1.   A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 192/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 06.10.2019 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sanjay Verma R/o Prashanti Cottage Engine Ghar Sanjauli Shimla alleged therein that he made an online deal blinking on computer to purchase Maruti Alto 800 (PB13AA1797) for a person namely Mr. Karam Chand and paid Rs 11,100/- as a Security to him through online but after receiving of above amount money he is not delivering above mentioned Maruti 800. The case is being by HC Bhupinder  I/O  PP Sanjauli.

2.   A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 193/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 06.10.2019 U/S 420, 120B IPC on the complaint of Ankit Joshi S/o Sanjeev Joshi R/o village Mohi Jubbad PO Koti Sub Tehsil Junga Distt Shimla alleged therein that two people namely Arjun Gaur and one lady cheated him by receiving Rs 77000/-   through online transition (Google pay) from him for providing him to job in bakery. The case is being investigated by I/o PP Junga PS Dhalli.

3.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 92/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 06.10.2019 U/S 429 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Gulzar S/o Sh Ali Sain R/o VPO Dutt Nagar Tehsil Rampur District Shimla A/P village Singapore P/o Naula Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla alleging therein that on 07.10.2019 an Unknown vehicle  crushed his two buffalos at NH-5 and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupender Singh I/o PP Sainj.   

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 54/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 06.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of  Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Jyaoti Lal R/O Dalgaon  PO Kuthara Teh Rohru Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that on 05.10.19 when he caming from Narkanda to Rohru in vehicle  No. HP 10B2671 (Pickup)  suddenly above vehicle met with an accident near Gujjar Kotha( Permeshwari Dhank) Narkanda Bagi Road due to rash & negligent driving of   Driver Manoj Kumar s/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Khaskandi P/o  Kuthara Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla. In this accident Pradeep Kumar and Driver Manoj Kumar sustained injuries.  The Case is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath I/O PS Nankhari.

Crime Report On October 06, 2019

1.   Accident : Case FIR No 137/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on dated 06.10.2019 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh Guti Kumar S/O Sh Chaman Lal R/o Village  Doi PO Bharach Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that an A/F Maruti car met with an accident at Badrinu canchi near Doi due to rash and negligent driving of car driver Hem Chand S/O Sh Shankar Dass R/o Vill Doi PO Bharach Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla. In This accident driver Hem Chand died on spot. Case is being investigated by HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur.

2.   Accident : Case FIR No 222/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla on dated 05.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered on the statement of a lady alleging therein that on dated 05.10.2019 at about 8.15 AM she was going to BSN High School Chakkar, as she reached Near Chakkar Chowk a vehicle No. HP31B-8600 come from other side and hit her. In this accident she sustained injuries. The case has been registered at PS West Shimla.

3.   Accident : Case FIR No 95/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 05.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered on the statement of a lady alleging therein that she was going towards Matal in vehicle No. HP 08A-2747 as they reached Near Maraog, Suddenly driver Aadrash S/O Shyam Singh R/O VPO Dhabas Teh. Chopal lost his control over the vehicle and met with accident. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of driver Aadrash and in this accident four persons sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Chopal .

4.   Rioting : Case FIR No 96/19 has been registered at PS Chopal today on dated 06.10.2019 U/S 147,149,341,323,506 IPC on complaint of Ravinder Singh S/o Sh. Hari Ram R/o Village Ghurla, PO Bamta, Tehsil Chopal District Shimla HP, alleging therein that on dated 05.10.2019 at about 11:45 PM at place Bhaber five persons namely Liaq Ram, Dula Ram, Sita Ram, Pintal and Beli Ram obstructed him and his brother’s way. The above persons beaten them and threaten with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Moti Lal I/O PS Chopal.

1.  AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No 116/19 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 04.10.2019 U/S 279,304A IPC & 184 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Virander Mehta S/O Sh. Jagat Ram  R/O village & P/o Sharmali & Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla alleged therein on 04.10.2019 a vehicle No. HP 10B 1494 met with an accident in which one person namely Mr. Jiya Lal died on the spot. The case is being investigated ASI Shanti Swaroop I/o PS Rorhu.

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 100/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 03.10.2019 U/S 279, 304-A IPC on the statement of Sunder Singh Dipta S/O Dayanand Dipta village Keeth P/o Rawlakiar Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla alleged therein that on 03.10.2019  when he was traveling from Gumma to Keeth in his car No HP09C-6181 he saw a vehicle No. HP09C-2271 met with an accident at near Gumma in which driver namely Rameshwar Chauhan S/o Phool Chand R/o village Keeth P/o Rawlakiar Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Sunil I/o PS Kotkhai.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 165/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Ramswaroop S/o Sh Lacchu Ram R/o Murjani P/o Maradi Ghat Tehsil Arki District Solan alleged therein that on 03.10.2019  during his journey from Darlaghat to Nerwa in his vehicle No. HP11 3766 an another vehicle No. 30 3766 collided with his vehicle in which his vehicle damaged badly. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay I/o PS Theog.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 136/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 03.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Rajinder Kumar S/O Lt. Devi Ram R/O VPO Lakhanpur Teh & Distt Bilaspur alleging therein that on 03.10.19 at about 5:00 PM he was going towards Theog in his Pick Up NO. HR09-1077. When he reached at Duttnagar a car No. HP06A-2624 Zen Steelo came rashly and collide with his Pickup. In this accident car Driver and two Passenger ,who were seating in the car sustain injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Rajender Singh S/O Lt Tavarsi Ram Village Kumsu PO Nogli Teh Rampur Rampur Distt Shimla. Case is being investigated by HC Dola Ram I/o PS Rampur.

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No 48/19 has been registered at PS Sunni U/S 39 (i) (a) Excise Act on the rukka of SI Jai Dev SHO PS Sunni alleged therein that on 02.10.2019 during patrolling duty along with staff at Gungali he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor form the possession of  Tilak Raj S/o Sh Jawahar Lal R/o village Gharyana P/o & Tehsil Sunni District Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Jaidev SHO PS Sunni.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No 47/19 has been registered at PS Sunni U/S 39 (i) (a) Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS Sunni alleged therein that on 02.10.2019 during patrolling duty along with staff at Bajivari Nali he recovered 09 bottles of country liquor form the possession of  Balbir Singh S/o Late Sh Ishwar Singh R/o village Dargi Tehsil Sunni District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS Sunni.

3.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 77/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 02.09.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Jubbal alleged therein that on 02.09.2019 during patrolling duty in his jurisdiction he recovered 18 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Ramesh Kangta  Singh S/o Sh Kanwer Singh village Astandali Tehsil Jubbal. The Case is being investigated by SHO PS Jubbal.

4.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 78/19 has been registered at Jubbal on 02.09.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Pradeep Kumar I/O PS Jubbal alleged therein that on 02.09.2019 during patrolling duty in the jurisdiction of PS Jubbal he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Surender singh son of Amar Singh Vill  Sarhana PO Dochi. The case is being investigated ASI Pardeep Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 190/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 03.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Police Constable Vipin HPAP Junga  at present Apple Season Duty PS Dhalli alleged therein that on 03.10.2019 that last night he was on traffic control duty at Mashobra Bifurcation. At around 7.30 PM a pedestrian told him that a vehicle hit a person. He rushed to the spot immediately and saw that a person has been hit by an unknown vehicle and the person sustained injuries. The case is being HC Kapil Kamta I/O PS Dhalli.

6.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 118/19 has been registered at PS East on 02.10.2019 U/s 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Sachin Parashar S/o Ravi Dutt R/o village Bud Khalsa R/o Rai Tehsil Sonipat Haryana A/P Student APG University Shimla alleged therein that on 02.10.2019 during his Journey from APG University to Taradevi temple on his motorcycle No. HR 10 AF 7914 he collided with another motorcycle No CH 01 AP 1290. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of rider of motorcycle No. CH 01 AP 1290. The case is being investigated by HC Jagat I/O PP Kasumpti.

Crime Report on, 02 October 2019

1.   A MURDER: Case FIR No. 189/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.09.19 U/S 302 IPC on the statement of Sh Nek Ram S/O Sh Hari Ram R/O Fagla Chamechi PO Mashobra Tehsil & District Shimla alleged therein that one Nepali couple namely Pawan Bahadur and his wife resides near his house for labour work..On 01.10.2019 he reached in his residence after duty then he saw that Pawan Kumar came towards his location in injured blood stains condition, blood was oozing from his chest. He called his wife for help but she ran away towards road, then Sh Nek Ram called for ambulance and inform to Police for help. When ambulance staff came there they declared Pawan Kumar dead. He doubts that his wife has stabbed him with knife. Case is being investing by SHO PS Dhalli Shimla.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 98/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 01.10.2019 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai alleged therein that on 01.01.2019 during patrolling/ traffic checking duty at Kiari he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Ankush S/o Sh Omprakash VPO Kiari Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.134/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 01.01.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Dass R/O Vill Uru PO Shingla Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP A/P Employee PWD Department Sub Division Rampur alleging therein that on 01.01.2019 he and his colleague Surat Ram, Sumel Munda, Garib Dass and Sain Ram were doing work at Shingla Road suddenly a Dark Blue colour Maruti Car No. HP06A-1972 came rashly and hit his colleague Sain Ram. In this accident Sain Ram Sustain injuries. This accident occur due to rush and negligent driving of above car driver namely Hardyal s/o sh. Neeku Ram R/O Batari P/O Kartot Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP. The case is being investigating by HC Norender Raj I/O PS Rampur.

Crime Report on, 01 October 2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 210/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.09.19 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Sushil Kumar I/O SIU Shimla alleged therein that on 30.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at old bus stand Shimla. During patrolling  they intercepted a person namely Jasvir Singh S/O Sh Surjit Singh R/O Village Bharthala PO & PS Kathgarh District Sahid Bhagat Singh age 23 years and recovered 11.04 gram Chitta/Heroin from his possession. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Sadar.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO 93/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on  30.09.2019 U.S 279 on the statement of Pawan Kumar S/o Sh Praksh Chand  R/o village Nehi Srali P/o Kothipura Tehsil Bilaspur District Bilaspur alleging therein that on 30.09.2019 when he was going to Chopal from Nerwa  in bus No. HP 63A 1911 suddenly a HRTC Bus HP 03B 6092 came rashly from Chopal side hit his bus. The case is being investigated ASI Ramesh Chand I/o PS Chopal.
