Narayan Mandir Sanjauli a Private Bus No. HP62A-1922 MBO coming from Sanjauli Chowk towards Dhalli Tunnel hit his M/Cycle as the said bus was over speed, consequently, Sunder Singh sustained injuries to his body parts.  The  case is being  investigated by HC Lekh Ram I/O P.P Sanjauli P.S Dhalli Shimla.

6.      6.      A HURT Case 121/13  registered at PS Sadar  Shimla on 11.06.13 U/S 324,323 IPC on the Complaint of Sh Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh Rattan Chand R/o St Alvas Cottage near High Secondary School Lalpani Shimla, alleging therein that  on 10.06.13 at 8 PM a person Namely Vikramjeet beaten and injured him near Panchayat Bhawan in Shop  No 2 . As per the MO opinion the injuries sustained to Sh Sanjeev Kumar is Sharp. The  case is being investigated by HC Anil I/O PS  Sadar Shimla.

7.      7.      A TRESSPASS  Case FIR No No 67/13 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 11.06.13 u/s 451,323 IPC on the application of Sh Uma Dutt S/o Sh Haru Ram R/o Village Kateri  P.O. Kotighat  Teh. Kumarsain Distt. Shimla HP, alleging therein that  on 10.06.13 he is coming back home from Kangal when he is entering his home door one person namely Ghan Shyam came there and caught him back and beaten him with kick and punch and he sustains injuries . The  case is being investigating by LHC Sita /O PS Kumarsain

8.     8.         During last 24 hours 292 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 27 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005).and  03 challaned  under Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 64,700/-.   

CRIME REPORT 10 JUNE

A meeting  of  District  level  Narcotics Task Force of  Shimla District, held  on  10-06-2013  at 11 am under the chairmanship of  Shri  Dinesh  Malhotra, IAS, District Magistrate, Shimla in his office chamber.

         (1)       IDENTIFICATION OF AREAS OF CULTIVATION:-

                     Identification  areas of cannabis /poppy cultivation in this district through beat  constables  including  Revenue  & Forest deptt.  

                     Report is being called from Revenue and forest department through their field staff to provide the list of places within 15 days where the cultivation of cannabis has been made for semi commercial purpose in their areas or naturally grown.

(2)       DESTRUCTION OF CANNABIS CULTIVATION:

                     After collecting the information from field, the destruction campaign would be started in the Month of July, 2013.    

(3)                 Alternate Development Plan:

                     Request the forest and Horticulture Department for making plantation in those places as they have nurseries. 10 places will be identified by SP Shimla where awareness campaign will be organize alongwith Revenue, Forest, Health, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Ayurveda etc.

(4)              Awareness programmes among school Children, College students and   

          General Public:

                   Special campaigns will be organized for the awareness of school children, college students and public

               A note on de-addiction programme (bullet points) would be circulated through education department to be read in the morning session in each school atleast once a week.

1.  .                 Inquest Report conducted u/s 174 Cr.P.C of  Suraj Thapa S/o Devi Singh age 53 yrs. Nepali  working as laborer at Manikaran Distt . Kullu and presently staying at Sunail guest House at Jeori and who was Cancer Patient at under treatment from IGMC shimla  who died in the intervening night of 9/10-6-13.

2.                    During last 24 hours  86 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 05 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV Act is Rs. 18,200/-.

CRIME REPORT 09 JUNE

1.   AN ACCIDENT  Case  FIR No. 114/13  is  registered  at PS  West on  09.06. U/S 336,337 IPC on the Complaint of Constable  Ramesh Kumar No. 736 Traffic Wing Shimla alleging therein that on  08.06.13 when he was on duty at Victory Tunnel at around 8/8-15 PM  some people told him that near Band Box the Foot Path has been broken and two boys fell down. As a result of which both got injured and have been removed to IGMC Shimla. This incident has been taken place due to the negligence on the part of Super wiser, J.E. Of H.P.P.W.D. And contractor.  The  case is being investigated by  ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West Shimla.

2.   AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No. 33/13 is registered at PS  Rohru on  9.6.13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Lalit Sazta S/o Sh. Harnam Singh R/O Village Sazar PO Pujarli No.4 Teh. & PS Rohru, alleging therein that  on 8.6.13 at  6.30 PM near Tikkar Kainchi a Pick-up No. HP62A-0629 fell down from the road and 6 students of 8th to 10th Class of Govt Sr. Sec. School Pujarli No. 4  namely Mukesh, Shruti, Nitik, Vishnu, Sanny, Ayush and dvr Kapil caused injuries due rash & negilgent driving of the drive Kapil. The case is being investigated  by HC Subhash  I/O PS. Rohru.

3.   A HURT Caase FIR No. 69/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 09-06-13 U/S 506, 323 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Meera W/o Sh. Prem Chauhan R/o Vill Dhanot, PO Bagheri, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 09-06-13 at 7:30 AM when she was working in her field along with Balbir and his wife Smt. Sumita and her servant Sunjay Singh, when she asked Sunjay Singh about broke down the water supply he beat her father and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Pardeep Kumar PP Deha.

4.   A TRESPASS Case FIR No 27/13 is registered PS Chirgoan on 9.6.13 U/S 452, 354, 323, 427, 34 IPC  in the  complaint of Smt. Rajam Devi  W/o Sh Moti Lal  R/o Vill. Sundha PS Chirgoan  against Rajesh Kumar , Susheel Kumar & Pradeep Kumar  all son's of Sh Sukh  Jiwan  R/o Vill Sundha  alleging therein that  on 9.6.13 at 2.AM  above person entered  in her house  and pushed her out and beaten him at also  outer age her modesty  when complaint husband  tried to escape  her they also beaten him  and also broken  the cowshed. The case Is being Investigated ny ASI  Kuldeep Kumar  PS Chirgoan

1.    AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No.83/12 is  registered  at PS  Dhalli on 08.6.13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV. Act.on the statement of Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh Shiv Charan R/o VPO Maharaj Ganj Tehsil & Distt Rai Berali  alleging therein that  when he was going to dhalli bazar from Cemetery at 9.00 PM, he reached near civil supply shop dhalli a car hit him he fell down & could not see the number he got injured . The  case is being investigated by  HC Ramesh Chand  I/O  P.S Dhalli Shimla.

2.     During last 24 hours 116 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 22,400/-.

Today Sh. G M Wami (President New Shimla Residents welfare society) MD New Chhaya Tour & Travels  By-Pass road Panthghati, Shimla near Passport Sewa Kender found one missing Mobile Nokia Lumia N 720 Phone near his office. Now this missing phone delivered to the owner with the help of Police verification. Shimla Police is very thankful to the above person for their kindness and also awarded with appreciation certificate.

1.      A THEFT case FIR No. 81/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli, Shimla on 06-06-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash Sharma S/o Sh. Narain Dutt R/o Neri Dhar, Bhatta Kuffer, Dhalli, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 05/06-06-13 some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle Maruti 800 No. HP-09C-1276. Case is being investigated by ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.

2.      A THEFT case FIR No. 82/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 07-06-13 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Anand Prakash Negi S/o Sh. Dorje Tsandup R/o Vill Chango, Teh Pooh, Distt Kinnaur, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 06/07-06-13 some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle Bolero Camper No. HP-62A-2046 parked at Lakkar Bazar-Sanjauli road. Case is being investigated by HC Lekh Ram I/O PP Sanjauli.

3.      A TRESPASS case FIR No. 67/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 07-07-13 U/S 354, 452, 323 IPC on the complaint of Devko Devi W/o Sh. Deep Ram R/o Vill Tihana, PO Chanair, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 07-07-13 at 6:00 AM one person named Kanshi Ram S/o Sh. Mahu R/o Vill Tihana, PO Chanair, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla entered in her home room, beat her and try to outrage her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Pardeep Kumar I/c PP Deha.

4.      A BURGLARY case FIR No. 99/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 06-06-13 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the complaint of Shashi Bhushan R/o Ward No. 7, Nagar Parishad Rampur, alleging therein that on 06-06-13 some unknown person has stolen away 1 gold ear ring, 3 nose pins, Mangal sutra and 1 lady ring. Total cost of stolen property is Rs. 73,000/-. Case is being investigated by SHO/IPS(P) Swapna Gautam PS Rampur.

5.      A TRESPASS case FIR No. 100/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 06-06-13 U/S 354, 323, 506, 504, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sheela Devi W/o Sh. Parkash Chand R/o VPO Nogali, alleging therein that on 06-06-13 at 6:00 PM one person named Jagmal Singh @ Jagu R/o VPO Nogali try to outrage her modesty and wife of Jagmal named Veena Devi and Jagmal beat her and threatened with dire consequences. Case is being investigating by SHO/IPS(P) Swapna Gautham PS Rampur.

6.      A TRESPASS case FIR No. 101/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 07-06-13 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC on the complaint of Veena Devi W/o Sh. Jagmal Singh R/o VPO Nogali, alleging therein that on 06-06-13 at 5-6 PM one lady namely Smt. Sheela Devi entered in his shop and beat to her husband named Jagmal Singh and also threat with dire consequences. Case is being investigating by ASI Karam Chand I/O PS Rampur.

7.      A DOG BITE case FIR No. 66/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 07-06-13 U/S 289 IPC on the complaint of Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Jai Ram Sharma R/o Vill Pal, PO Bakhol, Teh Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 06-06-13 at 7:30 PM when he was at Petrol Pump Theog pet dog of one person Rajesh Kumar bite him. Case is being investigated HC Ramesh Chand I/o PS Theog.

8.      During last 24 hours 113 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 14 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 25,900/-.

1.      An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 113/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 05-06-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tikka Ram S/o Sh. Chhavi Ram labourer Sh. Basti Ram Contractor, Tuti Kandi, Shimla, alleging therein that when he came back from Tuti Kandi Zoo in vehicle No. HP-07-3398 after unloading the feed. Above vehicle fell down from the road and driven by driver Manoj kumar. Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar I/o PS West, Shimla.

2.      A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 98/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 06-06-13 U/S 341, 323, 324, 506 IPC on the complaint of Deepak Kumar S/o Sh. Mangat Ram R/o H. No.-4, Darai Mohalla, Ward No. 1, Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 05-06-13 at 10:00 PM one person named Ranveer S/o Sh. Raj Kumar and Laiq Ram wrongfully restrained his way and beat him along with Laiq Ram. In this incident he and above Laiq Ram sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by SHO/IPS (P) Swapna Gautam PS Rampur.

1.      An EXCISE case FIR No. 97/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 04-06-13 on the report of HC Mohan Joshi I/O PP Taklech that during patrolling along with staff he recovered 3 bottles country liquor from the illegal possession of Kancha Lama S/o Sh. Dhame Lama (Nepal) R/o Taklech.

2.      A HURT case FIR No. 65/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 04-06-13 U/S 353, 332, 452, 506 IPC on the complaint of Dr. Aman Sharma PHC Ghorna, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 04-06-13 at 8:35 PM when he was in his room one person namely Suresh S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Vill Shilla, PO Deha, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla came to his room, beat him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by Insp./SHO Baldev Thakur.

Hon,ble High Court, Shimla, alleging therein that some unauthorized person uploaded an advertisement of 21 posts of Clerk at Hon,ble High Court, but there is no such advertisement approved by the authority. Case is being investigated by ASI Paramjeet Singh Saini I/o PS Sadar Shimla.
