Crime Report 16 April 2014

1. A ND&PS Case FIR No. 53/14 is registered at PS West on 15.04.14 U/S 20 ND&PS Act  on the rukka of P/SI Shyam  alleging therein that on 15.04.2014, he alongwith staff were on patrolling duty. At about 06:30 PM when they reached near Mental Hospital Shimla, one person namely Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Gopal Dutt Sharma R/o Panu Ram Colony, Hari Nagar Shimla intercepted by them. During search 40 gram charas recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested by the police & case is being investigated by P/SI Shyam, I/O PS West Shimla.

    

2. A Rioting case FIR No 54/14 is registered at PS West on 16-04-2014 U/S 341,323,147,148,149 IPC on the statement of Sh Sandeep S/O Sh Sunehra Ram R/O VPO Vizna Teh Dharonda Distt Karnal Haryana A/P Bus Conductor of Bus No. HR 65-9204 alleging therein that on 16/04/2014 after tea in the morning, about 8/10 persons of taxi union wrongfully restrained his way and start beating him in which he sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Man Singh I/O PS West.

    

3. During last 24 hours 113 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.    7 persons challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.16,900/-

    

    

 

Crime Report 15 April 2014

1. A Fire case FIR No. 21/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 14.04.2014 U/S 285 IPC on the application of Sh Jia Lal Verma Forest Guard Block Fancha 15/20 Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 12-04-2014 Forest Guard Beli Ram & Chowkidar Dhani Ram were loading the woods in the truck. At the same time Chowkidar informed telephonically by some unknown person that fire took place in Pashgan Jangal. In this incident 14 Nag of Kayal & 491 Nag of Rai has been fully burnt. The case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh I/O PP Jeori

    

2. A Theft case FIR No 15/14 DATED is registered at PS Kotkhai on 15.04.2014 U/S 379, IPC 41, 42 IF ACT  on the ruka of ASI kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai,District Shimla   alleging therein that on 14.04.14 he alongwith staff were on patrolling near Chewar Nala then they found four persons Namely Anuj S/O Sh Sita Ram, Bharat Chauhan S/O Sh Murat Singh R/O Shahu PO Garwag Tehsil Kotkhai,Basmati Nepali & Keshav Nepali were loading the illegal woods Log in vehicle No. HP62A-1825 PICKUP, 30 woods log has been recovered on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla.

    

3. An Accident case FIR No.41/14 is registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 15-04-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Ramesh Chand S/O Sh Matru Ram R/O Village Bani PO Fagu alleging therein that when he was going to rewag he saw a vehicle No. HP-62A-2486 fell down from the road and five persons got injured in this accident. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/O PS Theog.

    

4. A Burglary case FIR No 51/14 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. on 15-04-14 U/S 457,380 IPC  on the statement of Sh Rajesh Verma s/o Lt Sh Devi Chand Verma R/O Vill. Golcha PO Bhount Distt Simla alleging there in that some unknown person has broken the lock of Durga Mata Mandir Golcha & stolen away five small silver chhatter, One Gold Nath and (Rold Gold Har & Mangal Sutra ) Total Value of stolen property about Rs 20,000/-.  The Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O P.S Sadar .

    

5. During last 24 hours 128 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police  under  M.V. Act.    6 persons challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.17,200/-

Crime Report 14 April 2014

1. A disobedience of order case FIR No. 14/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 13.04.2014 U/S 188 IPC on the ruka of PSI Rajneesh Thakur I/O PS N/Shimla  alleging therein that  on 13-04-2014 at about 10.15 PM when he was on patrolling with staff  at Sector-2, New Shimla near community Hall they listen the loudly sound of D.J. system. They ask the owner of D.J. then he told his name Saurav Pal S/O Sh. Karan Pal R/O H.No-502, Sector-4 N/Shimla and did not produced any permission taken by District Magistrate. The case is being investigated by PSI Rajneesh Thakur I/O PS N/Shimla.

    

2. During last 24 hours 102 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 11challan under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.10,700/-

    

 

Crime Report 13 April 2014

1. An Excise Case FIR No.50/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 12-04-2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the ruka of PSI Jai Nand I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 12-04-2014 he along with staff were on traffic checking duty near Gurudwara cart road Shimla. During checking they searched the vehicle No.HP-01A-1720 driven by Pradeep Sharma S/O Sh Keshav Ram Sharma R/O Bandli PO Kiar tehsil Theog District Shimla and recovered 60 Bottles country liquor. Accused has been arrested and case is being investigated by PSI Jai Nand I/O PS Sadar.

CRIME REPORT 12 APRIL

1.    An Excise Case FIR No.40/14 is registered at PS Theog on 11-04-2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the ruka of PSI Sanjeev I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 11-04-2014 on secret information they searched the house of Sh Balwant Singh Dahu S/o Sh. Chander Singh Dahu R/o VPO- Janni, Kapkot, Distt. Bageshwar, Uttarakhand A/P Tennant C/o Sanju Chauhan S/o Lt Sh. Laiq Ram R/O Village Bhuin PO Chhaila, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla and recovered 55 Bottles country liquor.  The case is being investigated by PSI Sanjeev I/O PS Theog.

 

2.    A Trespass Case FIR No.47/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 12-04-2014 U/S 451,323,504 IPC on the complaint of Sh.Gaurav S/O Sh Harmesh Chand R/O Dhara near Labour Hostel, Lal Pani Shimla alleging therein that on 11-04-2014 he along with Sandeep were coming from Lalpani, on the way Vijay met with them and start abuse them but they ignored and left for home, when they reached at home in the courtyard. Meanwhile Vijay & his two brother came there and start abusing and beaten them. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Sadar.

 

3.    A Cheating Case FIR No.51/14 is registered at PS West on 11-04-2014 U/S 420,468,471 IPC on the statement of Sh Navneet Kumar S/O Sh Ashok Kumar R/O Ashoka General Store,17-A Boileauganj Shimla, alleging therein that in the year 1969 his father hired a shop form Lt.Sh Satya Parkash Sharma and the electric meter was also in the name of his father. In the year 2012 Sh. Vinod Kumar Sharma son of Lt. Satya Parkash had prepared a fake NOC  with fake signed of his father and submitted to SDO electricity. The case is being investigated by PSI Rohit  I/O PS West.

 

4.    A Theft Case FIR No 38/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 12-04-2014 U/S 379 IPC & 41,42 IF Act  on the ruka of SHO Mangat Ram alleging therein that on 12-04-14 at 12.15 PM he along with staff were on Naka duty near Nogali . During Nakabandi he recovered 30 scants of kail (Timber) of deferent size from the Bolero camper pickup without No. which was driven by Dharm Pal S/O Balwan Singh R/O Vill Barshol PO Taklech Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla . The Case is being investigated by SHO Mangat Ram  PS Rampur.

 

5.    A Trespass Case FIR No 39/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 12-04-2014 U/S 452,323,504 IPC on the statement of Darshan Dass S/O Shivi Ram R/O VPO Taklech Tehsil Rampur alleging therein that on 11-04-14 at about 9.30PM he was going to sleep in his room ,mean while Ravi Kumar S/O Prem Singh R/O Vill Barshol entered in his room alongwith stick and start beaten him. He got sustained injuries in his head. Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/C PP Taklech PS Rampur.

 

 

6.    A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No 48/14 is registered at P.S Sadar on 12/4/14 U/S 341,323 IPC on the complaint of Sh Ladi S/O Nathenian C/O Raju Krishna Nagar Shimla alleging therein that while he was going toward Panchyat Bhawan when he reached below Gurudwara a person Namely Vijay Kumar Khosla S/O Sh Mohan Lal R/O 124/1 Krishna Nagar Shimla obstructed his way & beaten him and he got injured. The Case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar  I/O P.S Sadar Shimla .

 

7.    A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No 49/14 is registered at P.S Sadar on  12/4/14 U/S 341,323,356,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Vijay Khosla S/O Sh Mohan Lal Khosla R/O 124/1 Sunder Building Krishna Nagar alleging therein that today he was going to BCS, when he reached below Gurudwara two persons Namely Ladi and Pradeep @ Manga obstructed his way and beaten him.He got injured and they snatched his Currency Note . The Case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand I/O P.S. Sadar .

 

8.    During last 24 hours 226 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. . The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.32,200/-

An Excise Case FIR No.22/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 10-04-2014 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act on the ruka of ASI Kuldeep I/O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that during checking at Harwani 264 Bottles country liquor recovered from the possession of Sh. Munshi Ram S/O Sh. Hakamjeet R/O Village Harwani Tehsil & PS Chirgaon and the accused is arrested by Police. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep I/O PS Chirgaon.

An Excise Case FIR No.24/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 10-04-2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the ruka of ASI Balraj I/O PP Tikkar alleging therein that during checking at Galdehi Dhar 23 Bottles country liquor recovered from the possession of Sh. Bhim Singh S/O Lt. Sh. Kewal Ram R/O Village Jaterli Tehsil & PS Rohru and the accused is arrested by Police.The case is being investigated by ASI Balraj I/O PP Tikkar.

An Excise Case FIR No.45/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 10-04-2014 U/S 39 HP, Excise Act on the statement of Sh Vijay Khosla S/O Sh Mohan Lal Khosla R/O 124/1 Sunder Building, Krishna Nagar Shimla, alleging therein that on 10-04-2014 he along with his son were going to home near Gurudwara cart road, then they found one person carrying wine bag on his motorcycle No.HP-14CT-7172. He informs to Police, after that Police came there, what he run away from the spot. During checking 12 Bottles country liquor recovered from the bag put on motorcycle. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I/O PS Sadar.

    

4. During last 24 hours 284 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 02 person were challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.50,000 /-

CRIME REPORT 10 APRIL

1. An Excise Case FIR No. 13/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 09-04-14 U/S 39 Excise Act on the rukka of PSI Rajneesh Thakur I/O PS New Shimla that when he was on patrolling duty alongwith staff  near Khalini, he recovered 1260 bottles of illicit liquor Marka Una No.1 from the possession of Ankush & Gonnu R/o Om Bhawan Khalini. The Case is being investigated by PSI Rajneesh Thakur I/O PS New Shimla.

2. A Grievous Hurt Case FIR No. 20/14 is registered at PS Jhakri on 09-04-14 U/S 325 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohan Lal S/o late Sh. Karam Dass R/o Vill. Pithivi, PO Kinoo, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 6-4-14 one person namely Bhupender @ Baba S/o Sh. Prem Dass beat him & broke his upper side teeth. After the medical examination of Mohan Lal and MLC received on 9-4-14, MO MGMSC Khaneri mentioned the nature of injuries grievous. The Case is being investigated by HC Jawahar Lal, I/O PP Sarahan.
