Crime Report on July 13, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No. 29/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 12.07.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Sharifodin, I/O PS Nerwa stated therein that in the night of 12.07.2016, one vehicle No. CH-01W-0966 (Alto Car) met with accident near village Tarshanoo due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Yog Raj S/o Sh. Durga Singh R/o Village Kalati, PO Khagna, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Shrifodin, I/O PS Nerwa.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 82/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 12.07.2016 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Surender Kumar R/o Village Jubru, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 12.07.2016, an unknown vehicle hit his vehicle No. HP-06A-0925. The case is being investigated by ASI Hans Raj, I/O PS Kumarsain.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 176/16 has been registered at PS West on 12.07.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Shanu W/o Sh. Vinod Thakur R/o Village Badog, Distt. Solan A/P Ghoda Chowki, Shimla stated therein that on 12.07.2016, when she alongwith her neighbourer Mr. Kaushal & his wife  reached at Old Barrier, Shimla in vehicle No. HP-12F-0955, driver Kaushal lost his control and above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS West.
4. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 58/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 12.07.2016 U/S 341 323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Maan Singh R/o Village Funja, Tehsil  Rampur Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 12.07.2016, he was going to home from Rampur in the Bus. At about 06-30PM, when he reached near Rattan Pur, one person namely Budh Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Ram Lal R/o Village Rattan Pur obstructed his way & beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Jhakri.
5. A Wrongful Restrain case FIR No. 42/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 13.07.2016 U/S 341 323 IPC on the statement of SH. Satish Kumar S/o Sh.  Kishan Chand R/o Village Tikkeri, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 13.07.2016 at about 09-00 AM,  one person namely Mr. Munish Kumar S/o Sh. Matwar Singh R/o Village Nandla, Tehsil Chirgaon obstructed his way at Chirgaon Bazaar & beaten him brutally, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being invested by HHC Ramesh I/o PS Chirgaon.
6. A Cheating case FIR No. 149/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 12.07.2016 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj Mandla S/o Lt. Sh. Roop Singh R/o Village Chakloo, Tehsil & Distt. Chamba A/P Quarter No. 4, Charllie Villa, Shimla stated therein that he is bearer of Aviva LIC Policy No. 2305965 which is commenced on 21.09.2009 and pay Rs. 30,000/- yearly installment, which is closed in the year of 2011. He received a call from Mobile No. 720120248 of Deepak Sharma, who told him that his policy has been lapse and file has been sent to Sr. Officer and talk to Ms. Swati Bhatnagar for further enquiry. After that she remained continuously in contact with him and told that his policy amount will be now Rs. 4,77,000/- which is deposited in your account within 02 days. She allurement him & offered for the new policies of different companies.  On this, he deposited Rs. 4 lacs in various account numbers provided by her. But they have not deposited any amount in his account and cheated him. The case is being investigated by HC Bala Ram, I/O PS Sadar.

Crime Report on July 12, 2016

1. Assault on Public Servant during discharge of Govt. duty case FIR No. 173/16 has been registered at PS West on 11.07.2016 U/S 353 504 IPC on the application of Sh. Yash Kumar Verma S/o Sh. Asha Ram R/o Village Suro, PO Basha, Tehsil Kandaghat, Distt. Solan, HP stated therein that he is posted as Peon in CORD & Pension Branch at Kumar House Shimla. On 11.07.2016 at 01-10PM, his aunty Smt. Nirmla Devi W/o Sh. Rakesh R/o near Mahindra Show Room, Kachighati, Shimla alongwith his wife Smt. Leela Devi & Maternal Aunt Usha Devi came to his office, abused and beaten him brutally during discharging his govt. duty. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS West.

2. Case FIR No. 174/16 has been registered at PS West on 11.07.2016 U/S 4 of The Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act 1978 on the application of Sh. Devi Singh S/o Sh. Budhi Ram R/o Village Matlu, Tehsil & PS Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, age 41 years stated therein that Sh. Mukesh Mehta, Managing Director in Sai Gold Shoghi has running his gold business & earned millions of rupees by temptation the peoples and purchased property at Jakhu Shimla. But the Director of Sai Gold Shoghi has neither provided gold to the customers or nor returned their money and betrayed them. The case is being investigated by ASI Nand Lal, I/C Police Check Post Shoghi,Shimla.

3. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 46/16 has been registered at PS Sunni on 11.07.2016 U/S 341 323 504 34 IPC on the report of Sh. Ritu Raj S/o Sh. Padam Singh R/o Village Kamdola PO Juni, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 10.07.2016 at about 10-00PM, when he alongwith Duli Chand was going to home,  on the way two persons namelty Naredner & Sohan have obstructed his way, abused & beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HHC Tek Singh, I/O PS Sunni.

4. Negligently as to endanger human life case FIR No. 41/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 11.07.2016 U/S 336 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Bharat Shakari Nepali alleging therein that on 10.07.2016, some labourer were working at Shiroli. Due to land slide three persons namely Ganga Shakari, Chakar Bahadur Skahari have buried in the debris and died on the spot. This incident occurred due to negligent act of Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Shiroli, Tehsil Chirgaon.

5. A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation case FIR No. 175/16 has been registered at PS West on 11.07.2016 U/S 341 323 504 506 34 IPC on the application of Diwakar Dev Sharma  S/o Sh. Devi Lal Sharma R/o Devi Cottage, behind Vaid Building, New Totu, Shimla stated therein that on 11.07.2016 at about 09-00PM, he was dressing his hair in Kaundal Hair Dresser Shop at Totu. At the same time 4/5 persons who are driver by profession & one of them was Ajay & Ajju entered in the shop & create nuisance in the shop. When they tried to stopped them, on this they became aggressive, abused & beaten them brutally. They have also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PP Jutogh.  

6. An Accident case FIR No. 161/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 12.07.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Kumari Shyam Kaur D/o Sh. Jeet Singh R/o Village Thanda Pani, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi stated therein that she alongwith her grand-mother Rattan Kaur, Smt. Dhyan Dassi & Kumari Jyoti were going to Solan to attend the marriage in Car No. HP-30-1963, driven by her grand-father Sh. Laxman Singh. At about 11-00 AM, when they reached near Tarapul, above vehicle met with an accident & rolled down 30 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of her grand-father Laxman Singh, cause sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra.  

7. Voluntarily causing hurt by sharp weapon Case FIR No 144/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 12.07.2016 U/S 324  IPC on the statement of Sh. Lucky Sarkaik S/O Sh. Goverdhan Dass R/O Village Taprog PO Khunni Panoli Sub Tehsil Nankhari Distt Shimla age 24 year alleging therein that  on 11.07.2016  at about 07-00 PM when he alongwith  Akhilesh and vijay were present at Kholighat Bazaar, at the same time one person namely Balwant Singh S/o Sh. Fanku Ram R/o Vill Shalag S/T Nankhari came there  and hit him with glass bottle, caused sustained injuries over his neck. The case is being investigating by HC Bakhashi Ram I/O PP Nankhari.

Crime Report on July 11, 2016

1.    A Burglary case FIR No 45/16 has been registered at PS Sunni on 11.07.2016 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Dila Ram S/O Lobhi Ram VPO Juni Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 11.07.2016 he found that some unkown person broke the locks of his house and stolen away two iron boxes and one suitcase includes one new suit, one pair gold ear ring, two pair gold rings, two pair tops, one pair Jhumkas, one locket gold, one gold chain, silver payals and Rs 10000/- cash from inside the house. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar I/O PS Sunni.

2.    A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 46/16 has been registered at PS Sunni today On 11.07.2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC on the statement of Rituraj S/o Padam Singh R/o Kamdola P/o Juni Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 11.07.2016  when he was going to home with Duli Chand on the way a person namely Narender along with Sohan Lal obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HHC Tek Singh I/O PS Sunni.

3.    Negligently as to endanger human life case FIR No 34/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 11.07.2016 U/S 336, 304A IPC on the statement of Mohd Irfan S/o Sh Javed Ahmad R/o VPO Sasurad Bhagwa Distt Doda J&K A/P laborer with contractor  Kapil Chauhan R/o village Phart Jubbal alleging therein that on 10.07.2016 he along with Irfan Ahmad was working near village Mandal. At the ame time HT line pulled them and they burned badly electric current.on this they shifted  to  CH Roru for treatment wher Mohmad Irfan died during treatment.This incident occurred due to negligence act of line man Balam Sang .The case is being investigated by SI Sunder Singh I/C PP Sarswati Nagar.    

4.    During last 24 hours 689 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 583 & fine realized Rs. 1,86,200/- and 46 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,000/-

Inquest Reports

Three Napalis namely Jagat Bhadur, Chakra Bhadur and Ganga Bhadur died under the debris due to quail while one wall of under construction society building collapsed. All dead bodies have been excavated and proceeding under section 174 CrPC is under process at PS Chirgaon.

1.    A House tress pass case FIR No 143/16 dated 09-07-2016 U/S 452,323,427,34 PS Rampur  IPC has been registered on the application of Chandu Lal S/o sh. Guntharu Ram R/o Kudi dhar Tehsil Rampur alleging therein in that on 08-07-2016 at about 9 PM  when he was taking food with his wife in his kitchen in mean  the time Mr. Sukh  Dav and Prem Dass ,Seema and Champa broken his kitchen door and entered in his kitchen with the intension to causing hurt. Mr. Sukh Dev and Prem Dass betan him and his wife by stick in which they  got injuries in their body.case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand  No 116 I/O PS Rampur

 

2.    A Rioting case FIR No 169/16 dated 09-07-2016 U/S 147,148,149,341,IPC PS West has been registered on the application of Mr. Vikaram Kayath R/o Jguni P.O Dansa Rampur distt Shimla  HP alleged that when he was coming alone from the camps of HPU Shimla towards summerhil Chowk  on this way namely Ankit Jamwal, Navneet Kaushal , Pardeep Amit Yadunandan Sunny Shukalla  Parshant  Suyash , Vishav bhandu  Rohit Parveen Piyush Chandal, Manish Guleria , Pankaj etc about 20/25 the students of ABVP have already prepared with deadly weapon to attack on ABVP students in the mean time they restrain his way and  abusing him  without  any cause  and attack on him with deadly weapon. In this rioting  he has sustain injuries in his body. Case is being investigated by Ashwani Kaumar I/o PS West

 

3.    A Rioting case FIR No 170/16 dated 09-07-2016 U/S 147,148,149,341,323,506 IPC PS West has been registered on the application of Mr. Vikaram Thakur S/o Partap Singh   R/o Pipali P.O Ukhar Tehsil Sarkaghat Mandi  HP alleged that when he and his friend Ravinder Chandal going to summerhill Chowk on the way  namely Amit Thakur, Vishw Bhandu,Ankit Jamwal Navneet Kaushal ,Pershant  Pankaj Dadwal Rohit Yadunandan Parveen Nitya Nand etc have  already prepared with deadly weapon to attack on them and on this way they restrain his way abusing without  any cause  and attack on him with deadly weapon and  threatened him with dire consequence. In this rioting he has sustain injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar I/O West accordingly.

 

4.     A Rioting case FIR No 171/16 dated 09-07-2016U/S 147,148,149,323,506 IPC PS West  has been registered on the application of Mr Prashant  Kashyap  s/o sh. Pawan Kumar R/o village Makari Markand Tehsil  sadar Bilaspur  alleged that on 09-07-2016 at about 4 pm when he was going to hostel at Summerhil chowk SFI activists/Student  namely Vikram kayath , Vikram Thakur , Ravinder  Nobal Thakur  Vipon , Nitish Vijay rather, Prem Jaswal  Sejeev Sethi  Anil Badhra  Bhupinder Kotiya  Sher Shingh etc  are already prepared with deadly weapons, rod, sticks and also stones in their hands and intentionally  to attack on him and also threatened him with dire consequences and also avoid to stick  the sicker  of ABVP on his  shirt.  In which he has got injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/O Ps West.

 

 

5.    An accident case FIR No 172/16 dated 09-07-2016 U/s 279,337, IPC &187,MV Act PS West has been registered on the statement of Bir bal Chauhan S/o Sh.  jag Lal Chauhan R/o Village  Basant Pur Distt Siwan Bhir AP at present Parmod  Building Vijay Nagar  Totu Shimla alleged that he is working as meson on 09-07-2016 when he and his brother Lakhan return back tof totu at about 6-30m PM one Vhicle No HP 74- 7024 Wagnor  came to Ghanati towards Shimla with rashly and hit his brother and run away from the spot. In this incident  Lakhan has got injuries in his leg and arms and other parts of his body. Case has been registred against the driver. In which case is being investigated HC Sanjay I/O PP Jatog  accordingly.

6.     A restrain and causing hurt case FIR No 80/16 dated 10-07-2016 U/S 342,323,336,34 IPC has been registered on the statement of Mr. Sant Lal S/o Late Sh. Kawal Ram R/o Village Lathi P.O & Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla alleged that at at 9 am when he was praying in his room .In the mean time his son namely Pamit and his wife Hira Davi came and beaten him with kikes and punches  without any  cause in this fighting he run away out side and jumped on the ground floor and  put in danger to his life. Thereafter his wife throw  stone on his head in which he has got injuries and looked him in his room. Case is being investigated by ASI Hans Raj I/O PS Kumarsain

1. An Accident case FIR No. 142/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 09.07.2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka of HC Devinder Nath, I/O PP Nankhari stated therein that on 08-07-2016, one vehicle No. HP-06-2333 met with and accident near Gujar Kotha & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Narender Kumar. In this accident  04 persons namely Narender Kumar, Dhiraj Kumar S/O Puran Chand , Rita Rana and Dipu Rana  has been died on the spot and one kid Smriti sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by by HC Devinder  I/O  PP Nankhari

2. An Accident case FIR No. 160/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.07.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rashpal Singh S/o Sh. Rattan Singh R/o Village & PO Kuthandal, Tehsil Nurpur, Distt. Kangra A/P Driver in HRTC Bus No. HP-63-6141, Depot No. II, Shimla stated therein that on 08.07.2016, at about 10-00AM, when he reached near Baba Balak Nath Temple in Sanjauli-Dhalli Bypass, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-09C-0410 (Alto Car) driven by Lokender Verma came rashly in wrong direction and collide with his bus, caused sustained injuries to car driver Lokender Verma & another person. The case is being investigated by HC Kishore Kumar, I/O PS Sanjauli, Shimla.

3. An Unlawful Assembly & Disobey the order of Public Servant case FIR No. 147/16 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 08.07.2016 U/S 143 341 188 IPC on the rukka of ASI Jasveer Singh, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla stated therein that he alongwith staff was on law & order duty at Scandal Point, The Mall Shimla. At about 04-30 PM, about 250/300 workers of CITU under the leadership of Sh. Vijender Mehra, Balbir Prashar, Kishori Lal, Chanderkant, Rajeev Kuthiala, Novel Thakur etc. came towards Scandal Point in shape of procession by shouting slogans against the State Govt.  They have warned to disburse their dharna, but they disobey the order and sat on Scandal Point, shouting slogans against the State Govt. and violated the Sec. 144 Cr.PC. On this, some of their workers arrested by the police and released on bail. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

4. A House Trespass case FIR No. 168/16 has been registered at PS West on 08.07.2016 U/s 448 504 506 IPC on the application of Ms. Reena Sharma D/o Lt. Sh. Tara Dutt Sharma R/o Village Malog, PO Taradevi, Shimla stated therein that she has rented a shop from Sh. Sukh Raj at Taradevi Shimla. Her landlord asked her to vacant the shop, but she could not vacant the shop immediately. On this, her landlord broken the lock of her shop, behave unmannerliness with her, thrown the article outside from her shop and threatened with dire consequences. The case  is being investigated by HC Kiran Kumar, I/O PS West.

5. A House Trespass case FIR No. 143/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 08.07.2016 U/S 452,323,427,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Chandu Lal S/O Guntharu Ram R/O Kudidhar  Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that  on 08.07.2016 at about 09-00 PM, Sh. Sukh Dev, Prem Dass, Seema and Champa entered in his kitchen by breaking the door and beaten him & his wife brutally, caused sustained injuries to them.  The case is being investigating by HC Lal Chand , I/O PS Rampur.

1. A Wrongful restraint case  43/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 07.07.2016  U/S 341,323 IPC on the complaint Smt. Leela Devi W/o Pana Lal R/o village Koti Post Office Matal  PS  Chopal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that when she was going to her garden a person namely Veena Devi obstructed her way and beaten her brutally.The case is bieng investigated by ASI Partap Sing I/O PS Chopal.
2. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 141/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 07.07.2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Rumal Singh Mehta S/O Sh Daulat Ram Mehta Village Lamba Jubbad P/O Dnawamli Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that 06.07.2016 he was going towards Punan on the way near Punan a person namely Dharmapal and his friend obstructed his way and beaten him they also abused him. The Case is being investigating by HC Chhotu Ram I.O PP Nankhari.
3. A Criminal Trespass case FIR No 60/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 07.08.2016 U/S 447, 427 IPC on 07.07.2016 U/S 447,427 IPC on the Complaint of Miss Reena D/o Late Sh.Rattiram R/o village Barvin P/o Garawag Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla HP that C&C Compny was constructing the road from Theog to Jubbal. During road construction at Barvi this compny cut down trees and plants at his land without any prior inquiry and permission. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Shyam Tomar PS Kotkhai
4. An Accident case FIR No 160/16has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.07.2016  U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Rashpal Singh S/o Rattan Singh R/o VPO  Kuthandal Tehsil Nurpur Distt Kangra A/P Driver HRTC Bus No HP 63-6141 alleging therein that he was on the way from bus stand towards Dhalli when he reached at Babba Balak Nath  Mandir Near Chalaunthi one Alto car No.HP09C-0410 came from Dhalli side and collided with his bus in which two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kishore Kumar PP Sanjauli.
5. An Accident case FIR No 112/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 08.07.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla alleging therein that today on 08.07.2016 a vehicle No HP-09A-2453 met with an accident in which a person namely Jagdish Chauhan S/o Sh Hari Singh R/o Bhagat P/o Chanair sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla
6. During last 24 hours 452 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 201 & fine realized Rs. 57,300/- and 65 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs 6600/-

1.         Accused Mohmad  Sharif @ Tunda  S/o Sh. Mohmad Guljar R/o Village Koti Chadiyar  P/o  Surjan Chalog, Tehsil & PS Banni  Distt. Kathua J&K  age 27 year arrested in case FIR No. 104/16 Dt. 24.06.2016 U/S 454,380 IPC  at PS Theog, is further on Police remand up to 09.07.2016
