1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 26/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 17.03.2019 U/S 39(1)a HP Excise Act on the ruka of Inspector Hari Singh SHO PS Chopal alleging therein that on 17.03.2019  he recovered 10 liter illicit liquor from the possession of  Mr. Attar Singh S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Khaddar P/o Nakorapul Tehsil Chopal Shimla H.P. The case is being investigated by Inspector Hari Singh SHO PS Chopal.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 28/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 17.03.2019 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 17.03.2019  he recovered 08 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh Susheel Kumar Gupta @ Sonu S/o Sh Afar Philal Gupta R/o Sariyan P/o Patkhan Tehsil Karnal Gunj Distt Gonda (U.P) A/P Sweet shop Matiyana Theog. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Theog.
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 21/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 17.03.2019 U/S 39(1) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Shanti Swaroop I/O PS Rohru alleging therein that on 17.03.2019a t about 06:30 pm, during patrolling alongwith staff at Koptu(Saras) one person namely Vikas Rukta S/o Sh. Kishori Lal R/o Saras PO Khangteri Teh. Rohru Dist. Shimla HP apprehended by them and recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor marka Patiala Santra from his possession.  The case is being investigated by ASI Shanti Swaroop, I/O PS Rohru.
4. During last 24 hours 357 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 147, 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on March 17, 2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 46/19 has been registered at PS West on dated 17.03.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Narender Kumar No. 52, I/O SIU Shimla alleging therein that on 16.03.2019 at about 11-30 PM, during patrolling & collection of intelligence regarding illegal trading of narcotic drugs, one person namely Bhupinder Singh S/o Sh. Uma Dutt Sharma R/o Village Baghar, PO Thachi, Tehsil Sunni Ward No.-5 Kotla, District Shimla, age 35 years, intercepted by them near Krishna Food Restaurant Ghannahatti & recovered 80 Gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar, I/C PP Dhami, Shimla.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 13/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 16.03.2019 U/S 39 (1) (A) HP Excise Act IPC on the rukka of SI Paramjeet Saini I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on secret information 24 bottles of country liquor and 06 bottles of Royal Stag has been recovered from the possession of Lachhi Ram S/o Sh. Kalu Rokka R/o Village Mahasu, PO Mahasu, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by SI Paramjeet Saini I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla.

3.  ATTEMPT TO MURDER: Case FIR No. 17/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 17.03.2019 U/S 307, 323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Lt. Sh. Damoder Dass Village Shiroli P.O Jangla Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla HP alleged that on dated 15-3-19 at about 4.00 PM when he was at Spail Jungal to find Guchhi. Suddenly some unknown person shoot him. In this incident he got injured due to shotgun pellets. The Case is being investigated by ASI Achhar Singh I.O of this PS Chirgaon. 

4. During last 24 hours, 500 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 233 and 31 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on 16 March 2019

1. A Cheating: Case FIR No. 58/19 has been registred at PS Sadar on 15.03.2019 U/S 420, 120B IPC on the complaint of Sh Vikas Aggarwal S/o Sh Gopal Mohan Aggarwal R/o Gulmarg Hotel near Army Training Command Shimla alleging therein that some unknown persons have been transferred an amount of Rs 33, 00,082 from his Bank account and his reletives’s Bank accounts.The case is being investigated by I/o of PS Sadar.
2. An Unlawful  Assembly: Case FIR No. 47/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 15.03.2019 U/S 143, 188 IPC  on the rukka of SHO PS Theog alleging therein that  about 40/50 peoples under the leadership of Sh. Rakesh Singha- Hon’ble MLA (AC Theog), Sh. Suresh Verma- GP Dewrighat, Sh. Kapil Bhardwaj- Vice- Pradhan GP Bharara,  Sh. Surender Verma, Chandan Jogi & others  assembled on National Highway-05 near Rest House Theog and moved in the shape of procession by shouting slogans towards CH Theog, Shalli Bazar, Petrol Pump and staged a dharna/ demonstration at Bus Stand Theog in protest against shifting of Trauma Centre from Theog to Kotkhai. They have violated the sec. 144 Cr.Pc by not getting any permission from local administration. 
3. A Trasspass: Case FIR No 25/19 has been registered at PS Chopal today 16.03.19 U/S 448, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Man Singh R/o Ward No. 5 NAC Chopal, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla HP alleging therein that today on 16.03.2019 a person namely Mohan Kesta trasspassed his house boundary and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender Kumar I/O PS Chopal.

An Accident: Case FIR No. 45/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 15.03.2019 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Chetan Bhimta s/o Sh Jai Krishan Bhimta R/o village Tau P/o Tharoula Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla alleging therein that on 15.03.2019 a Tralla No. HR 37D -6743 driven by Man Singh s/o Sh Kartar Singh  village Vastura  P/o Bharara District Ambala Haryana hit many vehicles No. i.e HP 07D 7860, HP09B 1553, HP63A4909, HP 62-1552 and HP 52B 5837. Above vehicle run away from the spot but later on driver arrested by the Police. The case is being investigated by HC Chander Mohan I/o PS Dhalli.
5. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 22/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 16.03.2019 U/S 39(1) (a) HP Excise Act The Rukka of SHO PS Chirgaon alleging therein that today on 16.03.2019 he recovered 07 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Janak S/o Sh Nazar Singh village Gumna P/o Todsa Tehsil Chitgaon Distt Shimla..The case is being investigated by SHO PS Chirgaon.
6. A Rioting: Case FIR No. 44/19 has been registred at PS West today on 16.03.2019 U/S 143, 147,149 IPC on the rukka of Mehar Singh I/o PP Summer Hill Simla alleging therein that today on 16.03.2019 at Pink Petal Chowk Himachal Pradesh University Shimla some activists of SFI demonstrated against university administration. The case is being investigated by HC Mehar Chand I/o PP Summerhill Shimla. 
7. During last 24 hours 492 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 224, 18 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on Mar, 07, 2019

1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 37/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 06.03.2019 U/S 21ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Sushant Sharma, I/O PS West, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.03.2019 at about 06-50 PM, during patrolling/ traffic checking alongwith staff, a person namely Ashok Sharma S/o Sh. Bal Krishan R/o Village Kandor, PO Anji, Tehsil Kandaghat, District Shimla, age 36 years, intercepted by them on the road bifurcate to Industry Area, Shoghi from National Highway and during the search, 12 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered  from his possession.  The case is being investigated by L/HC Mamta, I/O PS West.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 17/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 06.03.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act IPC on the rukka of ASI Bir Singh, I/O PS Jhakri, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.03.2019, during patrolling alongwith staff, 5 liter of Country liquor has been recovered from the possession of one Nepali lady at Rehri Maket Jhakri.  The case is being investigated by ASI Bir Singh, I/O P Jhakri.
3. During last 24 hours 568 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 271, and 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

2.  Accused Ashok Sharma S/o Sh. Bal Krishan R/o Village Kandor, PO Anji, Tehsil Kandaghat, District Shimla, age 36 years, arrested in case FIR No. 37/19 Dt. 06.03.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act at PS Shimla West, is being produced before the Ld. Court.  

3.     Accused Amit Chauhan S/o Sh. Surat Ram R/o Village Anu Gumma, Tehsil & PS Kotkhai, District Shimla, age 24 years, arrested in case FIR No. 19/19 Dt. 04.03.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS Chopal, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on Mar. 06, 2019

1.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 34/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 05.03.2019 U/S 21, 29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Narender, I/O PS Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.03.2019 at about 07-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one vehicle No. PB65W-0707 alongwith four persons namely Sanchit Gupta, Kultar Chand, Mohan Singh & Vikas, stopped by them for checking and during the search, 07 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered  from their possession.  The case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh, I/O PS Rampur.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 20/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on  05.03.2019 U/S 279 304A IPC on the rukka of HC Piyush Raj, I/O PS Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.03.2019 at about 09-30AM, a Truck bearing registration No. HP63-4664, met with an accident at Lambidhar on the road leading towards Basantpur from Kingal and rolled down  350 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Manmohan Singh S/o Lt.Sh. Roop Singh R/o Village Kawad, PO Badagaon, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla and died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Piyush Raj, I/O PS Kumarsain.  

3.    During last 24 hours 433 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 196, and 21 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1. AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 19/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 04.03.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Bhupender Singh No. 33, I/O PP Sainj (Kumarsain) alleging therein that on the intervening night of  03/04.03.2019 at about 01-50 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff, a person namely Chander Negi S/o Lt. Sh. Thapa Singh R/o Village Khodi, PO Kungal Balti, Tehsil Nankhari, District Shimla, age 29 years, intercepted by them near Luhri Bridge and during the search, 6 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Noop Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain.
2. AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 34/19 has been registered on dated 03.03.2019 U/S 21, 29 ND&PS Act PS West, Shimla on the rukka of HC Susheel Kumar I/O SIU Shimla alleging therein that on 03.03.2019 at about 04.50 PM, during checking of vehicle alongwith staff at Shoghi Barrier, one white colour vehicle No. HP52C-0287, which was coming from Solan towards Shimla alongwith two persons namely i) Karan Thakur S/o Sh. Jai Singh Thakur R/o Village Dhundan Tehsil Arki, District Solan, ii) Hardik Suri S/o Sh. Balbir Suri R/o Village & PO Ruslah Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla stopped by them for checking. During the search, 10.65 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from the possession of above both persons. The case is being investigated by SI Jaspal Singh, I/O PS West Shimla. 
3. AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 15/2019 IPC has been registered at PS Jubbal on dated 03.03.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Dinesh Rikhta S/O Sh. Bhagmal Rikhta Vill Badhal P.O Dochi Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla H.P age 40 Yrs. alleging that time at about 2.40 PM he was going in his Vehicle HP10A-4007 XUV with his friend Rakesh Tejta, when they reached near Naliban, one pick-up no. HP63B-0861came from the wrong side and hit his vehicle. Case is being investigated by ASI Deepak Kumar I/O P.S Jubbal.

AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 33/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.03.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 03.03.2019 at about 06.00 PM, he alongwith staff was on enquiry report towards chhailla as he reached near Chhaila Bridge he recovered 09 Bottles of Country liquor Marka Santra No.-1 from the possession of Mast Ram S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o VPO Kayar, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP who was sit on Maruti Car No. HP 52-0077. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Theog, Shimla.
5. During last 24 hours 281 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 120, and 27 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on Mar. 03, 2019

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 10/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 02.03.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Chint Ram, SHO PS Nankhari, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.03.2019 at about 05-40 PM, on the secret information, a raid has been conducted in the Tea Shop of Padam Dass @ Sanju S/o Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Village Addu PO Danawali, Tehsil Nankhari District Shimla, age 35 years and recovered 09 Bottles of Country liquor Marka Una No.-1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Nankhari.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 17/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02.03.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vivek S/o Sh. Kurki Lal R/o Vilage Gadsali PO Khamadi, Tehsil Nankhari, District Shimla, age 23 years stated therein that on 02.03.2019, he was waiting for Bus at Sanjauli Chowk Shimla. He got a lift in the Maruti Car No. HP06B-0250 of Sh. Roshan Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Panna Lal R/o Village Darkali, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, who was also going towards Rampur alongwith his relatives. At about 10-30 AM, as they reached at Batawada near Kumarsain Bazar, above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down 50/60 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Roshan Lal. In this accident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar, I/O PS Kumarsain.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 33/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 02.03.2019 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Hem Raj S/o Sh. Kedar Singh stated therein that on 02.03.2019 at about 05-15 PM, one vehicle bearing registration No. HP06B-0216, met with an accident near Jagni (Munish Bahli) and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Santosh Kumar S/o Sh. Jalam Singh R/o Village Ruhan, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla, age 45 years and he died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Dola Ram, I/O PP Tacklech (Rampur).    
4. During last 24 hours 394 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 97, and 25 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
