Crime Report on October 13, 2015.

1.  A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 74/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 12.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Munish Raj Sharma, SHO PS Chirgaon alleging therein that that on 12.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling and Traffic checking at village Pali, Chirgaon. During checking, at about 05:00 PM, one person namely Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Raj Bhadur Nepali C/O Jai Pal R/O Arakot Tehsil Uttra Khand A/P residing at Village Telga Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla intercepted by them and recovered 54 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Munish Raj Sharma, SHO PS Chirgaon.

2.  A Rioting case FIR No.177/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on dated 12/10/15 u/s 147,149,506 IPC on the application of Suraj Sharma S/o Ram Krishan Sharma Vill. Shaner PO Shingla, Tehsil, Rampur, Distt Shimla HP, alleging therein that on dated 12/10/15 at about 3.00 PM when he was present in school then five persons namely Abhay Negi, Dineshwar Ranta, Hitesh Ranta, Sunil and Janardhan come there and beaten him. They also threatened him with dire consequences. Case has been registered and is being investigated by ASI Bhagar Ram I/O PS Rampur .

3.    During last 24 hours 253 vehicles challaned under MV Act & 01 persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 78 & fine realized Rs. 32,100/-.

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 47/15 has been registered at PS Chopal on 11.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Lachhi Ram, I/O PS Chopal, Shimla stated therein that on 11.10.2015, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards Dhabbas Sarain. When he reached at Kuhaldhar and found illegal cultivation of 330 cannabis plants in the field of Kewal Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Devia Ram R/o Village Kuhal, PO Dhabbas, Chopal Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi Ram, I/O PS Chopal.

2. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 48/15 has been registered at PS Chopal on 11.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Pratap Singh, I/O PS Chopal stated therein that on 11.10.2015, during patrolling towards Deed Badar & Pulbahal, he found illegal cultivation of 826 cannabis plants in the field of Laiq Ram & Sundar Singh S/o Lachhi Ram R/o Village Deed Bagar, PO Pulbahal, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh, I/O PS Chopal.

3. A ND&PS Act case FIR No 49/15 has been registered at PS Chopal Dt. 11.10.15 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Chopal on the rukka of SI Gulam Akbar, SHO PS Chopal stated therein that on 11.10.2015, during patrolling towards Pulbahal, he found illegal cultivation of 2400 cannabis plants in the fields of Sukh Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Kalsi R/oi Village Lower Masiuna, & Surender S/o SH. Dhanni Ram R/o Lower Masiuna, PO Pulbahal, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla. The case is being investigated SI Gulam Akbar, SHO PS Chopal.

A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 172/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 11.10.2015 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Inder Singh No. 110, I/O PS Theog  stated therein that on 11.10.2015, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards Janog ghat. At about 05.15 PM, two persons came towards Sandu Circuit House, but one of them run away from the spot, whereas one person namely Sunil Verma S/o Sh. Devi Dutt R/o Village & PO Ghoond, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla intercepted by them. during search 1.105 Kg. Charas recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh No.110 I/O PS Theog

An Acccident case FIR No 91/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 11.11.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement  of SI Keshav Ram S/O Sukh Chain Singh R/O Dalli PO Masli Teh Chirgon Distt Shimla Alleging therein that on11.10.2015 about 6:00 PM a vehicle No HP 32-B-2502 came reshly from Rampur towards Narakanda and hit another vehicle No HP 51-T 1822 Picup near Bath Nala (Narkanda) This accident happned  due to rash & negligent driving of driver Ravi kumar of Vehicle No HP 32-B 2502.Vinod Kumar driver of vehicle No HP 51-T-1822 got sustain injury. The case is being investigated by HC Jawhar Lal  I/O PP Narkhanda.

6. A Cheating Case FIR No 353/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on Dt 11.10.2015 U/S 407,420,120B IPC on the statement of Sh Mahesh Prasad R/o  Prop Nuniyadih distt Motihar Bihar alleging therein that on 29.09.2015, he sent 396 apple boxes in vehicle No. UP-37-T 2472 to PFT Rexsol C/o Ashwani Kumar but above Truck not delivered these boxes to PFT Rexsol till now. The case is being investigating by SI Tavender Singh I/O PS Dhalli   

7. A Theft case FIR No 252/15 has been registered at PS west on 10.10.2015 U/S 382,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Shubam Dhawan S/o Sh Pramod Dhawan R/o village & PO Rohru Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on intervening night of 10/11.10.2015 he was travelling from Chandigarh to Shimla in HRTC Bus. At about 03-10 AM, when he reached at ISBT Shimla & went for toilet outside the ISBT & suddenly four persons came there & beaten him brutally and snatched his wallet alongwith cash Rs 5000/-, ATM cards, driving licence, Adhar card, college I/Card & Airtel Sim card. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar I/O PS West

8. A Theft case FIR No 105/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla  U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ashok Kumar Rukta S/o Sh. Suhagmal Rukta R/o Village New Seri, PO & Tehsil Rohru, Shimla A/P SDO in the O/O HP SEB, OP Circel Rohru Shimla stated therein that on 11.10.2015, he alongwith his colleague Vaneeta was stay at Forest Rest House Khalini. After taking dinner Vaneeta went to her room and saw the one person came out from her room alongwith her purse. He run away from the spot and left her purse outside the Rest house.

9. A Burglary case FIR No 95/15 has been registered at PS Rorhu today on 12.10.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC  on the application of  Sh. Pyare Lal  S/O Lt. Sh. Arjun Dass  R/O  Barara  PO Arhal  Teh  Rohru Distt Shimla  alleging therein that on the intervening night  of 11/12.10.2015, some unknown person has broken the door lock of his  house and stolen away  a silver Chhatara,  one pair of silver Kangan  and cash Rs. 1,10,000/- from his house. The case is being investigation by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Rohru.

Crime Report on October 11, 2015.

1.    An Excise Act Case FIR No 352/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 10.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of inspector Padam Dev Thakur SHO /I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that he was on patrolling duty in his concern area with his team he got secret information that a person namely Ashok Thakur   S/o Sh Madan Lal Thakur was selling illegal wine from his quarter Satguru Building Dhalli .He went there & Recovered 126 bottels of country liquor from his possession .The case is being investigated by inspector Padam Dev Thakur SHO/ I/O PS Dhalli.

2.    An Excise Act Case FIR No 59/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 10.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Dharamsain PS Kotkhai, stated therein that on dated 10.10.2015 he alogwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Holi & Himri. At 06.05 PM when he reached at Himri he got a secret information, on this he recovered 16 bottles of country liquor marked as Lal Quila from the possession of Shopkeeper Liaq Ram S/O Sh. Kapuru Ram R/O VPO Himri, The. Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain SHO PS Kotkhai.

3.    A Kidnapping Case FIR No. 104/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on dated 10.10.15 U/S 363 IPC on the statement of Sh. Nand Lal S/o Sh. Sher Bahadur R/o Village, PO, Tehsil & District Salyan, Odda-4, Anchalberi Nepal A/P Tenant C/o Mohan Lal Bushehari, R/o Village & PO Rajhana, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 07.10.2015, his son namely Man Bahadur,  age 12 years went to school, but not returned back to home till that day. He doubts that some unknown person has kidnapped his minor son. The case is being investigated by SHO PS New Shimla.

1       A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No. 94/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 09.10.2015 U/S 407 IPC on the application of Kuldeep Thakur S/O Late Sh. Pratap Thakur R/O Village Buthara PO Kutara Tehsil & Rohru Distt. Shimla HP at present  M/S KFC New Subzi Mandi Rohru Rohru Distt. Shimla H.P alleging therein that he loaded 555 apple carton boxes in the Truck No. UP 20T 5026 driven by Moin Ali Ahamd S/O Sh. Ali Maohd. R/O Gulistan Jalalabad Nazibabad Bijnour UP from New Sabzi Mandi Rohru to Ara Fruit Mandi Bihar. But above truck did not reach at the destination till date. When he contacted the owner Sh. Naseem Ahamd S/O Shamim Ahamd R/O RajaRampur PO Jalalabad Nazibabad Bijnour and the truck driver, he found that above truck owner and driver sold the above 555 apple carton boxes any other place. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh I/O PS Rohru.

2       An accident case FIR No 351/15 dated 09-10-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC PS Dhalli  has been registered on the statement of sh. Sholus Kumar S/o Sh. Mukhtyar  Pandit R/o Village Lakotla Mohamadpur P.O Goreiya  Kothi P.S Goreyia Tehsil MahaRaj Ganj Distt. Shiwan Bhiar at present Shahan Dhalli alleging therein that on 09-10-2015 he and his friend Mr. Amit Sharma were going to APG university with his M/Cycle No -----  when they reached at near  Malyana Power House, one HRTC Bus No HP 63-6812  wrong side rashly came from Malyana road and hit his M/Cycle ---.In which they got injuries. This accident cause due to negligent driven by Mr. Man Chand S/o Sh. Hari Ram R/o Beri Bukhar Distt. Hamirpur HP. Case is being investigated by HC. Karam Singh 127 I/O PS Dhalli

3       An accident case  FIR NO 90/15dated 10-10-15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC PS Kumarsain  has been registered on the statement of Ananat Ram S/o Lt. Sh Sophi Ram Vill Auhar and PO Galani Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Distt Shimla HP alleging therein  that at about 3-30 Pm night he was slept in his room and heard a noise outside . He woke up and went to the Spot . He saw that One Tipper No HP-06A-3099 met with an accident and rolled down about 30 Mtr link road.at Kachin Ghati . The tipper was Loaded with stone and coming towards Karsog to kachinghati . Two person were sitting inside the Tipper . One person Namely Jginder Pal S/o Sh Sarwan Dass Ward No -7 PO Nirmond Distt Kullu found brought dead on Spot & Another person Raju kumar Nepali got sustained injuries . The foul is play due to rash and negligent driving of the driver . The case is being Investigated  by LHC Sita No 100 ,I/O P.S Kumarsain Please.

4       A restrained Case FIR No 176/15 Dated 09-10-2015 U/S 341,323 IPC PS Rampur has been registered on the  statement of Sh.  Sanjay Kumar S/O Padam Sharma Vill Dhawati Teshil Nankhari alleging therein that  on 09-10-15 at about 6.40 PM he was going to home with his vehicle , when he has  reached at Addu ,already  there was Sh Mohan La who take a lift  , in the mean time, there was Mr. Vir Singh S/O Vijay Singh VPO Addu came to driver side and restrained his way and slapped or  Kick him with any cause. Case is being investigated by HC Bakashi Ram No 1688 I/O PP Nankhari.

5       Gambling Act case FIR No 58/15 dated 10-10-2015 U/S 34 Gambling Act No 3,1867 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on the Rucka of ASI Roshan Lal Ic PP Baghi alleging therein that 7 persons booked under section 3&4 gambling act at Shalni Naghadhar P.O Baghi Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla HP and recovered Rs 3,02,400/=from above 7 persons accordingly. Case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/C PP Bhagi  

6       During last 24 hours 283 vehicles were Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act,  Total Challan compounded = 78 and fine realized Rs 48200/-

1.    An Excise Act case FIR No 174/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 08.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 08.10.2015,he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards village Shingla – Shanari.On the secret information they reached Singla-Shanari a village resident namely Satya Devi D/o Daulat Ram village Shanari was sealling illegal wine in her shop & also recovered 8 bottles of country liquor from her possession.The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur.

2.    An Excise Act case FIR No 56/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 09.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise act and 181,192 & 196 MV Act on the rukka of ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni alleging therein that on intervening night of 09/10.2015  during nakabandi at Ogli a car  No HP 62-1602 Alto car  driven by Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh.Dharam Prakesh R/o VPO Gadheri tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla stopped for checking and recovered 06 boxes of country liquor from his possession .The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni .

3.    An Accident Case FIR No 175/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 09-10-15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the  Statement of Sh Surender Singh S/O Thakur Sain R/O Vill Munder PO Kungal Balti Tehsil Rampur age 30 year  that on dated 08-10-2015 he took lift in auto No HP 50-0661 from Nogali to Bhadrash. At about 12.30 AM midnight when Auto reached at Nirsu, One Maruti Car No HP 06A-5633 come toward Bhadrash and hit his auto, In this accident,  Auto Driver sustained injuries. This incident occurred due to rash & negligent driving of above M/Car Driver Mool Raj. The Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur.

4.    Theft case FIR No. 251/15 has been registered at PS West today on 09.10.2015 U/ S 379 IPC on the complaint of sh Jia Lal S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram R/O HPSEBL Quarters Old Barrier Shimla-5 alleging therein that he had parked his Maruti Car NO. HP 03A-1455 on dtd 08.10.2015 at Near Barries Gas Store. Today when he checked his above vehicle, he found that his Maruti car has been stolen by some unknown person. The case is being investigated by HC Man Singh I/O PS West.

1. An Excise Act Case FIR No 57/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 07.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Dharam Singh, SHO PS Kotkhai  alleging therein that on 07.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards village Bhareih. On the secret information he searched the daily needs shop of  Rajeev Sharma S/O Sh. Devki Nand R/o Village Bhared PO Himri, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla & recovered 20 bottles of Beer from his possession. Case is being investigated by SI SHO Dharam Singh Negi.
2. An Accident case FIR No 170/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 07.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kartik Mehta S/o Sh. Jai Singh Mehta R/o Dezi Bank Estate Lower Jakhu Shimla alleging therein that on 07.10.2015, he was coming from Chirgaon to Parwanoo in his vehicle No.HP-07C-1687 along with driver. On the way when they reached at New Bhekhalti driver Manoj Kumar & mechanic Suresh Kumar   was changing the tyre of above vehicle, at the same time a vehicle No.HP-64-5553 driven  by Naresh Kumar S/o  Sh.Krishan Chand R/o Newari P/o Kashlog Tehsil Arki Distt Solan came rashly from Fagu side and hit  his vehicle, caused  sustained injuries to Mechanic Suresh Kumar. The case is being investigating by HC Ramesh Chand, I/O PS Theog

A Theft case FIR No 56/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 07.10.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of  Chattar Singh, A/P JE O/o HPSEB at Garaog alleging therein that on 05.10.2015, some unknown person has stolen away 63KVA Transformer  installed at Garaog nala. The Case is being investigating by ASI Roshan Lal I/O PP Baghi.

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 350/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 07.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Joginder Singh, I/O PS Dhalli stated therein that on the intervening night of 06/07.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on Nakabandi duty on NH-22 at Thanda Nalah near Chharabra. At about 02-10 AM, one person namely Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Kalyan Singh R/o Village Manva, PO Sanaura, Tehsil Rajgarh, Distt. Sirmaur, age 25 years intercepted by them. During search, 1.853 KG. charas recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.

A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 169/15 has registered at PS Theog today on 07.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/C PP Deha, Shimla stated therein that today on 07.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/ Nakabandi duty at Alidhar. At about 07-45 AM, one person namely Chamanu Mehta @ Sunil S/o Sh. Sant Ram Mehta R/o Village Tuhil, PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 29 years, intercepted by them. During search, 500 gram charas recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar, I/C PP Deha, Shimla.

An Excise Act case FIR No 51/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 06.10.2015 U/S 39 (i)(a) HP Excise Act on tha rukka of SI Laiq Ram I/O PP Sarswati Nagar  alleging therein that on 06.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling near Village Jharog. At about 06-00 PM, on the secret information  he searched the shop of  Ram Lal Sharma S/o Late Sh. Gain Chand Sharma R/O Village & PO Jharog, Tehsil Jubbal, Distt. Shimla & recovered 10 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Laiq Ram I/O PP Sarswati Nagar.

An Accident case FIR No. 348/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 07.10.2015 U/S 279,336, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Vinay Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli Shimla stated therein that on 06.10.2015 at about 07-55 PM, driver of vehicle No. HP-37B-3563  9 (Alto Car) negligently opened the door of his vehicle, at the same time one Motorcycle No. HP-37B—3563 driven by Ashish Bisht S/o Sh. Devender Bisht R/o Village  & PO  Padampur, Sukharon, near Garwal UK A/P student in IHM Kufri, Shimla, age 20 years hit  with the door of above vehicle and the door detached & hit with another vehicle No. HR-01-AE-3333 (Fortuner Car).  In this accident, Motorcycle Rider sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Vinay Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli.
5. An Accident case FIR No 172/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 07.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jitesh Bishat S/O Bharat Shangey PO Katgaon Tehsil Nichar Distt Kinnaur  alleging therein that on 07.10.2015, he loaded apple boxes in vehicle no HP-26A-1653 from Katgaon. When he reached near Kheneri in above vehicle at the same time, one Maruti Car No CH-01D-0302, driven by Om Prakash @ Gabbar, came rashly from Rampur side and collides with above Pick up. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O PS Rampur.
6. A Cheating case FIR No. 347/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 07.10.2015 U/S 407 420 120B IPC on the application of Sh. Maneesh Kumar @ Monu S/o Sh. Triveni Shah R/o Ranjeet Fruit Company, Subhash Chowk, Darbhanga, Bihar Village Lasbag, Distt. Darbanga, Bihar A/P Apple Mandi Dhalli Shimla stated therein that on 28.09.2015, he loaded 323 large boxes & 345 small boxes of apples in Truck No. UP-14ET-6504 from Krishna Trading & Manish Vegetable Godown to Pratishthan Firm Ranjeet Fruit Company, Darbhanga Bihar and give Rs. 20,000/- in advance to the truck driver. But the above vehicle not reached in the above firm till now and mobile No. of truck driver become switched off. He doubts that Ashwani Chauhan, Sher Singh & Parminder Hundal owner of truck & driver have sold his apples anywhere else. The case is being investigated by SI Tavender Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
7. A Burglary case FIR No 55/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 06.10.2015 U/S 454,380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Late Sh. Besar Daas R/o Village Shawli PO Sainj Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla alleging therein that she is working as helper in Anganwari Center at Shawli. On 06.10.02015 at 02.30 PM, after duty when she came back to her house and found that some unknown person has stolen away her jewellary and cash Rs.1500/-. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni.

A Theft case FIR No. 349/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 07.10.2015 U/S 379,427 IPC on the rukka of HC Vinay Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli Shimla stated therein that during patrolling, he checked the vehicles parked on the road side, he listened the sound of glass broken near SPM School. He rushed to the spot and found that one person namely Pradeep Jhangta S/o Sh. Sudha Ram R/o Village Shalag, PO Khuni Panoli, Kharahan, Distt. Shimla has broken the glasses of vehicle No. HP-51A-0970 & recovered 5 Nos. of CD (MP3) from his possession. The case is being  investigated by HC Vinay Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli.
