Crime Report on Sept. 07, 2016

1. A Burglary case FIR No. 94/16 has been registered PS East on 06.09.2016 U/S 342 454 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ashwani Sharma S/o Sh. Leela Dutt Sharma R/o Village & PO Shakra, Tehsil & PS Karsog, Distt. Mandi A/P Shandilya Niwas near Tenzing Hospital, Panthaghati Shimla stated therein that he is deputed as Court Manager in High Court of HP Shimla. On 04.09.2016, he alongwith his sister came to KNH to attend his wife who was under treatment. His nephew Divyansh, age 12 years alone at home. His nephew told him that an unknown person has confined him inside the room and broken the door lock of another room and stolen away golden ornaments from almirah. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep, I/O PP Kasumpti.  

2. A Rioting case FIR No. 55/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 07.09.2016 U/S 147 149 323 IPC on the report of Sh. Govind S/o Sh. Birju  R/o Village Chiuni, PO Lowerkoti, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla stated therein that on 05.06.2016 at about 11-00 PM, five persons namely Chaman Lal, Sunita, Geeta, Thabu & Stan Dass R/o village Kheda, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram, I/O PS Chirgaon.    

3. During last 24 hours 368 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 178 & fine realized Rs. 52,900/- & 106 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 11,600/-

Crime Report on Sept. 06, 2016

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 232/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 05.09.2016 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Mohinder Lal, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla stated therein that on 05.09.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling in the jurisdiction of PS Sadar. When they reached near Shivalik Hotel, one person namely Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Kandal, PO Tikkeri, Tehsil Chopal, age 23 years, has been intercepted by them. During search, 37 bottles of Corex Cough Syrup 100 ml each (Restricted Medicine) from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohinder Lal, I/O PS Sadar.

2. An Excise Act case FIR No 175/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 06.09.16 U/S 39 of HP Ex. Act. on the rukka of ASI Chaman Lal, I/C PP Nankhri, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.09.2016 at about 5.45 PM, during patrolling along with staff he recovered 10 bottles of Country liquor marka Lal Kila from on the Dhaba of Balwant Singh S/o Sh. Jawahar Singh Vill.Punan PO & S/T  Nankhari Distt Shimla. Case is being investigating by ASI Chaman Lal Negi I/C PP Nankhari. 

3. An Accident case FIR No. 89/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 05.09.2016 U/S 279 IPC & 187 OF MV ACT on the application of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sher singh R/O Village & PO Dofda Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla age 29 yrs alleging therein that on 05.09.2016 at about 03-30 pm, he was going to home in his vehicle No. HP-09A-1883. On the way, near Maghara, a vehicle No DL-4CAL-2539 came rashly from Dofda side, hit his vehicle & run away from the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Dola Ram, I/O PP Sarahan.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 105/16 has been registered at PS New Shimla Dt. 05.09.16 U/S 279 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Ishwar Raj Thakur S/o Lt. Sh. Budhi Ram Thakur R/o Village Bihar, PO Rajhana, Shimla stated therein that he is running a dhaba at ISBT, Shimla. On 05.09.2016, he was going to home. At about 08.25 PM, when he reached near Choice Fast Food, Khalini, at the same time one Eicher Tipper No. HP-64-6711, driven by Ravi S/o Sh. Budhi Ram R/o Chambaghat Solan, came rashly from ISBT Shimla and crushed a person from his tipper.

5. An Accident case FIR No 174/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 06.09.16 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187MV Act on the statement of Sh. Abdul S/O Sh. Yasin Vill. Bairi PO Dalash Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu HP stated therein that today he alongwith Aakash S/O Sh. Prem R/O Vill Raka Nepal   was near Duttnagar on NH-05. At about  07.15 AM,  a Car No  HP-06A-7622 came rashly from Rampur side and hit Akash and run away from spot, caused sustained injuries to Akash. The  case is being investigating by ASI Hoshiyar Singh I/O PS Rampur.

6. During last 24 hours 434 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 212 & fine realized Rs. 71,200/- & 72 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,700/-

Crime Report on Sept. 05, 2016

1. An Accident  case FIR No. 215/16 has been registered at PS West on 04.09.2016 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Village Dhar, PO Deothi, Tehsil Theog, Shimla age 26 years stated therein that on 04.09.2016, he was going to Parwanoo in Punjab Roadways Bus No. PB-09X-3207. When they reached near Shoghi, above bus hit with hill due to rash & negligent driving of Bus driver, caused sustained injuries to him & another passengers. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder, I/O PS West.  

2. An Accident case FIR No. 153/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 04.09.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Ramesh S/o Sh. Kalu Ram R/o Village Jai, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 04.09.2016, he was going to Kyar in his vehicle. At about 09-30 PM, when he reached near Control Room Fagu, at the same time a car No. HP-07C-1775 (Grand i-10) came rashly from Theog side and hit with his car. Driver of above car left the car and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh, I/O PP Fagu.

3. An Accident case FIR No. 93/16 has been registered at PS East today on 05.09.2016 u/S 279 304A IPC on the statement of Const. Anil Kumar A/P Posted at PAR Mehali, Shimla stated therein that on 05.09.2016 at about 03-30 AM, a Truck No. HR-65-3107 loaded with apple boxes came rashly in wrong direction by overtaking the another vehicles and hit with Motorcycle No. HP-62A-2333 of Const. Lokender No. 1438, who was on the way towards Mehli from Panthaghati. In this accident Ct. Lokender No. 1438 died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep, I/O PP Kasumpti.   

4. During last 24 hours 268 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 161 & fine realized Rs. 39,600/- & 56 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 6,200/-  

Inquest Report

1. Deceased Smt. Bhatu Kala W/o Sh. Kalu Rokaye R/o Rajpura, age 45 years has been died due to slip and fell down into the Nogali River, while she was washing clothes. The Postmortem of deceased is being conducted at MGMSC Khaneri.

Crime Report on September 04,2016

1. An Gambling Act case FIR No.104/16 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 03.09.2016  U/S 13-03-67 Gambling Act. on the rukka of ASI Mahinder Singh I/O PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 03.09.2016 he got an information the some people were playing regarding gambling at near  oriental Bank of Commerce in a new constructed building. On this information, he went there along with staff there and recovered Rs 1310/- from the possession of Six Persons. The case is being investigated by ASI Mahinder Singh I/O PS New Shimla.
2. An Accident case FIR No 54/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 03.09.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Ram Gopal I/O PS Chopal alleging therein that on 03.09.2016 a vehicle No HP 10B-5030  TATA 407 met with an accident in which Three persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by

An Accident case FIR No.151/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.09.2016  U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Basant Bhadur S/o Sh Inder Bhadur R/o village Chambi P/o Chopal  Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 03.09.2016 a vehicle No  UK07AN-2545 driven by Sitain Gandup met with an accident near Bajroli Pul in which a lady namely Chirin Bongmo Died on the spot and four other persons sustained injuries . The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PP Deha. 
4. Negligent conduct with respect to animal case FIR No.152/16 has been registered at PS Theog on  03.09.16 U/S 289 IPC on the statement of Smt Kamla W/o Sh Keshav Ram village Bandli P/o Kyar Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 02.09.2016 when she was going to her home and on the way  a dog of Ram Dutt  bite her. Due to this incident she felt down and sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh I/O PP Chailla.  
5. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No.214/16 has been registered at PS West on 03.09.2016 U/S 506,323 IPC on the statement of Sh Dila Ram S/o Late Sh Khyali Ram village Garaud P/o Solda Tehsil Sadar Distt Bilaspur A/P C/o Tata Cottage Upper Kaithu Shimla alleging therein that on 03.09.2016 a person namely Girdhari beaten her and also threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Chander I/O PS West.

Trespass case FIR No case 186/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli U/S 448,451,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Ramesh S/o Sh Randeep R/O Village Kerguntha PO & Tehsil Shilai Distt Sirmour HP aged 20 years alleging therein that  that he is working in Café Midway at Shanan and today approximate 3.30AM when he was make a tea in hotel than three ladies and one gents  beaten him and threaten him with dire consequences.. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
7. Criminal breach of trust case FIR No.113/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 03.09.2016 U/S 403,409 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Man Singh Thakur S/O Sh. Hari Ram Thakur R/O 10/9 Sector 18 Rohini Delhi-89, A/ P Dev Bhoomi Apple Traders Narkandaalleging therein that  he sold apple of Rs 30,27,389 to Sh. Ravi Shaw S/o Sh. Gouri Shanker Shaw R/o 9/5 Salika Bhairab, Dutta lane, Howrah, but he paid only Rs.1000000/ and after some time he  left Narkanda without paying the said amount.

Crime Report On September, 03, 2016

1.     Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No. 212/16 has been registered at PS West on  02.09.2016 U/S 406 IPC on the statement of Sh Ashok Kumar S/o Late Sh Gayar Ram R/o village Chaba Sunni A/P C/o MC Quarter No 2636 Block No 5 Lal Pani Shimlaage 55 year alleging therein that on 20.08.216  he  sent a person namely Saleem along with a   Truck No HP 51-2291 to brought bricks from Paploha Kalka . He also gave Rs 35000/- to driver Saleem  for brought Bricks but he did not came back from Paploha . He  doubt that driver Saleem took  away his truck to unknown place . The case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh I/O PS West.

2.     A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No. 112/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02-09-2016 U/s 407 IPC on the statement of Sh. Raj Sharma, Vice Pardhan the Truck operator union Narkanda alleging therein that on 22-08-2016 he send a Truck no. RJ09GB-2034 from Narkanda to Hydrabad along with 583 boxes of Apple but this truck did not reach at the destination. He doubt that driver of the Truck had sold the apple anywhere. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Narkanda.

3.     A Theft Case FIR No 150/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.09.2016 U/S 379  IPC on the statement of Sh Devinder Prakesh S/o Sh Shree Dutt Sharma village Kalawan P/o Sarog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 14.08.2016 some unknown Person stolen away his vehicle No HP09A-1005 from Theog Bazaar. The case is being investigated by SI Rajinder Singh Addl. SHO PS Theog.

4.     A Theft  case FIR No. 87/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 03.09.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Amit Laxman Rao S/o Sh. Laxman Rao Patil R/o Quarter No. P-144/3, Tata Nagar, Air force Station, Madh, Mumbai-6 alleging therein that during the intervening night of 20/21.08.2016, some unknown person has stolen away his Motorcycle No. MH-03-BZ-9977, parked near Mahesh Hotel Jhakri. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh, I/O PS Jhakri. 

5.     A Grievous Injury case FIR No 92/16 has been registered at PS East on 02-09-2016 U/S 323,325,506,34 IPC on the statement of Smt. Urmila Shandil, W/o Sh. Virender Shandil, R/o Village Luxmi Nagar Hori Post office Boliya, tehsil and District Shimla alleging therein that on 02-09-2016 some persons namely Sulkeha, Sunita and Kiran beaten her brutally and threaten her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by L/HC Seema I/O PP Kasumpti.

6.     An Accident case FIR No 171/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 02.09/.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh. Padam Singh S/O Late Sh. Moti Ram Vill.. Panel PO Lailan Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that on 02.09.2016 he along with his laborers namely Gopal, Sita Ram, Kamla Devi, and her child Manoj were going to home at Bhadrash in M/CAR NO HP-06-3986. When they reached near Duttnagar, at the same time one HRTC Bus No. HP-06-6072, driven by Chaman Lal, came rashly and hit his car from back side, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigating by HC Yoginder Singh I/O PS Rampur.

7.     An Accident case FIR No. 54/16 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 03.09.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Ram Gopal, I/O PS Chopal stated therein that today a Vehicle No. HP-10B-5030 (Tata-407) loaded with apple boxes, met with an accident & rolled down 60 meter from the road, caused sustained injuries to 03 persons.

8.     An Accident case FIR No. 29/16 has been registered  at PS Kupvi on dated 03-09-2016 U/s 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Sat pal  I/O PS Kupvi alleging therein that on 02-09-2016 a vehicle no. HP62-3343 met with an accident at Rohana Sainj Khad in which two person namely Jagdish, S/o Sh. Dula Ram, Village Pandranoo Jubbal, age 28 years and Mohan Chand, S/o Sh. Rattan Singh, R/o Bangar, Uttrakhad, age 24 years sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Sat Pal, I/O PS Kupvi.

Crime Report on September,02 ,2016

1. A Trespass case FIR No 44/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 01.09.2016 U/S 447, 506 IPC on the complaint of Kashmir Singh S/o Sh Kultar Singh R/o Kiyari Thesil & PS Jubbal alleging therein that a person namely Kishor Kumar S/o Sh Dharam Singh forcibly occupied his land Khasra No. 28 and built a shed on this Land. He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Raffi Mohmad I/O PS Jubbal.

2. A Murder case FIR No 83/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 01.09.2016 U/S  302 IPC on the statement of Smt. Sheela Devi W/o Sh. Jagarpal R/o village Kanewra P/o Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that she was at her cousin's house alongwith her uncle-in-law Sarjan Singh Lobby (Bramdha).In the mean time around 3.30 PM a person Sangeet Kashyap @Sunni S/o Sh. Rameshwer kashyap  R/o Kanewra came to their house and beaten her uncle-in-law brutally with wooden stick and killed him. The case is being investigated by inspector Sher Singh SHO PS Rorhu.

3. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 148/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.09.2016 U/S 341,323 IPC on the statement of Sh Prem Lal Chuhan village Karyali P/o Sainj Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 02.09.2016 a person namely Ramesh kumar stopped his vehicle and obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla.

A Rioting case FIR No 149/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 02.09.2016 U/S 143, 147, 149, 341 IPC & NH Act Sec.- 8 on the rukka of HC Sanjeev I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on today on 02.09.2016 some workers of CITU along with SFI activists and Mid–day meal worker under the leadership of Rakesh Singha Sandeep Verma ,Mahinder Singh obstructed the main NH-5 in the support of their demands. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev I/O PS Theog.

An Accident case FIR No 170/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 02.09.2016 U/S 279,337,304A on the rukka of ASI Chaman Lal I/C PP Nankhari alleging therein that on 01.09.2016 a vehicle No CH01X-3026 (Zen) met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Ram Singh S/O Sh. Daulat Ram village Shaleg P/O Kharahan Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP in which Ram Singh died on spot and Rakesh Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by ASI Chaman Lal Negi I/C PP Nankhari

Crime Report on Sept. 01, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No 110/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 31.08.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Ash Mohmad S/o Sh Balu R/o village Aasmpur P/o Ramraj Tehsil Jaisaid district Mujafarpur A/P C/o Prakesh Chand VPO Kingal Tehsil Rampur District Shimla alleging therein that on 30.08.2016 a white color pickup came rashly from sainj side and hit his vehicle No HP-30-2411.The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj.
2. An Accident case FIR No 185/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 31.08.2016 US 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Chander Singh S/o Sh Krishiya r/o Bariunthi P/o Kamla Nagar Tehsil and District Shimla alleging therein that on 31.08.2016 he along with Kapoor singh was going toward Patgahar. When they reached near Bhatta Kuffer a Vehicle No HP62-1596 camre rashly driven by Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Ganga Ram R/o Mandol from Dhalli side and hit Kapoor Singh from backside. Due to this accident, Kapoor Singh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

An Accident case FIR No 111/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on  01.09.2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka of LHC Sita I/O PS Kumarsain alleging therein that she got an information regarding accident .On this Incident she went at accident spot and found that a vehicle No HP 52 8076 met with an accident in which two persons namely Ramesh S/o Sh Mangat Late Sh Mangat Ram village Shilla Karali and Vinod Kumar S/o Sh Prabhu Dayal Tehsil Kumarsain died on thae spot.The case is being investigated by LHC Sita I/O PS Kumarsain.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 211/16 has been registered at PS West today on 01.09.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Punit Pathina S/o Sh Surender Pathania R/o VPO Bada Gaon Tehsil Badsar Distt Hamirpur alleging therein that on 31.08.2016 a Vehicle No HP-01M-0738 came rashly from Ghanatti Side and hit his motorcycle No HP-21-B-2751. In this accident, he and his brother Vipan sustained injuries.
5. During last 24 hours 374 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 190 & fine realized Rs. 51,800/- & 45 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 4,550/-

Inquest Report

Deceased Om Prakash S/O Sh Diwas Chand R/O 62/02 Ram Nagar Karnal Haryana age 49 years died due to heart attack near Chalaunthi and Postmortem is being carried out at IGMC Shimla. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPc is being conducted by ASI Dhamesh Dutt I/O PS Dhalli.

2. Accused Bilal Ahmed S/o Sh. Mirajudeen Sheikh R/o VPO & PS Kishtwara Jammu and Kashmir age 32 years arrested in case FIR No 52/16 U/S 380, 511 IPC at PS Chopal is on Police remand up to 02.09.2016
