CRIME REPORT ON 19.11.2019

1.   A GAMBLING: Case FIR No.163/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 19.11.2019 U/S 3 4 Gambling Act on the ruka of HC Mohinder I/O PS Rampur alleged therein that on 19.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near Taklech, then they caught seven persons by playing gamble with cards and recovered Rs, 37,400/-on the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Mohinder I/O PP Taklech.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 108/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai  on 18.11.2019 U/S 279 304A IPC on the ruka of SI/SHO Laiq Ram PS Kotkhai, Distt Shimla alleged therein that vehicle no HP10B 4510 met with an accident near apple crown Hotel Kotkhai, in which two persons namely Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh Parkash Chauhan R/O Village Haunchali PO Gaonsari, Tehsil Chirgaon and Naveen Nepali died on spot. Case is being investigating by SI/SHO PS Kotkhai.

Crime Report on, 18 November 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 109/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 18.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Dhani Ram S/o Sh Diwan Chand R/o village Pogali P/o Seri Bungalow Tehsil Karsog District Mandi Himachal Pradesh alleged therein that today on 18.11.2019 a vehicle No. 27A 1829 swift desire hit his friend namely Anil Chauhan at Singapore and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupender I/o PP Sainj.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 239/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 17.11.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Krishan Lal I/o PS Sadar alleged therein that on 17.11.2019 during patrolling at Lalpani along with staff he recovered  24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Lakhvinder Singh S/o Sh Gulzar R/o VPO Ladewali Tehsil & District Jalander A/P Labour Hostel Krishna Nagar Shimla . The case is being investigated by SI Krishan Lal I/o PS Sadar

3. During last 24 hours 20 Challaned without seat belt, nil challan drunken driving, 08 without helmet, 09 without Driving License, 03 using mobile phone, 14 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

CRIME REPORT ON 17.11.2019

 

 

1. ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 69/19 Dt. 17.11.19 U/S 20-61-85  ND & PS Act has been registered at PS Nerwa Shimla on the ruka of SHO himself alleged therein that on 16.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Fidzpul then they intercepted a person namely Pawan Singh Pal S/O, Sh Attar Singh R/O VPO Dharamawala, PS Vikasnagar, District Dehradun UK, age-42 years and recovered 92 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigating by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Nerwa.

2. ACCIDENT CASE: Case FIR No.162/19 dated 16-11-19 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the ruka of ASI Ten Singh I/C PP Taklech alleging therein that on 16.11.2019 at about 6:15 PM,  M/Car No HP63A-0926 met with an accident near Khanotu due to rash and negligent driving of car driver Vijay Sharma @ Kushal. In this accident three persons sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by ASI Ten Singh I/C PP Taklech.

3.  ACCIDENT CASE: Case FIR No.108/19 dated 16-11-19 U/S 279 337 304A IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the statement of Sh. Bahadur Singh S/O Sh. Gopi Chand R/O VPO Luhari,Tehsil Aanni, District Kullu alleging therein that on 16.11.2019 at about 12.55 PM, vehicle No HP25A-0529 met with an accident near NH-05 due to rash and negligent driving of car driver Sanjay Raj S/O Lt Sh Yudhishthar Raj R/O VPO & Tehsil Kalpa, District Kinnaur. In this accident one person died and three other sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Bhupender Singh I/O PP Sainj.

Crime Report on, 16 November 2019

1.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 56/19 has been registered at PS Sunni on 15.11.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Rajvindr Singh I/o PS Sunni alleged therein that on 15.11.2019 during patrolling duty at Nagare ki Jaan he recovered 12 bottles from the possession of Puran Chand S/o Sh Jeet Ram R/o village Pandohi P/o Sainj Tehsil Sunni Disrict Shimla. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Sunni.

2.   CAUSING GRIEVOUS HURT: Case FIR No.144/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 15.11.2019  U/S 323,325 IPC on the  complaint of Sh. Lokinder Singh S/O Sh. Sawari Lal R/O Dunda PO Summerkot, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla HP alleged therein that on 14.11.2019 he was playing DJ in marriage at Jaunli. When he was playing songs on which people were dancing there, suddenly a person namely Ajay Kumar came there and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Davinder I/o Rohru.

Crime Report on, 15 November 2019

1.    A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR NO 160/19 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 15.11.2019 U/S 3,4 of Public Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Dev Raj alleged therein that on 15.11.2019 during patrolling near village Kandi along with staff he found seven persons were playing cards on bet and recovered Rs. 73,000/-  with 52 Playing Cards from them. The Case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj I/O PS Rampur.

2.    A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 161/19 has been registered at PS Rampur  15.11.2019 U/S 3,4 of Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Dola  Ram alleged therein that on 15.11.2019 during patrolling near Hotel High Way Home along with staff he found seven persons were playing cards on bet and recovered Rs. 18,300/-  with 52 playing cards from them. The case is being investigated by HC Dola Ram PS Rampur.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 197/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 14.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Sudesh Kumar alleged therein that on 14.11.2019  a Truck No. HR 56A 9764 Filled with gas cylinders met with an accident at Jais Ghati in which driver Sanjeev Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sudesh Kumar I/O PS Theog.

4.    AN ACCIDENT. Case FIR No. 127/19 has been registered at PS East on 14.11.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC in which complainant alleged that on 14.11.2019 a vehicle No. HP 01 6830 crushed her child beneath the tyres of above vehicle due to which her child died on the spot. The case is being investigated by I/O PS East.

CRIME REPORT ON 14.11.2019

1.   A GAMBLING: Case FIR No.156/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.11.2019 U/S 3 4 Gambling Act on the ruka of HC Jaswant Gupta I/O PS Rampur alleged therein that on 13.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near Tonseri then they caught six persons by playing gamble with cards and recovered Rs, 87,100/- on the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Jaswant  I/O PS Rampur.

2.   AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 107/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 13.11.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Jagdish Kumar S/O Sh Chetan Kumar VPO Todsa Teh Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleged therein that vehicle no HP09C 4955 driven by Ashok collided with his vehicle No-HO02A-0776 in which driver Ashok sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Sunil  I/O PS Kotkhai.

1.   A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No 157/19 has been registered at PS Rampur 13.11.2019 U/S 13 of Public Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Parshotam Chand alleged therein that on 13.11.2019 at about 2:00 am during patrolling near Petrol pump Khaneri he found six persons were playing Card on bet and recovered Rs. 97,300/- with 52 Playing Card from them. The Case is being investigating by ASI  Parshotam Chand I/O PS Rampur.

2.   A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No.106/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 12.11.2019 U/S 3,4 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Manoj Kumar I/o PS Jhakri   alleged therein that on 12.11.2019 during patrolling at Bobi Bazar he found six persons were playing card on bet & recovered Rs.1,01,700/- with 52 playing cards from them. The case is being investigated by HC Manoj Kumar I/o PS Jhakri
