CRIME REPORT 04 NOVEMBER

1    A Rioting Case  FIR No.219/13 is registered at  PS West  Shimla on 04.11.13 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC on the statement  of Raj Bahadur S/o Sh.  Ram   Bahadur   R/o Verma  Tea Shop President  Bhawan Main Gate  P.O Summerhill  Shimla, alleging therein that  on  03.11.13 at night around 10.15 PM  but it was constantly calling on the  mobile Amardeep, when he picked up the phone and then threatened to kill  Amardeep  and her brother in law and called Summerhill Chowk. In the night when it was sleeping in his house Amardeep and his brother came to the house and began to beat and threatened. The case is being investigated by HC Liaq Ram  No. 124 P I/O PS West Shimla.

2     A Rioting Case FIR No .219/13 is registered at  PS  West  Shimla  on 04.11.13 U/S 147 , 148,149, 323 IPC on statement of Sh. Amar Deep Singh R/o Set No. 1st Floor Dharmani House, Jutogh View Summerhill Shimla-5, alleging  therein that  on 03.11.13 at night  when it's your brother Deepak Dubey to interact  with Raj Bahadur Verma, R/o  Verma  Tea Shop President  Bhawan   Main Gate  P.O Summerhill  Shimla,  Raj Bahadur,  Kewal Singh and  Shamsher Singh  along with  10-15  persons together and its  bloody hands and beaten with iron Rod. Violence is the person above it and  a lot of injuries on the body. The case is being investigated by  PSI Rohit Kumar  I /O P.S.West Shimla.

3.   During last 24 hours 95 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 13 persons were challaned under COTPA  (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act  2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 8600/-

CRIME REPORT 03 NOVEMBER

1.      A Theft  Case FIR No. 168/13  is  registered at PS  Rampur 02.11.13 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Shayam Lal S/o Chura Ram R/o Vill Jubbaru Teshil Kumasin Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  on 31.10.13 at about 7.30PM he was waiting for a auto  in the mean time a young long hair boy came there and stolen away one mobile and 18 thousand from his pocket.  The Case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O PP City.

2.     A Hurt   Case   FIR No.54/13 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on dated 2/11/2013 U/S 325 IPC on the Nakal rapat No.4 & 11 of Police Chowki Lakkar Bazar & complaint of Dr. Vijay Thakur A/P Asst. Prof. IGMC Shimla. Alleging therein that on 02.11.13 at about 9.00 AM  he was going to IGMC in his car. When he reached near Pollution control Board phase-3 New Shimla, he found a Honda Car parked in middle of road he requested to driver to park his vehicle away from road any give him pass. At this the driver of Honda car abusing him and pull him out of car forcibly. In this process he got injury in his left ring Finger. M.O. IGMC Shimla marked his Injury Grievous in nature. This case is investigated by HC Roshan  Lal No..66 I/O PS New Shimla.

3.    An Accident Case FIR No. 169/13 is registered at PS  Rampur on 03.11.13 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Moti Lal S/o Jiwanu Ram R/o Vill Dharja PO Khunni Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla, alleging  therein that on02.11.13at about 10.15AM a HRTC Bus No. HP 06A-7504 crushed is his Aunty near Peojan(Gahan) due to  rash and negligent  driving  by Pawan Kumar driver of the Bus. The Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari .

4.      An Accident Case FIR No 217/13 is registered at PS West on 02.11.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Shyam Lal  S/o Sh.  Devi Saran Vill.  Dhar  P.O. Tutu Teh & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 02.11.13 at about 4  PM  when  he was seated  own cloth shop, a Alto Car  No. HP52A-1113 came  towards from  Defense Chowk to shimla, trapped in the traffic was off the driver back was to begin. Due to which Rama Daily  Needs whose shop with its shop  their niece named Mahi feet got sustained injuries and has also damage his Car. The Case is being investigated by  HC Manoj Kumar  I/O PP 

5.      During last 24 hours 144 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 02  persons were challaned under COTPA  (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act  2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 22,400/-

CRIME REPORT 02 NOVEMBER

1.   A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No.53/18 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 21.11.13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Lokpal Thakur S/o Sh. Bali Ram Thakur R/o Village Thana P.O Mandel Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla A/P C/o Shubham Niwas Phase-3, New Shimla, alleging therein that Today at about 8.45 AM when he was coming from BCS towards his room phase-3, in his Car No. HP-52B-5000 and when he gave pass to a Spark car. The driver of  Spark  obstructed his way and started beaten him. This case is investigated by HC INDER Singh I/O PS New Shimla.

2.   During last 24 hours 256 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 25  persons were challaned under COTPA  (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act  2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 51,500/-

CRIME REPORT 01 NOVEMBER

1.A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No 77/13 is  registered  at  PS Rohru on 31.10.13 U/S 341,506 on the statement of Aman Kumar S/o Sh. Padam Singh R/o Gawana Po Kutara Teh Rohru Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 31.10.13 morning when  he was coming Rohru from his village on his Bike then three persons namely Mohan Lal,Prithaviraj and Desh Raj stopped his way wrongfully and started  to  beaten him. The Case is being investigated by HC Subash  I/O PS Rohru.

2.   An Accident Case FIR No. 216/13 is  registered at  PS West on 01.11.13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Harpal Singh S/o Sh. Rattan Singh  R/o Vill. Dayoli P.O. Baruna  Teh. Nalagarh Distt. Solan  A/P driver  in HRTC Depot No.3 Shimla,  alleging therein that on 31.10.13 at about 4-30 PM  he was going from ISBT Shimla to Mandesar (Kuthar) alongwith Bus No. HP-03B-6042 and when he reached near Jathia Devi one Motor Cycle No.HP-52A-4292 came very rashly in wrong side and hit front tyre of his bus. In this accident Motor cycle rider and one other person got sustained injuries.  The is being investigated by  SI Harish Kumar  I/C PP Jutogh.

3.  During last 24 hours 234 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 24 persons were challaned under COTPA  (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act  2005). The total amount ofCompounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 33,400/-

CRIME REPORT 31 OCTOBER

1.      An Accident Case FIR No.76/13 is registered at PS Rohru on 30-10-13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC  on the statement of Akhil S/o Sh. Harban Lal R/o Battu, PO Seema, Teh. Rohru, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that when he & his relatives returned back from Bhoot, the vehicle met with an accident near Koftu due to rash and negligent driving by driver. In this accident two persons named Rajesh S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Battu, PO Seema, Teh.  Rohru and Prithavi Raj S/o Sh. Ram Nath R/o Sheroli,  PO Jhangala, Teh. Chrigoan, Distt Shimla died on the spot and other two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by the ASI Karam Singh, I/O PS Rohru.

2.      A Riot Case FIR No. 212/13 is registered at PS Sadar, Shimla on 31-10-13 U/S 452,147,148,149,323 IPC on the statement of Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Roop Lal R/o Vill. Brot, PO Fatehpur, Teh. Sarkaghat , Distt. Mandi, alleging therein that on 30-10-2013 he and his friends Munish were beat by 7/8 persons with grip and other weapons in Rendezvous Bar and Restaurant the Mall Shimla, where he works as a waiter. He and his friend got injuries on face and body. The case is being investigated by Nag Dev I/O PS Sadar.

3.     A Riot Case fir no. 213/13 is registered at PS Sadar, Shimla on 31-10-13 U/S147,148,149,324 IPC on the statement of Ravi Kant S/o Sh. Badri Sen R/o Ragori, PO Sarahan , Teh. Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 30-10-2013 when he went to Rendezvous Bar near Scandle point with his friend Rajnish, 5/6 workers of Rendezvous Bar & Restaurant  beat them, they hit empty bottles on their head and got injuries on their head . The case is being investigated by HC Mohinder, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

4.     A Burglary Case FIR No. 215/13 is registered at PS West, Shimla on 30-10-13 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Narotam Chauhan S/o Sh. Charan Dass R/o Kotkhai House Annadale, Teh. & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that when he & his sister Smt. Birma Chauhan reached at home after duty, his wife told that some unknown person has stolen away Rs. 2,50,000/- from his sister room. The case is being investigated by ASI Prabhu Dayal, I/O PS West, Shimla.

5.     A Theft Case FIR No. 50/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 30-10-13 U/S 380, 511, 427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Amit Sharma, Asstt. Branch Manger, UCO Bank Branch Baghi, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 29/30-10-13 some unknown culprits has broken the UCO Bank ATM installed at main Bazar Baghi and have committed attempt of theft. The case is being investigated by SHO Gauri Dutt Sharma, PS Kotkhai .

6.     During last 24 hours 251 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 08persons were challaned under Smoking Act.. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 28,100/-.

CRIME REPORT 30 OCTOBER

1. A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No 49/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 29.10.13 U/S 341, 143 IPC at on the rukka of SI/SHO Gauri Dutt Sharma alleging therein that today on agitation assembly was organized by BJP Yuva Morcha under supervision of vice president of BJP Narender Bragta at Gumma main bazaar in protest of seizing of Gumma cricket ground by ruling govt. at about 2.00 PM.  Vice President of BJP Narender Bragta alongwith his party workers on the middle of State Highway road at Gumma main bazaar for 10 to 15 minutes carry out agitation for against the ruling govt. and create obstruction for general traffic and public. The Case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.
2. A Theft Case FIR No. 101/13 is registered on Dated 29-10-13 U/S 379 IPC at PS East Shimla on the complaint of Sh Rajinder Singh Director Information & Public Relation HP at That Govt. Esteem Car No HP -52-0037 which was parked near Majhitha House Chhota Shimla on 28-10-13 next day Car was not there. During investigation Car has been recovered. The Case is being investigated by ASI Sehdev Dutt I/O PS East Shimla.

3. During last 24 hours 237 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 14persons were challenged under Smoking Act.. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 39,200/-.

CRIME REPORT 29 OCTOBER

1.     An Accident Case FIR No.164/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 28-10-13 U/S 279,337,304 A on the report of ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari that on 27-10-13 a vehicle Tata 207 bearing No. HP63-0540 met with an accident near Kimtugaad (Adarash Nagar) Sub Tehsil Nankhari due to rash and negligent driving of Shamsher Negi R/o Vill. Adarshnagar. In this accident Mohan Lal S/o Kesar Singh R/o Gadrali  died on the spot. Anil Kumar R/o Vill. Deem and Driver Shamsher Singh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari

2.     An Unlawful Assembly case FIR.No 211/13 is registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 28-10-13 U/S 143,147 IPC & 109,110,115 HP Police Act 2007 on the report of HC Ravinder Chaudhary I/O P.S Sadar, alleging therein that on 28-10-2013 at 3.05 pm about 25/30 worker of BJP assembled unlawfully at CTO Shimla in the leadership of Sh. Suresh Bhardwaj MLA , Sh Ganesh Dutt, Sunil Thakur, Madan Sharma etc. and shouted against HP Government. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Chaudhary, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

3.   During last 24 hours 271 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 11 persons were challaned  under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 30,300/-.
