Crime Report on 26th March 2019

1.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 22/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 25.03.2019 U/S 21, 29 ND&PS Act PS Jubbal on the rukka of HC Suresh Kumar, I/O PP Sarswati Nagar, Jubbal alleging therein that on 25.03.2019, during traffic checking alongwith staff at CP Kuddu, a Maruti Car No. HP10A-3422 alongwith three persons namely i) Kuldeep Kumar s/o Sh. Ashok Rangta R/o Village Bijori, PO Seema, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, age 28 years, ii) Gagan Bhushan S/o Sh. Shishu Pal R/o Village Bijori, PO Seema, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, age 32 years & iii) Rajeev Kumar s/o Sh. Gulab Singh Rangta R/o Village Chaunri, PO Jhalta Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla, age 20 years, stopped by them for checking and during the search 3.25 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from the possession of Rajeev Kumar. Above accused have been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 52/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.03.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Pushpender s/o Sh Brij Lal R/o village Bathlog P/o Barog Tehsil Theog alleging there in that on 25.03.2019 a vehicle No. HP 41 1121 met with an accident in which two persons sustained injuries at near Secret Heart School. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharm Chand I/O PS Dhalli.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 52/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 25.03.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of  Karam Chand S/o Sh. Tenzin village Khab P/o Namgia Tehsil Pooh Distt Kinnaur alleging therein that on 25.03.2019 at about 4:00 PM near HS Khaneri three vehicles No. HP27A-0698, HP 10A 7796 & HP 06B 0245 collied with each other and met with an accident.This accident occured due to rash and negligent driving of Daledar Singh S/O Sh.  Kundan Lal village Tharla P/o Jaon Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu. The case is being investigating by HC Rajesh PS Rampur.

4.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 29/19 has been registred at PS Rohru today on 26.03.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) Excise Act on the rukka of SI Jhabe Ram I/O PS Rohru alleging therein that today on 26.03.2019 during patrolling along with staff he recovered 24 bottles of English liquor and 24 bottles of beer from the possession of Ramesh Sharma S/o Sh Jai Ram R/o village Shekal P/o Pujarli No. 4 Rohru Shimla The case is being investigated by SI Jhabe Ram I/O PS Rohru.

5.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 14/19 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 25.03.19 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act  on the rukka of ASI Dhyan Singh I/o PS Kupvi alleging therein that on 25.03.2019 during patrolling along with staff he recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor from the possession of Jagdish Singh S/o Sh Sita Ram R/o Chawalidi P/o Dharchanana Tehsil Kupvi District Shimla.The case is being investigated by ASI Dhyan Singh I/O PS Kupvi.  

6.    A DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDER DULY PROMULGATED BY PUBLIC SERVANT: Case FIR No. 70/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 25.03.2019 U/S 143, 188 IPC on the rukka of ASI Tezin Chering I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 25.03.2019 some activists of CPIM gathered at CTO and shouted slogans against administration without prior permission of the administration. The case is being investigated by ASI Tezin Chering I/O PS Sadar.

7.    During last 24 hours 558 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 305, 26 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime report on 25th March 2019

1. AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 51/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 24.03.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 185 MV Act on the statement of Sh Rahul Singh Thakur S/o Sh Raghuveer Singh Thakur R/o village Lada P/o Majhwar Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur alleging therein that on 24.03.2019 a vehicle No. HP 62 3433 driven by Roop Lal  s/o Sh Parmanand R/o village Jarashi P/o Naryan Tehsil Rampur District Shimla hit his vehicle No. HP 03D 0658. The case is being investigated by HC Chander Mohan I/o PS Dhalli.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 23/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 25.03.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Guman Singh S/o Sh Hari Ram R/o village Gumat P/o Koti Bounch Tehsil Shilai district Sirmour A/P Conductor MBO Bus No. 63B-1722 alleging therein that today on 25.03.2019 near Nogali a HRTC Bus No. HP25A 3013 came rashly from Rampur side and collided with MBO bus. In this accident 25/30 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Jai Singh I/C PP Sainj.
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIr No. 27/19 has been registred at PS Chirgaon on 24.03.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 24.03.2019 during patrolling along with staff he recovered 11 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Damar Dutt s/o Sh Amar Dutt R/o VPO Tikkari Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Chirgaon.
4. During last 24 hours 273 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 163, 20 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Follow Up

19 persons has been arrested U/S 107/151 CrPC at PS West Shimla and later on release on bail.

Crime Report on 24th March 2019

1.    A ND&PS: Case FIR No. 56/19 has been registered at PS West on 23.03.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Rajender Kumar No. 59, I/O PS West Shimla alleging therein that on 23.03.2019 at about 05-00 PM, during patrolling/ traffic checking at Shoghi Barrier, Shimla one Motorcycle No. HP52B-0586 alongwith rider namely Nikhil Kumar S/o Sh. Surender Kumar R/o Palsra Niwas, 1^st Sangi, Sangti, Summer Hill, Shimla, age 20 years stopped by them for checking and during the search, 18 Gram Charas, recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested and the case is being investigated by SI Lal Singh, I/O PS West Shimla.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 26/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 23.03.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Prem Singh I/O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 23.03.2019 during patrolling duty he recovered 07 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Narender S/o Late Sh Bali Ram R/o village Jabeda P/o Kaloti Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Singh I/O PS Chirgaon.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 22/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 24.03.2019 U/279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh Nihal Chand S/o Lt Sh Devi Saran R/o village Bankoti P/o Thanedhar Tehsil Kumarsian District Shimla alleging therein that today on 24.03.2019 when he along with a person namely Ashok Kumar travelling through vehicle No. HP 06C 5523 towards Khlavan village suddenly Ashok Kumar lost his control on the vehicle and met with an accident near village Khlavan. In this accident both person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Susheel Kumar I/O PS Kumarsain.

4.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 29/19 has been registred at PS Chopal on 23.03.2019 U/S 39 (i)(a) Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Chopal alleging therein that on 23.03.2019 during patrolling along with staff at Chowkiya he recovered 4.5 bottles of illicit liquor.

5.    AN ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR No. 14/19 has been registred at PS Kotkhai on 23.03.2019 U/S 336, 304A IPC in which complainant alleging terein that on 23.03.2019 his son namely Prikshit died due to electric shock from stay wire of electricity pole when he coming home from school. The case is being investigated by HC Sunil I/O PS Kotkhai.

6.    During last 24 hours 504 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 217, 27 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

2.      Accused Nikhil Kumar S/o Sh. Surender Kumar R/o Palsra Niwas, 1^st Sangi, Sangti, Summer Hill, Shimla, age 20 years arrested in case No.FIR 56/19 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS West is being produced before Ld Court today.

Crime Report on 23 March 2018

1.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 55/19 has been registered at PS West on 22.03.2019 U/S 20, 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Narender Kumar No. 52, I/O SIU, District Shimla alleging therein that on 22.03.2019 at about 07-45 PM, during patrolling/ collection of intelligence regarding illegal trading of narcotic drugs alongwith staff, one person namely Krishan S/o Sh. Govind R/o 2124, Majhmi Colony, Ram Nagar, Karnal, Haryana, age 28 years intercepted by them near vegetable shop at Nabha Complex, Shimla and recovered 500 Gram Charas & 6 Gram Heroin from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Pawan Kumar No. 40, I/O PS West Shimla. 

2.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 21/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on  22.03.2019 U/S 21, 25, 29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Sohan Lal, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar, Jubbal alleging therein that on 22.03.2019 at about 06:05 PM, during traffic checking alongwith staff near Patsari, a Car No. HP10A-2190 alongwith three persons namely i) Piyush Kalta S/o Sh. Ravinder r/o Village Bral PO Jharag, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, age 23 years, ii) Arvind Chauhan S/o Sh. Bihari Lal R/o Village Dhanoti, PO Samra Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, age 30 years & iii) Ankit Kumar S/o Sh. Sardar Singh R/o Vilage Bral, PO Jharag, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, age 30 years, stopped by them for checking and during the search, 5.34 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from their possession. Above accused have been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by ASI Deepak Kumar, I/O PS Jubbal.

3.    A Tresspass: Case FIR No. 26/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 22.03.2019 U/S 448 IPC on the application of Yojvinder Singh S/o Sh. Sarvinder Singh R/o village & P/o Kaloti Teh.Chirgaon District Shimla at present Y.T.C Sabji Mandi Rohru alleging therein that on 22.03.2019 his shop landlord namely Baldev Raitka has broke the door lock of his shop without the prior permission of complainant and entered in his shop. The case is being investigated by ASI Shanti Swaroop I/O PS Rohru.

4.    A Rioting: Case FIR No. 51/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 23.03.2019 U/S 143, 174 & 341 IPC on the Rukka of S.I Layak Ram I/o PS Theog alleging therein that on 23.03.2019 some activists of DYFI i.e Kapil Bhardwaj, and Bhupender gathered at Bus Stand along with some other persons  at Theog and block the free flow of traffic. They also shouted slogans against the local administration without prior permission of administration. The case is being investigated by SI Layak Ram I/O PS Theog.

5.    During last 24 hours 297 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 58, 17 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
