CRIME REPORT 07 NOVEMBER

1.     An Accident Case FIR No. 80/2013 is registered at PS Rohru U/S 279,337.338 IPC on the statement of Sh. Padam Singh S/o Murali Lal VPO Jharag alleging therein that when he was going to Karalash from Rohru in vehicle pick-up No.HP10A-3374 with six persons including with driver Sonu S/o  Man Singh R/o  Cheweri PO Jharag Tehsil and P.S Jubbal was driving the above vehicle in rash and negligent driving in the mean time around about 5 PM  at Kasheni Kainchi driver uncontrolled the vehicle and fell down 400 meters in the Nalla . In this accident  five persons namely Keshev Ram,Kuldeep,Ravinder,Padam, Rishpal were injuried. Case is being investigated by HC Subhash Chand I/O P.S Rohru

2.     During last 24 hours 175 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 07persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 20,100/-.

CRIME REPORT 06 NOVEMBER

1.  An Accident Case FIR No 79/13 is registered at  PS  Rohru  on 05.11.13 U/S 279,337,304 A  IPC on the statement of  Sh  Prithavi Raj S/o Miya Ram R/o Chewani  Po  Lowerkoti Teh Rohru Distt  Shimla, alleging therein that he,   Mahinder Dev and Jai Dev  went Chewani to Nerwa (Chopal) with Barat when they reached near Munchhara  his  Vehicle  fell down 100 feet in to Nalla. During  accident  Mahinder Dev died  and other two person  sustained injured. The case is being investigated by the HC Subash I/O PS Rohru.

2.   A Burglary Case FIR No 55/13 is registered at  PS  New Shimla on 05.11.13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh.Anil Tomer S/o Sh. M.L. Tomer R/o Tomar Villa Below Pollution control Board office Phase-3, New Shimla, alleging therein that on 01.11.13 he went to his village Nahan for celebrating Diwali.  When he came back at Shimla  on 05.11.13 he found that some unknown person broken his main door's Lock and entered into the house and stolen away one Laptop HP, Golden Bangle-2, Gold necklace-1, one pair of ear ring. The total value of stolen property is approximately  Rs.8,000/-.This case is investigated by PSI Rajneesh Thakur I/O PS New Shimla.

3.   A Burglary Case FIR No. 222/13 is registered at PS  West  on 06.11.13 U/S 457,380 IPC  on the statement of Smt. Ram Devi W/o Sh. Kuldeep Sharma  R/o Village  Batol P.O. Rouri  Teh & Distt. Shimla,  A/P  Resident  of Kamla Dutt Building Maury Kufta Shogi alleging therein that  she is  staying five years with her family at the above address . On 05.11.13 she went  to her  Village   Batol. When she came back at  Shogi  on 06.11.13,she  found that some unknown person broken his main door's Lock and entered into the house and stolen away her gold jewelry and Cash Rs, 50000/-  The total value of stolen property is approximately  Rs.65,000. The case  is being investigated by  HC Man Singh  I/O PS West  Shimla.

4.   During last 24 hours 161 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 04 persons were challaned under  COTPA  (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act  2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 15900/-.

CRIME REPORT 05 NOVEMBER

1.   An Accident  Case FIR No. 48/13 is registered at  PS Nerwa on 04.11.13  U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act  on the statement of  Sh Bhopinder Singh S/o Sh Bhagat Ram R/o VPO Bijmal Tehsil Chopal,  alleging  therein that  on  today near about 02:15 PM while he was travelling in vehicle No HP 08C-0647 Pikup towards Shattal from Nerwa  alongwith 10-12 other passengers. When he reached near Shattal Bus Stop around  about 03:30 PM driver of this vehicle Sh Jai Pal S/o Sh Desh Ram R/o  VPO Bijmal Distt Shimla lost his control on his vehicle due to negligent and rash driving. In this accident, No Casualty came in.  The case is being investigated by  ASI Kalyan Singh I/O PS  Nerwa.

2.      An Accident Case FIR No. 46/13  is registered at PS Jubbal  on  05.11.13 U/S 279 on the statement of Sh. Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Bishan Singh R/o Vill. Jakhor P.O Mandal Tehsil &P.S Jubbal U/S 154Cr.P.C ,alleging therein that  today he  alongwith Kamal Kishor S/o Sh. Mohan Lal age 33yrs, Vijender Singh S/o Sh. Maha Nand age 33yrs all  are residents of Vill. Jakhor and Naveen Kumar S/o Sh. Bhagat Chand R/o Vill. Jadhasli  went to join the marriage function of Sh. Anil Kumar R/o vill. Mandhal. After attending the marriage  he and  all friends came back in the Maruti Car No HP 10A-5064 which was driving by Kamal Kishore time about 9:00PM when we reached near Jhaktan driver lost control over the vehicle and fell down 100mtrs from the road . All got injured in the accident and local people carried  him for treatment to CH Rohru. This accident occurred due to negligent of Dvr. Kamal Kishor . The  Case  is being investigated by  HC  Gopal Singh No 85 I/O P.P S/Nagar

3.      A Fire Incident   Case  FIR No. 53/13 is registered at PS Chopal on05.11.13 U/S 285 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mast Ram S/o Shobha Ram R/o Dharchadi PO Malt (Kupvi) Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla A/P Teacher in GSSS Malat alleging therein that  on 04.11.13  at  about 5:45  AM  Nain Singh Chowkidar of GSSS Malat intimate him telephonically that GSSS Malat have got fire last night of  Diwali. Five  Rooms, one hall, box and stock register have got fired in this incident .  The Case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Kupvi.

4.      A Wrongful Restraint  Case FIR NO 170/13 is  registered at PS Rampur  on 05.11.13  U/S 341, 323, 504, 356, 34IPC on the application of Sh. Mohan Chauhan  S/o Late Sh. Inder Singh Chauhan Village and PO Khamadi Distt Shimla, alleging  therein  that on 04.11.13 at about 5.30 PM while he was on way back home, two persons namely Sher Singh and Viju of same village restrained and beat him. They used abusive language & also threatened him with dire consequence. During scuffle he lost his gold chain. The case is being investigated  by  ASI  Hari Singh  IC PP Nankari

5.     An Excise Act.  Case FIR   No 152/13is registered at PS Theog on 04.11.13 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Suneel Kumar  I/O PS  Theog ,alleging therein that on 04.11.13 when he was on patrolling alongwith staff. During patrolling a secret information received that one person namely Rajinder S/o Balak Ram  VPO  Chikhar Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla selling County Liquor in his shop. On the secret information when they raid and recovered 63 bottles of Desi  Marka Nalaghar Nio-1 Orange, 10 bottles English Marka Officer Choice and 8 bottles Beer from Rajinder  Shop without Permit/Licence. The case being investigated by ASI  Suneel  Kumar I/O PS Theog.

6.     An Accident Case FIR No.153/13 is registered at PS Theog on 04.11.13 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of  Sh Balak Ram  S/o Sukru Ram R/o Kairal  P.O Dharampur  Teh Theog  Distt  Shimla, alleging therein that on 04.11.13 when her daughter Satya Devi and Manoj Kumar came back from Nalan Dharampur to Kairal on M/Cycle  No. HR08-7919 when they reached near Kairal and crossed  a  Maruti  Car than Satya Devi fell down from the M/ Cycle and  got sustained injuries. Satya  Devi carried out for  treatment  CH  Theog  and  Dr declared dead.This accident occur due to rash and negligent riding of Manoj Kumar. The case is being investigated by PSI  Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Theog.

7.      A  Riot  Case FIR No 214/13 is registered at Sadar  Shimla  05.11.13 U/S 147,149, 323, 356 IPC on the  Complaint of Sh Rishabh Salhotra S/o Late Sh  Prem Chand Salhotra R/o House No. I . Rajesh Cottage Jakhu Shimla, alleging therein that on 04.11.13 when he and his brother Ishant Salhotra was going to his quarter Jakhu  persons namely Baldev, Kailash, Gopal along with 15/20 persons assaulted them, in which Rishab and Ishant got injured and snatched his bag in which Rs 15000/- Currency note . This Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt  I/O P.P L/Bazar.

8.     A Culpable Homicide not amounting to murder  Case  FIR No. 221/13 is registered at PS West Shimla on 05.11.13 U/S  304,34 IPC on  statement  of Sh Virbhadra Singh S/o Sh Gulab Chand R/o VPO Chansu  Tehsil Sangla District Kinnaur, alleging therein that  on that 29.10.13 he  and his brother  Bhupinder Singh  and  driver  Sant Ram alongwith Truck 407 No.HP-20(T)-7664 was going to Chandigarh when he reached at Shogi around  about  11.30 PM After dinner, he paid  hotel  bills , his brother Bhupinder Singh went out of the hotel .After a while it came running to his  brother  Bhupinder Singh said that the owner dinner in the hotel 's threatening. Sant Ram Sharma was standing outside the hotel. Then his brother  put in Truck and went for Chandigarh. On reaching  Chandigarh  Bhupinder Singh came to his senses when they are not  well conditions  he admitted   to  PGI Chandigarh where its brother Bhupinder Singh died on 02.11.13. The case is being investigated by  ASI  Bhagi Rath  I/O PS West Shimla

1    A Rioting Case  FIR No.219/13 is registered at  PS West  Shimla on 04.11.13 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC on the statement  of Raj Bahadur S/o Sh.  Ram   Bahadur   R/o Verma  Tea Shop President  Bhawan Main Gate  P.O Summerhill  Shimla, alleging therein that  on  03.11.13 at night around 10.15 PM  but it was constantly calling on the  mobile Amardeep, when he picked up the phone and then threatened to kill  Amardeep  and her brother in law and called Summerhill Chowk. In the night when it was sleeping in his house Amardeep and his brother came to the house and began to beat and threatened. The case is being investigated by HC Liaq Ram  No. 124 P I/O PS West Shimla.

2     A Rioting Case FIR No .219/13 is registered at  PS  West  Shimla  on 04.11.13 U/S 147 , 148,149, 323 IPC on statement of Sh. Amar Deep Singh R/o Set No. 1st Floor Dharmani House, Jutogh View Summerhill Shimla-5, alleging  therein that  on 03.11.13 at night  when it's your brother Deepak Dubey to interact  with Raj Bahadur Verma, R/o  Verma  Tea Shop President  Bhawan   Main Gate  P.O Summerhill  Shimla,  Raj Bahadur,  Kewal Singh and  Shamsher Singh  along with  10-15  persons together and its  bloody hands and beaten with iron Rod. Violence is the person above it and  a lot of injuries on the body. The case is being investigated by  PSI Rohit Kumar  I /O P.S.West Shimla.

3.   During last 24 hours 95 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 13 persons were challaned under COTPA  (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act  2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 8600/-

CRIME REPORT 03 NOVEMBER

1.      A Theft  Case FIR No. 168/13  is  registered at PS  Rampur 02.11.13 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Shayam Lal S/o Chura Ram R/o Vill Jubbaru Teshil Kumasin Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  on 31.10.13 at about 7.30PM he was waiting for a auto  in the mean time a young long hair boy came there and stolen away one mobile and 18 thousand from his pocket.  The Case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O PP City.

2.     A Hurt   Case   FIR No.54/13 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on dated 2/11/2013 U/S 325 IPC on the Nakal rapat No.4 & 11 of Police Chowki Lakkar Bazar & complaint of Dr. Vijay Thakur A/P Asst. Prof. IGMC Shimla. Alleging therein that on 02.11.13 at about 9.00 AM  he was going to IGMC in his car. When he reached near Pollution control Board phase-3 New Shimla, he found a Honda Car parked in middle of road he requested to driver to park his vehicle away from road any give him pass. At this the driver of Honda car abusing him and pull him out of car forcibly. In this process he got injury in his left ring Finger. M.O. IGMC Shimla marked his Injury Grievous in nature. This case is investigated by HC Roshan  Lal No..66 I/O PS New Shimla.

3.    An Accident Case FIR No. 169/13 is registered at PS  Rampur on 03.11.13 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Moti Lal S/o Jiwanu Ram R/o Vill Dharja PO Khunni Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla, alleging  therein that on02.11.13at about 10.15AM a HRTC Bus No. HP 06A-7504 crushed is his Aunty near Peojan(Gahan) due to  rash and negligent  driving  by Pawan Kumar driver of the Bus. The Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari .

4.      An Accident Case FIR No 217/13 is registered at PS West on 02.11.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Shyam Lal  S/o Sh.  Devi Saran Vill.  Dhar  P.O. Tutu Teh & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 02.11.13 at about 4  PM  when  he was seated  own cloth shop, a Alto Car  No. HP52A-1113 came  towards from  Defense Chowk to shimla, trapped in the traffic was off the driver back was to begin. Due to which Rama Daily  Needs whose shop with its shop  their niece named Mahi feet got sustained injuries and has also damage his Car. The Case is being investigated by  HC Manoj Kumar  I/O PP

1.   A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No.53/18 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 21.11.13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Lokpal Thakur S/o Sh. Bali Ram Thakur R/o Village Thana P.O Mandel Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla A/P C/o Shubham Niwas Phase-3, New Shimla, alleging therein that Today at about 8.45 AM when he was coming from BCS towards his room phase-3, in his Car No. HP-52B-5000 and when he gave pass to a Spark car. The driver of  Spark  obstructed his way and started beaten him. This case is investigated by HC INDER Singh I/O PS New Shimla.

1.A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No 77/13 is  registered  at  PS Rohru on 31.10.13 U/S 341,506 on the statement of Aman Kumar S/o Sh. Padam Singh R/o Gawana Po Kutara Teh Rohru Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 31.10.13 morning when  he was coming Rohru from his village on his Bike then three persons namely Mohan Lal,Prithaviraj and Desh Raj stopped his way wrongfully and started  to  beaten him. The Case is being investigated by HC Subash  I/O PS Rohru.

2.   An Accident Case FIR No. 216/13 is  registered at  PS West on 01.11.13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Harpal Singh S/o Sh. Rattan Singh  R/o Vill. Dayoli P.O. Baruna  Teh. Nalagarh Distt. Solan  A/P driver  in HRTC Depot No.3 Shimla,  alleging therein that on 31.10.13 at about 4-30 PM  he was going from ISBT Shimla to Mandesar (Kuthar) alongwith Bus No. HP-03B-6042 and when he reached near Jathia Devi one Motor Cycle No.HP-52A-4292 came very rashly in wrong side and hit front tyre of his bus. In this accident Motor cycle rider and one other person got sustained injuries.  The is being investigated by  SI Harish Kumar  I/C PP Jutogh.
