Crime Report on October7, 2017

 

1.           A theft case FIR No. 172/17 dated 06.10.2017 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar, Shimla on the complaint of Sh. Virender Singh Rana W/o Lt. Sh. Ritha Ram, Manager, Hotel Sharda, Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging therein that he hired taxi No. HP01M-2298 (Alto) on several occasions to the customers of the hotel. One Mr. Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Hem Raj R/o VPO Dharmoud, Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi is owner / driver of the above vehicle. In the month of June, 2016 said Mukesh Kumar offered the complainant to sell above vehicle. As per terms & conditions of the agreement, the complainant paid down payment Rs. 60,000/- to the financer and agreed to pay further payment on monthly installment of Rs. 6500/- till the loan was re-paid. The complainant paid last installment on 04.08.2017. On 24.08.2017 said Mukesh Kumar without knowledge or consent of the complainant took away the aforesaid vehicle by using duplicate key, which was parked near Sharda Hotel Lakkar Bazar Shimla. Investigation is in progress.   

2.            A theft case FIR No. 173/17 dated 06.10.2017 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar, Shimla on the complaint of Smt. Gajender Chandel W/o Sh. G.D. Chandel R/O Flat No.-1, Sarswati Vihar Kasumpati, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.10.2017 she came to Lower Bazar Shimla for shopping in celebration of Karwachoth & Diwali. She went to the Kalia General Store and purchased bangles & other article. As she wanted to pay the bill, she found that her small purse was missing from the side bag in which about Rs. 2 lac had kept. She suspects that some unknown person has stolen away her small bag containing Rs. 2 lac. Investigation is in progress.

3.           A Forgery case FIR No. 179/17 dated 06.10.2017 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS Theog on the D.O. No. 30963 dated 23.09.2017 of Principal Secretary, Forest, Environment Science & Technology, Excise & Taxation, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Government of HP against M/s Shoolini Associates Managing Partner stating therein that the Govt., of HP established HP beverages Limited (HPBL) for the purpose of wholesale trade of liquor in the entire state of HP. During the year 2016-17, HPBL sold liquor of the value of Rs. 543.59 Crores to the retail licensees. As per HPBL Liquor sale Policy 2016-17, there was no provision for credit sale, therefore, an Internal Committee was constituted by the HPBL to conduct inquiry into the irregularities. During inquiry, it has been revealed that above defaulter licensee have frequently used the UTRs to lift stock from more than one Depot. The licensee also uploads fake UTRs details on the HPBL on-line portal and induced the HPBL Depots to release stock to them which he was not entitled. Investigation is in progress.

4.           A case FIR No 75/17 U/S 3 PDP Act.  Dated 7-10-17 U/.S 3PDP Act has been registered in PS Jhakri on the report of Sh Chander Parkesh  J.E. Sec. Ganvi Sub-Division Sarhan  alleged that on dated 15-5-2017 foundation stone of Samaj Sarpara Road  laid down by Sh Veerbhdra Singh, Hon’ble Chief Minister of HP, has been damaged by some un known culprits. Case is being investigated by ASI Bir Singh I/O PS Jhakri, District Shimla.

5.           Hurt:- A case FIR NO 78/17 DT 7-10-17 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS Chirgaon on statement of smt. Gopi Devi W/o Krishan Dass village Gaonsari, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 29-9-17 at 1-00 pm she was in her grass-land  at Gaonsari, in the meantime,  Smt. Babita W/o Sh Ram Nath village Gaonsari beaten her with punches due to which she got injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram No. 1692 I/O PS Chirgoan, District Shimla.

 

          During last 24 hours 246 vehicle were challened under MV Act,       compounded 123 & fine realized Rs 52,800/- and 07 persons           challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 700/-.

 

Crime Report on October 06.2017

1.      An Excise Act. CASE FIR NO 68/17 Dated 05/10/17 U/S 39OF HP Excise ACT has been registered on the rukka of ASI Dilu Ram allighed that today on dated 05.10.2017. When he was on patrolling/checking along with staff at about 08.00 AM at Mandhorghat he checked a shop and find 17 bottles of country liquor marked as UNA No. 1. The owner of the shop was Dushyant kumar S/O Mheshi Lal R/O Juni P.O. Juni Tehsil Sunni District Shimla. The case is being investigated by the ASI Dilu Ram I.O. P.S. Sunni. District Shimla.  

2.      A Case FIR No. 188/17 dated 04.10.2017 U/S 341,323, 34 IPC In P.S. West Shimla has been registered on the complaint of Banti S/O Tej Ram R/O Sahal P.O. Karyali. The. Sunni. Distt. Shimla age 21 Years. He is working as a electrician and presently residing in the Aman Cottage Summer Hill. Shimla on dtd. 04.10.2017 at 09.00 PM. He and his owner was going to his house at summer hill in the sweet shop a Maruti car NO. HP09 7009 has parked in the road  we requested them to park there car in side they  they do not and when we reached at Chayli MI room  they also reached there and one of them was come out from the car and attack on us. Case is investigated by the IO HC.  Manoj PS West. Shimla.

3.      A wrongfully restrain case FIR No. 63/17 Dated 06-10-2017  U/S 341, 323, 34   IPC  has been registered in PS Jubbal on the complainant of Ashok Chauhan S/O Sh. Moti Ram C/O Director Ashok Chauhan & Co. Sawara  Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla alleging therein that on 05.10.2017 three persons namely Ajay Dhaulta, Sansar Chand, Kushal restricted his way and gave beatings him with blows & kicks. The case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh I/O PP Sawra, District Shimla.

During the last 24 hours 84  vehicles has been challaned and compounded 25 Fine Rs.11600/- and in Smoking act4 persons has been challaned and fined Rs 400/-

crime report on05.10.2017

1. A Forgery Case F.I.R. No. 186/17 dated04.10.2017 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. West Shimla on the complaint Mr. Tarsem Bharti partener of R.P. Appliances polit no. 85/01 Misar Chand was employ in firmwho was regularly absent from the duty since 2016 and dismissed from the job. Misar has complaint false case against me in the labour court and lost the case due to daily  work Misar had signed the cheque in 2015 has put in the bank in wrong way of Rs.10,89,000/-and checque has bounced. Therefore case has been registered and investigated by the ASI Dev Raj .I.O. P.S. West. Shimla.       

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 187/17 dated 04/10/17 U/S 279,337 IPC P.S. West Shimla has been registered on the complaint of Ravi Bhutti S/O B.R. Bhutti R/O. 3^rd Floor Pragti Villa Annadale.age 45 years .He is a employ of PWD in Shimla Sub Division at about 06:30 PM he was going to his house from his office .At 06:40 PM crossing Landmark Hotel A vehicle No. HP07C 0286 is coming towards from the Lakkar Bazaar in speed and strikes with my car and I have been known that he strikes with other person. I feel driver was in drunk condition. The case has been investigated by the HC. Prakash IO PS West Shimla.    

3. A Case FIR No. 188/17 dated 04.10.2017 U/S 341,323, 34 IPC In P.S. West Shimla has been registerd on the complaint of Banti S/O Tej Ram R/O Saahal P.O. Karyali. The. Sunni. Distt. 4. A Case FIR No. 113/17 dated 04-10-2017 u/s 341, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Rohru   on the application of Sunil S/O Sh. Janki Das village Khalawan (Lambidhar) P.O Pujarli-3 Teh. Rohru District Shimla alleging therein that on 3-10-2017 at 6:00 in the evening at 6 o'clock, when he returned home after breaking the apple from the apple tree, his sister-in-law, Sanita was quarreling with his wife Meena. That time he redeemed them. After a while, he was going to the farm. So his sister-in-law stopped his way and hit his head with a wooden bat that is used for washing clothes. He got sustain injury on his head. . Case is being investigated by HC Rajinder No. 18 I/O PP Tikker.

5. AN Accident case FIR No. 178/17 dated04.10.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC P.S. Theog has been registered on the rukka of A.S.I. Ajeet Singh in which he stated that when he visited the spot of accident  a Maruti car has fell down besides the road app. 600 feet down from the road. The car was belong to the Narayan Singh No. CHO1Q-7512 which was bought by the  Narayan Singh and at the time of accident  he was driving the Car hence case is registered against the Narayan Singh. Case is investigated by the IO ASI Ajeet Singh. P.S. Theog.

Crime Report on October 4, 2017.

1. A theft case FIR No. 140/17 dated 03.10.2017 U/s 379 IPC has been registered in PS Dhalli on the complaint of Dr. R.K. Sharma R/o Gemini Cottage, Main Bazar Dhalli, Shimla alleging therein that his son Rahul Sharma has purchased a black colour motorcycle, model Royal Enfield Thunder birot-500  bearing Chassis No. ME3U5S5F16K093515 Engine No. U5S5F0GK171563 value Rs 1,71,855/- which was parked near Dawat Restaurant Dhalli. On 28.09.2017 it was found missing from the parking place. The case is being investigated by HC Parma Nand No. 63 I/o PS Dhalli.

2. A theft case FIR No. 141/17 dated 03.10.2017 U/s 379 IPC has been registered in PS Dhalli on the complaint of Sh. Aman Sood, S/o Sh. Thakur Dass Sood, R/o Vinayah Sadan Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 3.10.17 at 3:00 PM when he along with his brother going towards home, they heard some noise of a lady, who was saying/crying pakro- pakro chor ja rahe hai. On this a person namely Balbir Bangala S/o Rajinder Singh, R/o Bangala Colony, Engine Ghar Sanjauli, who was carrying a bag (boru) in his hand fell down and the other boy ran away. The person who was trapped was going to stolen street light battery. The case is being investigated by SI Kewal Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.         

3. A Forgery case FIR No.  186/17 Dated  04.10.17 U/S  420 IPC has been registered in PS West Shimla on the complaint of Sh. Tarsem Bharti, partner R.P Appliances Plot No. 85/1 Shoghi, District Shimla, alleging therein that one Misar Chand, who was the employee in their firm had willfully absent himself  from his duty in the year 2016. He was served a legal notice for not joining his duties. Misar Chand had filed a false complaint against them in the Labour Court who failed to prove the allegations. Misar Chand has used a signed blank check which was given to him for official purpose in the year 2015. He used this check in the bank after making entry for Rs. 10,89,000/- which has been bounced in the bank. This case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj, I/O PS West, Shimla.

4. An accident case FIR NO. 178/17 dated 04/10/17 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Theog on the rukka of ASI ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS Thoeg alleging therein that today on 04.10.2017 at about 11.30 PM, a M/Car No. CH01Q-7512 was found in accidental condition near Kainchi Mod village Tikker which was driven by Sh. Narain Singh @ Nittu due to which said Narain Singh & Ram Lal got injured. This accident occurred due to the negligent driving of driver Narian Singh. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS Theog, District Shimla.

Crime Report On October 03, 2017

                             

1.    An accident Case FIR No. 62/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 02-10-2017 u/s 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Ajay Azad R/o Virat Nagar Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla alleging therein that on dated 02-10-2017 when he was on the way towards his home and reached at Chamshu Jhulla he saw that a dead body was lying  downside the road due to road accident. Case has been registered and is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand  I/O PS Jubbal.

2.    An accident Case FIR No. 115/17 has been registered at PS East on 02-10-2017 u/s 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Babu Ram  R/o Gian Bhawan near C-18 SDA Colony, VikasNagar  District Shimla age 34 years  alleging therein that on dated 02-10-2017 at about 7:30 PM a pedestrian walking alongside the road was hit  down by a car coming from Panthaghati side resulting  the person fell down on the road and sustained injury.  The driver along with vehicle run away from the spot. Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar No. 200 I/O PS PAR Vikas Nagar Shimla.

3.    An accident Case FIR No. 185/17 has been registered at PS West on 03-10-2017 u/s 279,337 IPC  on the statement of Sh. Kul Bahadur S/o Sh. Uday Singh R/o VPO Chalahla Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla  age 43 years  alleging therein that on dated 03-10-2017 at about 6:30 AM when he was  walking along with Sh. Virender Kumar near ITBP Check Post both were  hit  down by a car coming from Shimla side resulting  they   fell down on the road and sustained injuries.  The driver along with vehicle run away from the spot. Case has been registered and is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj  I/O PS West Shimla.

4.    A Theft Case Fir No. 184/17 has been registered at PS West on 03-10-2017 on the complaint of  Sh. Jagdish Verma S/o Sh. Lachmi Ram R/o Saryana PO Jubbarhattti Teshil & District Shimla alleging therein that his son Sh. Anil Verma has parked his vehicle No. HP52A-9040 Swift Car at Khalg Ghat. On dated 03-10-2017 it was found that some unknown person has stolen all four wheels (Tyres)  of the vehicle. Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Suresh  Kumar No. 157 I/O PS West Shimla.

5.    During last 24 hours 218 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded =102 & fine realized Rs. 40,200/- and 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fined Rs. 1,300/-

Inquest Report:  Deceased   Rajesh s/o Sh. Neelam Dass aged 40 years R/o VPO  Tikkeri Teh. Chirgaon Distt. shimla. a/p work as carpenter at Vill. Khanola  PO Summar Kot Tehsil Rohru District Shimla has committed suicide. After autopsy at CH Rohru   dead body handed over to his family. Inquiry u/s 174 CrPc conducted by Insp/ SHO Narender singh I/o PS Rohru.

1. Accused Nitish Kumar (Kaku Ram) S/o Sh. Daleep Kumar R/o Shamsher Niwas near Sikdu  Devta Mandir  Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR NO. 109/17 dt 27/09/17 u/s 379 IPC at PS Rohru is remanded in police custody up to   06/10/2017  by the LD. Court JMIC-II Rohru.

2.    One accused namely Nadeem  S/o Sh. Qaum R/o Sahajmal PS Kittor Tehsil & District Merut (UP) age 28 years  arrested in case FIR NO. 04/17 dt 02/01/17 u/s 457,380,120B,411 IPC at PS Sadar and is on police remand up to 03/10/2017,  is being produced before Ld. Court today.

PRESS NOTE OCT. 02, 2017

1.      An Accident  Case FIR No 107/17dated 2-10-2017 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the Statement of Sanjay Mehta S/O Mehta s/ Sh Gopal Mehta R/o Vill Halyana PO Shamathala Tehsil Kumarsain that he is a owner of Dhaba situated at Singhapur NH-5 nea Bharagha Bharaghad . Today at about 6-45 AM he was coming towards Nirath to Singhapur  when he reached near his dhaba  he saw a one scooter No. HP No HP-06-2530 met with an accident at Singhapur NH-5 in which one person namely Pritam chand R/O Vill Kepu Tehsil Kumarsain was fell down on the road who is injured condition  . Injured person refered to MGMSC Khaneri for treatment . The foul is play due to rash and negligent driving of the Driver Pritam Chand . Case is being investigated by ASI Hem chand I/C PP sainj  Please.

2.      Case FIR No106/17 dated 01.10.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the Rukka of HC Dev Raj No. 1094. He stated that on dated 01.10.2017 when he reached near Dogra Mandi Narkanda along with Police party they saw a Truck No. HR 68A-5296 was fell down below the NH-5 approximately 100 meters down in  damaged condition .Driver disclosed his name Mangesh Jaswal S/O Sh. Kishori Lal R/O  Vill. Sarli PO. Chamned  Tehsil & Distt. Hamirpur.This accident accured due to rash & negligent driving by  driver Mangesh Jaswal.

3.      Case FIR No 74/17 Dated  01-10-2017 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered at PS Jhkhri  on the  statement of  Sh Ali Sher S/O Sh Lal hussain  R/O Village Raj pura  PO Bhadawali Tehsil Rampur . Therein he stated that  he residing along with his  uncle and  cattle near Maglad Khad . on dated 30-9-2017 he had gone to cut the  grass for his cattle from govt. land at about 5.15 PM when he is  coming back to his dera  on the way  one person Shyam Lal S/O Lt. Shri Heera Nand & his wife Leela Devi and Shyam Lal Son along with other person  obstruct his Way and started to beat him without any significant reason . During course he has got sustains Injuries. Case is being  investigated by HC Ram Lal no 206  I/O PP Sarahan.

Crime Report October 01, 2017

1.     Wrongfully Restrains: Care FIR No. 105/17dated 30-9-2017 u/s 341, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Kumarsain on the statement of Dil Bhadur S/o Lal Bhadur R/o Madla Tehsil, P.S Jajarkot, Nepal presently C/o Sh. Dhani Ram Sharma, VPO Baragaon, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla alleging therein  that on 30.09.2017 he along with Dhanruv Pandey went to  Bhana Distt Kullu for medicine. When they returned back and reached near Kingal  - Baragaeon, one unknown person obstructed his way and cut his finger with sharp weapon. Case is being investigated by HC Rakesh No 114, I/O PS Kumarsain, District Shimla.

2.     An Accident case FIR No.121/17 dt. 30.09.2017 u/s 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS Kotkhai on the statement of Parmood S/o Mohan Lal R/o Dhanroti, PO Purag, Thesil Kotkhai alleging therein that on 30.09.2017, Sh. Randhir Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Kewal Ram R /o village Dhanroti PO Purag, Tehsil Kotkhai along with his wife Kamlesh was going to his home from Ghasigaon in his Alto 800 No. DL-CD9-6736. On the way he lost control over the vehicle and vehicle turn down over the hill, in which his wife kamlesh died on the spot and he got injured. The case is being investigated by HC Tulsi Ram No. 72, I/O PS Kotkhai, District Shimla.

3.                   An Accident case FIR No. 74/17 dated 01-10-2017 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered at PS Jhakri on the statement of  Sh Ali Sher S/O Sh Lal Hussain  R/O Village Rajpura,  PO Bhadawali, Tehsil Rampur alleging therein that that  he residing along with his  uncle near Maglad Khad. On 30-9-2017 he had gone to cut the grass for his cattle from govt. land. At about 5.15 PM when he is  coming back to his dera,  on the way  Shyam Lal S/o Lt. Shri. Heera Nand, Leela Devi W/o Shyam Lal along with other persons obstructed his way and beaten him without any reason. Case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal,  I/O PP Sarhan, District Shimla.

Sirmour HP age- 32 year hve been arrested in case FIR No. Case FIR No. 176/17 dt. 28.09.2017 U/S 20 & 29/61/85 ND&PS Act.  PS Theog, District Shimla and both are in police custody upto 02.10.2017.

2.           Accused Nitish Kumar (Kaku Ram) S/o Sh. Daleep Kumar S/o Shamsher Niwas Near Sikdu  Devta Mandir,  Teh. Rohru, Distt. Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 109/17 dated 27/09/17 U/S 379 IPC and in Police custody upto 03/10/2017.
