1. A THEFT case FIR No. 19/13 is registered at Police Station Chirgaon on 14-05-13 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Abinash S/o Sh. Vir Sain R/oVill Thana Rohal, Teh Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that his father bought an old dispensary in auction. On 08-05-13 one Maheshwar Singh S/o Sh. Inder Singh R/o Vill Manjwari (Rohal) dismantle above building  stolen away some items. Case is being investigated by SHO/SI Chander Shekhar.
2. A case FIR No. 100/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 14-05-13 U/S 26 Juvenile Act 1985 on the complaint of Monika Singh Managing Director Child Welfare Officer, alleging therein that one person namely Sanjay Kumar C/o Thakur Sweet Shop, Summerhill, Shimla has placed two under age child as labor in his shop. Case is being investigated by ASI Bhupinder Singh I/c AHTU.
3. A THEFT case FIR No. 28/13 is registered at Police Sation Rohru on 13-05-13 U/S 379 IPC on complaint of Shiv Dayal Duglate S/o Sh. Gabridu Ram R/o VPO Sharonths, Tikker Teh Rohru, Distt Shimla, alleged that during the intervening night of 12/13-05-13 some unknown person has stolen away copper wire from IPH Transformer of HPSEB Malwari worth Rs. 30,000/-. Case is investigated by ASI Sumiter Singh I/o PS Rohru.

A HURT case FIR No. 86/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC on the complaint of Anamika Sharma D/o Jeewan Kumar R/o Ward No. 6, Niazpur, The Nurpur, Distt Kangra, alleging therein that on 13-05-13 when she was going to her Department some students of SFI namely Puneet Dhanta, Rahul Chauhan, Dinesh Vikram, Prianka, Nandan, Gopal, Amit, Suresh Sarwal, Monika, Lokender, Hoshiar, Prem, Ambika and Shailza beat her. Due to this she sustained injury. Case is being investigated by PSI Rajesh Kumar I/o PS West Shimla.

5.      A HURT case FIR No. 87/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 13-05-13 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sakshi Sharma R/o B. No. C-42, Dev Nagar, Kasumpati, Shimal, alleging therein that on 13-05-13 when she was going for Class some students of SFI namely Monika, Puneet Dhanta, Rahul, Priyanka, Amit, nandan, Gopal, Suresh, Vikram, Lokender, Hoshiar, Prem beat her and threatened with dire consequences. 6.      A HURT case FIR No. 89/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 13-05-13 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC on the complaint of Sanjeev Kumar Law Student, alleging therein that on 13-05-13 some students of AVBP namely Vijay, Pankaj, Parveen, Dinesh, Sahi, Dinesh, Kildeep, Jitender and Rituraj beat him. 7.      A HURT case FIR No. 90/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 13-05-13 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC on the complaint of Dinesh Mehta Law Student, alleging therein that on 13-05-13 when he was going to University some persons having AVBP batch namely Kamaljeet, Mohar Singh, Girja Nand and Manjeet beat him with sharp weapons. Amarjeet Singh R/o VPO Pandih, Teh Sadar, Distt Mandi, alleging therein that when he was going to library some members of SFI & SCA namely Puneet Dhanta, Rahul, Nandan, Suresh, Vikram, Hoshiar, Prem, Jeeta Singh Negi, Ravinder, Shorya, Kishori Lal, Darmesh, Vipin, Vivek and Raghuveer beat him with sharp weapons. 12.  A HURT case FIR No. 82/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 13-05-13 U/S 323, 325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Prem Chand S/o Sh. Karam Dass R/o Vill Nareda, PO Bhareli, Teh Kumarsain, alleging therein that on 08-05-13 at 8:00 PM when he was staying at PWD Rest House Nirath one person named Sh. Madan Lal came and beat him with iron rode. Case is being investigated by HC Bakhasi Ram I/O PS Rampur.

13. A CHEATING case FIR No. 54/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 14-05-13 U/S 420 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chhangumal S/o Sh. Nanti Ram R/o Vill Bagoti, PO Barog, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that member of Bhartiya Kishan Sabha Kendra, Noida namely Manoj Kumar Garg, Dr. Nikhil Singh & an unknown lady cheating him for Rs. 29,300/ through Account No. 20000200590 SBI for the purpose of employment. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Rattan I/o PS Theog.

CRIME REPORT 13 MAY

1. On 12-05-13 one PROCLAIMED OFFENDER named Smt. Manjeet Kour W/o Late Sh. Onkar Singh R/o VPO Rohili Khurd, Distt Jalandher, Punjab has been arrested in connection with case FIR No. 209/98 U/S 170, 419 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla.
2. (RECOVERED) A BURGLARY case FIR No. 69/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 12-05-13 U/S 454, 380, 34  IPC on the report of ASI Vijay Kumar I/C PP Sunni that on 12-05-13 during patrolling along with staff at Bhakara Colony Sunni, he recovered 57 Batteries and 15 Iron Plates of BSNL Sunni from the illegal possession of 9 women namely Maya W/o Sh. Rampal, Shalu W/o Sh. Deepu, Krishna W/o Late Sh. Mishri Ram, Pinki W/o Sh. Deep Ram, Sanjana W/o Sh. Ramesh, Reena W/o Sh. Awatar, Maya W/o Sh. Krishan, Darshna W/o Sh. Kishan and Asha W/o Sh. Stish all R/o Down Dale, Maha Shiv Colony, Fagali, Shimla.
3. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 84/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 12-05-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chet Ram S/o Sh. Barfu Ram R/o Vill Simalta, PO Kunhar, Teh Arki, Distt Solan, alleging therein that on 11-05-13 at about 8:30 PM when he went Boileauganj along with Madan Lal by Scooter, near Chakkar Chowk one vehicle Pick-up No. HP-62A-1299 hit his scooter and ran away from the spot. In this incident they both sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by PSI Manoj Kumar PS West.
4. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 52/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 12-05-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Vikram Thakur S/o Sh. Balvinder Singh R/o VPO & Teh Kandaghat, Distt Solan, alleging therein that when he went to Rohru by Car No. HP13-2140 along with family members, near Jaisghati above car fell down 300 mtr. form the road. One Sunita Chauhan died in the above accident and other family member sustained injuries. The above vehicle driven by Prabal Chauhan. Case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/o PS Theog, Shimla.
5. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 53/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 13-05-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Hem Raj Sharma S/o Sh. Ganesh Dutt Sharma R/o Vill Kolth, PO Kayartu, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 12-05-13 at 4:30 PM one vehicle Wagnar No. HP03A-1312 fell down from the road. The above vehicle driven by Prem Chand. In the above accident three persons sustain injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Rattan I/o PS Theog, Shimla.

An ATTEMPT TO MURDER case FIR No. 85/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 13-05-13 U/S 307, 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC on the complaint of Naresh Kumar MA Hindi 4^th Sam, HPU Shimla, alleging therein that on 13-05-13 in the University campus some students namely Hoshiyar Singh, Puneet Dhanta, Jita Singh Negi, Lokender Singh, Khushi Ram, Parveen Chuahan, Viram Kaith, Denesh Mehta, Nandan, Vipin, Prem, Suresh, Kamal Kishore, Denish, Babu Ramm, Vivek Rana, Rahul Chauhan, Surya (Nand Lal), Ajay, Abhishek, Amit, Suresh Sarwal, Vikesh, Kiran Kumar, Kushal and Sunil beat him along with Bhawan Kumar, Navneet Kashaul, Ritesh Sharma, Babu Ram and Kuldeep. In the above incident persons namely Naresh Kumar, Bhawan Kumar, Navneet Kashaul, Ritesh Sharma, Babu Ram and Kuldeep sustained injuries.
7. During last 24 hours 138 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 11 persons was challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 6,900/-.

ACCUSED ARRESTED AND RECOVER STOLEN PROPERTY

1.      A THEFT case FIR No. 47/13 is registered at Police Station East Shimla on 12-05-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Byas Bhagat Negi I/c Fire Station Chhota Shimla, alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen away copper strips 300 ft. from the ground floor of the office. Case is being investigated by HC Parkash Chand I/o PS East. During investigation accused person named Sonu S/o Sh. Gaurav Sahni R/o Downdale, Phagli, Shimla has been arrested and stolen property has also been recovered.

2.      An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 24/13 is registered at Police Station Jhakri on 11-05-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sukh Dev S/o Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Vill Shalog, PO Khunni, Nankhari, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that one vehicle Moter Cycle No. PB-70A-9361 driven by Hameer Chand hit with one vehicle Eicher Truck. In this accident two persons sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by SI Mangat Ram.

3.      During last 24 hours 131 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 07 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005) The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 17,700/-.

CRIME REPORT 11 MAY

1.      An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 83/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 10-05-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Manisha Dutta W/o Sh. Sandeep Dutt R/o Raj Apartment, Dogra Lodge, 103, Shimla, alleging therein that on 10-05-13 when she was coming back from Tarahall School with her daughter and o6ther children by Taxi No. HP-01A-1204 near Chaura Maidan suddenly backdoor of above taxi was opened and two children fell down on the road and they both sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Man Singh I/o PS West.

2.      A TRESPASS case FIR No. 97/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 10-05-13 U/S 457, 440, 336 IPC on the statement of Satpal Verma S/o Sh. Hira Lal R/o Verma Niwas, Panchwati, Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night some unknown person has cut the break pipes of his and his brother's car parked in the garage. Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/o PP Lakkar Bazar.

3.     A MISCHIEF COMMITTED CAUSING DEATH OR HURT case FIR No 98/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 10-05-13 U/S 440, 336 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pratap Singh S/o Sh. Hira Lal R/o Vill Kanena, PO Bharari, Shimla, allleing therein that he parked his car on the road near his house. When he drive his car and near Bharari road he found that the breaks did not work. On checking he found that some unknown person has cut off the break pipe of his car. Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/o PP Lakkar Bazar.

4.     A COPYRIGHT Act case FIR No. 99/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 10-05-13 U/S 63, 66 Copy Right Act on the order of Judicial Magistrate Court No-1. In this complainant Deeraj Bansal R/o Middle Bazar, alleging therein that Sh. Mukesh Bansal managing director of Goods News Agency at Bridge View Regency broadcasting the channels without any authority and said person copy all the channels and then telecast on the television. Case is being investigated by SI Sanjeev I/o PS Sadar.

5.      During last 24 hours 375 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 08 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005) and 03 were challaned under 114 Police Act. CRIME REPORT 10 MAY

1.        A  EXCISE ACT case FIR No 51/13 is registered  at PS Theog on 9.5.13 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the statement of Sh Vinod Kumar ETO Shimla HP, alleging therein that on  9.5.13 when he was on routine checking alongwith staff at  5:38 PM when he checked Kanwar Bar & Restaurant removed 76 Bottle full and 1 half bottle of  Nalagarh No. 1 Orange Country Liquor from the restaurant. The case is being  investigated by ASI Santok Singh I/O PS Theog.

2.             A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No 82/13 is registered at PS West on 9.5.13   U/S 341,188 IPC on the statement of Sh Hem Raj Security Incharge HPU Summer Hill, alleging therein that on 9.5.13 at 1:00 PM in HPU Campus  ABVP and SFI workers staged a Dharna in Campus and shouted slogans against Vice Chancellor and  tried to burn the effigies of Vice Chancellor and Blocked the road and  disobey the order of High Court. The case in being investigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt  I/C PP Summer Hill Shimla.

3.                 A CHEATING case FIR No. 26/13 is registered  at PS Jubbal U/S 420,419,406,34 IPC on 10.05.13 on the  statement Sh  Kanwer Singh  S/o Sh Murt Singh Vill. Matasa The Jubbal  against  Sh Shesa Kaushal  S/o Sh S.L.Kaushal near Masjid the Mall Solan &Sonu  S/o Sh Geeta Ram Vill Dekhar Teh. Jubbal, alleging therein that above accused person took money by cheating  in their  Company  namely Air Linked Net work Pvt Limted  Kolkata. The  case  is being Investigated by SHO/SI Daya Ram Thakur PS Jubbal Distt Shimla.

4.               DURING LAST 24 hours 278 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 16 challaned under Police Act U/S 114 and 05 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). 1.            A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 94/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 08-05-13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the complaint of Ishan Salhotra S/o Sh. Prem Chand R/o H. No. 1, Rajesh Cottage, Holly Lodge, Jakhu, Shimla, alleging therein that on 08-05-13 at 5:45 PM when he was going to home near Ganj Bazar Shimla two persons namely Manoj and Karan wrongfully restrained and beat him. Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh PS Sadar Shimla.

2.            A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 95/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 08-05-13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/o Ghora Sarai, Cart Road, Shimla, alleging therein that on 08-05-13 at 5:45 PM when he was going toward Ganj Bazar Shimla near Ganj Bazar Simla two Persons namely Ishan & Tarun wrongfully restrained and beat him. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Sadar Shimla.

3.            A BURGLARY case FIR No. 80/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 08-05-13 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Raksha Verma W/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o C/o  Baid Building, New Tutu, Shimla, alleging therein that on 08-05-13 when she and her sister  went to Tutu for Medicine some unknown person has stolen away 2 golden rings, 1 pair Kanta, nose Pin gold, 2 pair silver Kangan and cash Rs. 55,000/- from her quarter. Total cost of stolen property is Rs. 95,000/-. Case is being investigated by SI Harish Kumar I/c PP Jutogh.

Tula Ram R/o Vill Panjyana, PO Beolia, Shimla, alleging therein that on 07-05-13 at 5:30 PM when he was near APG University, persons namely Maheshwar and Sandya wrongfully restrained her and also threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Sheesh Pal I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.

2.            An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 80/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 08-05-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Madan Singh S/o Sh. Bhagat Singh R/o VPO Nari, Teh Sonipat, PS Kundali, Distt Sonipat, Haryana, alleging therein that on 08-05-13 at 5:30 AM one vehicle Ford Fego No. DL-10CG-0022 met with accident near Jahoo( Nankhari) and rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving by driver Phool Kumar S/o Sh. Narayan Kumar R/o H. No. 955, Babana, Delhi. In this accident one person named Krishan Mehta R/o VPO Panoli, Nankhari died on the spot and others sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath I/O PP Nankhari, PS Rampur.

3.            A CRIMINAL TRESPASS case FIR No. 25/13 is registered at PS Jubbal on 08-05-13 U/S 452, 354, 323 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/o Sh. Prem Thapa R/o C/o Sh. Khushi Ram Vill Shiroli, Teh Jubbal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 07-05-13 at 9:00 PM one person Naresh Kumar S/o Jamku Ram R/o Vill Shiroli, entered in her house/dhara and try to caught her and also beat her.
