1. An Accident Case FIR No. 03/14 is registered PS West Shimla on 11.01.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Swaran Singh R/o Vill. Kalelu P.O. Galoti Tehsil Kundian Distt. Kangra A/P Driver Bus No. HP63-3161 HRTC Unit-II Shimla, alleging therein that on 11.01.14 he came from Shaltu to Shimla at about 6-00 AM and when he reached near power house Totu about 7-30 AM Bus No. HPA-2626 Pvt. coming from Shimla very rashly and hit his Bus. In this accident he got injuries. The Case is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar I/O PP Jutogh.
2. An Accident Case FIR No.2/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 11.01.14 U/S 279, 304A IPC on statement of Sh Devi Ram S/o Late Sh. Kamnu Ram R/O Kemali P.O. Kanda Sub Tehsil Kupvi, alleging therein that on 10.01.14 at about 4.3.0 PM he heared a sound vehicle fell down. A vehicle No. HP08A-1243 Alto Car driven by Guman Singh S/o Sh Agni Ram R/o Sarvateli P.O Kanda Panaha were fell down about 300 mtrs from the road . In this accident above person died due rash and negligence driving. The Case is being investigated by HC Sohan Singh I/O PP Kupvi.
3. An Obstruction in public way Case FIR No. 1/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 11.01.14 U/S 283 IPC on the rukka of HC Gian Singh No.214 I/O PS Chopal , alleging therein that at about 11 AM when he along with staff on patrolling one person namely Sanjay Kumar S/o Late Sh. Ashraffi Lal R/O Chopal A/P Shopkeeper , he spread vegetables in the bazaar and Due to this obstruction public facing problems. The case is being investigated by HC. Gian Singh PS Chopal.
4. During last 24 hours 159 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act , 01 Challaned under Mining Act. and 10 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 30,800/-
