1. A Murder case FIR No. 222/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 20.11.2016 U/S 302,34 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh. Padam Sigh S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Vill. Baroli, PO Dhanowali, Sub-Tehsil Nankhari, Distt Shimla alleging therein that his nefew Parvesh Kumar 32 yrs old went to Rampur on 17.11.16 but he did not come back till 19.11.16 during search his deadbody found Nr Safed Dhank about 80 mtr below NH-5. It has come to notice that some unknown persons has beaten his nefew and thrown from above Dhank with intention to kill him. The Case is being investigated by Inspr/SHO PS Rampur.  
2. An Accident case FIR No. 219/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 19.11.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh. Man Singh S/o Sh. Rai Singh R/o Village  Punan, PO Nankhari, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 19/20.11.16 at about 12.00 AM when he was driving the Truck NO. HP30-2574 and reached at Petrol Pump Near Mega Mart, a car No. HP10A-7378 come rashly and hit with his above Truck. In this accident 4/5 boys sit on that car sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/O PS Dhalli.
3. An Accident Case FIR No. 221/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on dated 19.11.16 U/S 279,337,427 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Man Dass R/o VPO Kartot Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on dated 19.11.16 at about 5.00 PM when he was coming back towards Rampur from Shimla in his vehicle No. HP02A-1180 along with passengers, one Scorpio No. CH03C-4361 came from Rampur side  with  rash and negligent driving of the driver and collide with his vehicle, due to which  his vehicle turned around towards a house and damage it. In this accident one women namely Sewa Dassi sustain injuries. Scorpio driver along with vehicle absconded from the spot. The Case is being investigating by HC Lal Chand I/O PS Rampur.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 114/16 has been registered at PS East today on 20.11.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh. Deepak Sharma S/o Late Sh. Bal Krishan Sharma R/o B.K. Niwas, Near Laxmi Narayan Mandir, Kasumpti, Shimla alleging therein that on dated 19.11.16 at about 10.45 PM a car No. HP03D-0586 driven by Sh. Amit Walia S/o Sh. Santosh Walia  come rashly & negligently from Panthaghati and hit his Shutter, water meter & Dummy Pillar. The above driver had also consumed alcohol. The case is being investigated by SI Sewa Singh I/C PP Kasumpti, Shimla.
5. A Burglary Case FIR No. 220/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on dated 19.11.16 U/S 457,380 IPC on the application of Sh. Govind Singh S/O Sh. Tashi VPO Hango Tehsil Pooh Distt. Kinnaur HP alleging therein that he is selling seeds of pees in Kinnauri Market  in International Lavi fair at Patbangla ground Rampur. During the intervening night of 15/16.11.16 some unknown person stolen away Rs 3 lakhs from the inside of his tent by torn it. Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar No. I/O PP City Rampur .

An Excise Act case FIR No. 89/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on dated 17.11.2016 U/S 39 H.P Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh I/O of PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 17.11.2016 he raided the shop of Devinder Chauhan S/o Aatma Ram R/o village Dumeher P.O Chalnair Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla alongwith staff at village Dumeher and recovered 12 bottles of English liquor Marka Royal Stag, 12 bottles of beer Marka Thunderbolt,12 bottles of country liquor Marka Una No-1 from his possession. A wrongful Restraint case FIR No 113/16 has been registered at PS East on 17.11.2016 U/S 341,283 IPC on the statement of Sh Ved Prakash S/o Late Sh Jagat Ram R/o Hani Cottage Kareya (Mehali) Distt Shimla (H.P) alleging therein that on 17.11.2016 he was going towards ISBT in his vehicle. An Accident case FIR No. 218/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 16.11.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 MV on the statement of Sh Gauri Lal S/o Sh Chet Bhadur R/o village Lekh Pukhra Tehsil Salyan Distt Salyan Nepal A/P Vikrant Niwas Inder Nagar Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that on 16.11.2016 a unknown number vehicle hit him at Dhalli bye Pass and run away from the spot. An ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 275/16 has been registered at PS West on 16.11.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS West alleging therein that he was traffic checking duty at Shogi Barrier. During he intercepted a vehicle HP77-0900 Swift driven by Nikhil S/o Mool Raj R/o  village Adohl Tehsil Rorhu Distt Shimla and two other were sitting in vehicle namely Tushar Chauhan S/o Sh Pramod Chauhan R/o VPO Krasa Tehsil Rorhu Distt Shimla Vikram Kanwer S/o Sh Ranveer Kanwer R/o village Chella P/o Pharal Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla and recovered 101 grams Charas from inside the vehicle. All Accused have been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS West

Excise Act on the rukka of SI Dharam Sain Negi SHO PS East alleging therein that on 15.11.2016 he  raided the shop of Vijay Thakur S/o Sh Padam Chand R/o village Sargeen Tehsil and Distt Shimla along with staff at village Sargeen and recovered 33 bottles of country liquor from his possession. When he reached at forest road he saw that some persons were loading cable bundles in a tipper No HP63A1549. When he asked those people to show the documents regarding cable bundles. They did not show any documents. An Accident case FIR No  217/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 15.11.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC and 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Jaswant Singh S/o Krishan Singh Thakur R/o village Bhani Jubbad P/o Baldeyan Tehsil and Distt Shimla age 37 years A/P Security Guard at Koti Resort alleging therein that on 15.11.2016 a vehicle No HP01A-5198 hit him while he was at near Baldeyen School and run away from the Spot. Office at at C-35, Dilshant Estate, Kufta Dhar, Bharari, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, through Directors JasdeepBrar and HarjotBrar 2.M/s Rare Aggregators Pvt. Ltd. Regd. Office at:- C-35, Dilshant Estate, KuftaDhar, Bharari, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on 07.08.2013 to Provide 280 Bighas Land at village Jangle Barawag. On the basis of this contract his company paid Rs 6,25,00,000 to Pinewood Aggregators Pvt. Ltd company but after receiving the amount this company provide him some fraud documents of the concern Land records. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Pal I/O Ps Sadar.

Deceased Lateef @ Kaku S/o Sh Aladia village Sheel PO Sunni Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla found died near his village due to burn. Postmortem has been conducted at CH Sunni. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Sunni. Dead body handed over to his relatives.

An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 374/16 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 15.11.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar alleging therein that today on 15.11.2016 he was on patrolling along with staff towards Shakli road . On the way of Shankli he intercepted a person namely Manoj Kumar S/o Sh Chander Bhadur C/o Roshan Lal Thakur village Jangla Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla and recovered 20 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

Ashok Kumar Village Karali P/o Dansa Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 14.11.2016 at about 6:20 PM  he and his friends namely Rajat,Nishi Kant ,Mangal  were going towards SBI ATM at Rampur NH-05. When they reached near Boys School Rampur one red colour vehicle came from Nogli side and hit his friend Rajat and he sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the red color vehicle driver. The Case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj I/O PS Rampur.
3. An Accident case FIR No 69/16 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 15.11.2016 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Gaurav Sharma S/o Sh.Durga Dutt Sharma R/o village Dhadrana P/o Deot Tehsil Chopal, District. Shimla alleging therein that on 14.11.2016 a vehicle No. HP 08A-2150 renault kwid met with an accident near Badach and vehicle fell down 800 meters  at Shantha Khad due to rush and negligence driving of driver Satpal in which driver Satpal died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I/O PS Chopal.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 116/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 15.11.2016 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Devinder Singh S/O Sh. Kana Singh R/O Village Sharmali P/o Sungri Tehsil & PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that today at about 05:45am a vehicle No. HP 10A 8773 Alto800 fell down from Rohru-Sungri Road near Sungri. In this accident four person died on the spot. Above accident occurred due to rash & negligent driving of above vehicle's driver. The case is being investigated by SI Mohan Singh I/O Police Station Rohru.
5. A wrongful restraint case FIR No 200/16 has been registered at PS Theog 14.11.2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC on the statement of Smt. Pushpa Devi W/o Late Sh Mani Ram village Madhog P/o Sainj Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 14.11.2016 she was alone at home suddenly her daughter-in-law obstructed her way when she was going out from house abused her and beaten her brutally. She also threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh I/o PP Chailla.

A wrongful restraint case FIR No 274/16 has been registered at PS West today on 15.11.2016 U/S 341,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh Ajay Chauhan S/o Sh Inder Singh Chauhan VPO Shree Kyari Tehsil Shilai Distt Sirmour alleging therein that today on 15.11.2016 a person namely Sagar 2 Goli obstructed his way at 103 No tunnel  and  beaten him brutally. He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS West.

Deceased Daya Nana S/o Late Sh karm Chand village Sipur p/o Mashobra Tehsil and Distt Shimla age 50 years died near at his village Sipur when he was carrying some woods to wood carving machine suddenly he felt down and sustained injuries. Postmortem conducted at CHC Mashobra. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Dhalli.

Deceased Dharam Dass S/o late Sh Barfia Ram R/o village Jalog Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla age 58 years committed suicide by hanging himself with the help of a rope at near his house. Postmortem conducted at CH Sunni and dead body handed over to his son for cremation. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Sunni.

Rawal Nath village Badiyara P/o Jangla Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimal alleging therein that on 13.11.2016, 27 residents of village Badiyara beaten him brutally and also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram I/O PS Chirgaon.

2. A Gambling act case FIR  No 218/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on  14.11.2016  U/S 3,4 G Act on the Rukka of ASI Hoshyar Singh I/O PS Rampur stated therein that on dated 14.11.2016  when he was on patrolling along with staff he got secret information that some persons were playing gambling with playing cards at North Park Hotel. On this information he raided at hotel and recovered Rs 1,85,000/ from the possession of eight  persons namely  Ramesh. Yashwant, Harpal Singh, Shishu pal , Baldev Sharma , Manjul, Parshottam Dass & Jitender. The case is being investigated by ASI Hoshyar Singh I/O PS Rampur.

3. During last 24 hours 446 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 113 & fine realized Rs. 38,200/- & 55 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5700/-

   Inquest Report

1. Deceased Jangli Ram S/o Sh Kalia Ram village Bhatwa P/o Rohnat Tehsil and PS Shilai Distt Sirmour age 45 years committed suicide by hanging himself at his room near Badiyara village. Postmortem will be carried out tomorrow at IGMC Shimla.

2. Deceased Vidya Devi W/o late Sh Krishan Verma R/o village Dewari P/o Bhagar Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla committed suicide by taking heavy dose of poison. Postmortem conducted at PHC Kotkhai .Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is under process at PS Kotkhai. Dead body of deceased handed over to her son Vikas.
