1. An Accident case FIR No.23/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 19-06-2014 U/S 279,304-A IPC on the statement of Sh. Kamal Sharma S/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O Village Thanoh PO Shaya Chhdron Tehsil Rajgarh,District Sirmour alleging therein that he was going to his home in Pvt. Bus Deepu Coach route Nanah to Kotkhai, on the way at Bagra one Nepali person took the bus for Kokunala. When he alighting at Kokunala  he came down under the rear tyre of the bus. The case is being investigating by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.

    

2. A Fire Case FIR No. 33/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon today i.e. on 20.06.14 U/s 436 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kailash Mehta S/O Sh. Balbir Singh Village Manjwari PO Rohal Teh.Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 19/20.06.14 some unknown person had burnt the temple of Pavasi Devta at Manjwari in which roof, sealing and untentials & other materials of temple brunt. The case is being investigating by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.

    

    

3. A Theft case FIR No 80/14 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. on 20-6-14 U/S 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kapoor R/O Mobile Gallery, Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging therein that on 19-6-14 at about 3.30 PM one person entered in his shop and stolen away one mobile set bearing IMEI No. 911304550938173, 911304551108172 marka K-Touch company. This case is being investigating by LHC Yogeshwari  I/O PP L/Bazar.

    

    

4. During last 24 hours 192 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 15 person's challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 29,500/-.

Crime Report 19 June,2014

1. An Accident case FIR No.21/14 is registered at PS Jubbal today i.e. on 19-06-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the ruka of HC Payre Lal I/O PP Sarswati Nagar, Shimla alleging therein that today on information they went to Thana Kainchi near Hatkoti and found that a Maruti Car No.HP-10A-4388 & M/Cycle A/F collide with each other in the road and three persons injured in this accident. The case is being investigating by HC Payre Lal I/O PP S/Nagar.  

    

2. During last 24 hours 202 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 03 person's challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 36,000/-.

Crime Report 18 June 2014

1. An Accident case FIR No. 25/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 17.06.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Amandeep Singh Bhogal S/o Sh. Malkiyat Singh Bhogal R/o Prem Cottage, Lower Kaithu Shimla alleging therein that he is doing  B. Tech (Mechanical) course from Lovely Professional Institute. On 17.06.2014 at 09:45 AM he was going to Coaching Institute at Sector-I IELTS New Shimla. When he reached near BSNL office curb at New Shimla, at the same time vehicle No. PB-11-BF-8255 (Pick-up) came rashly, hit him and ran away from the spot. In this accident, he got injured. Case is being investigated by P/SI Rajneesh I/O PP New Shimla.

    

2. A Cheating case FIR No. 39/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 17.06.2014 U/S 420 IPC.On 17.06.2014 at about 11:00 AM complaint has  received a call from mobile No. 7063926269, In which the unknown person  told him that the ATM Card is being renewed in next five minutes. After some time  he found debited Rs. 45,000/- from his SBI account. Case is being investigated by ASI Bhupinder Singh, I/O PS Rohru.

An Accident case FIR No. 40/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 17.06.2014 U/S 279 304-A IPC on the rukka of HC Maan Dass No. 81, I/O PP Tikkar alleging therein that on 17.06.2014 one person namely Lekh Raj S/o Sh. Sarju Ram R/o Village- Banatri, PO- Mandhol, Tehsil- Jubbal, Shimla was going from Sharontha to Tikkar by his Maruti Car No. HP-10-1016. When he reached near Bujandli, he lost control from his car and fell down 150 feet from the road and the above person died on the spot.  Case is being investigated by HC Maan Dass, I/O PP Tikkar.

    

4. An Accident case FIR No. 98/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 18.06.2014 U/S 279 337 304-A IPC statement of Sh. Prem Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Krishan Chand R/o Village- Kathiyana, PO- Okhru, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 18.06.2014 at 06:45 PM, he was present in his house and heard a big sound and crying of people from the outside. He went outside and saw that HRTC Bus No. HP-03B-6038 fell down approximately 130/135 feet from the road. In which driver of Bus namely Hans Raj died on the spot and 10 passengers got injured in this accident. Case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath.

    

5. During last 24 hours 227 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 33,200/-.

1. A Theft Case FIR No.87/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 17.06.14 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Sushil Rapta S/O Sh. Ramesh Rapta R/O Village Kurag P.O Makraog Tehsil Chopal A/P Gopal Building Chalaunthi Sanjauli Shimla, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 16.06.14 at about 11.30 PM after proper locking, he parked his Mahindra Balero Camper at Chalaunthi in front of his room and in the morning of 17.06.14 at about 08-00 AM he saw that his vehicle was stolen away by some unknown person during the intervening night of 16/17-6-14. The case is being investigating by HC Lekh Ram I/O P.P Sanjauli.

1. An Concealment of birth by secret disposal of dead body Case FIR No.80/14 is registered at PS Theog on 15.06.2014 U/S 318 IPC on the information of Smt. Bhagti Devi W/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Chhaidhar Ward No.7 Tehsil Theog Shimla, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that one dead body of new born female baby found at Chhaidhar near NH-22. A Theft Case FIR No 76/14 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. on 16.06.14 U/S 379, 34 IPC on the complaint of Mohd Ashruf Kureshi S/O Lt Mohd Aktar Kureshi R/O House No A/2 Idgah Colony, Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging there in that on 14/6/14 a person namely Chayana and his friend Pawan stolen his Goat from Idgah Colony. The Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O P.P L/Bazar .

1. An Accident case FIR No. 94/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. 15.06.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Manvinder Singh @ Manni S/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/o Agar Nagar, 436-B, Building M.L. Sahni, Firojpur Road, Ludhiana, Punjab, age-16 year alleging therein that he is working as cleaner in Truck No. PB-02-AX-7497 and on 15.06.2014, going towards Rampur. He was standing near his Truck at Shoghi, one vehicle No. HP-63-0634(Ikon) came towards Chandigarh with rash driving, hit him and ran away from the spot. He got injury in this leg. Case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS West.

    

2. An Accident case FIR No.86/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on  15.06.2014 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Subash Sharma S/O Sh Ghana Nand Sharma R/O Village Gulthani, PO- Deola, Tehsil- Sunni, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that he is working as a pump helper in IPH at Gumma station. Today on 15.06.2014 he was coming to Shimla alongwith his wife by HRTC Bus No.63-2962. At about 09.15 AM when they reached near Fair Lawn curb, while giving pass to the vehicle coming from Dhalli side, the Bus hit in the rock. In this incident his wife Smt. Manju got head injuries. The Bus is driven by Chet Ram S/O Sh. Narain Chand R/O Patti Jubbar Bag. During treatment in IGMC Shimla, doctor declared her dead. Case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh No.122 I/O P.P Mashobra
