PRESS NOTE ON 14 APRIL, 2015

 

1.   A Roiting case FIR No 23/15  has been registered at PS Rohru on 13-04-15 U/S 448, 147,148,149,451,506,34 IPC on the application U/S 156(3) CrPC of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O sh. Jitwar Singh R/O Vill. Karalash, PO Kansakoti, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he complaint against Amit, Krishan etc. all are the resident of NAC Rohru, as the complainant had given his shop to said Amit on rent basis. But Amit subletting the above shop to various persons on high rent i.e. from 5000/- to 8000/-. On dated 02/04.2015 at about 9.30 AM all accused persons came to his shop and unlawfully broken the lock and entered in the shop forcibly. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Rohru, Shimla.

2.   Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant case FIR No 75/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 13-04-15 U/S 341, 143, 188 IPC on the Rukka of Inspr./SHO Sanjeev Kumar stated that when he along with staff was on law and order duty near Reporting Room The Mall Shimla at about 4.30 PM CITU Workers namely Vijender Mehra, Kishori Dhadwalia, Kapil Bhardwaj, Kewal Kumar etc. came from Scandal Point & Shere-Punjab The Mall shimla and gathered at opp. To MC Building The Mall Shimla with shouting slogans against govt. of HP. They wrongfully restrained the public and disobeyed the order of District Magistrate. The case is being investigated by Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar SHO PS Sadar.

3.   During the last 24 hours total 206 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 05 Challan under Smoking Act and 6 Challan under mining act. Total Challan compounded = 72 and fine realized Rs 43,800/-

Inquest Report U/S 174 Cr.PC

1.   Sanjay Kumar Bhatia S/O Sh. Krishnu Ram Bhatia R/O Bhaba Boys Hostel, IGMC Sanjauli, aged 30 years died due to excess consumption of alcohol and Depression.

1.   Accused Himanshu Atwal S/O Sh Prem Singh Atwal R/O Atwal Niwas near Dilshant Estate Kuftadhar Tehsil and Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 74/15 dated 13-04-2015 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar is on Police remand up to 16-04-2015.

 

Crime Report 13 April, 2015

1.   A ND&PS Act case FIR No 29/15  has been registered at PS East on 13-04-15 U/S 20 ND&PS on the rukka of ASI Hem Raj I.O PS East alleging therein that on 12-04-2015 when he alongwith staff  was on patrolling duty toward Brock Hurst, one person namely Chirag Sood @Danu S/O Sh Rajesh Sood R/O Sangeet Bhawan New Flower Dale Chhota Shimla age 19 years intercepted by him and recovered  60 gms Charas from his  possession. The case is being investigated  by ASI Hem Raj I/O PS East Shimla.

2.   A ND&PS Act Case FIR No 74/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 13-4-15 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the Rukka of HC Jawahar Lal I/O P.P Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging there in that today on 13-4-15 he alongwith staff was on night patrolling Duty toward Bifurcation Road near Kelston Bharari Shimla. During Patrolling at about 05-00 one person namely Himanshu Atwal S/O Sh Prem Singh Atwal R/O Atwal Niwas near Dilshant Estate Kuftadhar Tehsil and Distt Shimla intercepted by him and  recovered 25 Tablets Nitrosun-10 from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar Lal I/O P.P Lakar Bazar PS Sadar Shimla.

3.   During the last 24 hours total 108 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, & 05 Challan under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 75 and fine realized Rs 16,800/-

Crime Report on 12 April 2015

1.   An Excise Act Case FIR No 73/15 has been regd. at PS Sadar on dated 11/4/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the  Rukka of ASI Lachhmi Singh stated that on 11.04.2015 at 7.00PM he along with staff was on patrolling duty. During patrolling he recovered 4 bottles of country liquor marked as Darling from the possession of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O sh. Kanwar Singh R/O Near Labour Hostel Krishna Nagar, Shimla-1 at Near Footwear Shop Lower Bazar, Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

2.   An Excise Act Case FIR No 82/15 has been regd. at PS West on dated 11/4/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Shiv Kumar stated that on 11.04.2015 he was on Nakabandi duty with his PS staff  at Himachal Tourism Centre, during checking vehicle . NO. HP 03-2404 he recovered 20 bottles of country liquor marked as "Himachal Orange" from the possession of Sh. Virender Kumar S/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O Vill. Damechi, PO Yolia, Shimla, HP. The Case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar I/O PS West, Shimla.

3.   An Accident Case FIR No 15/15 has been regd. at PS Nerwa on dated 11/4/15 U/S 279,304A IPC on the  statement of Sh. Kram Singh S/O Sh Anant Ram Village Gianh P/O GianhTehsil Chopal Distt Shimla .He stated that on 10/04/2015 at about 6.00 PM when he was to Fawla a vehicle No HP 09 0741 M/Van came from Kuthar which was driven by Gian Singh which rolled down from the road due to negligence of above driver . All three passenger including driver died on spot. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Narender Singh P S Nerwa .

4.   A Hurt Case FIR No 72/15 has been regd. at PS Sadar on dated 11/4/15 U/S 325, 323 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Shashi Bhushan R/O Gali NO. 11, H.NO. 3, Lower Bazar, Shimla, alleging therein that Minakshi Sood quarrelling with his wife smt. Kiran Sood. In the above incident her wife Smt. Kiran Sood sustained injuries The case is being investigated by LHC Ramesh Lata I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

5.   An Excise Act Case FIR No 83/15 has been regd. at PS West on dated 12/4/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Mohan Lal stated that on 12-04-2015he along with with ppstaff on patrolling duty at Hira Nagar Patrol Pump and checked on M/Car No HP 52 A /8536 and found 10 Boxes Country Liqueur Marka Darling have been found Mr. Om Prakesh S/o Sh. Paras Ram R/o Village Bahikyar P.O Okhroon tehsil & Distt. Shimla., Mr Om Prakesh could not be produced  License  /Permit to the police. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PP Jatog

6.   Theft caseFIR No18/15 dated 12-04-2015 U/S 379 IPC &41, PS Chopal has been registered on the Rucka of ASI Partap Singh I/O PS Chopal stated that on 11-04-2015 at nightwhen he was along with his staff Nakabandi at Kyari Nala a vhicle No HP 08A 0528 Pickup came from sarin which was stopped for checking .During the checking of this vehicle 28 Nag wooden  slipper of Dewdar have found Driver Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Atter Singh R/o Village Chiwan P.O sarain Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla and could not produce any  license/ permit to the police case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I/O PS Chopal

7.  ND&PS Act case FIR No28/14 Dt. 12.04.2015 U/S 20 ND & PS act has been registered on the RUKKA of SI Ashish Pathania I/C Police Post kasumpti Shimla, that today on 12.04.2015 at 1.30 PM. When he was present at Malyana road NH-22 for Nakabandi with Police Staff, 500 grams cannabis (Charas) recovered from the carry bag, carrying by Naveen Kumar @ Naku S/O Late Sh. Joginder Singh R/O Ghalayat P.O Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla HP age 25 years {} Case is being investigated by SI Ashish Pathania I/C Police Post kasumpti

8. During the last 24 hours total 106 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, & 01 Challan under mining Act. Total Challan compounded = 38 and fine realized Rs 17500/-

Crime Report on April 11, 2015

1.    An Excise Act Case FIR No 27/15 has been regd. at PS East on dated 10/4/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the  statement of ASI Inder Lal stated that on 10.04.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty. During  he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor marked as Una No. 1 from the possession of Sh. Raju Kumar S/O sh. Kanwar Singh R/O Dhara Near New Flower Dale Hostel Krishna Nagar, Shimla-1 at Near KNH. The Case is being investigated by ASI Inder Lal I/O PS East, Shimla.

2.    An Excise Act Case FIR No 149/15 has been regd. at PS Dhalli on dated 10/4/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the  statement of SI Desh Raj stated that on 10.04.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty, When he reached near Hasan Valley he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marked as "Himachal Orange" and 12 bottles of Bear marked as " Zingoro" i.e. total 24 bottles from the possession of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Late Sh. Nokh Ram R/O Vill. Shakrori, PO Chaba, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP driver of Alto Car. The Case is being investigated by SI Desh Raj Guleria I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.

3.    An Accident Case FIR No 53/15 has been regd. at PS Rampur on dated 10/4/15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the  statement of Sh Geeta Ram S/O Sh Anant Ram Village Urman Po Munish Bahali tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla age 23 years wherein  stated that  on dated 10.4.15 at about 2.45 PM when he was going towards Urman in vehicle no HR03-0447 along with Sena ram S/O Chabbu Ram Village Urman PO Munish Bahali Rampur Distt Shimla on the way near Tip seri Dvr sena Ram lost his control over the vehicle and it fell down into hill below 300/400 mts. In this accident both got injuries over their body . Case has Been registered and is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh IC PP tecklech, PS Rampur, Shimla.

4.    An Accident Case FIR No 49/15 has been regd. at PS Theog on dated 10/4/15 U/S 279,304A IPC on the  statement of Sh. Sanjeev Chauhan S/O sh Liaq Ram R/O Vill. Dhanot, PO Bagri, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated that he got telephonic information that an accident occurred at BAN DHANK. On this he visited the spot and found that a Maruti Car No. HP 09A-3880 rolled down from the road app. 500 mtrs. in this incident Driver Daya Nand S/O sh. Mangat Ram R/O Prout, PO Bagri, Tehsil Theog, Shimla died on spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/C PP Deha, PS Theog, Shimla.

5.    A Hurt Case FIR No 148/15 has been regd. at PS Dhalli on dated 10/4/15 U/S 324, 323, 504 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Ravi Bhatia S/O Sh. Ramji Dass R/O Village Barota, PO Luharvi, Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt Bilaspur A/P Room NO. 505, Bawa Hostel Sanjauli student of 3^rd year MBBS IGMC Shimla alleging therein that on dated 09.04.2015 at 10..00 PM when he was slipping, one mr Karan Tonk kicked his door & hit his head with an empty glass bottle. In this incident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Lekh Ram I/O PP Sanjauli, PS Dhalli, Shimla.

6.     A Theft Case FIR No.22/15 has been regd. at PS Sunni on dated 10.04.15 U/S 379,34 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Jai Mohan S/O Sh. Malla Ram R/O Village Dhadhar Wadi P.O Kwal P.S Chidgaon Distt. Shimla. stated that on dated 10.4.15 when he along with Chopyal and Satish were rested in baghari forest with their herd of sheep then about 02:20 AM a vehicle without number plate stopped near their place of rest and three people came out of that vehicle and they entered their in herd of sheep with the intension to theft them. He can recognize them by face. The same people had also theft their sheep on dated 07.04.15. The case is being investigated by SI Tilak Chand SHO P.S Suni.

7.    A Theft case FIR No 32/15 has been regd. at PS Kumarsain on dated 11-4-15 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Telegraph Act ,1885 on the written Application of Sh Chander parkesh S/o Lt Sh Dhani ram R/o Vill Dalan PO Veergarh tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that at about 8.00 PM Evening  Whole Villagers of the Dalan  Hear a noise out side that someone was cutting a wire of Cable. On this Whole Person of the Village Namely Sat paul, Dinesh, Rahul, Serkeck, Rajeev, Tek chand and Chander parkesh (Ward member) gathered  near the House of Vijay Serkeck  & recovered  2 Role of cable Wire from the Possession of devender Sharma S/o Sh Jawahar lal R/o Vill Dharagala, PO Sholi, tehsil Kumarsain, who had stolen the Cable Wire. The case is being Investigated By LHC Sita No 100 I/O PS Kumarsain, Shimla.

8.     During the last 24 hours total 300 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV act, & 01 Challan under mining Act. Total Challan compounded = 175 and fine realized Rs 54,200/-

Inquest Report U/S 174 Cr.PC

1.    Shreya D/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Shankar Bhawan, Malyana, PS Dhalli, Shimla-12 aged 12 years suicide as consumed poison.

2.    Hem Raj S/O Sh. Ran Singh R/O Kamla Nagar, Bhatta Kuffar, was admitted in IGMC suicide by using poison.

1.    Accused Ravi Kumar S/O Jagar Nath R/O Quarter Parmar Building Nr Palace Hotel Jakhoo Shimla age 36 year has been arrested in Case FIR No.14/15 U/S 457,380 IPC PS East. The accused is in police remand upto 16.04.2015.

2.    Three Accused namely Rajender @ Munnu S/O Sh. Ramu R/O Vill. Tawa, PO Dhaban, Teh. & PS Balh, Distt Mandi, (2) Jai Chand @ Bhola S/O sh. Saju Ram R/O VPO Kummi, Teh. & PS Balh, Distt Mandi, HP, (3) Sunil @Sonu S/O Sh. Saju Ram VPO Kummi, Teh. & PS Balh, Distt Mandi, HP, have been arrested in Case FIR NO. 22/15 Dated 10-4-2015 U/S 379,34 IPC on dated 10.04.2015. The accused are in police remand upto 13.04.2015.

PRESS NOTE ON 10 APRIL, 2015

 

1.    A Cheating case  FIR No. 19/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 09-04-15 u/s 420 IPC on the  statement of  Smt DK Negi  Senior Bank Manager Co-operative Bank Chirgaon  stated therein that Mr. Kamal Dev S/o Sh Ram Bhadur Singh Village Sindasli Tehsil Chirgaon has fraudulently withdraw Rs 1.20,000/- through different  fake Bank account. The above accused has been arrested and Rs. 35,000/- have also been  recovered from him.  The  case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Chirgaon.

2.    An Accident case FIR No 14/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa on  09-04-2015 U/S 279, 337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Daya Ram S/o Sh Sahib Singh Village Jagtan P/O Louhri Tehsil Tiuni Distt Dehradun UttaraKhand stated therein that on 09-04-2015 he was traveling towards Hanol in Pvt Bus No UK 07PA -0894. When the bus reached Near Ganghut at about 03-00 PM,  the driver of the vehicle Kishan lost control over the Bus and it rolled down from the road. In this incident 08 persons died and 12 sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Nerwa

3.    An Accident case FIR No Case FIR No 26/15 has been registered at PS East on 09-04-2015 U/S 279, 337, IPC PS East on the rukka of LHC Seema I.O. PP Kasumpti alleging therein that on 09-04-2015 an information received in the Police Post Kasumpti that one vehicle met with an accident at Shoghi Mehli Bye pass road. On this information she alongwith staff rushed to the spot and found that vehicle No. HP 01A-1879  Maruti van met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Anil Kumar. In this incident Urvashi, Aakanksha,Adhij, Sarvesh student of DAV School New Shimla and driver of Vehicle sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by LHC Seema I.O PP Kasumpti PS East.

4.    A Theft case FIR NO 22/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 10-4-2015 U/S 379,34  IPC on the statement of Jai Mohan S/o Malla Ram R/o Vill Dhandharwadi PO. Kwal Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 10-4-15 when he alongwith Chopyal and satish were resting in Baghari forest with their herd of Sheeps at the same time at about 2:20 three persons came there in vehicle and entered in the place of stay with the intension to theft of Sheeps. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Tilak chand

5.    An Accident case FIR No. No 49/15 Dt 10-4-15 U/S 279, 304A has been registered at PS Theog today on 10-04-2015 on the statement of Sanjeev Chauhan S/o Laiq Ram R/o Dhanot PO Bagri Tehsil Theog stated therein that today one vehicle No. HP 09A-3880 met with an accident at Bnu Dhank and rolled 500 meter down from the road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Sh. Dayanand S/o Mangat Ram R/o Vill Padot PO Bagri Tehsil Theog. In this incident driver of vehicle Sh. Dayanand died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev I/C PP Deha PS Theog.

6.    During the last 24 hours total 199 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV & 07 Challan under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 105 and fine realized Rs 36,000/-

3.    Accused Kamal Dev S/o Sh Ran Bhadur  Singh Village Sindasli Tehsil Chirgaon  arrested in case FIR No. 19/15 dated 09-04-15 u/s 420 IPC PS Chirgaon is on Police remand upto 12-04-2015.

Kwal Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 10-4-15 when he alongwith Chopyal and satish were resting in Baghari forest with their herd of Sheeps at the same time at about 2:20 three persons came there in vehicle and entered in the place of stay with the intension to theft of Sheeps. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Tilak chand

5.    An Accident case FIR No. No 49/15 Dt 10-4-15 U/S 279, 304A has been registered at PS Theog today on 10-04-2015 on the statement of Sanjeev Chauhan S/o Laiq Ram R/o Dhanot PO Bagri Tehsil Theog stated therein that today one vehicle No. HP 09A-3880 met with an accident at Bnu Dhank and rolled 500 meter down from the road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Sh. Dayanand S/o Mangat Ram R/o Vill Padot PO Bagri Tehsil Theog. In this incident driver of vehicle Sh. Dayanand died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev I/C PP Deha PS Theog.

6.    During the last 24 hours total 199 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV & 07 Challan under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 105 and fine realized Rs 36,000/-

2.    Accused Anil @ Anu S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand Sharma Village Pujarli P.O. Bhujal Tehsil Rajgarh District Sirmour HP arrested in case FIR No. 12/15 Dt. 10.03.2015 u/s 344, 366, 368 IPC PS Chopal is on Police remand upto 14-04-2015

3.    Accused Kamal Dev S/o Sh Ran Bhadur  Singh Village Sindasli Tehsil Chirgaon  arrested in case FIR No. 19/15 dated 09-04-15 u/s 420 IPC PS Chirgaon is on Police remand upto 12-04-2015.

4.    Accused i) Pankaj @ Panku @ Pradeep S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Jhinah, PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, ii) Lokender @ Dimple S/o Sh. Maan Singh R/o Village Tuel, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, iii) Devender @ Nanaku S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Village Tuel, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, iv) Chaman Mehta @ Sunil Mehta S/o Sh. Sant Rm R/o Village Tuel, Tehsil Chopal, Shiml today produced in Hon'ble court in case  FIR No. 14/15 Dt. 12.03.15 U/S 302,147,148,149,452,323,354,364,436,506 IPC PS Chopal, and their bail application has been rejected by the court.

Crime Reprt 09 April, 2015

1.   A ND&PS case FIR NO. 81/15 has been registered at PS West today on 09-04-15 U/S 22 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of ASI Ajit Singh I.O PS West alleging therein that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Boileauganj Bifurcation at the same time one person Sahil Chauhan s/o Sh. Vinod Chauhan R/o Vill Galeha PO Bari Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla coming towards Tutikandi side intercepted by him and recovered 20 No.s of Rexcof and 22 No.s of correx 100 ML each from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh I.O PS West Shimla.

2.   During the last 24 hours total 202 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV & 01 Challan under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 72 and fine realized Rs 23,300/-
