Crime Report on February 18,2016

  1. AnND&PS Act Case FIR No 33/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 18.02.2016 U/S 18-61-85 ND & PS Act on the Rukka of ASI Paramjeet Singh I/O P.S Sadar Shimla alleging there in that on 18.02.2016 at about 1:00 PM during patrolling duty he along with staff recovered 6 gram Opium from the possession of Inder Singh S/o Sh Sadhu Ram R/O Vill. Anand Kot PS Chasana Katra Distt Udhampur J &K age 34 years A/P Thakur Niwas Near PNB Bank Chaili Summer Hill Shimla . The case is investigated by ASI Paramjeet Singh  I/O PS Sadar .
  2. An ND&PS case FIR No. 12/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 17.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Munish Raj, SHO PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 17.02.2016 at about 05-45 PM during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Kirpa Ram S/o Sh. Govind Singh R/o Village Dhak, PO Masli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 32 years, intercepted by them and recovered 50 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Munish Raj, SHO PS Chirgaon.
  3. An ND&PS case FIR No. 17/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri 17.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Suresh Kumar No. 141, I/O PS Jhakri stated therein that on 17.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/Nakabandi duty on NH-05 near PS Jhakri. At about 07-50 PM, one person namely Vikram Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Padam Singh R/o Village & PO Tapri, Nichar, Distt. Kinnaur, HP age 20 years, intercepted by them and recovered 80 gram  charas, from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar No. 141, I/O PS Jhakri.
  4. A Criminal Trespass case FIR No. 32/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 17.02.2016 U/S 452, 506, 427,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Balkrishan Mahajan R/o 7th floor Dawarkagarh Ram Bazar Shimla alleging therein that on 25.01.2016 a person namely Karan Anomal came into his home premises along with three/ four persons and beaten his son brutally and thrown away his household articles outside the house .The case is being investigated by ASI Rampal I/O PS Sadar.
  5. An Accident case FIR No. 15/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 17.02.2016 U/S U/S 279,337,304 A IPC on the statement on the rukka of HC Ashok I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 17.02.2016 he got information that a vehicle HP-09C-1222 met with an accident. On this information he went on the spot and saw the accidental vehicle. In this Accident Sh Keshav Ram S/o Sh Chandu Lal R/o village Jhali P/o Bagaghat Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla died on the spot and  Sh Prakesh Chand Verma & Sh joginder sustained injuries.The case is being investigated by HC Ashok I/O PS Theog.
  6. An injury by Sharp Weapon case FIR No 33/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli  17.02.2016 US 341,324,506 & 34 IPC on the application of Sh Chaten Kumar S/o Sh Late Sh Gurudass Ram R/o village Tadair P/o Khatnol Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 16.02.2016 at 10:00 PM two persons namely Dharm Prakesh and Ishwar Kumar S/o Sh Hari Ram beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Kanwer I/O PP Mashobra.
  7. During last 24 hours 302 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 161 Persons challaned under Smoking Act and 02 Challaned under Mining Act. Challaned compounded under MV act= 129 & Fine realized under MV Act Rs. 44,800/- and in Smoking Act Rs 18,300/-.

On 17.02.2016 deceased Yogesh S/o Hari Dass R/o Ward No 7 Jubbal found dead at Biskalti Khad near Jubbal, who was missing since 15.02.2016 from his house. His Postmortem is being conducted  and investigation is under process.

  7. Accused Ajay @ Aju S/o Yog Raj Sharma A/P ward boy in KNH Shimla age 23 years & Vikram Sharma @ Vickey S/o Late Sh. Bhram Dass Vill. Matiyal P.O Jalari Tehsil & P.S Nadaun Distt. Hamirpur H.P arrested  in case FIR No. 24/16 U/S 363,366,376 IPC & Section 4 POCSO Act PS East. Accused Ajay @ Ajju is on police remand upto 19.02.2016 and Vikram Sharma will be produced before Ld court tomorrow.

  8. Accused Inder Singh S/o Sh Sadhu Ram R/O Vill. Anand Kot PS Chasana Katra Distt Udhampur J &K age 34 years A/P Thakur Niwas Near PNB Bank Chaili Summer Hill Shimla arrested in case FIR No 33/16 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar. Tomorrow he will be produce before Ld Court.

Crime Report on 17.02.2016

  1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 16/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on  16.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Gopal Singh I/C PP Ganvi alleging therein that on 16-02-2016 at about 05-45 PM when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Gaoucha  at the same time, one person namely Raju S/o Sh. Parkesh R/O Village Cholpa, PO Duni Ghathira Tehsil Surket Distt. Nepal ganj A/P working as labourer C/O Yashpal R/O Koot Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla, intercepted by them and  recovered 20 gram chars from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh PS Jhakri.

  2. An Accident case FIR No 32/16 Has been registered at PS Dhalli on 16.02.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Maan Singh S/o Sh Darshan Das Village Dhali P/o & Tehsil Junga diatt Shimla alleging therein that on 16.02.2016 he was going to  Tikkar in his vehicle No HP-01 A -0498   When he reached at Tikkar Quan he saw a vehicle No HP-62C-1019 met with an accident in which driver Prakesh & another person Durga Ram sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by HC Virender I/O PP junga.

  3. During last 24 hours 450vehicles challaned under MV Act and 59 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine from smoking act collected Rs 17,900/-. Total Challan compounded MV Act=231 and fine realized Rs 1,00,000/-

Crime Report on 16 February 2016

  1. An ND&PS case FIR No. 58/16 has been registered at PS West on 16.02.2016 U/S 15 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Pratap Sing I/O PS West stated therein that he along with staff was on patrolling duty towards Chakkar. During patrolling duty he recovered 2.856 Kgms. Poppy Straw from the possession of Ram Krishan S/o Late Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Hari Nagar Malana house near Tourism workshop Boileagunj Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/O PS West. 

  2. An ND&PS case FIR No. 59/16 has been registered at PS west on 16.02.2016 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Ajeet Singh  I/O PS West stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Tutikandi. During patrolling duty he recovered 04 kilo 900 Grams Charas from the possession of Nand Bahadur S/o Sh. Satman and Smt. Parvati W/o late Sh. Shiv Raj Shimla. R/o VPO Kakri Oda No. 08 Rawti Aanchal Nepal. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh I/O PS West. 

  3. An ND&PS case FIR No 15/16  has been registered at PS Jhakri on 15.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Sarahan alleging therein that on 15-02-2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Shalabag. At about 03-15 PM, a person namely Shiv Kumar S/O Tarsem Lal R/O Village & PO Bonda Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla age 42 years, intercepted by them & recovered 10 gram chars from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumaar I/C PP Sarahan.  

  4. An Abetment of suicide case FIR No. 25/16 has been registered at PS East on 15.02.16 U/S 306 IPC on the rukka of SI Ajay Kalia, Addl. SHO PS East, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.02.2016 at about 06-10 PM, HC Shiv Kumar No. 172, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla informed telephonically at PS East that Smt. Jyoti Chandayta W/o Sh. Dinesh Chandayta @ Karan R/o Village Hanaina, PO Jhakando, Tehsil- Shillai, Distt. Sirmaur  has committed suicide by hanging herself at Village Sargheen. On this information he alongwith staff went to spot and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.PC has been carried out. But her brother Arun Sharma produced a suicide note and alleged that  Dinesh Chandayta is habitual of drink (alcohol) and tortured his sister and abetted her to commit suicide. The case is being investigated by SI Ajay Kalia, Addl. SHO PS East.

  5. An Excise Act case FIR 23/16 has been regisrered at PS Theog on 15.02.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise act on the Rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chaila alleging therein that on 15.02.2016 he along with staff was on patrolling duty towards Mahori. During patrolling he intercepted a Person namely Kanshi Ram S/o Sh Lagnu Ram village Kog P/o Shari Tehsil Theog  Distt Shimla  and recovered 12 bottles country Liquor Marka Sirmour Orange. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chaila

  6. A Cheating case FIR No 57/16 has been registered at PS West on 15.02.2016 U/S 420 IPC on the statement of Dropti Devi W/o Late Sh Lachmi Ram R/o Lakshmi Niwas Near Yadgar Totu alleging therein that on 21.01.2016 Sh Balbir Sing & Smt Neelam took her to D.C Office Shimla to in c/w pension benefit where they fraudulently and with the intention to grab her property put her signature in the GPA. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/O PS West.

  7. A cheating case FIR No 34/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 16.02.16 U/S 420 IPC on the application of Sh Deepak Kumar S/O Sh Bhagwan Dass Village Theda PO Tecklech Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging threrein that he received an e-mail from Nigerian national Ekponta  in which he reveled that he will deliver consignment in favor of applicant if he deposit cash in his account. Aafter that he deposited cash of worth Rs 25,00,000/- in various accounts but  above accused  did not deliver any consignment to him by which accused has dishonestly cheated him. The case is being investigated by SI Ganga Dev I/C PP Tecklech.

  8. During last 24 hours 362 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 59 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine from smoking act collected Rs 9200/-. Total Challan compounded MV Act= 206 and fine realized Rs 71,200/-

    On 15.02.2016 night Deceased Sanjay Bhagra S/o Late Sh Kishori Lal  R/o Bhagra Niwas, The Mall, Shimla has committed suicide by hanging himself in the jurisdiction of PS Sadar

STATE BANK ATM & POLICE CANTEEN INAUGURATION AND FOUNDATION STONE OF POLICE CAR PARKING LAID AT POLICE LINES KAITHU BY SMT. PRATIBHA SINGH, HON’BLE VICE CHAIRPERSON, H.P. RED CROSS SOCIETY


Hon’ble Vice Chairperson, H.P. Red Cross Society, Smt. Pratibha Singh today inaugurated State Bank ATM & Police Canteen at Police Lines Kaithu and also laid foundation stone of Police Line Car Parking. Smt. Pratibha Singh also visited newly constructed Modern Saloon, 2000 Ltrs Solar Water Heating System and Bathrooms in Police Lines Kaithu. Ld. Advocate General, W/DGP, ADGP (CID), ADGP (L&O), ADGP (AP&T), ADGP (Vigilance), IGP (SR), DC Shimla, DGM State Bank of India and Officers of Shimla Police remained present on this occasion. The function was followed by Lunch.

Crime Report on 15 February 2016

  1. An ND&PS case FIR No 31/16 has been registered at PS Sadar U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Vinod Kumar alleging therein that on 16.02.2016 at 12:40 AM he was along with staff on patrolling duty at near lift at the same time a person namely Surender Kumar S/o Sh Durga Ram R/o village Jatoli P/o Munadaghat Tehsil & Distt Shimla intercepted by them and recovered 406 gram chars from his possession .The case is being investigated by HC Vinod Bhagta I/o PS Sadar.  
  2. An ND&PS Case FIR No 14/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 14.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Noop Ram PP Jeori, stated therein that on 14.02.16 when he along with staff was on patrolling duty at link road Jeori to Ganvi. During patrolling he recovered 9 grams charas from the possession of Sh Shyam Sunder @ Shammi S/O Sh. Madan Gopal R/O VPO Fancha, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla. age 28 years. The case is being investigated by HC Noop Ram No. 235,I/O PP Jeori, PS Jhakri.

An ND&PS Case FIR No. 14/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 14.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh I/C PP City Rohru alleging therein that on 14/02/2016, on the basis of secret information, he searched the room of Ramesh Sharma S/O Sh. Gyan Chand R/O Chikhari, PO Taklech, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla HP A/P Tenent Goverdhan Dass Building Near UCO Bank Ward No. 5 Tehsil & PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP and recovered 24.27 gram Charas from his possession (in his Quarter). The Case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh I/C PP City Rohru, PS Rohru.

A Criminal Tresspass  case FIR No 21/16 has been registered at PS Theog on  14.02.2016 U/S 447,427 IPC on the statement of Sh Kartar Singh Dareula R/o village Khasara Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that his brother Sh. Kewal Ram Dhareula authorized him as caretaker of his apple orchard at Mohal Dhamiana, Thesil Theog, Distt Shimla. On 14.02.2016 project officer, staff, workers, officials, site Engineers of Chadha & Chadha Company have criminally trespassed into his brother's land and constructed the moter able road without any permission. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh I/O PP Chailla.

A Burglary case No FIR 55/16 has been registered at PS west on 15.02.2016 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh Ramesh Chaujar S/o Sh Ram Lok Sood R/o Lok Tara Estate Shimla-3 alleging therein that in the intervening night of 14/15.02.2016 some unknown person has stolen away one Gold chain, Three pairs of Gold Tops and one LCD from his brother's(Sh Vinod Kumar) house.The case is being investigating by HC Basu Dev I/O PS West.

An Accident case FIR 33/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 15.02.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Rukka of HC Rajesh Kumar PP City Rampur alleging therein that on 14.02.2016 at about 9:30 PM a car No HP-52A-7913 met with an accident near Safed Dhand NH-05 in which two persons got injured, this accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the driver Ishu Chauhan. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar PP City Rampur.
  7. During last 24 hours 281 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 95 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine from smoking act collected Rs 11,200/-. Total Challan compounded MV Act= 166 and fine realized Rs 59,200/-

  1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No 13/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 13.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri. He alleging therein that on 13.02.2016 at about 8:30 PM when he was patrolling at Raheri Market along with staff during patrolling he recovered 15 gram chars from the possession of Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Charan Singh R/O vpo unn Tehsil Kehrana Distt. Samali (UP) age 24 years A/P R/o Raheri Market Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla.The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.
  2. An Accident case FIR No 13/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 13.02.2016 U/279,337,338 on the statement of Rajnesh S/O Lt Sh Sunder lal R/o  Karalash P/O Kansa Kothi  Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla allging therein that  Rajnesh parked his vehicle Alto car no HP-77-0122 in Rasha washing center near truck operator union rohru and he gave the key  of above vehicle to mechanic Kishan when Kishan was doing back the above vehicle at washing center at the same time a motor cycle no HP -10A -5736 came from ACC park rashy  and collided with his vehicle .This accident happned due to rash & negligent driving of both vehicle's driver. The case is being investigated by HC Pawan I/O PP City Rohru.
  3. During last 24 hours 144 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 47 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine from smoking act collected Rs 4,800/-. Total Challan compounded MV Act= 69 and fine realized Rs23,600/-

  2. Accused i) Anish S/o Sh. Satpal R/o Village Gaura, PO Dhargaura, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, age 23 years and ii) Krishan Khatri S/o Sh. Vishnu Khatri A/P Village & PO Chati, Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu, age 31 years, arrested in case FIR No. 20/16 Dt. 11.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Kumarsain is on police remand up to 15.02.2016.

  3. Accused Vinod Kumar S/o Sh Shanu Ram R/o village Rajpura PO Bhadawali Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 30 years (2) Akshay S/o SH. Susheel Kumar R/o Village & PO Kheneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 24 years (3) Hitesh S/o Sh. Hari Singh R/o Village & PO Kheneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 25 years and (4) Bhupinder Kumar S/o Sh Saran Dass R/o Village & PO Kheneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 31 year arrested in case FIR No 31/16 on 11.02.2016 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Rampur is on police remand up to 15.02.2016.

  4. Accused Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Charan Singh R/O vpo unn Tehsil Kehrana Distt. Samali (UP) age 24 years A/P R/o  Raheri Market Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla (HParrested in case FIR No 13/16 at PS Jhakri.

  5. Accused  Bhagwan Singh s/o Jiya Lal R/o kui The Rohru Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR NO 12/16 dated  13/2/16 U/s 32,33 if act and 379,34 IPC PS Rohru is on police remand up to 15-02-2016.

  6. Accused Jagdish Kumar S/o Sh. Kamlanand R/o Kuhal P.O Deothi  Tehsil Rampur District Shimla HP age 27 years has been arrested in case FIR No  32/16 Dated 12/02/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND & PS Act Rampur is on police remand up to 15-02-2016.

Crime Report on 13 Feb 2016

1.           An ND & PS Case FIR No. 11/16 dt. 15.01.16 u/s 20-61-85 ND& PS Act has been regd. At PS Chirgaon on the rukka of HC Puran Singh NO. 210 I/O PS Chirgaon, alleging there in that when he was on patrolling duty at Gayatri Public School Jangla, Chirgaon . He recovered 10 grams chars from the possession of Sh Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Village Jhalwari, PO Thana, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla age 53 years. The case is being investigated HC Puran Singh NO. 210 I/O PS Chirgaon.

2.          An ND & PS Case FIR No. 23/16 dt. 12.02.16 u/s 20-61-85 ND& PS Act has been regd. At PS East on the rukka of LHC Seema NO. 209 I/O PP Kasumpti, alleging there in that when she along with staff was on patrolling duty at Chhachhru Near Kishu Dhaba Bye Pass Road NH-22. She recovered 25 grams chars from the possession of Sh Govind Singh S/O Sh. Mehar Singh R/O Village Batnol, PO Kando Batnol, Tehsil Shilai, Distt Sirmour, age 30 years. At present C/O Rajo Devi Niwas, Tibbetan Colony, Dhingudhar, Sanjauli, Shimla-6. The case is being investigated LHC Seema NO. 209 I/O PP Kasumpti. PS East.

3.         An ND & PS Case FIR No 32/16 Dated 12/02/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND & PS Act has been registered at PS Rampur, on the ruka of  SI Ganga Dev I/C PP Tecklech alleged that on dated 12/02/16 at about 5.00pm when he was on patrolling duty near Talai,  one person namely Jagdish Kumar S/O Sh Kamla Nand R/O Kuhal PO Deothi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 27 years started  running when he saw Police Party. On this Police Party caught him and recovered 8grms Charas from his possession. Case has been registered and is being investigating by SI Ganga Dev I.O. PP Tecklech, PS Rampur.

4        An ND & PS Case FIR No 53/16 Dated 12/02/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND & PS Act has been registered at PS West, on the Ruka of  SI Praveen Rana I/C PP Jutogh alleged that on dated 12/02/16 when he alogwith staff was on patrolling duty near Kainchi More toward Tara DeviTalai,  one person namely Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh Joginder Singh  R/O Village Balawag, PO Badehri, Tehsil & Distt Shimla HP age 21 years started  running when he saw Police Party. On this Police Party caught him and recovered 8 gram.50 Mligram Charas from his possession. Case has been registered and is being investigating by SI Praveen Rana I/C PP Jutogh, PS West

5        An excise Case FIR No 30/16dated 12-02-2016 U/s 39(1) (a) HP Excise Act PS Sadar Shimla has been registered on the rucka of I/O ASI Mohinder Lal Sadar alleging therein that when he was on duty at lift with his police  staff, one person who was caring a bag in his back side try to run away and perplex to see the police party. On suspicious the police party caught him and asked his name & address who told  his name Mr. Raju S/o Sh. Kanwar Singh R/o Labourers Hostel Krishana Nagar Shimla and recovered 12 bottles country liquor Marka orange. Cases is being investigated by ASI Mohinder Singh PS Sadar.

6        An accident case FIR No 54/16 dated 12-02-2016 U/S 279,337IPC PS West Shimla on the statement of Vivak Sarswati S/o Sh. R.S  Sarsawati  R/o Villageb wanana P.O & Tehsil Kirti PS K/sain Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is working in Tapan Hundai on 12-02-2016 he was coming from Sanjauli to Khawara chowaky when he was reached at Tara Devi ,one vehicle No CH01AW-9166 Swift Desire   which coming from Solan Side in rashly. The driver lost his control on his vehicle and  rolled down in to Nala about 150 ft from the road side at Tara Devi  due to negligence driving by Mr Rishab Karwanda  S/o Sh. Hardeep  Kharwanda R/o H No 2197/2 Sec 45 C Chandigarh who has got injuries and also Manmit D/o T.S Grawal R/o Special HJDCO Place Andruous Ganj New Delhi who is sitting with his has got injured accordingly.  case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh I/O PS West

7         A Theft in forest   case FIR NO 12 dtd 13/2/16 u/s 32,33 if act and 379,34 IPC PS Rohru has been registered  on the application of forest guard Rita Kui beat in which she alleged that on dated 12/2/16 at about 7 pm she received an  information that Bhagwan singh with his fellows cutting the tree of Deodar into logs and load them in his pickup without Number and said Bhagwan Singh s/o Jiya Lal R/o kui The Rohru distt Shimla standing there whereas two people uploading the logs into the pick-up[.]during investigation Bhagwan Singh accepted that he has cutting this tree for the purpose of his  home constructed .Mr  Bhagwan Singh refused to pay for the same and did not signed D/RCase has been registered against him case  is being investigated by HC Ashish -58 of PS  Rohru.

 

8         During last 24 hours 298 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 124 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine from smoking act collected Rs 14,900/-. Total Challan compounded MV Act= 128 and fine realized Rs 52,700-  Total Fine =67,600/-

6.    Accused Sh Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Village Jhalwari, PO Thana, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla age 53 years has been arrested in Case FIR No. 6/16 dt. 15.01.16 u/s 20-61-85 ND& PS Act PS Chirgaon and accused today bailed out by Ld. ACJM Rohru.

7.    Accused Sh Govind Singh S/O Sh. Mehar Singh R/O Village Batnol, PO Kando Batnol, Tehsil Shilai, Distt Sirmour, age 30 years. At present C/O Rajo Devi Niwas, Tibbetan Colony, Dhingudhar, Sanjauli, Shimla-6.has been arrested in case FIR No. 23/16 dt. 12.02.16 u/s 20-61-85 ND& PS East accused has been bailed out by ACJM 1 Shimla

9.   Accused  Bhagwan Singh s/o Jiya Lal R/o kui The Rohru Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR NO 12/16 dated  13/2/16 U/s 32,33 if act and 379,34 IPC PS Rohru and accused has been sent to police remand up to 15-02-2016 by LD ACJM Rohru
