CRIME REPORT 21 FEBRUARY

1. A Personating a Public Servant Case FIR No. 26/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 20.02.14 U/S 170 IPC on the statement of Sh. Narinder Thakur, Proprietor Patanjli Chikitsalaya, BM Chamber near Goyal Painting Press Middle Bazar, Shimla, alleging therein that  on 18-2-14 at 1.15PM he received a call from Mobile No. 083758-12237 and said that he is a Police Officer in Delhi and Delhi High Court issued a non bailable warrant in his name regarding land sale, purchase and bank load. He is coming to Shimla alongwith his team to took him to Delhi, but complainant alleging that he has no dealing and transaction AT Delhi any kind of underhand deals. The Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PS West.

2. A Cheating Case FIR No. 19/14 is registered at PS East on 20.02.14 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Narender Rathor S/o Sh. Sukh Dayal R/o Q. No. 36 Banmore, Shimla, alleging therein that on 4.2.14 in the evening he was watching day & night programme titled Chera Pachano. He send a sms reply on the number, which was flashing on the TV screen. Next day he receiving a call & told him that he won a Tata Safari Car in the programme Chera Pachano & told him to deposit 12,000 in the Account No. 33179379409 of B.S. Chauhan. He deposited 12,000 in the above number.  The Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PS West.

3. During last 24 hours 196 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 05 persons were challaned under Smoking Act The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 26,000/-.
