Crime Report On 07 December 2014

1.    Act endangering life Case FIR No. 240/14 has been registered at PS West on dt. 6-12-14 U/S 336, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Tejender Kumar s/o Sh. Roop Lal r/o Vill. Palora P.O. Durgapur P.S. Dhalli Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is working as lineman in Satelite cable Channel 9. Suresh Kumar and Anil Kumar are also working with him in this company. Today they were hanging cable near Anji Village. When Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Todar Mal R/o Vill. Narayan Garh P.O. Tanehad Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was hanging the cable in the trees, suddenly the cable touch with HT line and got severe current. They took him to IGMC in 108 Ambulance where he was declared brought dead by the doctor. This incident took place because of negligence of Company because, the company didn't provide any safety kit or Gloves to them. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I.O. P.S. West, Shimla.

2.    A Fire Incident  case FIR No 144/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on dt 06-12-14 U/S 285 IPC vide DD No.17 at 04.30 PM has been regd. on the application of Sh. Beli Ram B.O. Arhal Bashla Range Rohru, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dt 03-12-14 at about 1.00 PM suddenly a fire incident created in UF-12 Ferali. In this incident UF-12, Ferali 20-11-12 plants of 10 hect which are  totally destroyed. He was tried to control on the fire. But the plants 4 hect. area totally destroyed. Approximately  the lose of plants destroyed in this incident is Rs 1,25,000/-  the case is being investigated by HC Prakash Chand No. 212, I/O PS Rohru .

3.    A Wrongful Restraint case FIR NO 62/2014 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dt. 06-12-2014 u/s 341,323,504 IPC on the statement of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O vill. Kandri PO Fancha Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla (HP) alleging therein that on dated 06-12-2014 time about 7:30 PM when he was situated near Bushahar Hotel alongwith Tikkam Singh, Sher Singh, Rajender & Maan Chand Verma, then a Person namely Surjeet Singh who was working in Home Gaurds, obstructed his way & beaten him. In this incident, he has got injuries in his left side to the neck & eye. Case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh NO 216 I/O PP Jeori.

4.    An Accident case FIR NO.148/14 has been registered at PS Chotta Shimla on Dtd 06-12-2014 U/S 279,304A IPC on the ruka of HC Shish Pal No.131 I/O P.P Kasumpti P.S East Shimla. Alleged that on dt. 06.12.14  about 6:00PM one person namely Kamal informd  telephonically in P.P. Kasumpti that one vehicle fell down from road near Beolia Curve. On this information He reached on the spot with staff. He saw that one vehicle No. HP51A-3009 M/Car sky Blue colour fell down about 150 Mtr from road. In this incident one person namely Jitender Sharma S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Village Lamba Jubbar P.O Rajhana Tehsil & Distt. Shimla brought dead in IGMC Shimla.  This accident was occurred due to rash and negligent driving of  Jitender Sharma. Case has being investigated by HC Shishu pal No.131 I/O P.P Kasumpti.

5.    An Accident case FIR NO. 241/14 has been registered at PS West on Dtd 07-12-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC, on the complaint of Km. Shruti d/o Sh. R/o alleging therein that she is student of Bahara University. Today when she was coming from university to her rented house at Shoghi in the Bhara university Bus, at about 6.00 P.M. when she was deboarding from bus the Driver suddenly driven the bus and she fell down and got injured. This incident took place due to Negligent driving by the Bus Driver, because at that time he was using earphone. The case is being investigated by PSI Shyam , I.O. P.S. West, Shimla.

6.    A Wrongful Restraint case FIR NO 63/2014 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dt. 07-12-2014 u/s 341,323, IPC on the statement of Sh. Anil Kumar Sharma S/o Sh. Roshan Lal Sharma C/o Sh. Ninju Ram R/o Village Jhakri alleging therin that to day at about 10.30 am one Mr. Rinku restrain his way at bus stand Jhakri and betan him with out any cause. The case is being investigated by HC Surash Kumar No 141 I/O PS Jhakri

7.    A cheating  CASE FIR NO 191/14 DATED 7-12-14 U/S 420,120B HAS BEEN REGISTERED at PS THEOG ON THE COMPLAINT OF SH COL S.S. MULTANI R/O 1515,SECTOR  18 D CHANDIGARH 160018 ALAIGED THAT RAJDEEP JAIN S/O JAWAHAR LAL JAIN,SANDEEP JAIN S/O JAWAHAR LAL JAIN AND VANEETA JAIN W/O JAWAHAR LAL JAIN R/O 75,PUHAPA VIHAR , SOUTH CITY LUDHIANA AND RUCHIKA JAIN D/O SH. JAWHAR LAL JAIN R/O 62, SEC. 18-A CHANDIGARH BY MAKING FALSE AGRICULTRE CERTIFICATE AND FRAUDULENTLY PURCHASED LAND IN THEOG AND PAONTA SAHIB CHEATING THEREBY DISHONESTLY . CASE HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND INVESTIGATED BY ASI SUNIL KUMAR I/O PS THEOG

Crime Report on 6th December, 2014

1.   A Mischief by destroying or moving case FIR No. 223/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 06.12.2014 U/S 435, 285 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mela Ram S/o Sh. Dhaju Ram R/o Village Chadach, PO Dhanas, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is working as conductor in Private Bus (KBO) No. HP-07-5573. On 06.12.2014, he was sleeping in above bus, parked at Lakkar Bazar Bus Stand, Shimla. Another private Bus No. HP-51-3963 (Mehta Coath) was also parked in front of his bus, but no person was inside the bus. At about 02:30 AM, he heard a loud sound and saw that front side of Mehta Bus is on fire. The case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.

2.   A Rioting case FIR No. 80/14  has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 06.12.2014 U/S 147,149,323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ravinder Negi S/o Sh. Kundan Lal Negi R/o Hingoli, PO Rohal, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 06.12.2014 at 11-00 AM, when he reached at village Bhonda, at the same time,  Naveen R/o Goswari alongwith his six friends have beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep, I/O PS Chirgaon.

3.   A House Trespass case FIR No. 239/14 has been registered at PS West on 06.12.2014 U/S 452, 342, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Vikas Sharma S/o Sh. Narender Sharma R/o Village Heerapur, PO Ohar, Tehsil Jhanduta, Distt. Bilaspur alleging therein that he is student of LLB. On 05.12.2014 at about 10-00 PM,  Vardhan Garg, Bantu, Luka and one another person entered in his room. They beaten him brutally, resultantly received injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS West. 

4.   During last 24 hours 157 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 05 challaned under Smoking Act. Total challan compounded= 73 and the fine realized Rs. 28,200/-

Crime Report 05 December, 2014

1.    A Burglary case FIR No. 76/14 has been registered at PS Chopal on 04.12.14 U/S 457 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yashwant Singh Zinta S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Vill. Jaigarh, PO & Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla HP alleging there in that on 02.12.2014 he was out of station to attend the marriage ceremony at Yamuna Nagar. On 03.12.2014, his uncle Virender Singh informed him telephonically that locks of doors are opened of his house. On 04.12.2014 when he reached at home and found that the locks of the doors were broken and stolen away golden ornaments i.e. three Tops, one diamond, three rings, two nose pins, one chain,  one pendal, and cash Rs. 20,000/- form his house. The case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh I/O PS Chopal.

2.    A House Trespass case FIR No. 171/14 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 04.12.14 U/S 451,506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Roshni Devi W/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village & PO Malyana, Dhalli alleging therein that Sh. Kulwant and Ashok came to his quarter and threatened her with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh PS Dhalli.

3.    A Mischief by destroying or moving Case FIR No. 190/14 has been registered at PS Theog on 04.12.2014 U/S 435 IPC on the application of villagers of Majrana alleging therein that during marriage function at village Majrana, one person namely Basant Singh S/O Sh. Bhart singh quarrelled with villager and set a fire to grass toly. The case is investigating by ASI Santok Singh I/O PP Mantiana

4.    A House Trespass case FIR No 143/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 04.12.2014 U/S 451, 427 IPC on the application of Sh. Banwari Lal S/o Sh. Ishawari Nand R/o near PWD workshop Rohru Distt. Shimla alleging therein that Vijay Kumar Karol, Monty Sons of Sh. Mohan lal alongwith another three persons have broken the pillar & bricks wall and destroyed his house, which is under construction. The case is being investigated by HC Parkash Chand I/O PS Rohru.

5.    A Cheating case FIR No. 222/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 04.12.2014 U/S 420,465,467,468,471IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Khanna and Rajneesh Khanna Sons of Sh. Dharampal Khanna R/o 166 Sajja n Niwas, Anaj Mandi Shimla alleging therein that Smt. Brij Mohini, Smt. Vimla Khanna, Sh. Ramesh Kapoor, Sh. Jagmohan, Sh. Man Mohan Khanna, Sh. Dheeraj Khanna, Kumari Anita Seth, Vimla Devi, Smt. Babita Obroi, Smt. Sunita  & Sh. Sanjeev Goel have produced a fake will regarding a flat on base story of Daliya Cottage at Shimla.  The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhami Singh, I/O PS Sadar.

6.    An Accident case FIR No 147/14 has been registered at PS East on  05.12.14 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Devi Ram R/O Baghi Nala P/O Dev Gharh, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he was coming in the vehicle No. HP63C-5550 to KNH Shimla with his family and vehicle was driven by the  Manoj kumar. When he reached near St. Beads Collage Navbahar Shimla, due to rash and negligent driving driver above vehicle met with an accident. They sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASi Partap Singh I/O PS East

7.    During last 24 hours 184 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 08 challaned under Smoking Act. Total challan compounded= 79 and the fine realized Rs. 31,700/-

1.    Accused Sukhpal S/o Sh. Mangnu Ram r/o Vill. Bobhoh P.O. , P.S. & Tehsil Padhar age 30Year has  been arrested in case FIR No. 237/14 Dt 03.12.2014 U/S 326A, 323  IPC at PS West, Shimla has sent judicial costudy.

2.    Accused Deepan Dogra S/o Sh. Ravi Dutt Dogra R/o Village Shilli Karyali, PO Halidhar, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 99/14 Dt. 04.12.2014 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kumarsain is on police remand upto 08.12.2014.

3.     Accused Tilakraj Kalta S/O Late Sh.  Manni Ram R/O Baral, PO Jahrag PS Rohru Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 50/14 Dt. 13.9.2014 U/S 420 IPC at PS Kotkhai is on police remand for three days.

Crime Report 04 December, 2014

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 99/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 04.12.2014 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Narkanda, Shimla alleging therein that on 04.12.2014, he alongwith staff were on patrolling duty towards Shilli-Kandi Road at Narkanda. At about 09-45 AM, one person namely Deepan Dogra S/o Sh. Ravi Dutt Dogra R/o Village Shilli Karyali, PO Halidhar, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla has been intercepted by them. During search, they recovered 165 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Narkanda.  

2. An Accident case FIR No 157/14 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.12.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the application of Sh. Hem Chand S/O Sh. Rama Nand Vill. Shila S/T Nankhari Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 03.12.2014 at about 01.30 PM, one vehicle No. HP 63-6062 (i-10), driven by Kapil S/O Sh. Krishan Vill Gahan, came rashly from Shila Naala and hit Nitin Sood and run away from the spot. In this incident Nitin Sood sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath No 153 I/O PP Nankhari.

3. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 159/14 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.12.2014 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Banku Ram Vill. Binaal S/T Nankhari Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 03.12.2014 he was in the marriage with his friends Jitender, Daya Krishan at Khatkarali. On 04.12.2014, after attend the marriage of his friend; he was going towards his home at Village Nagalni in his vehicle.  On the way at about 01.00 AM when he reached near Nalaban, four persons namely Banti Kapoor, Balwant, Anil and Punit obstructed his way and beaten him. He sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath I/O PP Nankhari.

4. A Burglary case FIR No 156/14 has been registered at PS Rampur on 03.12.2014 U/S 454,380 IPC on the application of Sh.Brij Lal S/O Jawahar lal Village Dagani PO Sharvi Tehsil Nirmond Distt Kullu HP alleging therein that he is residing in Govt. accommodation at kheneri along with his wife who is posted as Nurse at MGMSC Kheneri. On 03.12.2014 at about 10.30 AM his wife Anjana Devi went to Rampur. At about 12.30PM, when she come back to her quarter at Kheneri, she found that some unknown person has broken the door lock of her quarter and stolen golded ornaments and Cash worth of Rs 40,000/- from almirah. The case is being investigated by Insp/SHO Mathura Dass PS Rampur.

5. An Accident case FIR No. 72/14 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 04.12.2014 U/S 279, 304A IPC  on the statement of Sh. Balbir Singh  S/o Sh. Joginder Singh R/o Village Shawala, PO- Kokunalah, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night of 03/04.12.2014, A Santro Car No. HP-09A-3506 met with an accident near Prem Nagar due to rash & negligent driving of Anuj S/o Sh. Roshan R/o Village Didi, PO Mahasu, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla and rolled down 70 feet from the road. Above person has died on the spot. The case is being investigated  by ASI Kamaldeep, I/O PS Kotkhai.

6. A causing hurt by dangerous weapons case FIR No. 238/14 is registered at PS West on 04.12.2014 U/S 324 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Surjit Singh R/o Vilalge & PO Sannaura, Distt. Yamuna Nagar, Haryana A/p C/o Ramesh Kumar R/o Village Majthai, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he went to his laws house to attend the death anniversary of his father-in-law at village Majthai.  On 03.12.2014 at about 07-00 PM, some unknown person of village Majthai have beaten him. He sustained injuries on his head & arm. He has taken to IGMC Shimla for treatment, where Medical Officer has mentioned sharp injuries in his MLC. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jatough.  

7. An Accident case FIR No 141/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 04.12.2014  U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jagdish Tripathi S/o Sh. Bela Ram R/O Vill. Tiwadi PO Ranipur [Haridwar ] Tehsil & Distt  Haridwar UK C/o  Raju Verma  R/O Karsog Distt Mandi  HP, age.46 yrs alleging therein that on 03.12.2014, he was coming from Karsog in Chhota Hathi, he saw that a vehicle No. HP-62B-1081 met with an accident at Sheelghat and rolled down about 30 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Raj Kumar @ Banti S/o Sh. Narayan Dass R/o Village Bhandarnu. In this accident Rajkumar, Tara Devi and Jagdish Tripathi sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP Tikkar.

8. During last 24 hours 199 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 challaned under Smoking Act. Total challan compounded= 72 and the fine realized Rs. 37,500/-

4. Accused Kala Ram S/o Sh. Sarmjew R/o Village Jhalwari, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla has been arrested in Case FIR No. 79/14 Dt. 30.11.2014 U/S 307 IPC at PS Chirgaon released on bail today on 04.12.2014.  

Crime Report 03 December, 2014

1. An Accident case FIR No 139/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 02.12.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jai Lal S/o Sh. Jamfu Ram R/o Koti, PO Pujarli No-4 Teh & PS Rohru Distt Shimla age 50yrs alleging therein that on 02.12.2014 he alongwith Ram Krishan, Bittu, Om Parkash were going to Koti in vehicle No. HP-07D-9700 (Santro). On the way Driver Ravinder Zinta lost the control and above car rolled down 15/20 feet from the road. They sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by Inspt. Amar Chand, SHO PS Rohru.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 57/14 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 02.12.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the Rukka of HC Sant Ram I/0 PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 02.12.20141 at 02.20 PM, on the information  he alongwith staff rushed to the spot at Batera and found that  one M/Car 800 No HP-08A- 0955 rolled down from the road in to River. Two persons namely Vinod Kumar & Aman were sitting in the car. Aman was driving the car. One person namely Vinod Kumar died during the treatment at C.H Nerwa and Aman sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sant Ram I/O PS Nerwa.

3. An Accident case FIR No. 75/14  has been registered at PS Chopal on 03.12.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ran Singh S/O Sh. Jhunkhru Ram R/o Village & PO Jhokhar, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 02.12.2014 when he alongwith driver Prem Singh & four another persons were going to Kupvi in a Bolero Camper. At about 12.45PM when they reached near village Sanat, Driver Prem Singh S/O Sukh Ram VPO Jhokhar lost his control and above vehicle rolled down from the road. Two persons sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HHC Hari Singh PP Kupvi .

4. A Voluntarily causing hurt by use of acid case FIR No. 237/14 has been registered at PS West on 03.12.2014 U/S 326A, 323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ram Chand S/o Sh. Rati Ram R/O Village & PO- Jathia Devi, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today at about 03:00 AM, he heard a sound of crying from outside his home. On this, he came out and saw that one person namely Pinku was sit on the road near Handpump with blood stained injury on his head. When he asked from him, he told that Sukh Ram, who was sit inside the Truck No. HP-11C-3250, has beaten him and throw acid on his face. The case is being investigated by SI Harish, I/C PP Jatough, Shimla.

5. During last 24 hours 141 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 08 challaned under Smoking Act. Total challan compounded= 42 and the fine realized Rs. 15,500/-

2. Accused Kala Ram S/o Sh. Sarmjew R/o Village Jhalwari, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla has been arrested in Case FIR No. 79/14 Dt. 30.11.2014 U/S 307 IPC at PS Chirgaon and is on police ramand upto 04.12.2014.

Press Note on 02.12.2014

1. A Criminal breach of trust by carrier case FIR No. 138/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 01.12.2014 U/S 407 IPC on the application of Sh. Prem Singh Thakur  S/o Late Sh. Chet Ram Thakur R/o Village & PO Thana, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla A/p Proprietor P.F.C. Shop No. 47, Subzi Mandi, Rohru alleging therein that on 25.08.2014, he loaded 400 apple boxes in a Truck No. UP-15-AT-8293 driven by Mohd. Jakir, from Rohru to Calcutta. The name of the Truck owner is Nulfukar Ali S/o Sh. Akhter Ali. But above truck was not reached in Calcutta till now. The case is being investigated by HC Vinay, I/O PS Rohru.

2. An Act Endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No. 189/14 has been registered at PS Theog on 01.12.2014 U/S 336,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Inder Singh S/o Late Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o Village Kadrawal, PO Shadi, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla A/P Temate  O/o Electricity Department, Section Matiyana, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.12.2014, Sh. Chetan A/P Junior Engineer asked him to cut the electricity supply for the maintenance of Chhaila- Mohari line and told him that he will informed him for to run the supply. When Roshan Lal was maintenance the electricity line in electricity poll, suddenly the power supply run and due to electricity current he scorched/burnt and fell down from the poll and died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Sadhu Ram, I/C Police Chowki Chhaila.  

3. A Grievous Injury case FIR No. 236/14 is registered at PS West on 01.12.2014 U/S 325,323,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Manish Thakur S/o Sh. Gain Chand R/o Village Bagali, PO Badehari, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 24.11.2014 at about 06-30 PM,  when he was purchasing from the shop at Jathia Devi. At the same time three persons namely Sunil, Surender & Raj Kumar have beaten him and broken the glasses of his vehicle. On this his medical examination has been conducted at DDU ZH, Shimla. On 01.12.2014, his MLC has been received in which Doctor has given grievous injury to him in final opinion. The case is being investigated by SI Harish Kumar, I/C PP Jatough.  

4. A Criminal Trespass case FIR No. 98/14 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 01.12.2014 U/S 447,427 IPC on the application of Sh. Jai Chand Singha S/o Late Sh. B.D. Singha R/o Village Baza, Tehsil & PS Kuamrsain, District Shimla alleging therein that HP Public Works Department has illegally constructed a road in  his land Khasra No. 345/1/1 and damaged 08 apple trees. The case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal, I/O PS Kumarsain.

5. An Excise Act case FIR No. 163/14 has been registered at PS  Dhalli on 01.12.2014 U/S 47 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ashish Samuel , I/C PP Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 01.12.2014 he alongwith staff on patrolling duty at Sanjauli Bazaar. At about 09-00  PM, he got a secret information that Rajesh Chauhan S/o Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village Ara, PO Tikkari, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, is running illegal bar near Wine Shop in Sanjuali-IGMC Road. On this information, he raided in above Bar and found that 4/5 persons were sitting inside the bar and drinking the wine.  Above Rajesh Chauhan failed to produce any license to run the bar. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Sameul, I/C PP Sanjauli.

6. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR NO. 154/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 02.12.2014 U/S 341,323, IPC on the statement of Sh. Lachhmi Dass S/O Lt. Sh. Puran Sukh R/o Village & PO Kandi, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 01.12.2014 at about 3.30 PM when he was coming back to home, on the way Vineet@ Bittu obstructed his way near Kandi and beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Shashi Bhushan, I/O PP Taklech.  

7. During last 24 hours 165 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 04 challaned under Smoking Act. Total challan compounded= 80 and the fine realized Rs. 37,100/-

Follow Up

1. Accused Narayan Singh S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Dyandly (Kyar) PO Nerwa Sub-Tehsil & PS Nerwa Distt Shimla, Age 45 Years has been arrested in case FIR No. 41/14 Dt. 03.09.2014 U/S 354(D) IPC at PS Nerwa and further on police remand upto 04.12.2014.

    

    

    

    

    

Crime Report 01 December, 2014

1. An Accident case FIR No. 162/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 01.12.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the rukka of HC Ashish, I/O PP Mashobra alleging therein that today Sunny Nepta was coming in his vehicle No. HP-09A-0387 from Craigneno to Shimla. When he reached near Faridkot house, due to rash and negligent driving, he lost his control from the vehicle and met with an accident. He sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish Kumar I/O PP Mashobra.

2. A Fire Incident  case FIR No. 136/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 01.12.2014 U/S 285 IPC on the application of Sh. Goverdhan Gopal and his brother Rishiraj alleging therein that on on 30.11.2014, one Sh.Narender Kumar S/O Roshan Lal informed him that some unknown person has set a fire in their garden at Kanda, Rohru. Due to fire  311 plants of apple (241 plants of Goverdhan Gopal & 70 plants of Rishiraj) and grass of Goverdhan Gopal have been burnt. The case is being investigated by HHC Harinder Singh, I/O PS Rohru.

3. A Fire Incident case FIR No. 137/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 01.12.2014 U/S 285 IPC on the application of Sh. Babalu S/O Sh. Sadh Ram R/O Bijaouri, PO Seema, Tehsil Rohru and Garib Shah S/O Kalu R/O Jakhar, PO Samoli, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla  alleging therein that on 29.11.2014, his servant Sh. Uttam Chand S/O Sh. Rattnu Tehsil Rohru, was doing some work in his garden at Bijaouri and burnt the fire. Suddenly the fire uncontrolled and reached in their garden. Due to fire  about 350 plants of apple, grass and two dogriyan have been burnt.  The case is being investigated by HC Chet Ram I/O PS Rohru.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 56/14 is registered at PS Nerwa on01.12.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Roshan Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Chola Ram R/o Village Kanhal, PO- Kaidi, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla alleging therein that on 01.12.2014, he alongwith Narender & Sant Ram were coming towards Nerwa from Kaidi in vehicle No. HP-08A-0908 (Bolero Campur). When they reached near Dalta nalah, Driver lost his control from the vehicle and rolled down 50 feet from the road. They sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HHC Virender Singh, I/O PS Nerwa.

5. An Accident case FIR No. 46/14 is registered at PS Jubbal on 01.12.2014 U/S  279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Surat Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Sajnu Ram R/o Village & PO- Deem, Tehsil & PS Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein on 30.11.2014, he heard a loud sound from the outside his house. He came out from his house and saw that one A/F Maruti Car met with an accident in front of his house. Two persons namely Kushal Chand S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o Village Dhamai and Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Daulat Ram (both)  R/o Village Deem, Tehsil Jubbal, Distt. Shimla died in this accident on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar, I/O PS Jubbal.

6. During last 24 hours 113 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 09 challaned under Smoking Act. Total challan compounded= 53  and the fine realized Rs. 15,800/-

1. Accused Praveen Sharma s/o Sh. Jai Ram  r/o Vill. & P.O. Bhumti Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan 55  years has been arrested in Case FIR No. 223/14 u/s 447, 420, 465, 468 IPC, 16 L.P. Act  & 30, 33 I.F. Act P.S. West, today released on bail by Ld. Court.
