CRIME REPORT 14 OCTOBER

1.   An Accident Case FIR No 159/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 14.10.13 U/S 279, 304A on the statement of Ramdyal Soni S/o Sh Khrusu Ram R/o VPO Delath Teh. Rampur  Distt Shimla ,alleging therein that at on 14.10.13 his son Sanjeev Kumar going to school Delath at about 7.00 AM when he reached near bus stop Delth a Pvt. Bus No. HP63A-3455 hit his son Sanjeev Kumar who has been sent  for MGMSC Kheneri for treatment, but on the way Sanjeev Kumar died . This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by  Binny  R/o Nirath Rampur. The Case is being investigated by ASI Har Singh I/C PP Nankhari.

2.  A Wrongful  Confinement Case FIR No.206/13 is registered at  PS West on 14.10.13 U/S 342 IPC on the statement  of Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Malog P.O. Tara Devi, alleging therein that on 13.10.13 when he was  at his  quarter along with  family, in the mean  time  one person  namely Deepu S/o Late Sh Govind Ram R/o Vill.Kandy came his quarter  and bolt the door  from the out side and  went  away some where. The Case is being investigated by ASI  Kundan Lal I/O PS West Shimla .

3.   An  Accident  Case  FIR  No.140/13 is registered at PS  Theog on 13.10.13 U/S 279,337,304A  IPC on the  the statement of Sh Rajesh Kumar  S/o Sh Om Prakash  R/o village Nehra P.O. Jaish  Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  he is working  in  Daba at Khol Gali. On13.10.13 at    7-30 PM one Scorpio  No. HP03D- 2070 came from Chhailla towards Theog and fell down near daba Kholgali about 250 fit from the road.In this  vehicle 7 persons were sitting along with driver Three persons had died on the spot along with driver and other persons got sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by Dinesh Kumar.  The Case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Theog Shimla.

4.      During last 24 hours  145  vehicles were challaned  by shimla  police under MV Act. ,08 persons were challaned  under COTPA (Cigarette & other Tobacco act 2005). & 03 Challaned under Police Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challans  are  Rs 32,800/-

CRIME REPORT 13 OCTOBER

 

1.  A Theft Case FIR No.176/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 13.10.13 U/S 379 IPC  on the complaint of Contractor Sh. Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Daya Nand Sharma R/o Village Bihar Khlowa P.O Rajana Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that  he is working as contractor and award H.P.P.W.D tiring works near Dawaru. Some unknown culprits stolen away his 20 drums of Charcoal from working place. The case is being investigated by HC Prem Singh No.101 I/O P.P Junga P.S. Dhalli.

2.    AN Accident  Case FIR No  51/13  registered at PS Jhakri on 13.10.13 U/S 279,337 ,304A  IPC on the  statement of  ASI  Bhoop Singh I/C PP Jeori , alleging   therein that at intervening night one Bolero Pikup  No. HP25A-1823 came  from  Pangi Kalp to Matiyana met worth an accident and fell down about 70 mt. from the road . In this accident two persons  died  on the  spot alongwith driver   and  one child namely  Anish got sustained injuries. This accident due to rash and negligent driving of Ashish Kumar driver. The Case is being investigated b y ASI Bhoop Singh I/C PP Jeori.

3.     During last 24 hours 120 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 05 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 19,500/-

CRIME REPORT 12 OCTOBER

1            An Accident  Case FIR No.139/13 is registered at PS  Theog on 12-10-13 U/S 279,337,304 IPC on the  the statement of Sh Shayam  Singh  S/o Hari Dutt R/o Village Bhalech P.O. Sarevan Tehsil  Theog distt Shimla, alleging therein that  on 12-10-13 at 11-30 AM one Scooter No HP09A-0389 came from Theog  towards Sandhu rash and negligent driving.  Two person sitting on the scooter. Rider of scooter fall down in the road  about 120 fit near Sarevan mode . One Person  namely Aryen S/o Sh. Som Dutt  died on spot and rider Som Dutt S/o Sh. Ram Dayal village Bhangadi P.O. Chokar Tehsil Sangrah distt. Sirmour injured this accident.  The Case is being investigated by  ASI  Joginder Sing  I/O  PS Theog .

2                   During last 24 hours 185 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act  &  05  persons were challaned  under COTPA ( Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005 ). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV Act &  COTPA  is  Rs. 27,200/-

CRIME REPORT 11 OCTOBER

1.      An Excise Case FIR No. 158/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 10-10-13 U/S  39  HP Ex. Act on the report of ASI Hari Singh I/C P.P. Nankhari that during patrolling alongwith staff near village Jawalda he recovered 5 boxes of Royal Stage, 7 boxes of Beer Hunter and one box of country liquor from the possession of Slochan Chauhan S/o Sh. Gopal Chauhan R/o Talai, PO Nogali, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla from his vehicle Jeep No HP-27A-0813.

2.      A Gambling Case FIR No. 95/13 is registered at PS East on 11-10-13 U/S 3/4 Gambling Act. 1867, on the report HC Harish Garg, I/O PS East that during patrolling along with staff towards Panthaghati , he received a secret information that some persons playing gambling (card)in the Rajan building Panthaghati. On this information police party rushed to the spot and found that six persons playing cards and recovered Rs.9270/- from their possession. The case is being investigating by HC Harish Garg, I/O PS East.

3.      A Gambling Case FIR No. 204/13 is registered at PS West on 10-10-13 U/S 13 Gambling Act on the report of HC Man Singh, I/O PS West that during patrolling alongwith staff towards Govt. Printing Press  Jungle four persons playing cards and recovered Rs. 10,100/- from their possession. The case is being investigated by  HC Man Singh  I/O PS  West Shimla.

4.     A Mischief by Fire or Explosive Case FIR No. 70/13 is registered at PS Rohru on 11-10-13 U/S 435 IPC on the application  of  Sant Ram  Sharma S/o Sh. Miya Ram Sharma R/o Mehra, PO Kansakoti, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on intervening  night 10/11-10-13 some unknown person has put on blaze his son's motorcycle No. RJ19-18m-0953 which was parked at Samoli village. Motorcycle on the spot is totally loss condition. The case is being investigated by HC Subhash Chand I/O PS Rohru.

5.      An Accident  Case FIR No. 47/13 is registered at PS Nerwa. U/S 279, 337 at PS Nerwa on the statement of Sh. Rajat Kumar S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o Vill. Hira, PO Tikari, Teh. Chopal , Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that while he was travelling from his village Hira to Nerwa in vehicle Bolero Camper  bearing No. HP-09A-0557 met in accident due to over speed of vehicle. In this accident 13 persons were sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj, I/O PS Nerwa.

6.     During last 24 hours 259 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act,  15 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 30,200/-.

CRIME REPORT 10 OCTOBER

1.      An Accident Case FIR No.173/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 09-10-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhed Ram S/o Late Sh. Bhawani Ram R/o Harnot Niwas Cemetery Sanjauli, alleging therein that  he parked his vehicle Maruti Car bearing No.HP-03C-2826 at Bhattakufar, at about 1.45 AM one Sh. Lalit Kumar informed him through telephonically that a Truck bearing  No. HR67-4827 which was loaded with apple boxes and was going from Dhalli to Malyana side has hit his Car and also damaged the vehicle Nos. HR67A-0524, Truck No.HP09A-3809, Utility HP63B-0696, Maruti Estilo Car HP62A-0793. Truck driver Pradeep Kumar and another person sitting in the Truck namely Satish Kumar has received injuries.  Above  accident  occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Truck driver Pradeep Kumar.  The Case is being investigated by HC Ram Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

2.      An Accident  Case FIR No.111/13 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 09-10-2013 U/S 279,427 IPC & 187MV Act on the report of HC Ram Sain, I/O PS K/sain that Truck No. HP-12D-8099 fell down upon the shed of Kanshi Ram at Dinga Dhar. During inspection of spot the driver & conductor of vehicle are run away from the spot. Above accident occurred  due to rash and negligent driving  by Truck driver . The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain, I/O PP K/sain.

3.      An Accident case FIR No. 69/13 is registered at PS Rohru on 10-10-2013 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V.Act  on the statement of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Surat Ram R/o Patsari, PO Hatkoti, Teh. Rohru, Distt Shimla, alleging therein  that while he was going to Rohru on his motorcycle alongwith his friend Sandeep, when they reached near Patsari petrol pump a pickup came in full speed and hit his motorcycle and ran away. Due to which  he & his friend Sandeep sustained injuries. He was not able to read the No. of vehicle. The case is being investigated by  HC Subhash Chand I/O PS Rohru.

4.     A Theft case FIR No. 192/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 09-10-13 U/S 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Chandel Advocate Aroma Hotel Top Floor Below High Court Shimla,   alleging therein that  unknown person broken the lock of his office and stolen his computer alongwith TFT make SAMSUNG . The Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh  Kumar  I/O P.S Sadar.

5.    During last 24 hours 235 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act,  10 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 42,600/-.

CRIME REPORT 09 OCTOBER

1.     An Accident Case FIR No. 191/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 08-10-13 U/S 279 IPC & 187MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Dharminder Kumar S/o Sh. Puran Chand R/o Vill. Guzroghat, PO Jassal, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi A/P Lata Niwas Chalounthi Sanjauli Shimla, alleging therein that on 8-10-13 at 8.30 PM while he had gone Lakkar Bazar to Old ISBT Shimla when he reached near Khulamore, suddenly driver of Alto Car bearing No. HP28- 5157 came very rashly from front side and hit his Alto Car bearing No. HP-01A- 4086 and the driver ran away alongwith vehicle from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Rajpal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla.

2.      An Accident Case FIR No. 200/13  is  registered at PS West on 09-10-13 U/S 279, 223 IPC on the statement of Ajay Sharma S/o Sh. Jagdish Sharma R/o Vill. Neengan, PO & Teh. Sunni, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 9-10-13 at       9-00AM when he was going to Bhathakufar from Totu by Private Bus near RTO Office he saw that a girl fell down on road side and blood flowing from her head and she was unconscious. Some unknown vehicle hit her. The case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram, I/O PS West.

3.      A Accident  Case FIR No.172/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 09-10-2013 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Braham Dev S/o Sh. Khushi Lal R/o Diswani, PO Kaloti, Tehsil Chirgoan, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he was going to Parwanoo to sale out 300 apple boxes in a truck No. PB32-8307. When the Truck reached at Sanjauli near Megha Sweet Shop  and fell down on the road and also hit Pickup bearing No. HP63-3073.  This  incident  due to rash and negligent driving  of  driver  Santosh Kumar. The case is being investigated by HC Lekh Ram, I/O PP Sanjauli.

4.      A Criminal Breach of Trust Case F.I.R No 190/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 08-10-13 U/S 407 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Sood S/o Lt. Sh. Roshan Lal Sood R/o Sood Niketan Swastik Marg Lower Long Wood Shimla, alleging therein that he is running a shop of medicine at Lower Bazar Shimla, he engaged Tek Chand R/o Joshi Bhawan near Apsra Hotel Cart Road Shimla since last 20/22 years as a servant. During the month of June 2013 Tek Chand sent to collect the money from Upper Shimla area. He collected  Rs. 8,37,485 from various parties but he did not deposit the above said amount and he absconded since June 2013. The case is being investigated by HC Surinder Kumar I/O PS Sadar.

5.      A Theft Case FIR No. 49/13 is registered at PS Jhakari on 08-10-13 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Charan Singh S/o Sh. Inder Lal R/o VPO Kartot, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that his M/Cycle Hero Honda No. HP-06A-2944 has been stolen on 4-10-13 from his Home Premises by a person namely Anwar Ansari S/o Abdul Rashid R/o Bhawanipur, Thana Sikta, Distt. Bateiya (Bihar), who was working since 4-5 years at Gaura, Batali & Kartot. The case is being investigated by HC Noop Ram, I/O PS Jhakari,

CRIME REPORT 08 OCTOBER

1.      A Cheating Case FIR No. 137/13 is registered at P.S. Theog on  08-10-13 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal Azad R/o Urmila  Niwas near Court Complex Theog, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that he is  a saving account in State Bank Branch Theog, its account number is 11293440648. On 26-09-13 Rs. 1,45,081.64 in his account & he withdrawal Rs. 2500. On 30-09-13 he checked his account No., he saw that some unknown person withdrawal Rs. 80,000/- from his account. The case is being investigated by PSI Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PS Theog.

2.      A Burglary Case FIR No. 68/13 is registered at P.S. Rohru on 08-10-13 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Gudhrumal R/o Sharmali, PO Sungri, Teh. Rohru, Distt. Shimla A/P Bhandari of   Devta Sai Mangradu at Sharmali (Rohru), alleging therein that on the intervening night of 7/8-10-13 some unknown  person  broken  the  lock of temple and stolen away  Gold and Silver Ornaments.Total stolen property is worth rupees is one lac twenty five thousand  (1,25000/-) only.  The case is being investigated by PSI Rajnish Thakur I/O PS Rohru.
