Crime Report June 06, 2015

1. A ND&PS Act Case FIR No.  215/15  has been registered at PS Dhalli on 05.06.15 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Dharmesh Dutt, I/O PS Dhalli stated therein that on 05.06.2015, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards Dhalli chowk & Chharabra. At about 06-15 PM, one person namely Harish Verma S/o Sh. Jeet Ram Verma R/o Village Devarighat, PO Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 33  years was coming towards Dhalli, intercepted by them. during search,1.700 Kg. charas recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt, I/O PS Dhalli.

2. An Accident case FIR NO 40/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 05-06-15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sunil Sharma S/o Om Prakash village Shekhal P.O. Pujarli No.4 Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla stated therein that on 05-06-15 one a/f Maruti Van met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Rajnish S/o Megh Nath and rolled down from the road at Badiyara. In this incident driver Rajnish S/o megh nath village Bartu PO Seema Tehsil Rohru, Kapil S/o Moti Ram R/o Vijori P.O. Seema sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagi Rath I.O PS Chirgaon.

3. An Accident case FIR No. 41/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 05-06-15 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Guddu S/o Mast Ram C/o Pyare Lal VPO Chirgaon and Chirgaon Distt Shimla stated therein that on 05-06-15 one pickup No. HP10A-7169 met with an accident near Mandli due to rash and negligent driving of driver Rahul S/o Raju Nepali C/o Ashwani Kumar VPO Chirgaon Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla. In this incident driver Rahul and Guddu sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagi Rath I.O PS Chirgaon.   

4. A Rioting case FIR NO. 77/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 06.06.15 U/S 147,148,149,323,325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Umesh S/o Partap Singh R/o Khanu PO Kathog Tehsil Kathog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 06-06-2015 Moti Singh started the construction work of road from his land. When he refused to do so Moti Singh, Titu, Rajesh, Bhupinder and Bittu beaten him with stones and sticks. When his uncle tried to save him Moti Singh also beaten him and broke his teeth. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I.O PS Theog.

5. A Wrongful restraint and Criminal intimidation case FIR NO. 76/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 05-6-15 U/S 341,323,342,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Heta S/o Sh. Narayan Singh Heta Vill Baghro PO Jais Tehsil Theog alleging therein that he is working as car washer at Bagdu Nala. On 04-05-15 at about 07-00 PM when he was going to his home he found that his mobile was missing. He went back to the shop and tried to search his mobile at Muskan Dhaba and asked the persons sitting there about his mobile.  On this Mahesh S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Baghro and another two persons beaten him with kicks and blow by closing the room of Muskan Dhaba. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh I.O PS Theog.   

6. A Theft case FIR No. 47/15 has been registered at PS Rohru today on  06-06-2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Shahdeen S/o Surajdeen R/o VPO Harnota Tehsil Jawali Distt. Shimla HP a/p Asstt. Engineer Electrical Sub. Division HPSEB Rohru alleing therein that in the intervening night of 04.06.2015 some unknown person has stolen away the transformer's coils installed at  HPSEB Sharithach. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain I/O P.S Rohru.

7. A Theft Case FIR No.20/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 05.06.15  U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sher Shingh foreman HPSEB Section Baghi allegding therein that 2  No. 250 KVA Transformer Copper Coil has been stolen by some unknown person in between 01.06.2015 to 4-6-15 installed at Sundernagar Nehari Baghi. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Dharam Sen.

8. Today one vehicle No. HP-03D-0403 (Alto K-10) met with an accident near Shilli Kandli at Narkanda and rolled down from the road & caught fire. In this accident Sanju S/o Sh. Thesu Ram R/o Village & PO Jahu, Sub-Tehsil Nankhari, Shimla, age 35 has died on the spot, whereas Jitender sustained injuries and he was brought to IGMC Shimla for treatment.

9. During the last 24 hours total 248 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 06 Challan under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 112 and fine realized Rs 34,200/-

1. Accused Dharmeder Soni S/O Sh. Mool Raj Vill. Odda PO Khaneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla age 36 yers has been arrested in Case FIR No 34/15 Dt. 26.02.2015 U/S 20,25&29 NDPS Act at PS Rampur, today sent to judicial remand upto 17.06.2015.   

2. Accused Harish Verma S/o Sh. Jeet Ram Verma R/o Village Devarighat, PO Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 33  years has been arrested in case FIR No. 215/15 Dt. 05.06.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli, is on police remand upto 08.06.2015.  

Crime Report June 05, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 127/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 04.06.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Lachhmi Ram, I/O PS Sadar Shimla stated therein that on 04.06.2015, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards Ganj Bazar Shimla. At about 04-05 PM, on the secret information one person namely Goldy intercepted by them. During search, 09 bottles of English liquor marka Green Label 750ml each recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Ram, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

2. An Accident case FIR No 90/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.06.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Lt. Sh. Hari Singh R/o Village Racholi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP stated therein that on 03.06.2015, he was going towards Racholi along with his wife in his Motorcycle No HP-06A-3793. At about 08-45 PM, when he reached near Gaura Bifurcation one Sentro car No HP76-76-4444 came rashly from Kheneri side and collide with his m/cycle and ran away from the spot. In this accident, he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Hans Raj I.O PP City Rampur.

3. An Accident case FIR No 128/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 05.06.15 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh Madan Lal Thakur S/o Sh Roshan Lal Thakur R/O Vill & PO Bohli PS Dharam Pur Tehsil & Distt Solan stated therein that today on 04.06.15 he parked his Truck No HP64--2137 near Snow view on road side. At about 4 AM a Truck No HP 11B- 784 came rashly from Lakkar Bazar Side and hit his Truck . The Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O P.P L/Bazar  PS Sadar Shimla .

4. AN Accident case FIR No.  46/15  has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.06.15 u/s 279,304 A IPC on the statement of Sh. Birbhadra Singh S/o lt. Sh. Surat Singh R/o VPO Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla age,58 yrs Stated therein that on 05-06-15 one Tractor met with an accident near Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru due to rash and negligent driving of driver of Tractor and rolled down to Spail Nala. In this incident Sohan Lal and Raju died on the spot.  The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan lal I/O PS Rohru

5. A Causing Death by Negligency case FIR No. 27/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 04.06.2015 U/S 304A IPC  on the statement of Sh. Tapas Das  R/O   2 No. Scheme (South Part) Brojapur, Teh & PS Kotwali Distt Jalpaiguri, West Bengal stated therein that he was working along with workers on the road side near Galu Hatkhoti C&C construction. At about 11:30 AM suddenly big sliding occurred on the road side and his cousin namely Utpal Bishwas age 22 years buried under the soil and died on the spot due to negligence act of C&C Construction.   The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh I/O PP Saraswati Nagar

6. A Trespass case FIR No. 214/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 04.06.2015 U/S 447,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Rajeev Chopra S/O Sh. M.M. Chopra R/O J.M.D. Building Village & Post office Chambaghat, Tehisil & Distt Solan HP stated therein that he is the owner of the land comprised in Khasra No 549,583,584,585,590,592, at Mohal Sandhora hadwast No 296 Tehsil and Distt Shimla H.P. On 04.06.2015 when he visited the site and found that chain attached to iron angle was broken and the debrage/ stone are being thrown on his property by plying J.C.B. He came to Know that one Mr Aman Goyal S/o Sh Anil Goyal has played the mischief with the view grab my property and to block my path. The case is being investigating by ASI Nag Dev I/C PP Mashobra.

7. An Injury caused by Sharp weapon  case FIR No 29/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 04.06.2015 U/S  324,323,504 IPC on the application of Sh. Kulbhushan S/o Late Sh. Taradutt R/o Village Shilru, PO Pahal, Sub-Teh Dhami Distt Shimla stated therein that on 03.06.2015 at 5:30  PM, he was working outside of his home at the same time one person namely Salig Ram S/o Sh. Tikhu Ram alongwith his family members came there and abused them and attacked on him with knife. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar I/O PS Sunni.

8. A Theft case FIR No. 37/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 04.06.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Atma Ram S/o Sh. Ram Krishan R/o Sameer Cottage, below BCS Shimla stated therein that he is the owner of vehicle No.HR-49-7154 Swift VDI. On dated 01-6-2015 He had parked his vehicle on NH-22 near Jarnail Welding Shop BCS Shimla. Some how he forget the keys inside the vehicle when he came to saw his vehicle he found that some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle.

Crime Report June 04, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 45/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 03.06.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Kundan Lal, I/O PS Rohru, Shimla stated therein that on 03.06.2015, during patrolling duty at Sungari, he recovered 06 boxes of country liqor & 02 boxes of Beer (King Fisher) from the possession of Lavlit @ Lavi S/o Sh. Harnam Mehta R/o Village Sharmali, PO Sungri, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal, I/O PS Rohru.
2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 75/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.06.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sunil Thakur, I/O PS Theog stated therein that on 03.06.2015, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards Fagu & Cheog. At about 07-30 PM, on the secret information, he searched the shop of Hem Raj Nepali S/o Sh. Lok Man A/P C/o Sandeep Sood Building, Cheog, Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI  Sunil Thakur, I/O PS Theog.
3. A Murder case FIR No. 136/15 has been registered at PS West on 03.06.2015 U/S 302 IPC as per order of Hon'ble high court CWPIL No. 7/2015 dated 20.05.2015. During investigation the statement of complainant Smt. Leelawati W/o Late Sh. Krishan Dutt Thakur R/o Village Basha, PS Kandaghat, Distt. Solan stated that on 31.12.2014, his husband died due to burnt at Sawmill and she has doubt that the Krishan Gopal and Satya Dev have murdered his husband because on that day her husband have 2lacs rupees. The case is being investigated by Smt. Anjum Ara, ASP, Shimla.
4. A Burglary case FIR No. 137/15 has been registered at PS West on 03.06.15 U/S 454 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Babu Ram Dadwal S/o Late Sh. Udho Ram R/o Dadwal Niwas, Shimla-10 stated therein that some unknown person has broken the door lock of his house and  stolen away golden & silver ornaments i.e. 3 golden sets, 2 Necklace, Tops, 8 Finger rings, 4 bangles, two pairs of ear-rings, two gents finger rings, one chain,  1 pair Silver payal, one silver chain etc. from Godrej Almirah. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh. 　
5. Use criminal force to deter Govt. Servant discharge his duty case FIR No. 134/15 has been registered at PS West on the application of Sh. Chaman Lal A/p Warden, SBS Hostel, HP University, Shimla stated therein that on 02.06.2015 on the direction of Chief Warden, at about 11-30 PM when he reached at SBS Hostel, at the same time some students stopped him to enter in the hostel & beaten during discharge his duty. The case is being investigated by Insp. Vikrant, I/C PP Summer Hill, Shimla.
6. A Rioting case FIR No. 135/15 has been registered at PS West on 03.06.2015 U/S 147,148,149,323 IPC on the application of Sh. Bhuvneshwar & Sh. Umesh Kumar A/P Students at HP University Shimla stated therein that on 03.06.2015, they are studying in the Library at HP University Shimla. At the same time, some activists of SFI organization came there and beaten them. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Kishan, I/O PP Summer Hill Shimla.

Crime Report 03 June, 2015

1. An Attempt to Murder case FIR No. 132/15 has been registered at PS West today i.e. 03.06.2015 U/S 147,148,149,307,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Prabhu Negi S/o Sh. Mangal Chand R/o Village Rushklang, PO Giyabag, Tehsil Pooh, Distt. Kinnaur stated therein that on 02.06.2015, he alongwith Yudhishtra & Jeeta Singh Negi were going to Lahaul function from hostel. When they reached at Summer Hill Chowk, Seven persons namely Pradeep, Mandeep, Naresh Dashta, Sunny Banyal, Amit Kumar, Kushal Kaundal & Vikrant came out from vehicle No HP-39A-2545 and attacked on them with sharp weapons with the intention to kill them. The case is being investigated by Insp. Vikrant, I/C PP Summer Hill.
2. A Rioting case FIR No. 133/15 has been registered at PS West today i.e. 03.05.2015 U/S 341,147,148,149,323 IPC on the application of Sh. Sushant Veer Singh  Thakur S/o Sh. R.S. Thakur R/o Village Ganswar, PO Madi, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Mandi, HP and Sh. Punit Prakash Singh S/o Sh. Gian Chand R/o Village Shai Ropa, Banjar, Distt. Kullu stated there in that they were going to Summer Hill Bazar. On the way, eight persons namely Yudhishtra Negi, Jeeta Negi, Puran Negi, Prabhu Negi, Punit Dhanta, Rahul, Vikram, Lokender & Nandan Karol have obstructed their way and beaten them with sticks & rods. The case is being investigated by HC Anil, I/C PS West.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 74/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.06.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Arun Heta S/o Sh. Karm Singh Heta R/o Village Kachhor, PO Jais, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 02.06.2015 at about 08-15 PM, one vehicle No. HP-09B-0216 met with an accident and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Ramesh Heta. In this accident, driver Ramesh Heta sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Inder I.O. PS Theog.

1. A Damage to Public Property case FIR No 44/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on  01-06-15 U/S 283,288,431,432, IPC & 3 PDP Act  on the complaint of of Sh. Gurmit Negi S/O Ranjeet Negi R/O VPO Kanam Distt Kinnaur A/P Exeutive officer MC Rohru Distt Shimla age 34yrs alleging therein that on 31-05-15  Kanwar Singh S/O Madho Singh  and Rameshwar Singh S/O Kanwar Singh R/O Barara PO Arhal Teh Rohru Distt Shimla damage the public property by JCB machinc or public drainage, dismantled the stairs and the Pubilc land for their personal benefit at Rohru Chirgaon Road leading to hospital Road Rohru without the permission of municipal council Rohru or any other Govt. agency . The case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh I/O PS Rohru.
2. A Theft case FIR No. 129/15 has been registered at PS West on 01-06-15 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Gaurav Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Kishan R/o Kamla Nagar, Lower Phagli Shimla alleging therein that on 31-05-15 he has parked his vehicle No. HP 62-0686 Maruti Omini at Phagli. On 01-06-2015 he found that some unknown person has stolen away his above vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I.O PS West.
3. An Accident case FIR No.73/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 01.06.15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sunil Sharma S/o Sh. Hari Nand Sharma r/o Vill Karyal PO Majhar Tehsil Theog stated therein that one Maruti Car No. HP 52A-2083 met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of Mohan Lal near Khalasi Village and rolled down 150 meter from the road.  In this accident driver Mohan Lal and his son sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Man Dev I.O PS Theog.  
4. An Accident case FIR No.49/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 01.06.15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Ms. Jyoti Sharma D/O Sh. Varun Sharma R/O Village Bhanana P.O Kirti Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla age 23 years, stated therein that on 01-06-15 she alongwith her father Varun Sharma, mother Kiran Sharma. Brothery Lucky Sharma, and mother-in-law Smt. Kalyani Sharma were going to home Bhanana in her vehicle No. HP 03D-1373. When they reached at Zaru Naala her father Varun Sharma lost control over the Vehicle and it rolled down 120 feet from the road. In this accident she, her father Varun Sharma, brother Luxey Sharma, mother in law Smt. Kalyani Sharma sustained injuries. Smt. Kiran Sharma w/o Varun Sharma age 48 years died in this accident at CHC Kumarsain. The case is being investigated by LHC Sita I/O PS Kumarsain.
5. An Accident case FIR NO 130/15 has been registered at PS West today on 02-06-15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Suresh Chand S/o Sh. Milkhi Ram R/o Vill Ghanded PO Karot Sub Tehsil Sujanpur Distt. Hamirpur at present driver in Electricity regulatory Commission Khalini Shimla vehicle No. HP 07C-0659 stated therein that on 01-06-15 at about 11-30 PM when he was coming toward Shimla and reached near Sonu Banglow at the same time one vehicle No. HP 01A-9096 swift came rashly and negligently and hit his car. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram I.O PS West.
6. An Accident case FIR No. 131/15 has been registered at PS West today on 02-06-15 u/s 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Balbir Singh S/o Sh. Harnam Singh R/o Vill Palkhadi PO Dhami Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan stated therein that on 02-06-15 one car No. HP 13-1957 hit his vehicle No. HP 67-1972 near Khawara Chowki. The case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I.O PS West.
7. An Accident case FIR No. 36/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 02-06-15 u/s 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/o Sh. Mansa Ram R/o Vill Behal PO Hanuman Badog Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan C/o Rajiv Niwas Bhagwati Nagar Lower Khalin Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 02-06-15 he was going to Talland with her daughters. At about 08-45 AM when he reached at Upper Khalini chowk at the same time one HRTC BusNo. HP10A-4815 came rashly and negligently and hit him from conductor side. In this incident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by   HC Inder Singh I.O PS New Shimla.

Crime Report 01 June, 2015

1.    An Accident case FIR No 72/15 has been registered at PS Theog Today on 01-6-15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Suresh S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Vill Banada Ghati PO Kelvi Tehsil Theog stated therein that today on 01-06-15 one Pick-Up No. HP 09C-1235 met with an accident near Gaglu due to rash and negligent driving of driver Harish Kumar S/o Gain Chand R/o Jagchowki PO Nagjubbad and rolled down from the road. In this accident driver and Pawan Nepali sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Yogesh I.O. PS Theog.

2.    An Accident case FIR No. 126/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 31-05-15 u/s 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Binder Singh S/o Late Sh. Ratti Ram R/o Vill Jubdidhar PO Dhalli Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 31-05-15 he was going to Longwood in his vehicle No. HP 63B-3100 Alto. At about 06-30 PM when he reached at near Longwood tunnel at the same time one vehicle No. HP 06A-2096 came rashly and negligently and hit his car. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Mayank Sharma S/o Sh. Ramesh Chand Sharma R/o Set No. 25 Shyam building Ruldubhatta Lakkarbazar. The case is being investigated by HC Amar I.O PP Lakkar bazaar PS Sadar.

3.    A Trespass case FIR No. 128/15 has been registered at PS west on 31-05-15 u/s 323,504,451 IPC on the statement of Sh. Inder Singh S/o Late Sh. Het Ram R/o Vill Naniel (Chayali) PO Summehill alleging therein that on 31-05-15 at about 05-30 PM Sh. Surjeet Singh S/o Late Sh. Chet Ram R/o Vill Naniel PO Summerhill trespassed in his premises in drunken condition and beaten him with stick and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Dhani Ram I.O PS West.

Gujandhali PO Tikkar Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP. age 27 years arrested in case FIR No. 43/15 Dt. 31.05.2015 U/S 452,353,332,506,34 IPC PS Rohru sent on Judicial custody by the trial court.
