1. An Sharp Injury case FIR No. 222/15 has been registered at PS West on 06.09.2015 U/S 324,323,504,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Seema Chauhan W/o Sh. Hem Raj Chauhan R/o Village Makrog, PO Kohbag, Distt. Shimla stated therein that her neighbourer namely Raj Kumar and his wife abused her and attacked on her with darat. When her Mother-in-law & Sister-in-law came to settle the matter, they have also beaten them and bite her sister-in-law. On this, their medical examination have been conducted at DDU ZH Shimla and Medical Officer has given simple injury with sharp weapon to Anita Chauhan in final opinion. The case is being investigated by HC Shyam Lal, I/O PP Jatough.
2. A Burglary case FIR No. 223/15 has been registered at PS West today 07.09.2015 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the application of Sh. Ruwel Chand S/o Sh. Gopal Ram R/o Village & PO Saklana, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi stated therein that on 06.09.2015, some unknown person has broken the door lock of his house and stolen golden ornaments i.e. one finger ring, one Nath, four bangles, one Nose-Pin, one pair of silver Payal, two silver Mangalsutras, 2 silver coins etc. and cash Rs. 8000/- from his house at 5, Dingal Estate Shimla-3. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS West.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 224/15 has been registered at PS West today on 07.09.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Const. Shubi Kumar No. 256 A/P Traffic Wing, Shimla stated therein that today he was on traffic duty on NH-22 at Band-Box near Victory Tunnel. At about 07-50 PM, one Alto car No. HP-63A-2157 came rashly from Chandigarh and hit him, caused sustained injuries on his head, left leg & other parts of body. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS West.

Accused Sonu Sahani S/o Sh. Shanarah Sahni R/o Village Mustphapur, Tehsil & PS Bisanpuri, Bihar A/P Maya Devi Bhavan, Table No. 4, Brahampuri, Chamanpuri, Dehradoon, Uttrakhand, arrested in case FIR No. 171/14 U/S 454, 380 IPC at PS West, is remanded in police custody upto 11.09.2015.

1.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 303/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 05.09.2015 U/S 39 HP Ex. Act on the Ruka of ASI Nagdev I/C PP Mashobra stated that  on dated 05.09.2015 at about 6.00 PM when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty near Soul Village he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor marked Uno No. 1 from the possession of Ram Lal S/O Lt Sh. Ratti Ram Sharma R/O Vill. Manla, PO Kyarkoti, Tehsil & Distt Shimla. On this case has been registered at PS Dhalli.

2.    An Accident case FIR NO. 82/15 has been registered at PS East on dated 06.09.2015 U/S 279, 353, 332 IPC on the statement of Const. Ashwani No 441 PAR Mehli Distt. Shimla Age 27 That on night of 05,06/09/2015 he and HHG lakhvir No 3/2-74 was on duty at apple barrier duty mehli near housing board colony about 11-40 P.M. A tavera vehicle came from mehli and hit the police gumti. HHG lakhvir No 3/2-74 was present in the Police Gumti and injured in this accident. Case is investigating by HC Daleep No 232 I/O PP kasumpti P.S East Shimla.

3.    A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No. 86/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.09.2015 U/S 407 IPC on the application of Sh. Chattare Lal Gupta S/O Sh. Darbari Lal Gupta R/O H. No. 236 Guru Road Near Jagdamba School Dehradun UK alleged  therein in that he had loaded 600 apple boxes in the truck No. HR 38M-0287 from M/S P.F.C Sabzi Mandi Rohru to Calcutta. But above truck not reached at destination and he doubted that on the way driver Prem Pal S/O Sh. Jai Pal R/O Chachri PO Jussipur Mant and truck owner Saleem S/O Hasrath Ali R/O 257 Village Rathana Inayatpur Mithare Tehsil Bhawana Distt. Meruth sold above apple boxes to another person. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh I/O PS Rohru.

4.    A Wronful Restraint case FIR NO. 221/15 has been registered at PS west U/S 341,323, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Almu Ram R/O Vill. Makrog, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that Smt. Leela, Seema Devi, Hem Raj & his wife obstructed his and his wife Smt. Rita Devi beaten them & threatening them with dire consequencies. The case is being investigated by SI Praveen Kumar I/C PP Jatogh.

5.    A Wronful Restraint case FIR NO. 304/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli U/S 341,323, 506IPC on the statement of Smt. Vidya Thakur W/O Sh. Pawan Thakur R/O Cemetry Road Gate Sanjauli, Shimla-6, NR Prabhakar Auto Mobile alleging therein that when she alongwith her son Himanshu was going to her house at Cemetry Gate her neighbore Amit Thakur obstructed their way and slapped to her son Himanshu with dire consequencies. The case is being investigated by HC Rameshwar Singh I/O PS Dhalli.  

6.    A House Trespass case FIR NO. 305/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli U/S 452, 342, 323, 34IPC on the statement of Ms Neelam Kumari D/O Sh. Sukhchain R/O Chikhar, PO Satlai, Tehsil Junga, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that today on 06.09.2015 at about 9.30 AM She was alone at her house two unknown persons entered in her house and beaten her. Thereafter they both ran away from her house. In this incident she got injured. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Junga, PS Dhalli.

Crime Report on Sept. 05, 2015

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 85/15 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 05.09.2015 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Gopal Singh, I/O PS Rohru stated today when he alongwith staff on patrolling at Rohru Bazar and found that five persons namely Jai Singh, Bhim Sen, Vicky Jistu, Mohan & Rishpal were playing gambling with cards and recovered Rs. 31,200/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh, I/O PS Rohru.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 294/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 04.07.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 185 MV Act on the complaint of Smt. Ritu Pandit W/o Sh. Sanjeev Pandit R/o 63 The Mall Shimla, age 47 years alleging therein that on 04.09.2015, she was going towards Old Bus Stand from Chhota Shimla in her vehicle No. HP-63-2773 (Swift). At about 10-15 PM, when she reached near Hotel Holiday Home, Shimla, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-63A-1716 driven by Lachhami Singh S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o JCB School, Sec-III, New Shimla, came rashly & collides with her vehicle. In this accident Lachhami Singh sustained injuries on his head. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohinder Lal, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.  

3. An Accident case FIR No 90/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 05.09.2015 U/S 279,337,304 A IPC on the statement of Sh Partap Singh S/O Sh. Dev Sain R/O Village & PO Bari, Tehsil Nicha, Distric Kinnaur HP alleging therein that he is coming from Ponda in Pick-Up No HP-O6A-0228 driven by Sandeep Kumar. At about 10.15 PM, when they reached near Army Camp, at the same time one Motorcycle No HP-06A-6038, came rashly from Jhakri and collide with above Pick-up. Three persons were on a Motorcycle.  In this accident, one person namely Bablu S/O Sh Charan Dass R/O Basara tehsil Rampur distt Shimla has died on the spot and two persons Namely Rajesh S/O Sh Vijay Kumar R/O Kartot and Sanjeev Kumar (Rider) S/O Mangal Dass R/O Sharanpur Kartot tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by the ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri

4. An Accident case FIR No 159/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the application of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/o Sh. Sant Lal R/o Village & PO chekti Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 03.09.2015 at about 04-30 PM, his vehicle BOLERO PICK-UP No.HP 06A-3063, was on the way from Nirath to Pandadhar Road, met with an accident near Kawara Bag, due to rash & negligent driving of Bittu. In this accident driver Bittu alongwith another person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by  HC Yoginder Singh, I/O PS Rampur.

His description is as under:  Height about 5'2", wearing Cream colour T-Shirt, Light Grey Trouser, Blue colour Underwear, age about 45/50 years and Shobha Ram name was written on his arm.

Crime Report on Sept. 04, 2015

1. A Cheating case FIR No. 142/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.09.2015 U/S 420,120B IPC has been registered on the statement of HC Sunil Kumar, Posted at 4^th IRBn Jangalberi, Hamirpur A/P Incharge Apple Control Room, Naina (Balag), Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that on 03.09.2015, he alongwith Ct. Surender Kumar, Ct. Amit Kumar & Ct. Rohit Kumar were on shift duty w.e.f. 02-00 AM to 06-00 AM. At about 05-45 AM, one Truck No. HR-69B-8374 loaded with apples, on the way from Kotkhai to Delhi, stopped by them for checking. When he checked the documents and found that engine No. & Chassis No of above Truck was not matched with Registration Certificate. Owner of the truck is Vinay Kumar S/o Bhagat Hawa Singh R/o House No. 27/2 R/o Village & PO Cheerasami  Ganuar, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana. Vinay Kumar (owner of Truck) alongwith driver Ebrahim  have prepared forgery documents with the intention to cheat the apple grower.  The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev, I/C PP Deha, Shimla.  
2. An Accident case FIR No. 63/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 04.09.2015 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Sandeep Sakta S/o Sh. Akbar Singh R/o Village Tiwari, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla stated therein that on 03.09.2015, his driver namely Paresh Kumar alongwith Manoj Kumar were going to Masali from Badiyala in Pick-Up No. HP10A-1236. At about 08-30 PM, when they reached near Masali Kainchi, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Paresh and rolled down from the Road. In this accident Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Bahadur Singh R/o Village Seema, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 25 years died on the spot, however drive Paresh run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon. 
3. A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation case FIR No 145/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 04.09.2015 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Anand Negi R/o Village & PO Thach (Neugalsari), Tehsil Nichar, Distt. Kinnaur, HP stated therein that on 04.09.2015, he alongiwth his wife was going to Kinnaur from Shimla in his vehicle. At about 09-00 AM, when he reached near Sunarghati, at the same time, another vehicle No. HP-09-1079 overtake and stopped in front of his vehicle. Driver of above vehicle came out and beaten him. After that driver of above vehicle again met with him at Matiana and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh, I/O PS Theog.

1. An Abetment to Commit Suicide case FIR No. 140/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.09.2015 U/S 306,201,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kishori Lal S/o Sh. Het Ram R/o Village Dhar Tikkar, PO & Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that his daughter namely Anita Sharma was solemnized marriage with Sh. Suraj S/o Sh.Shyam Lal Village Dhanot. After marriage her husband Suraj, Mother-in-law & Sister-in-law have tortured her mentally & physically for dowry. On 15.07.2015, Ms. Salochna informed her that his daughter Anita was no more. He doubts that  Suraj (son-in law), Smt. Kamla (mother-in law ) and Sulochna (sister in law ) have abetted his daughter to commit suicide and destroyed all circumstantial evidence and tried to misguide them of a heart attack. The case is being investigated by SI Garib Dass, Addl. SHO PS Theog.

2. A Criminal Intimidation case FIR No. 141/15 has been registered at PS Theog today i.e. 03.09.2015 U/S 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/o Sh. Ram Saran R/o Village Anu, PO Dharogra, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla, age 80 years alleging therein that alleging therein that his elder son namely Hardyal Singh, who is working in I&PH Deptt. at Rachhani Thatal, has oftenly beaten him & threatened with dire consequences and expelled him from the house for the last 15 years. 1.    A Concealment of Birth by Secret Disposal of dead body case FIR No. 83/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 01.09.2015 U/S 318 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Gopal Chauhan S/o Sh. Yashwant Chauhan R/o Near Haeshwari Petrol Pump, Ward No. 4, Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that when he alongwith his mother was cutting the grass in his land near Arahal he found a deadbody of new born baby (female). It is doubts that some unknown person has aborted  and throw her deadbody in his land with the intention to concealment of birth. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/O PS Rohru.  

2.    An Accident case FIR No. 217/15 has been registered at PS West on 01-09-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Smt Sandesh W/o Sh. Sanjeev Kumar R/o Vill Sakeh PO Auhor Tehsil Jhanduta Bilaspur stated therein that when she alongwith her husband and friend Vandana were present at Old Barrier at the same time one Vehicle No. HP 24A-5225 came rashly and negligently and hit her alongwith Vandana. In this accident they sustained injuries. The case is being investigagted by HC Anil Kumar I.O PS West.

Crime Report on Sept. 01, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 48/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 31.08.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Dharam Sain Negi, SHO PS Kotkhai alleging therein in that on 31.08.2015 he with staff was on patrolling towards Chunger. At about 5:40 PM, on the secret information, he recovered 15 Bottles of Country Liquor marka Sirmour Orange from the illegal possession of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Taouh P.O Tharola Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla. The Case is being invested by SI/SHO P.S Kotkhai.

2. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 215/15 has been registered at PS West on 31.08.2015 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the rukka of Insp. Vikrant, I/C PP Summer Hill Shimla stated therein that on 31.08.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Potter Hill. When they reached near on the road towards Potter Hill and found that four persons namely Dinesh Kumar, Bhim Singh, Suresh Kumar & Vipin Kumar were playing gambling with cards and Rs. 10,085/- recovered from the spot. The case is being investigated by Insp. Vikrant, I/C PP Summer Hill Shimla.

A Gambling Act case FIR No. 293/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 01.09.2015 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the rukka of SI Rajneesh Thakur I/C P.P L/Bazar Shimla stated therein that today  he alongwith staff were on patrolling duty towards Tara Hall Shimla. At about 01-00PM, when they reached near Khula More and found that  Lekh Raj, Sumit Kumar & Ravi Thakur were playing card on bet & recovered Rs. 4560/- from the spot. The case is investigated by SI Rajneesh Thakur I/C PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla .

4. A Murder case FIR No. 41/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 31.08.2015 U/S 302 IPC on the rukka of Insp. Mathura Dass, SHO PS Jubbal, Shimla stated therein that on 31.08.2015, one person namely Abhishek Bramta R/o Village  Jachali, Tehsil & PS Jubbal, Shimla informed that on 30.08.2015. his Nepali servant went to repair the electricity in the Dhara situated near his apple orchard at Sanabha and found deadbody in dark room of the dhara. During investigation, it has come to the notice that one Nepali person namely Kanchha, residing in the dhara alongwith his brother Karan Bahadur & his family. The deadbody of the Kanchha was buried under long wooden piece and covered with blankets. After inspection of the spot, it reveals that some unknown person has murdered him and buried his deadbody in the dhara. The case is being investigated by Inspt. Mathura Dass, SHO PS Jubbal.

5. A Grievous Injury  case  FIR No. 12/15 has been registered at Women Police Station, BCS Shimla on 31.08.2015 U/S 325 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/o Sh. Rattan Chand Sharma R/o Shop No. 1, Sharma Daily Needs, Sec-2 New Shimla alleging there in that on 17.08.2015, her daughter-in-law namely Seema has beaten her brutally, caused sustained injury on her left ring finger. On this she was medically examined at DDU Shimla. On 31.08.2015,  MO DDU ZH Shimla  given grievous injury to her in his final opinion.  The case is being investigated  by SI Reena, Woman Police Station BCS Shimla.

6. A Forest Act case FIR No 300/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 31.08.2015 U/S  U/S 32, 33 Indian Forest Act &  2,3(A) Forest Conservation Act -1980 on the application of Sh. Krishan Chand Chauhan A/p Range Forest Office, Koti No 242/k  HP Forest Department stated therein that on 22.08.2015, B.O. Koti has reported to his office that  Sh. Virender Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Singh and Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Vidyadutt & alongwith some others villager of Jhott, PO Dublu sub Teh Junga Distt. Shimla have constructed a jeep able road from link road Blog to village Jott the length of road is 450 meter and 2.5 wide in forest land and violated the Forest Conservation Act.  The value of the breaking of land Rs 1100/- per Sq. meter.

7. A Theft case FIR No. 82/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 31.08.2015 U/S 447,427,379,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Lal Sukh S/O Lt. Malku Ram R/O Village Karala, PO Khangteri, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla, HP alleging therein that  on 22.08.2015, Smt. Saina Devi W/O Late Sodh Ram, Smt. Deepa Devi W/O Late Sh. Sodh Ram Both R/O Village Karala, PO Khangteri, Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimal HP have forcibly trespassed in his apple orchard at Karala and has removed the apple crop, which caused a substantial loss of more than 50,000/- to him. Bandana was stood near Old Barrier waiting the bus for Shimla. At the same time on Tempo No. HP-24A-5225 came rashly and hit her & her friend Bandana. 9. A Theft case FIR No. 301/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 01.09.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Danish Khatoon W/o SH. Dilshad R/o Sai Niwas, Sanjal Dakshin Vihar, Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of  22/23.07.2015, some unknown person has stolen away her A/F Scooty (TVS Jupiter) bearing engine No. BE4NE 1357299 & Chassis No.MD626BHU3E63940 parked outside her tailoring shop near Hateshwari Jewelry in front of DENA Bank. The case is being investigated by HC Param Jeet, I/O PP Sanjauli.

Arvind  A/P Range Forest Officer, Theog stated therein that on 31.08.2015, he alongwith staff was doing demarcation at Vill -Druman PO- Laffughatti Panchayat Sandhu Tehsil Theog. However few peoples namely Sandeep Verma S/o Sh. Ukmi Ram Bhalech Tehsil Theog Shimla  Mahender Verma S/o Sh. Nagodhar PO Seruin Tehsil Theog, Suresh Verma S/o Sita Ram vill. Ninal Tehsil Theog, Kapil Bhardwaj S/O Sh. Laik Ram vill. Dhanot Theog & Balkrishan S/o Sh. Sadh Ram vill. Nangal Devi Theog  alongwith some other peoples were  resisted them to demarcate the encroached land and obstructed them during duty and eviction the orders from DFO has been passed thus jeopardizing the whole eviction process on encroached land.

11. During last 24 hours 172 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 03 Persons challaned under Smoking Act and 08 Challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 103 & fine realized Rs. 45,000/-

1. Sagar S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Puruwala, PO Gorkhwala, Tehsil Ponta Sahib, Distt Sirmour HP age 24 yrs arrested in case FIR No. 79/15 Dated 29.8.2015 U/S 379 IPC PS Rohru, is further on Police remand upto 02.09.2015.

2. Two Persons namely Gian Singh S/o Sh. Mohar Singh, age-30 years and Neerajkant S/o Sh. Amar Singh, age 27 years (Both) R/o Village Sarkali, PO Sarahan, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 38/15 Dt. 24.08.2015  U/S 279,379 IPC & 41,42 IF Act PS Chopal, are on police remand for 03 days.

3. Mohd. Mukeem @ Nashi S/o Mohd. Imtiaz, R/o Asharaf Ali Mohalla, near Nai Masjid, Kasba & PS Gangoh, Distt. Sarahan Pur, UP, age 22 years arrested in case FIR No. 189/15 U/S 363,366 IPC at PS Dhalli. Today he produced before Ld. Court and remanded in Police Custody upto 03.09.2015.
