Crime Report on Dec. 07, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No 72/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon 06.12.2015 U/S 279,337,304 IPC on the statement of Bharat Ghurng C/O Surjeet R/O Telga  alleging therein that on 06.12.2015 at 7:15 PM A/F Tractor met with an  accident near village Chirgown. In this accident one person namely Dhan Bhadur has died on the spot and Bhart Ghurang sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by ASI Kuldeep I/O PS Chirgaon.
2. A Theft case FIR No.549/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 06.12.2015 U/S 379 IPC & 20 Indian Telegraph Act on the statement of Sh. P.L. Panjta (Executive Engineer) BSNL Office Sanjauli (Telegraph) alleging therein that some unknown persons has stolen away 20 pair 200 Mtrs long cable wire from near Craignano, 20 Pairs 150 meter long cable wire from near Fairlawn HIPPA,  20 & 10 pairs 150 meters long cable wire from near Wood Raina Hotel Dhalli and 10 & 20 pairs 400 meter long cable wire from near Fair Lawn HIPPA. The case is being investigating by HC Karam Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
3. A Burglary case FIR No. 196/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on  07.12.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC on the complaintof Sh. Het Ram S/o Sh. Gokul R/o Village Shataiyan, PO Theog, Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that on the intervening night of 06.12.2015, some unknown person has broken the door locks of his house and stolen away one gold Mangalsutra, one pair of gold Bangles (Kada), silver payals, and cash Rs. 3000/- from Almirah. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh, I/C PP Fagu.  
4. A Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No 110/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 06.12.2015 U/S 353,332 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Kalu Ram R/o Riyur P/o Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi A/P driver in HRTC Bus No. HP-06A-6453, Rampur divison alleging therein that on 06.12.2015, he was going towards Rampur to Uchi Shah route. At about 07-30 PM, when he reached at Shah, one person namely Taragi beaten him during performing his govt. duty. The case is being investigating by ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.
5. During last 24 hours 257 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 01 Person challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 98 and fine realized Rs. 35,000/-

Kyom R/o Village & PO Chilkana, Sarahanpur, UP, arrested today in case FIR No. 334/15 Dt. 05.12.2015 U/S 341 323 506 34 IPC at PS Sadar, are on police remand upto 08.12.2015.
3. Accused i) Intzar & ii) Tarbej (both) S/o Mohd. Akhatar R/o Village Naya Bans, PO Chilkana, Tehsil Nukkad, Distt. Sarahanpur, UP and iii) Danish S/o Sh. Dilshad R/o Chilkana, Tehsil Nukkad, Distt. Sarahanpur, UP, age 30 years, arrested today in case FIR No. 335/15 Dt. 05.12.2015 U/S 147 148 149 341 323 506 IPC at PS Sadar, are on police remand upto 08.12.2015.

 

 

Crime Report on Dec. 06, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 214/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 05-12-2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of  ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that pm 05.12.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/ Traffic checking duty at Dakolar. At about 07.45 AM, one vehicle No. HP-06A-3694 (Bolero Camper) alongwith driver namely Sh. Sanjay Kumar, intercepted by them and recovered  30 boxes country liquor, 02 boxes English  liquor & 02 boxes Beer from his possession. The Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur
2. An Excise Act case FIR No 66/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on05.12.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 05.12.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Kufta. On the secret information he searched the house of Joggi Ram S/o Lt. Kali Ram R/o Village Kufta PO Bakhol, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla and recovered 08 bottles of country liquor marka Sirmuri Orange and 06 bottles of English liquor marka Officer's Choice from the kitchen of his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.
3. A Fire Incident case FIR No. 114/15 has been registered at PS East Shimla today on 06.12.2015 U/S 285 IPC  on the statement of Sh. Teewan Thakur S/o Sh. Chuni Lal Thakur R/o Block No. C-13, Set No. 22, HIMUDA Colony, Vikas Nagar Shimla stated therein that he alongwith his family residing in above mentioned address. Smt. Saroj Vishisht resided alone in her flat in  2^nd floor in same building. Today at about 04-00 AM, he saw that the flat of Smt. Saroj Vishisht was buring. He rushed to the spot and informed police. Police has broken the door of her flat and found that Smt. Saroj was lying in unconscious condition and another electric instruments have been burnt in the room. She was brought to hospital for treatment, where doctor declair her braught dead. This incidents took place due to negligently use of electric heater. The case is being investigated by Insp. Chander Shekhar, SHO PS East.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 113/15 has been registered at PS East Shimla on 05.12.2015 U/S 279, 504 IPC on the complaint of HC Hem Raj A/P Driver with Inspector General of Police, Home Guard, Headquarter, HP, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.12.2015, he went to fill the petrol in Govt. vehicle No. HP-03-2755. After filling the petrol, he parked his vehicle near Petrol Pump and went to take the bill. At the same time one Alto Car No. HP-10A-3140 came rashly and hit his vehicle from back side. When he asked the driver of above vehicle, he alongwith his colleagues scuffle with him and abused him. The case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Kumar, I/O PS East.
5. An Accident case FIR No. 296/15 has been registered at PS West Shimla today on 06.12.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Harsiman Singh S/o Sh. Parminder Singh R/o Darshan Cottage, Ghora chowki, Shimla alleging therein that  he was coming towards Shimla from Shoghi in his vehicle No. HP-03D-4800. At about 08-00 AM, when he reached near Taradevi, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-62B-0150, driven by Gaurav came rashly from Shimla and hit his car. In this accident Gaurav Sharma sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS West.  
6. A Grievous Injury case FIR No. 112/15 has been registered at PS East on 05.12.2015 U/S 323 325 IPC on the application of Sh. Raghunath Singh, Employee in Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribubal,  Majheetha House, Chhota Shimla alleging therein that on 05.12.2015, he stopped his vehicle at Himfed Petrol Pump, Chhota Shimla for check the air in tyres. At the same time one vehicle No. HP-03D-2755 hit his vehicle from backside, after that driver of above vehicle beaten him brutally. On this he was medically examined at  Hospital and Medical Officer has given grievous injuries to him in his final opinion. The case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Kumar, I/O PS East. 
7. A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation case FIR No. 334/15 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 05.12.2015 U/S 341 323 506 34 IPC on the statement of Mohd. Akhtar R/o Village Naya Bans, PO & PS Chilkana, Tehsil Nukkad, Distt. Sarahanpur, UP A/P Tenant R/o Kumar House Shankli, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.12.2015, after closing his shop, he was going to home. At about 09-00 PM, when he reached near Gainda Mal Shop at Mall Road Shimla, at the same time three persons namely Gulzar, Shahrukh & Mohd. Mousin have obstructed his way, beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS Sadar.
8. A Rioting case FIR No. 335/15 has been registered at PS Sadar, Shimla on 05.12.2015 U/S 147 148 149 341 323 506 IPC on the statement of Gulzar S/o Sh. Islam R/o Village & PO Chilkana, Tehsil Sarahanpur, UP A/P Kutub Masjid, near Sadar Thana, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.12.2015, he alongwith his friends namely Mohd. Mousin, Mohd. Shahrukh were going towards Mall Road Shimla. At about 09-00 PM, when they reached near Gainda Mal Shop, at the same time six persons namely Tarbej, Intzar, Danish, Janu, Dilshad, Shahjad have obstructed their way and beaten them and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Bala Ram, I/O PS Sadar.
9. A Theft case FIR No. 333/15 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 05.12.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Manish Kumar R/o 11, Shanti Enclave, near Kalpi Bridge, Gote Ka Mandir, Gwalior (MP) A/P 2^nd Floor Shri Ram Residency Jivanu Colony Parimahal Kasumpti, Shimla alleging therein that on 08.09.2015 at about 10-00 PM, he was coming to Shimla from Kashmiri Gate New Delhi. When he reached at Old Bus Stand Shimla and found that some unknown person has stolen away  one Laptop (Acer) Sr. No. AWTVQOC084B084883, Charger & Mobile Charger from his bag.  The case is being investigated by HC Bala Ram, I/O PS Sadar.
10. During last 24 hours 210 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act. Total Challan compounded = 83 and fine realized Rs. 33,000/-

Crime Report On 05,December 2015

1. A Theft case FIR No.111/15 has been registered at PS East on 04.12.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh Sandeep Sahita S/o Sh Satpal R/o House No.043 type-1 Khalini Park Area Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 02/03.12.2015, some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle No.CH-03E-4469 (Model 2001)  bearing Engine no.F8B1N2178907 & Chassis no SB3081N1566579, parked below his Govt. Residence at Talland Shimla.   The case is being investigated by HC Sandeep, I/O PS East.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 128/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 05.12.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Karam Chand S/o Sh. Saran Dass R/o Village Kawala, PO Bhareri, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla stated therein that today he alongwith his 04 family members were coming from Luhari to home at Bhareri in vehicle No. HP-06A-3672. At about 12-45 PM, when they reached at Koku Nalah  near Luhari, one Alto Car No. HP-01A-3994 driven by Pankaj Gupta came rashly and collides with his vehicle. In this accident, one person namely Shish Ram sustained injuries and refer to IGMC Shimla for further treatment. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand, I/C PP Sainj, PS Kumarsain.  
3. During last 24 hours 261 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act and 08 persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 90 and fine realized Rs. 51,700/-

Crime Report On 4, December 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No.195/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.12 2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Karan Singh S/o Sh Ranveer Singh R/o village Badhaal P/o Jeori Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 03.12.2015, he alongwith Guddu & Vicky were traveling in Tipper No HP-19B-1870 driven by Mintu, from  Akapa (Kinnaur) towards Dhami. When they reached near Nanni (Matiana) above vehicle met with accident due to rash & negligent driving of Mintu. In this accident they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by ASI Santokh Singh I/O PP Matiana.
2. A House Trespass case FIR No 531/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 03.12.2015 U/S 448,380,427,504,506 on the statement of Smt. Kamlesh W/o Sh. Ashok Kumar and Smt. Chander Kanta W/o Sh. Dila Ram R/o Village Nayaser PO Pahal Tehsil Dhami District Shimla alleging therein presently they are residing at Shimla and given one room set on rented basis to Sh. Ramji Dass in her house at village Nayaser. On 29.11.2015, when Dh. Dila Ram husband of Smt. Chander Kanta & Vineet Kumar went to look after their house, suddenly Ramji Dass alongwith his wife and sons namely Naveen & Goldy beaten them brutally and threatened with dire consequences.  On 03.12.2015, when they went to their above house and found that Ramji Dass has illegally encroached  another three rooms of her house by breaking the locks and stolen away some house hold articles. The case is being investigating by SI Kewal Singh I/O PP Masobara.

An Armed Act case FIR No 110/15 has been registered at PS East on 04.12.2015 U/S 451,506 IPC & 30-54-59 Armed Act on the statement of Mohamed Yasin Yadi S/o Sh Abdulla Hadi R/o village Batnor P/o Kurnsag Distt Anatnag Jammu & Kashmir presently residing at Begam general store near kamla Nehru Hospital alleging therein that today on 04.12.2015 he was present inside his shop. At about 11:30 PM, he saw that two persons namely Ajay & Akshay were sitting on the roof of his shop. When he asked them, they beaten him a/w his wife and also threatened with dire consequences.  They were in drunken condition and Ajay fired four rounds in air by his revolver. The case is being investigating by HC Sandeep I/O PS East.

A Criminal trespass case FIR No.124/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 04.12.2015 U/S 447 IPC & 32,33 IF Act on the statement of Sh Tula Ram Range forest Officer Kothgarh Beat alleging therein that today on 7:00 AM some villagers of Tangri Nala were illegally constructed 20 meter road in forest land at Shilli Kandli near Narkanda  with the help of JCB No. HP-11-1545.The case is being investigated by HC Devraj I/O PP Narkanda.

2. Accused Deepak Sharma S/o Suresh Kumar H.No.A 507 Sadar Bazar Karnal has been arrested in case FIR No.372/15 on 28.10.2015 U/S 420,120B IPC at PS Dhalli, is further on police remand upto 08.12.2015.

1. A ND&PS case FIR No 109/15 has been registered at PS East on 03.12.15 U/S 20,29-61-85  ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Harish Garg No. 35 I/O PS East Shimla alleging therein that on 02.12.2015 , he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Beolia. near about  09-30 PM, two persons namely Devinder Sharma S/o  Sh. Suresh Chand R/o Village Jaat PO Beolia Tehsil  & Distt. Shimla  & Rajinder Sharma  S/o Sh. Puran Chand R/o Village Behli PS Karsog Distt. Mandi intercepted by them. During search, 490 gram Charas recovered from the possession of Devinder Sharma. The case is investigating  by HC Harish Garg No 35 I/O PS East Shimla.

2. A Burglary case FIR No. 294/15 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 02.12.2015 U/S 380 IPC on the application of Sh. K.S. Thakur S/o Lt. Sh. P.R. Thakur R/o Deodar Green, Lower Summer Hill Shimla alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen away building material i.e. frames of Doors & windows, Grill etc. from his under constructed building. The case is being investigated by HC Shyam Lal, I/O PP Jutough, Shiml.a.

3. A Fire incident  case FIR No 52/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 02.12.2015 U/S 285, 337 IPC on the statement  of Atma Ram S/o Sh. Banshi Ram Vill. Babat P/O. Dhar Chandna Tehsil Kupvi alleging therein that  on 19.11.15 his Brother Sunder Singh S/o Sh. Banshi ram vill. Babat P/o Dhar chandna Tehsil Kupvi went to house of kalu ram village Shiral on 22.11.2015 .After that his neighbor  informed him  that his brother Sunder Singh laying on the path in burnt  condition near village Pawahan on his information along with other villager went on spot & bring to hospital for treatment . The case is being investigating by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Nerwa.

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 123/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 02.12.2015 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Hem Chand, I/C PP Sainj alleging therein that on today he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty. At about 01:00 PM, when they reached near  near Vaya (Sainj), one person namely Hardyal S/o Bali Ram R/o Village Pali PO Kamad PS & Tehsil Anni Disttt Kullu intercepted by them and recovered 27 Boxes of Country Liquor marka UNA No-1 and 08 boxes of English liquor from his Possession. The case is being investigating by ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj P.S Kumarsain.  
2. An Accident case FIR No 69/15 has been registered at P.S Sunni today on 02.12.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Khem Raj S/o Lt.  Sh. Nokh Ram R/o Village & PO Dargi Thesil Sunni Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 01.12.2015 at 9:30 PM a vehicle No HP 64 8329 met with an accident near Dargi (Sainj) and rolled down 200 feet from the road, due to rash & negligence driving of Praveen Sharma. In this accident 03 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni.
3. A Burglary case FIR No 51/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa today on 02.12.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Govind Kharka S/O Patti Ram R/o Village & PO Kaidi Teh. Chopal Distt Shimla A/P Assistant in Animal Husbandry Hospital Kaidi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 01/02.12.2015, some unknown person has broken the door lock of his office and stolen away one U.P.S, one CPU, one Keyboard one Mouse and one Monitor. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO Nariender Singh P.S Nerwa.

1. An Excise case FIR No.526/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.11.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 30.11.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty near Daawat Hotel at Dhalli.  During patrolling a vehicle  No.HP- 10-0490 came from Kufri side intercepted by them and recovered 10 boxes of country liquor from the possession of Jeet Ram S/o Sh Joginder Singh Thakur R/o VPO Thaila Tehsil Sunni District Shimla .The case is being investigating by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Dhalli .  
2. An Accident case FIR No. 193/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 30-11-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC and 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Narayan Singh S/o Sh. Aklu Ram R/o Vill Bangri  P.O. Chailla Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 30-11-2015 at about 03-30 PM when he was present in his shop at Bhui at the same time one Nano HP09C-1431 car came rashly and negligently and hit Kamlesh S/o Deep Ram and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C  PP Chailla.
3. A Theft case FIR No. 525/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30-11-2015 u/s 379,511, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Satya Parksah S/o late Sh. Padam Dass r/o Vill Mandar PO Baldyan Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleging therein that one tree has been sanctioned in favour of his brother under T.D.  On 30.11.2015 Tota Ram S/o Sh Matha Ram cut the tree with the intention to theft it with the help of other three persons.  The case is being investing by ASI Nagdev I/C PP Mashobra.
4. During last 24 hours 167 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act and 05 Challan under smoking Act.  Total Challan compounded = 73 and fine realized Rs. 37, 500/-

1. Vineet Kumar S/o Sh Satish Kumar R/o Village Karyali P/o Jabri Tehsil & District Shimla arrested in case FIR No.516/15 dated 30.11.2015 u/s 451,504,506,34 IPC at PS Dhalli released on bail by the trial court.

2. Tota Ram S/o Sh. Matha Ram R/o Village Mander P.O. Baldenyan Tehsil   & Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 525/15 dated 29-11-2015 u/s US 379,511,34 IPC PS Dhalli is on Police remand upto 03-12-2015.
