1. A Cheating case FIR No. 74/15 has been registered at PS East on 17.08.2015 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Dr.Manoj Gupta S/O Sh. Pawan Kumar Gupta R/O VPO & Tehsil Poanta Sahib Distt. Sirmour HP age 51 Years A/P Set No.2 Type IV Quarters Parimahal Shimla-9 stated therein that  in the  month of  July 2013 he met with one person Pankaj Kumar R/o Village Shrinagar Hatta near SP Kothi road Purnia Post Office Purnia, Bihar A/P House No. 1114 C/O Sh. Babu Lal, Lodhi Residential Complex New Delhi, who introduced himself as a doctor in Shimla. He assured him that he will admit his son Shubham Gupta in any medical college and asked for 04 lakh rupees. He giave him Rs. 4 lac in the month of July 2013.  But, After six month (Jan. 2014) Pankaj Kumar switched off his mobile No's  and cheated him. The case is being investigated by ASI Het Ram I/O PS East.
2. During last 24 hours 312 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 02 challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 152 & fine realized Rs. 48,700/-

1. Accused Anuj Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Prakash R/O Vill. Gajroula P.O. Gajroula-Paimar Tehsil & P.S. Najibabad District Bijnour U.P. Age 20 Years arrested in Case FIR No. 71/15 Dtd. 12-08-2015 U/S 504,506,507 IPC PS New Shimla produced before trial court. He is remanded on police custody for two days.
2. Accused Sagar Bahadur S/o Sh. Rattan Bahadur R/o Nepal C/o Kuldeep Rawat R/o Village Dhak Gaon, PO Masali, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 30 years, arrested in case FIR No. 57/15 Dt. 16.08.2015 u/S 457,381 IPC at PS Chirgaon, today produced before Ld. Court. He is remanded on judicial custody.

Crime Report August 17, 2015.

1. A Burglary case FIR No.  57/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 16-08-2015 u/s 457, 381 IPC on the Comlaint of Sh. Kuldeep Rawat S/O Sh Roshan Lal R/O Dhakgaon P/O Masli Teh Chirgaon Dist Shimla HP alleging therein  that on 15-08-15 at about 8.00 PM his servent Sagar Bhadur Nepali broken the trunk and stolen away two Gokhru of gold from his house. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Singh I/O  PS. Chirgaon.
2. An Accident case FIR No.  37/15 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 17-08-2015 u/s 279,337,304 A IPC on the rukka of HC Dinesh Kumar I.O PS Chopal alleging therein that today one Maruti Car No. HP 08A-1189 met with an accident near Nakora due to rash and negligent driving of driver Kartar Singh S/o late Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Vill Pawas PO Devath Tehsil Chopal. In this accident Rajinder Singh S/o Dula Ram r/o mentioned above died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Dinesh Kumar I.O. PS Chopal.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 125/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 17-08-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohan Lal S/o Sh. Roop Lal R/o Kog PO Shadi Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 17-08-2015 he was going to Jais, Theog by loading vegetables in vehicle No HP09C-3238 Pick-Up alongwith his children, driver Narinder, Keshav Ram, Madan Singh and Hem Chand. At about 07-45 when they reached 200 meter ahead from Khol Gali driver Narinder lost control over the vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and it met with an accident. In this accident all the persons sustained injuries.
4. During last 24 hours 177 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 04 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 103 & fine realized Rs. 42,700/-

Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 72/15 Dt. 13.08.2015 U/S 341,323,324,504,506,34 IPC PS New Shimla. Gopal Sharma released on bail today and other two accused sent on Judicial Custody upto 28-08-2015.
2. Ramesh Kumar S/o Amar Chand R/o Vill Kau Kamaksha PO Dhalog Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi arrested in case FIR No. 73/15 dated 14-08-2015 u/s 379,427 IPC today released on bail by the trial court.

Crime Report On August 16, 2015

1.    An Accident case FIR No. 272/15 registered at PS Dhalli on dated 15.08.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kartar Singh S/O sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. Baled, PO Sali, Tehsil Shahpur, Distt Kangra, HP A/P Conductor of Truck No. HP 10-4556. On dated 14.08.2015 he alongwith Sunny Thakur driver of above truck loaded apple boxes and come towards Chandigarh. When they reached near Hassan Valley, said driver lost his control over the truck and rolled down about 80 feet from the road. In this accident they both got injured. The case is being in vestigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt  I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.

2.    An Accident case FIR No. 72/15 registered at PS East on dated 14.08.2015 U/S 279, 323 IPC & 184,187 MV Act on the application of Sh. Vivek Kumar S/O sh. Kush Parmar R/O Jawahar Vidhayak Sadan, Vidhan Sabha Shimla alleging therein that at about 10.15PM he was going to his above residence from his office Panthghati near Tenzine Hospital as he reached at Panthaghati Chowk a Swift Dezire No. HP 63B-4700 hit his vehicle and ran away from the spot. The driver of above vehicle had consumed alcohol. The case is being in vestigated by SI Ashish Pathania I/C PP Kasumpti, PS East, Shimla.

3.    An Accident case FIR No. 150/15 registered at PS Rampur on dated 16.08.2015 U/S 279,33,304A IPC 194, 184 MV Act on the statement of Sh Gulzari lal S/O Tulsi Ram Village Sharnal PO Darkali Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP that on dated 15/8/15 at about 7.30 PM he received an information that on Trax No HP 01A-5527 met with an accident near Baza , on this information he reached on spot and found that above trax fell down below 100 mtrs in which 15 persons out of which 6 girls & 3 boys of Govt School Tecklech studying in class 9,10^th and 5 other persons were seated. In this accident 14 persons got injuries over their bodies and driver Yog Raj Died later on when he has been removed to MGMSC Kheneri Rampur. This accident occur due to overload, rash and negligent driving of the driver Yog Raj S/O Krishan lal Village Sharnal PO Darkali Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla. Case has been registered and is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh IC PP Teckech, PS Rampur.

4.    A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation Case FIR No 151/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on dated 16/08/15 u/s 341,506,34 IPC on the application of Sh Rajinder Singh S/O Ajmair singh R/O H No 200 Punjabi bag Patiyala alleged that on Dated 15/8/15 when he was coming towards Rampur on the way near Dansa 4/5 unknown persons obstructed his way and  threatened him with dire consequences. The Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Lal chand No 116 I/O PS Rampur BSr.

5.    A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation Case FIR No 204/15 has been registered at PS West today on dated 16/08/15 u/s 341,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Satpal S/O Late Sh. Karam Chand R/O M.C. Labour Hostel Chaura Maidan, Shimla, HP, alleging therein that he went to attend the marriage of his relative in Muradabad where Raj Pal & his sons beaten him thereafter when he reached at 103 tunnel they again beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Kiran Kumar No. 1686 I/O PS West.

6.    A House Trespass case FIR No. 84/15 registered at PS Jhakri on dated 15.08.2015 U/S 452, 323 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Surat Mani W/O Sh. Maan Dass R/O Vill. Sanarsa, PO Kartot, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on dated 14.08.2015 at 9.00PM & on 15.08.2015 at about 7.15 AM her son Praveen Kumar beaten her with punches & kicks. In this incident she got injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

7.    A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 48/15 has been registered at PS Sunni U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Heera Mani Bhardwaj S/O Late sh. Dila Ram R/O Vill. Thali, PO Sunni, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi, HP, alleging therein that on dated 15.08.2015 he alongwith his family was coming from Pirgali Basantpur in vehicle No. HP01-1527, 4/5 unknown persons obstruct his way and beaten him & his family. They got injuries in this incident. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni, Shimla.

8.    A Burglary Case FIR No. 124/15 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 15.08.15 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lajju Ram S/O Late Sh. Dheerju Ram R/O Village Dhali, PO Parala, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 14.08.2015 he and his brother Sh. Mohan Lal with family went to the marriage of his nefew. There were no person at their home. His neighborer Sh. Om Prakash told him telephonically that doors of the houses are unlocked. On this they reached at their home and they found that gold, Silver ornaments and Cash Rs. 98,000/- has been stolen by some unknown person. The Case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chhaila, PS Theog, Shimla.

9.    A Burglary Case FIR No. 73/15 has been registered at PS East on dated 16.08.15 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pratap Singh S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Set No. 6, Block No. 2, Rani Ground Kasumpti, Shimla-9 alleging therein that today he saw the window of his neighbour Parma Nand was open, who is not at home. On this he informed to the police. The police found that TV, Cylinder, Fridge, Filter and other utensils worth rupees 30,000/- were stolen by some unknown person. The Case is being investigated by HC Pramod Kumar I/O PP Kasumpti, PS East.

Crime Report August 15,2015

1. A Theft case FIR No. 73/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 14-08-2015 u/s 379,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Jagvir Singh S/o Sh. Ram Swroop R/o VPO Achej Tehsil and Distt. Haryana at present working as Security officer Bishop Cotton School Shimla alleging therein that one vehicle No. HR26E-0175 was parked in the school premises at gate No. 2 for last two months. In the intervening night of 13-08-2015 some unknown person has stolen away the two fog lights from the Jeep and also cut the CCTV Camera wire installed at gate No.2. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh I.O PS New Shimla.
2. An Accident case FIR No, 272/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 15-08-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kartar Singh S/o Sh. Beli Ram R/o Vill Baled PO Sali Tehsil Shahpur Distt. Kangra alleging therein that he is working as a conductor in truck No. HP10A-4556. On 15-08-2015 he was going to Chandigarh alongwith driver Sunny Thakur in above truck loaded with apple from Rohru. At about 02-30 AM when they reached Hasan Valley, near Dhalli driver Sunny Thakur lost control over the vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and vehicle rolled down from the road. In this accident he and driver sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt. I.O PS Dhalli.

Kartot Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today at about 07-15 AM when she was present in her room at the same time her son entered in her room and beaten her. In this incident she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh I.O PS Jhakri.

Crime Report on 14 August, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 47/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 14.08.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Sunni alleging therein that on 13.08.2015, he alongwith staff on  Nakabandi at kadog-mandayalu road. At about 11;30 PM. One vehicle   No. HP-23B-6880 (Pick-Up) alongwith driver No. Hem Raj @ Sonu S/o Lt. Sh. Nathu Ram R/o Village Gadheri, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla, intercepted by him. During search, During search, 43 boxes of country liquor marka Darling recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Sunni.
2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 284/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 13.08.2015 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that on 13.08.2015, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards Subzi Mandi Chowk in Shimla. At about 03-00 PM, one person namely Balwinder Pal S/o sh. Mahender Pal R/o Village & PO Khera, Tehsil Mahalpur, Distt. Hoshiarpur, Punjab A/p Dhara near Labour Hostel Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 39 years, intercepted by them. During search 10 bottles of country liquor marka Una No. 1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS Sadar.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 123/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 13.08.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ankush Sharma S/o Late Sh. Babu Ram R/o Village Palana, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 12-08-2015 he was going to IGMC Shimla for check up of his sister Subhadra alongwith her husband and mother-in-law in vehicle No. DL1CP-2961(Sumo) driven by Anil Verma. At about 09-30 PM When they reached near Rouni Curve one truck came toward Theog and as it overtake their vehicle driver Anil Verma lost control over the vehicle and it rolled down 200/300 meter from the road. In this incident they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/C PP Matiyana.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 271/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.08.2015 U/S S 279, 337  IPC on  the statement of Sh. Suman Kumar S/o Sh. Mali Ram R/o Vill Silah PO Loha Ravi Tehsil Ghumarwein Distt. Bilaspur at present Chowkidar in the under construction cottage of Bharat Khosla alleging therein that one maruti Alto car No. HP10A-0642 met with an accident near the cottage and rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Rashid. In this incident driver Rashid, Bhagat Ram, Salim Mohd. and Rishi sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kanwar Singh I/O PP Mashobra.
5. An Accident case FIR No. 203/15 has been registered at PS West on 14.08.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sahil Kumar S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Village & PO Ehaju, Tehsil Joginder Nagar Mandi A/P Set No. 4, Type-3, B-2, Forest Colony Khalini Shimla, age 21 year alleging therein that on 14.08.2015, he alongwith Atish Kashyap & Sakshi Mehta were going to Khalini from Summer Hill. When they reached at ISBT Tutikandi, at the same time a Bus No. HP-51-7506 driven by Divesh came rashly and hit his car & damaged it. The case is being investigated  HC Ravinder, I/O PS West.

An Accident case FIR No 149/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today 14.08.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the the Rukka of ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PP Nankhri alleging therein that on 13.08.2015 at about 03.30 PM one Pick-Up No. HP-06A-4403 met with an accident near village Jawala Dhar and rolled down 100 mtrs from road. In this accident two persons sustained injuries. This accident occured due to rash and negilent diving of the driver. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar IO PP Nankhri.
7. An Accident case FIR No. 36/15 has been registered at PS Chopal today i.e. 14.08.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Tahir Ahmad S/o Sh. Kalu Shah R/o Village Daluwala, PO Dalu Dhanaura, Tehsil & Distt. Bijnaur, UP on 13.08.2015, he alongwith Abhishek were coming from Reoni to Chopal in vehicle No. HP07C-0894 (Vagnor). At about 05-30 PM, above vehicle met with an accident near Galu Nalah due to rash & negligent driving of Abhishek & rolled down from the road. In this accident, they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh, I/O PS Chopal.
8. A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No 72/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hukam Chand S/o Sh. Mungar Ram Thakur R/o Vill Jhanjiri PO Rajana Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 13-08-2015 he was going towards Jhanjri in his vehicle No. HP01A-5900. At about 04-45 PM when he reached near Marketing board Lower Khalini, two persons namely Gopal Chand S/o M.N. Sharma R/o Bihar and Surinder Verma S/o Sh. Ramchand Verma R/o Vill. Sujana PO Rajhana Tehsil & Distt. Shimla obstructed his way, beaten and threatened with dire consequences.

Crime Report August 13, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 70/15 has been registered at PS East on 12-08-2015 u/s 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Daleep I/O PP Kasumpti Shimla alleging therein that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Panthaghati Bazar he received an secret information and raided in the shop of Bihari Lal S/o Bela Ram R/o Vill Langehar PO Gyun Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Dharampur at present running Dhaba at Lower Panthaghati and recovered 96 bottles of country liquor marka Suroor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep I/O PP Kasumpti.

2. An Attempt to Murder case FIR No. 202/15 has been registered at PS West today on 13-08-2015 U/S 452,307, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Chand S/o Sh. Kali Dass Sharma R/o Vill Bid Tehsil Baijnath at present Sankhyan building, lower Totu, Shimla alleging therein that today his landlord Sadanand Sankhyan alongwith his two son came into his rented room & attacked on him and his wife with sticks with the intention to kill them. His wife sustained injuries on her head. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I.O PS West.

3. A Criminal intimidation case FIR No. 71/15 has been registered at PS East on 12-08-2015 u/s 504,506,507 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Saroj Singh R/o Saroj Niwas Kagnadhar New Shimla alleging therein that on 11-08-2015 when he was going to sleep he received call on his mobile no. 9817461613 from mobile No. 8755367570 who abused him and threatened him that he will put bomb on his house & destroyed it. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar I/O PS East.

4. A Theft case FIR No. 71/15 has been registered at PS East today on  13.08.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. O.P. Sharma R/o Set No. 59, Type IV Kasumpti, Shimla alleging therein that that today on 13.08.2015 at about 4-00 AM some unknown person has stolen away the water pipes kept behind his house. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Pathania I/C PP Kasumpti.

Crime Report on August 12, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 122/15 has been registered at PS Theog today i.e. 12.08.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhupender Heta S/o Sh. Om Prakash Heta R/o Village Kachhair, PO Jais, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that one A/F Maruti Car met with an accident near village Jais & rolled down 400 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Pradeep Kumar R/o Nagrota. In this accident he sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar, I/O PS Theog.

2. A Forest Act case FIR No. 69/15 has been registered at PS East on 11.08.2015 U/S 447 IPC & 33 IF Act on the complaint of Sh. Madan Singh, Forest Guard, Patiyud Beat, Shoghi, Shimla alleging therein that  during night on 08.08.2015, Ravi Mehta S/o Sh. Lekh Ram Mehta R/o Village Yaan, PO Sadhupul, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla illegally constructed the 250 meter long road at UPF-214 Badogyan and destroyed 11 trees of Pine. The case is being investigated by HC Dalip, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.
