Crime Report on June 26, 2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 135/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 25.06.2016 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Hans Raj, I/C PP Nankhari alleging therein that stated therein that on 25.06.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling at Nagadhar. On the secret information he recovered 41 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh. Kishori Lal S/o Sh. Jia Lal R/o Village Taprog, PO Khunni, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Hans Raj, I/C PP Nankhari.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 108/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 26.06.2016 U/S 279 337 304A IPC  on the statement of Sh. Anand Kishore S/o Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Vilalge Gawai, PO Kupvi, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, age 23 years stated therein that on 26.06.2016, in the morning he alongwith his father Sh. Laiq Ram, Mother Smt. Kewla Devi & his uncle Dula Ram were going towards Khadapathar in Alto Car No. HP-52A-8940. When they reached at Chhaila Bypass near  Verma Crusher, above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down 600 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Laiq Ram. In this accident two persons namely Dula Ram S/o Sh. Thadu Ram and Smt. Kewla Devi W/o Sh. Laiq Ram died on the spot and another two sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam, I/O PS Theog.

3. A Trespass & Unlawful Gathering case FIR No. 153/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.06.2016 U/S 451 143 188 IPC on the application of Sh. Karanveer S/o Sh. Ravi Dev A/P GM in Marigold Sarovar Portico, Mashobra, Shimla alleging therein that Ld. Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.-V Shimla has restricted the dharna/demonstration within the radius from the boundary and Main gate of Marigold Sarovar Portico in case Marigold Sarovar Portico Vs. Rakesh Kaith & others. But the following  workers   namely Rakesh Kaith, Mohar Singh, Praveen Kumar Sharma, Kamal Dev Sharma, Pavinder Kumar, Rajveer Singh, Pavinder Kumar, Shiv Parmar, Pushpender Kumar, Jeet Singh, Deep Ram, Chatar Singh, Pankaj, Sanjay Kumar Joginder Singh, Dharam Singh Verma, Madan Lal, Naresh, Raju, Khem Raj, Suresh, Devi Ram, Puran Chand, Deepak Kumar, Diwan Singh, Sunil Dutt affiliated with CITU/DYFI have hold dharna/ demonstration on 10.06.2016, 22.06.2016 and 24.06.2016 in the entrance of reception of Marigold Sarovar Portico and disobey the order passed by the Ld. Court. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra.

4. A Rioting case FIR No. 69/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 25.06.2016 U/S 147,148,323,427 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Narender Kumar Budda S/o Sh Karan Budda R/o Bashaki PO Lachmipur Tehsil & P.S Mohindernager Distt Kanchan Pur Anchal Mahakali Nepal A/P Running a Dhaba at Jabali NH-5 alleging therein that on 24.06.2016 at about 04-30AM, seven persons have visited at his dhaba and after taking meal all persons have started quarrelling with him for the payment and beaten him alongwith his family members & servants, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated By ASI Hans Raj I/O PS Kumarsain.

5. A Wrongful Confinement case FIR No 70/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 25.06.2016 U/S 342,323,506,34 IPC has been registered on the application of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Gian Singh R/o Village Tikkar( Rahighat) PO & Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 25.06.2016 he alongwith his friends were going to Kinnaur from Theog. They stopped near Jabali Dhaba for taking tea. After tea, owner of dhaba quarreled with them on the payment issue. He pushed him inside the Dhaba, closed the shutter & confined them in the dhaba and beaten brutally, caused sustained injuries to his friend. The case is being investigated by LHC Sita, I/O PS Kumarsain.

6. A Telegraph Act case FIR No 71/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 25.06.2016 U/S 379 IPC & 25 I.T. Act 1885 on the statement of Sh. Sher Singh S/o Sh. Girja Nand R/O Vill. Bhara PO & Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla stated therein that 0n 25.08.2016 at about 08-00PM he was going to evening walk on NH-5. When he reached near Radha swami Satsang Bhawan & caught red handed one Nepali person namely Hari Bahadur S/o Sh. Ram Bahadur R/o Vill Nafha PO Areabhag Tehsil Libang Distt Rolpa Anchal Rapati Age 40 years, while he was cutting the BSNL cable wire with hexa blade. 25 feet cable wire and hexa Blade recovered from the possession of above nepali. Accused has been arrested and the case is being investigated By HC Ram Sain, I/O PS Kumarsain.

7. During last 24 hours 968 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 661 & fine realized Rs. 1,87,300/- and 103 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs 12,400/-

1. On 25.06.2016 An unidentified male deadbody, age about 20-25 years, Hight-5'5",  wearing gray colour lower with red Strips, Blue Check Shirt,  Half Sleeve Sweater   recovered from Pabbar River near village Sandor. The deadbody has been kept in mortuary at CH Rohru for identification.   

2. Deceased Biru S/o Sh. Padam Shahi R/o Village & PO Baraban, Tehsil Dassera, Nepal, age 21 years, working as domestic servant C/o Sh. Laiq Ram Sisodia R/o Kutangan PO Tharoch, Shimla has been died while fishing in Shila Khad near Bharanu with electric wire. After conducted his postmortem at CHC Nerwa, his deadbody handed over to his family members for cremation.

Crime Report on June 25, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No 133/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 25.06.2016 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of  Sh  Lucky Sharma S/O Sh.Goverdhan Singh Sharma Vill. Tutu PO Delath Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP that  on dated 24/06/16 he along with his family were  going to home at Tutu in his vehcile no.HP06A-7067 Swift Dzire [.] At about 7.40 pm when they reached near Banoda Kainchi  Tipper No.HP62A-2157 (TATA 1618C) hit his car [.] This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of tipper driver Shyam Nepali [.] Case is being investigating by HC Chhotu Ram I/O PP Nankhari.

2. A Forest Act case FIR No 42/16 has been regiatered at PS Sunni on 24.06.2016 U/S 379, 37 IPC 41,42 IF Act 18,20 HP Forest Product Transit Land Route and Rules 2013  on the rukka of SI/SHO Tavender Singh alleging therein that on 24.06.2016 when he was on patrolling /traffic duty along with staff, they intercepted  a vehicle No HP 31 A 4182 and recovered 115 bags of forest property Taxus  Baccata (Rakhal) from inside the vehicle and arrested two persons namely Tula Ram S/o Sh Hari Singh and Balak Ram S/o Sh Surat Ram. The case is being investigated by  SI/SHO Tavender

A burglary case FIR No 104/2016 has been registered at PS Theog on 24.06.2016  U/S 454,380 IPC on the statement of  Smt Krishana Devi W/o Sh Prem Kumar village Paren P/o Fagu Tehsil Theog alleging therein that on 24.06.2016 some unknown person stolen away  Rs 35000, one gold chain and two gold ear pins from her house. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh I/C PP Fagu.

A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 105/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 24.06.2016 U/S 341, 323 IPC on the statement of Rama Nand S/o Sh Hari Das village Tiyali P/o Tiyali Tehsil Theog alleging therein that on 24.06.2016 a person namely Ajay (Kaku) restraint him and beaten him brutally.The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh I/O PP Fagu.

6. A Cheating case FIR No 31/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 25.06.2016 u/s 406,415,420 read with section 120(B) IPC on the complainant of Sh Bal Krishan Rawat S/o Lt. Sh. Kewal Ram R/o Village Khauni, PO Hatkoti, Tehsil Jubbal, Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that two persons namely Sh. Beli Ram Rawat S/O Sh. Panna Dass R/O Vill. Kotru PO Karasa Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla HP and Sh. Mehender Singh S/O Lt. Sh. Masadi Ram R/O Village Mandharli PO Karasa Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla approached him to give him Rs. 10 Lacks to help his relative financially and promised him  to return back the same within two months but they did not returned this money to him and both persons  intentionally cheated the him .The case is being  investigated by SI Sunder Singh I/C  PP S/Nagar.

7. A Cheating case FIR No 32/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 25.06.2016 u/s 406,420,467,468,471,&120-B IPC   on the complainant Sh Durga singh son of Late Sh Nazar Lal  R/O Village & P.O Bholar ,Tehsil Jubbal ,Distt.Shimla alleging therein that  Sh Parveen Gautam S/o  of Sh  Satya Naryan Prop of Balla Jee Khadi House /Bhandar Upper Bazaar Rohru , Distt Shimla, and  Sh Radha Krishan  S/o Sh Chandu R/o village Karalash P/o Kansa Koti Tehsil Rohru Distt  Shimla  approach the complainant  at Hatkoti and induced to lend him Rs 3,50,000 (Rupees three lacks fifty thousand only) as the accused was in urgent need of money for some business purpose but the both persons deliberately  and  fraudulent cheated the complainant  and give fraud cheque. The case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh I/O  PP S/Nagar.

8. An Accident case FIR No 59/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 25.06.2016 on 25.06.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Raji Ram S/o Sh. Hukami Chand R/o village Koyala P/o Ranol Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla HP age-39yrs A/P C/o Sh. Tak Singh Mehta Building Samala Tehsil Rohru stated therein that today on 25.06.2016 at about 8 AM when he was coming from his quarter towards his Daba. When he reached at bus stand Rohru suddenly A HRTC bus No. Hp10a-7485 came from samala side rashly and hit him of bus crushed his right foot. This incident took place due to rash and negligent driving of HRTC bus driver Ram Pal. The  case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh I/C PP City Rohru.

1. Danger or obstruction in public way or line of navigation case FIR No. 162/16 has been registered at PS West on 22.06.2016 U/S 336,283,34 IPC on the rukka of HC Narinder Kumar I/O PS West alleging therein that he was on patrolling duty towards New ISBT from Tutikandi bifurcation  along with staff . When they reached near ISBT they saw that traffic was running very slow due to digging both sides of the road by constctor namely Rajneesh S/o Sh KK Verma R/o KK House Dhingu Dhar Shimla under the supervision of officers of PWD department. Due to this negligent work PWD Department creating danger to human life. The case is being investigated by HC Narinder I/O PS West.

4. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 41/16 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 23.06.2016 U/S 341,323 IPC on the application of Smt. Vesaru Devi W/o Late Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village Ksah, PO Bamta, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla alleging therein that today Smt. Mastu Devi obstructed  her way and beaten her brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh I/O PS Chopal.

5. A  Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 131/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 23.06.2016 U/S  341,323,504 IPC on the statement of Sh. Goverdhan  S/o Lt. Sh. Dewaki Ram Vill. Taprog PO Khuni S/T Nankhari Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 22-06-2016 at about 09.00PM  when  he was going towards home, on the way one person namely Raju S/O Sh. Deep Ram R/O Taprog obstructed his way, abused him and beaten him brutally.  The case is being investigated by HC Chhotu Ram, I/O PP Nankhari.

An Accident case FIR No 40/16 has been registered at PS Suni today on 23.06.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC On the statement of Sh Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Tek Chand R/o village Dumehar P/o Kadhar Ghat Tehsil Sunni Sistt Shimla alleging therein that today on 23.06.2016 a vehicle No HP 09C 1461 met with an accident near Kadhar Ghat in which one person namely Mahender S/o Sh Bal Krishan R/o village Sanahu tehsli Sunni Distt Shimla sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakesh I/o Ps Sunni.

Nichali Bathed PS Barmana Tehsil and Distt Bilaspur 32 years and (4) Sanjeev Sumar @ Sanju S/o Sh Dhani Ram R/o village Bhatoli P.O. Jukhala PS Barmana Tehsil Sadar Distt Bilaspur. 43 years have been arrested in Case FIR No. 132/16 U/S 302,382,34 IPC at PS West. 1. An Excise Act case FIR No  34/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on  21.06.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act  has been registered on the ruka of ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chiirgaon alleging therein that  on 21.06.2016 he recovered 08 bottles of  country liquor marka Sirmour orange from the possession of Sher Bhadur S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Hotel/Ghaba Kuradigarh Tehsil Chirgaon Distt shimla. The case is being investigated by Asi Kuldeep Kumar .1 I/O PS Chirgao.
2. A Trespass  case FIR No 48/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 21.06.2016  U/S 342 451,506 34 IPC on the complaint of Smt Jarian W/o Sh Gulzar R/o Village Humtu P/o Shalabag Teshil Rampur alleging therein that  four persons namely Suleiman, Savar Ali, Golu and Smt Babli trespassed her house premises and wrongfully stop her huaband .They also threatened her husband with dire consequences. The case is being investigated By HC Dola Ram no 55 I/O PP Sarhan.
