Crime Report on Oct. 06, 2015

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 87/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 06.10.2015 U/S 3,4, Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain stated therein that today at about 09-30 AM, during patrolling when he alongwith staff reached at Thanedhar and found nine persons namely Banti Mehta, Vickky Verma, Jai Ram, Manoj Kumar, Raj Mehta, Santosh, Diwan Chand Kachi, Mahavir Thakur& Sanjeev Kumar were playing gambling in the house of Sh. Banti Mehta and recovered  Rs. 1,21,000/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain, I/O PS Kumarsain.

2. An Accident case FIR No 345/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 06.10.2015 US 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Sidharth Negi S/o Sh. Dilbag Singh R/o Village Pangi, Tehsil Kalpa, Distt. Kinnaur A/P Sidhartha, PO Sanjauli, Shimla, age 20 years stated therein that on 05.10.2015, he alongwith his friend Akshat was coming to Sanjauli from Rampur in Motorcycle No. HP-52A-8729. At about 08-30 PM, when they reached near HIP-HIP-Hurre, at the same time on Santro Car No. HP-09-3355  came rashly from Shimla side and hit with motorcycle and run away from the spot. In this accident they sustained injuries on their legs & mouth. The case is being investigated by HC Daljeet, I/O PS Dhalli.

An Accident case FIR No 88/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 06.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka  of ASI Hem Chand  I/C PP Sainj  stated therein that today at about 12-15 PM, one Alto Car No. DL-9CN-5092, coming towards Anni from Rampur met with an accident on the link road from Sainj to Luhri near Ganpati Store  Sainj nala and rolled down from the road, caused sustained injuries to four persons namely 1. Rekha R/o Deothi tehsil Rampur Busher 2. Monika D/o Ishwar R/o Vill Karsholi PO Narain tehsil Rampur 3. Rakesh S/o Raju Ram R/o Vill Narain tehsil Rampur & 4 driver Nitin S/o Sh. Ashok R/o Vill Sanjay Nagar Distt Mahashtra A/P R/O Gopal Niwas Rampur. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj.

4. A Mischief by fire with intent to destroy house case FIR No. 73/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 05.10.2015 U/S 436 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Kushal Mehta A/P Horticulture Development Officer, Chirgaon at Sandasu alleging therein that on the intervening night of 04/05.10.2015 some unknown person has broken the door lock of his office room & set a fire in the office. Due to fire,  one HCL Computer, CPU, one Printer & furniture's etc. have been burnt. The case is being investigative by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.  

5. A Wrongful confinement case FIR No. 93/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.10.2015 U/S 342, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ankush Thakur S/O Sh. Talwar Singh Thakur R/O Village & PO Jagothi, Tehsil & PS Rohru, Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that  when he was present at Nagta Hardware Rohru, in his vehicle No.   HP-10A-5537. At the same time one  Ramesh Nagta  alongwith three another persons came there and confined  him in the godown of Nagta Hardware & beaten him brutally and also threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish I/O PS Rohru.

6. A Trespass case FIR No. 247/15 has been registered at PS West today on 06.10.2015 U/S 451,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Daleep Kumar S/o Sh. Rajender Singh R/o Bhaloh P/o Ghanati Tehsil & Distt Shimla alleging therein that he was sleeping at his home suddenly a person namely Dinesh Kumar entered inside his house by breaking the main gate, beaten him & his Mother brutally and also threatened with dire consequences.

A Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act case FIR No. 54/15 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 06.10.2015 U/S 11 (d) Cruelty to Animal Act 1960 & 34 IPC the rukka of HC Hem Raj, I/O PS Sunni, Shimla alleging therein that  today at about 11-00 AM, during patrolling at Mandri, one vehicle No HP-33A-9030 (Bolero Pick-UP)  driven by Lekh Ram S/o Sh Krishan Lal R/o Vill Kayaran, PO Salodha, PS Barmana Tehsil & Distt Bilaspur alongwith another person namely Dula Ram S/o Sh Jeetu Ram R/o Vill Balbahal PO Jukhala Tehsil & Distt Bilaspur loaded with one black buffalo & her calf, alongwith three cows calf intercepted by them. The case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj I/O PS Sunni.

8. A Theft case FIR No. 90/15 has been registered at PS East on 05.10.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Bhimi Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Thakru Ram R/O Vill. & PO Bharara Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla alleging therein  that on the intervening night of  04/05.10.2015, some unknown person has stolen away his Alto Car No. HP-52A 0539 parked near Petrol Pump at Vikas Nagar Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Rajkumar  I/O PAR Vikas nagar.

9. A Burglary case FIR No. 245/15 has been registered at PS West on 05.10.2015 U/S 454 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kahan Chand S/o Late Sh. Heera Nand R/o Village Jablog, PO Rauri, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 61 years stated therein that on 05.10.2015, some unknown person has broken the door lock of this house and stolen away golden/silver ornaments and cash Rs. 30,000/-. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PS West.

10. A Burglary case FIR No. 346/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 06.10.2015 U/S 454 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Rathore S/o Sh. Bhagat Singh Rathore R/o Chandel Niwas, near Kumar Cottage, Sanjauli Shimla stated therein that today some unknown person has broken the door lock of his house and stolen away golden ornaments i.e. one diamond Mangalsutra, two golden bangles (Kada), 2 sets of Kante, 2 ladies finger rings, 3 pairs of Tops, 2 Nose pins, one silver payal, one Samsung Mobile & cash Rs. 6000/- from his house. The case  is being investigated by SI Deepak, I/C PP Sanjauli, Shimla.

1. Deceased Smt. Rattan Devi W/O Sh. Gevar Chand R/O Jainender Jain-17 5th Floor Stroutian Motiya Estate Chennai age 68 Yrs came to visit Shimla and stay at Quality Inn Hotel. On the intervening night of 04/05.10.2015, she felt ill and  brought to IGMC Shimla. After treatment at IGMC, she return back to the hotel and today morning she found dead. After autopsy at IGMC Shimla, her deadbody handed over to her relatives for crimination.

Crime Report on Oct. 05, 2015

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No 344/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on  05.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act & 207 MV Act on the rukka of SI Desh Raj, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 04/05.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/ Nakabandi duty at Hasan Velly, Shimla. At about 02-05AM, one Motorcycle No. HP-23B-3005 came from Chharabra, alongwith two persons namely  Ranjeet Singh S/o Sh. Dhanjeet Singh R/o Harikeshwar Bhavan, Lower Khalini (Motorcycle Rider) & Gaurav Kumar S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Sher Singh Bhavan, Majhiri, Khalini Shimla, intercepted by them without original documents of M/Cycle. During search, 509 gram charas recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by SI Desh Raj Guleria, I/O PS Dhalli. 
2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 308/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 04.10.2015 U/S 39 (i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla stated therein that on 04.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Ganj Bazar, Lower Bazar & Ram Bazar in Shimla. At about 06-10 PM, when he reached near toilet at Ganj Bazar, Shimla, one person namely Goldy S/o Sh. Sadak Ram R/o Dhara near Labour Hostel, Krishna Nagar, Shimla age 35 years, intercepted by them. During search, 09 bottles of English Liquor marka Green Label recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS Sadar.  
3. An Accident case FIR No. 89/15 has been registered at PS East today on 05.10.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Nitin Sharma S/o Late Sh. Madho Ram Sharma R/o Village & PO Beolia, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 04.10.2015, after filling the patrol, he alongwith his friends Mogali, Karan, Saurav & Ramesh were coming back to Kasumpti from Patrolling Pump Vikas Nagar in vehicle No. HP-14A-1228 Maruti car. At about 10-45 PM, when they reached near Shiv Mandir, above vehicle met with an accident & rolled down 50 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Mogali, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 244/15 has been registered at PS West on 04.10.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Amish Sood S/o Sh. Yatish Chander R/o Maith State Shimla-3 alleging therein that he is posted as Director in Sood Hotels & Allied Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. On 04.10.2015, he was coming to Shimla from Dharampur in official vehicle No. CH-04A-6262 (CRV Honda). When he reached near Taradevi, Suddenly a Truck No. HP-61-3320 came rashly and hit his vehicle from backside and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated HC Basu Dev, I/O PS West.  
5. An Accident case FIR No 168/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 05.10.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of SH. Surender Pandey S/o Late Sh. Durga Dutt R/o Village Naina, PO Balag, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 05.10.2015 at about 09-15 PM, when he was stood at Neri Pul, at the same time one Truck No. HP-64B-2688 driven by Sh. Lalit Kumar S/o Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Village Jatrog, PO Darwa, Tehsil Kasauli, Distt. Solan, came rashly and hit one person namely Tula Ram.  He was died on the way to PHC Balag. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar,  I/C PP Deha.   
6. An act endangering life or personal safety of other case FIR No 171/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.09.2015 U/S 336,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhup Lal S/o Sh. Amer Singh R/o Vill. Lahun, PO Bhalakcha Odda No-3,Distt. Rukkam, Rapti Anchal  Nepal Age-43 years A/P Shishmahal Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that he was working along with Babu Ram,Bal Kumari,Shiv Lal,Manoj Bahadur,Lokinder, Prme Bahadur and 15/16 other laborers at Rampur in the Constructed Building of Sh. Sawami Prakash Negi under the contractor namely Bahadu Nepali. On 04.09.2015 at about 12.45 PM during construction work suddenly third floor slab has broken & fell down, due to negligence of contractor Sandeep Bahadur. In this incidents four labourers sustained injuries. The case is being investigating  by Insp. Sher Singh Thakur, SHO PS Rampur.

3. Accused Ranjeet Singh S/o Sh. Dhanjeet Singh R/o Harikeshwar Bhavan, Lower Khalini, Shimla & Gaurav Kumar S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Sher Singh Bhavan, Majhiri, Khalini Shimla, arrested in case FIR No 344/15 Dt. 05.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 NDPS Act & 207 MV Act at PS Dhalli, are on police remand upto 10.10.2015.

Crime Report on Oct. 04, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 342/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 03.10.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Lata W/o Sh. Raju R/o Village Gahtaini, PO Sudhar, Tehsil Padhar, Distt. Mandi A/P Tenant C/o Sh. Rajender Chauhan Inder Nagar Dhalli  stated therein that on 03.10.2015, she was going towards Sanjauli from Dhalli on foot. When she reached near Vishal Mega Mart, at the same time one car No. HP-01A-5633 came rashly from Dhalli and hit her and run away from the spot. In this accident, she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh, I/O PP Sanjauli.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 343/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 04.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Village Kachat PO Fagu Tehsil Theog District Shimla age 32 year alleging therein that he is working as Watcherman in Zoo of Forest Department at Chinibangla Kufri. Today he was going to Dungadthach from Mundaghat in HRTC Bus No. HP-03B-6114. About 25/30 passengers were also travelling in this Bus. At about 09-20AM, when above bus reached near Shilonbag, above bus met with an accident and rolled down 20 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Bus driver Madan Lal. In this accident, about 18 passengers sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Desh Raj Guleria, I/O PS Dhalli.     
3. A Criminal Intimidation case FIR No. 101/15 case FIR No. 101/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 03.10.2015 U/S 504 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Prakash Gupta R/o B-89/1, Phase-2, Sector-3, New Shimla alleging therein that  one person namely Raj Bahadur called him by his Mobile No. 97367-88124 since long time and abused him & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Mahender Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.
4. A Dog Biting case FIR No. 102/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 04.10.2015 U/S 289 IPC on the statement of Sh. S.R. Arya S/o Late Sh. S.D. Arya R/o Arya Sadan, Khalini, Shimla alleging therein that today at about 06-20 AM, during morning walk, when he reached near Hotel East Born, at the same time a Pet Dog of some unknown person, bite him from left leg.

1. A Theft case FIR No. 307/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 03.10.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Shravan Sharma R/O Type-I Quarter near Sub station Idgah Colony Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of  02/03.10.2015, some unknown person has stolen away his Maruti Car No. HP-03-2228 parked near his house at Idgah Colony. The case is investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla.

Jalandhar Punjab age 49 yrs arrested today in case FIR No. 242/15 Dt. 21.09.2015 U/S 504,506,507 IPC at PS West Shimla, today sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

Joginder Singh  R/o Village  Thaila, PO Thaila, Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla,.The case is being investigated by ASI Naresh,I/O PS East.

An Accident case FIR No.306/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 01.10.2015 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh.Mohinder Singh S/o Sh.Sewa Ram R/o Village Sharawag P/o Bharari Tehsil & District Shimla alleging there in that on 01.10.2015 he parked his Govt.vehicle No HP-07A-0404 near his residence at Sharawag but a truck No HP-06A-1407 has hit his  vehicle.This accident happened due to rash & negligent driving of truck driver .The case is being investigated by HC Rajpal I/O PP Lakkar Bazar

Crime Report on Oct. 01.2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 167/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 30.09.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the rukka of HC Sanjeev I/O PS Theog alleging there in that a truck No HP-24B-9425 met with accident on  Kandaghat-Kyartu road due to rash & negligent driving of Yoginder. In this accident two persons namely Yoginder & Sanju had died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev I/O Theog.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 55/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 01.10.2015 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the complaint of Sh. Karan Chauhan S/o Lt. Sh. Hari Krishan Chauhan R/o Vill Majholi, PO Panog, Teh-Kotkhai, Distt Shimla HP,  age 37 years alleging therein that today at about 9-00 AM, a Pick Up No. HP-63-4039 met with an accident near village Rukla (Kotkhai) due to rash & negligent driving of  Geeta Ram and died on the way to CHC Kotkhai. The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain Negi, SHO PS Kotkhai.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 72/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 01.10.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lokender Sharma S/o Sh. Ludar Dev R/o Village Goshali, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla stated therein that he alongwith Gulab Singh were going to home from Panchayat Ghar in Bolero Camper No. HP-62A-3428, driven by Hem Raj S/o Lt. Sh. Pappu R/o Village Beunti, PO Hingoli, Chirgaon. At about 10-45 PM, when they reached near Goshali, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Hem Raj and rolled down from the road. In this accident they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram, I/O PS Chirgaon.  
4. A Theft case FIR No. 329/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 01.10.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hitender Verma S/o Sh. Surat Ram Verma R/o Village & PO Nag Jubbad, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla A/P O.S.E. in Reliance Bharat Sadan, Kasumpti Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of Friday, some unknown person has stolen away Battery Bank (24 cells)  from Reliance Mobile Tower installed at Koti-Neen near Junga. The case is being investigated by HC Chander Shekhar, I/O PP Junga.
