Crime Report On June 06, 2019

1.  An Unlawful Gathering: Case FIR No. 118/19 dated 05.06.19 U/S 451 143 506 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on the complaint of Sh Rakesh Aahuja, Broadway Hotel Sanjauli Shimla alleged therein that on 05.06.2019 at about 12.05 PM about 40/45 workers of Shimla Nagrik Sabha under the leadership Sh Vijender Mehra, Kapil Sharma, Dinesh Mehta, Balak Ram,Kapil Negi, Dushyant etc unauthorized entered in the premises of his newly constructed area near Lal path Lab. and threatened his labourer. Case is being investigated by HC Lokinder Singh I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla.

2.  ASSAULT ON GOVT. SERVANT DURING PERFORMING GOVT. DUTY: Case FIR No. 25/19 Dt. 06.06.19 U/S 353 332 IPC has been registered at PS Sunni on the statement of Dameshwar Thakur S/o Sh Nikka Ram R/o Janoul PO Pressi Sub Teh Nihari  Distt Mandi alleged therein that on 05/06/19 he was on route duty in HRTC Bus No.HP-03B-6192 Shimla to Dharogra. When he reached at Jaishi, then Harish R/o Bindla Teh. Karsog Distt. Mandi driver of car No. HP 30-6294 stop his bus and beaten him brutally as a result he sustained injury on his both arms and legs. Case is being investigated by ASI Dillu Ram I/O PS Sunni Shimla.

Crime Report on 4th June 2019

1. An Accident: Case FIR No.116/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 04.06.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Durgesh S/O Lt. Sh Santosh Kumar R/O 309/1 Sikh Line Krishna Nagar Shimla alleged therein that on 04.06.2019 midnight at about 12.30 AM he along with three other persons were going towards lift side in vehicle No.HP-09-3535 Alto K-10 driven by Aman Bhatia from old bus stand, when they reached near Subzi Mandi driver of the vehicle lost his control on vehicle and hit the vehicle with road side pole, in which one person sustained injury.

2.  An Accident: Case FIR No.117/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 04.06.2019 U/S 279,427 IPC on the statement of Sh Naresh Kumar S/O Sh Chet Ram R/O Khalwan Tehsil Rohru Shimla alleged therein that on 03.06.2019 at about 11.00 PM one Pick-up No. HP 62B-2655 driven by Kuldeep Kumar R/O Upper Rajhana hit his vehicle with wine shop and broken the wine bottles and damage other parked vehicles.

3.  An Accident: Case FIR No.127/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 04.06.2019  U/S 279,304-A IPC on the rukka of SI Jaspal Singh I/O PS West Shimla alleged therein that on 02.06.2019 a missing report was filed by Smt Urmil Sharma W/O Sh Gopal Dutt R/O Shiv Shakti Bhawan Kachighatti Tara Devi Shimla at PS West Shimla, regarding missing of her son namely Saurbh Sharma with vehicle No. HP-52-0907 Ignis. On 03.06.2019 during search dead body of Saurbh Sharma along with above vehicle recovered at seelgaon near badagaon rolled down about 100 Mtrs from road. The case is being investigated by SI Jaspal Singh.

4.  Accident case: Case FIR No.66/19 dated 04.06.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Rohru on the rukka of HC Pramod Kumar I/O PS Rohru alleging therein thattoday at about 03-30 PM one Alto Car No. HP 06A-9636 driven by Ishwer Singh S/O Sh. Hira Nand R/O Vill. Kanthli Tehsil Chirgaon came rashly and fell down about 20 feet from the road and sustained injury to him. After treatment at CH Rohru he referred to IGMC Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Pramod Kumar PS Rohru.

5.  During last 24 hours 455 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 163 and 09 person's challaned under smoking Act

Crime Report on 3rd June 2019 (Evening )

1.  ACCIDENT CASE: FIR No.43/19 dated 03.06.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain Shimla on the rukka of HC Piyush Raj I/O PS Kumarsain Shimla alleging therein that today at about 07.15 AM one vehicle No. HP-06A-6877 Swift driven by Satish Kumar S/O Sh Kehar Chand R/O Chapala PO Cheklu Tehsil Kumarsain Shimla, hit Motorcycle No. HP 52A-8391 near Kwala at Kanda, in which he along with motorcycle rider Lok Chand sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Piyush I/O PS Kumarsain, Shimla.  

2.  During last 24 hours  315 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =156,  16 persons challaned under Smoking Act.   

Crime Report on 3rd June 2019(Morning)

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No  24/19  dated  02-06-19  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Sunni on the statement of Sh Praveen S/O Sh Beg Ram R/O village Parlog PO Ogli Tehsil Karsog District Mandi, alleged therein that on 02-06-19 an unknown vehicle Alto coming from Malgi curve with rash and negligent driving  fell in to Satluj River. One person sustained injury sent to CH Sunni. The case is being investigated by ASI Krishan Lal I/C PP Jalog.

2.   A GAMBLING: Case FIR No.88/19 dated 02.06.2019 U/S 13 Gambling Act has been registered at PS Theog on the ruka of HC Sudesh Kumar I/O PS Theog alleged therein that on 02.06.2019 he along with staff were on patrolling near Janogghat, then  on an secret information they recovered 13970/- from 7/8 persons who were playing card in Seriwan forest.  

Crime Report on 2nd June 2019

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 115/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 01.06.2019 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Munish Kumar S/o Sh. Babu Ram R/o Village Rokhal (Kiyartoo) PO Daddi Gunasa, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, age 30 years stated therein that on 01.06.2019, he came to Shimla in his vehicle No. HP10B-3363 and parked near Auckland Tunnel, Shimla. At about 08-25 PM, one Baleno Car No. RJ-14NC-6182 came rashly from Lakkar Bazar Side and  after hitting his vehicle, run away from the spot.

2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 42/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal Shimla on 02.06.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pramod Kumar S/o Sh. Gautam Sain R/o Village Goskuwari, PO Gushali, Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla stated therein that on 01.06.2019, when he was at Petrol Pump Hatkoti, at the same time one Santro Car No. HP52A-0633 came rashly from Jubbal side and hit Pump Operator namely Bhupender Singh S/o Sh. Sanag Ram R/o Village Hingori, PO Kanthli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PS Jubbal.   

3.   During last 24 hours 401 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 172, 12 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act.

Heera Khatri R/o Village Sani Behari, Anchal Ravati, District Rukkam, Nepal, age 30 years, arrested in case FIR No. 36/19 Dt. 28.05.2019 U/S 18, 29 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa, are remanded in police custody upto 05.06.2019, by the Ld. Court.

2.    Accused i) Jitender @ Vicky S/o Sh. Swaroop Chand R/o Village Gadawag, PO Chaily, Tehsil & District Shimla and ii) Raspal @ Rashpal S/o Sh. Gurnam Singh R/o House No.-12/1, Boileauganj, Tehsil & District Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 125/19 Dt. 31.05.2019 U/S 379 IPC at PS West, Shimla.

Crime Report June 01, 2019

AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 97/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 01.06.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Vijay, I/O PP Mashobra, Shimla alleging therein that today i.e. on 01.06.2019 at about 10-30 AM, a Tipper No. HP31A-5588, which was on the way towards Sunni, met with an accident near Naldehra and rolled down 60 feet from the road due to  rash & negligence driving of Bhag Chand S/o Sh. Kripa R/o Village Mogli PO & Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi, age 23 years, sustained injuries to him.

Crime Report 1st June 2019 (Morning)

1. A EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 41/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 31.05.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Naresh Kumar, SHO PS Jubbal, Shimla  alleging therein that on 31.05.2019 at about 03-00 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, he received a secret information that one Nepali lady who is running a dhaba at Sawra Pull, is indulged in illegal trading of liquor. On this information, a raid has been conducted in her dhaba and during the search,   18 Bottles of Country liquor from her possession. The case is being investigated by SI Naresh Kumar, SHO PS Jubbal, Shimla.  

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 62/19 has been registered at PS East Shimla on 31.05.2019 U/s 279 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Jalam Singh R/o Raj Cottage, Lower Panthaghati Shimla stated therein that on 31.05.2019, a Pick-UP No. HP62B-0245 met with an accident on Ghatru Road Shakti Vihar and rolled down 150 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Pick-UP driver Rakesh Kashyap S/o Sh. Swaroop ram R/o Roop Niwas Anji Vikas Nagar, Shimla and he died on the way to hospital. The case is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.  

3.    During last 24 hours 414 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 224, 26 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 02 Challaned under Mining Act.

2.    Accused Ajeet S/o Lt. Sh. Misri Rai R/o Maha Himalya Shiv Colony, Down-Dale Phagli, Shimla, age 29 years, arrested in case FIR No. 110/19 Dt. 29.05.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar, is remanded in police custody upto 01.06.2019, by the Ld. Court.
