CRIME REPORT 17 FEBRUARY

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 15/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 17.02.14 U/S 279, 337 IPC Act on the statement of Sh. Pritam Singh S/o Sh. Hira Lal R/o Vill. Averi, PO Nogli, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 16-2-14 a vehicle Bolero Camper No. HP49-0964 met with an accident near Bazirbawali to rash and negligent driving by Surinder Singh S/o Sh. Nirbhaya Singh R/o Vill. Danawali, Distt. Roop Nagar, Punjab.  The Case is being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar, I/O PS Rampur.

2. A Burglary Case FIR No. 31/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 16.02.14 U/S 457, 380 IPC Act on the complaint of Sh. Hemant Singh, alleging therein that on 16-2-14 at about 10.00AM when the Pujari of temple Sh. Attma Ram entered in the temple, he found that the main door of the temple has broken by some unknown person and stolen away 4 idols. The total value of stolen property 4 to 5 lac. The Case is being investigated by ASI Baldev Singh, I/C PP Junga.

3. A Burglary Case FIR No. 09/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 17.02.14 U/S 457, 380 IPC Act on the complaint of Sh. Manender Singh S/o Sh. Prabhu Dayal R/o Vill. Joel PA Kayari, Teh. Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that during intervening night 5/6-2-14 some unknown persons has stolen away Python Granutes 50kg drum, Kanchi Flora make Bazzling white, sand papers, past, drat, brush, fevicol etc.from his shop at Halai Bawo (Kiari). The total value of stolen property is Rs. 40,000/-. The Case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal, I/O PS Kotkhai.

4. During last 24 hours 52 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 8,100/-.
