1. An Excise Act case  FIR No 86/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 14.12.2015 U/S 39 HP Exi Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath I/O PS Chargaon alleging therein that he was on patrolling towards  Kurarighat ,during his duty he recovered 34 bottles of Country liquor & 24 bottles of English liquor from the possession of Sunil Thakur S/o Sh.Rajunder Singh village Jagot P/o Kaloti Tehsil Chargaon.The Case is being investigating by ASI Bhagirath I/O PS Chargaon.

 

2. An Accident case FIR No 112/2015 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 14.12.2015 U/S  279,337,304A on the statement of Sh. Mohan Singh S/0 Birma Chand R/O Shango PO Katgaon Tehsil Nichar Distt. Kinnaur  alleging therein that on 14.12.2015 at about 10:00 AM he & his wife were going to Bhawanagar in his vehicle No HP01A-2979 alongwith driver Surinder @ Rinku & another person namely Tula Ram, when the above vehicle reached at near Shinti village the above vehicles met with an accident & fell down due to the over speed & rash driving of driver Surinder @Rinku. In this incident he & his wife has got sustained injuries & another two person namely Tula Ram S/O f above vechile has been died on the spot. The Case is being investigating by HC Gopal Singh I/O PP Ganvi.

 

3. An Accident case FIR No 601/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 14.12.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Inder singh S/O Sh Natta Ram R/O Vill kandolani PO Koti Utrao Tehsil Shilai Distt Sirmour HP  alleging therein that on 14.12.2015 he was going  in a vehicle No HP-63-1827 along with driver Jai Chand and another person Saint Ram towards Kayar Koti.When they reached near Kyar Koti above mention vehicle met with accident .Due to this accident driver Saint Ram And Jai Chand Sustaind injuries. This accident happened  due to rash & negligent driving of Saint Ram .The case is being investigating by HC Sheesh Pal I/O PP Mashobra.

 

4. Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No 338/15 has been registered at PS Sader on 14.12.2015 U/S336, 337 on the rukka of ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 14.12.2015 he was on law & order duty along with Staff at CTO in a demonstration conducted by Congress Party activists . When Congress Party activists were burning the effigy of Mr Narinder Modi suddenly an activist namely Manoj Adhikari came into the contact of fire and burnt his body. Some another activists  also sustained injuries .This incident happened due to use of combustible substance by unknown person .The case is being investigating by ASI  Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar.

1.    Accused Naseem Ahmed S/O Sh Sahmeem R/O 39 Railway colony Rahu Kheri Kora P.O. Jalala Bad Tehsil and Police Station Najiba Bad District Bijnour U.P age 25 years has been arrested in Case  FIR No 94/15 dated 09-10-2015 U/S 407 IPC P.|S Rohru on 15-12-15 at 2-00 P.M at P.S Rohru .

 

Crime Report on December 14,2015

1.  An Indian Forest Act Case FIR 31/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 14.12.2015 U/S 379 IPC 41,42 I.F  Act on the rukka of ASi Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kupvi  alleging therein that he was on patrolling /Nakabandi duty at Sainj Khad alongwith his staff .During their duty they intercepted a vehicle No.HP-17B-5383 and recovered 46 Nos of deodar wood from the possession of the driver of said vehicle namely Sanjay Singh S/o Sh Narinder Singh VPO Shilai and another Person Gumaan Singh S/o Late Sh Devi Ram VPO Shilai .Both Accused has been arrested in above mention offence .the case has been investigating by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kupvi

 

2.  During last 24 hours 97 vehicles challened under M.V Act. 01 person challaned under smoking act,& 1 person Challaned under mining act . Total challan compounded= 29 & fine realized Rs 20,800/-

Crime Report 13 December, 2015

1. A Tresspass case FIR No 215/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on
12/12/15 U/S 451,323,506,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh Jagdish Chand
S/O Lt Sh Prem Dass Village Dogri PO Bhereri Tehsil Kumarsain Distt
Shimla HP alleging therein that he is working as a sales man in Wine
Shop at Racholi. On 12-12-2015 at about 12.30 PM one persons namely
Zamir Singh R/O Kartot Jhakri entered in wine Shop abused,beaten
him, broken 2 bottles of English liquor Officer choice and threatened
him with dire consequences. The Case is being investigated by ASI
Bhagat Ram IO PS Rampur.
2. A Grievous injury case FIR No. 216/15 has been registered at PS
Rampur on 12/12/15 U/S 325,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh.Praveen
Kumar S/o Sh.Prabhu Dyal R/0 Pithvi P.o Kinnu tehsil Rampur Distt.
Shimla H.P alleging therein that on 04/12/15 at about11.30 AM kaku and
Pantu Negi beaten him and broken his teeth by blows. The case is
being investigated by HC Rajesh kumar IO PP city Rampur.
3. An Act endangering life or personal safety of others Case FIR No.
115/15 has been registered at PS East on 12-12-2015 u/s 336,304A IPC
on the statement of Sh. Sanjay Kumar Sahni S/o Sh. Ramdev Sahni R/o
Vill Danholi PO Sajjanpura Tehsil Behra Distt. Darbhanga Bihar at
present C/o Sushil Shadil Vill Mehli Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated
therein that he is working as a labourer with contractor Sh. Vinod
Mehta, Vishal Verma and Ashok Verma. On 12-12-2015 he, Amarjeet, Raja
Sahani, Ajay Sahani , Anil Sahani and Mithlesh Sahani was removing the
soil from truch in under constructed house of Sh. Anil Garg at
Beolia. At the same time soil falling from the top and Ajay Sahani,
Anil Sahani and Mithlesh Sahani buried under the soil . In this
incident all three person died on the spot. This incident occurred due
to negligence of contractors because they did not made any step for
safety and security of labourers. The case is being investigated by
ASI Dalip I.O PP Kasumpti PS East.
4. A Burglary case FIR No. 116/15 has been registered at PS East on
12-12-2015 u/s 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh Govind Parsad S/o
Sh. Kundan Lal c/o Shandil building Kasumpti Shimla alleging therein
that on 12-12-2015 when he came back from haridwar he found that some
unknown person has broken the door lock of his rented house and stolen
away Golden neckless, Mangal Sutra, ear ring, bangles and cash Rs.
90,000/- inside the house. The case is being investigated by HC Parmod
I.O.PP Kasumpti PS East.
5. An Accident case FIR No. 201/15 has been registered at PS Theog
today on 13-12-2015 u/s 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajinder
Chauhan S/o late Sh. Liaq Ram R/o Vill Melthu-2 PO Ratnari Tehsil
Kotkhai Distt. Shimla stated therein that today at about 11-30 AM when
he alongwith his wife Kalpna Devi and mother Smt Sundla Devi were
present at Shali Bazar Theog at the same time one tipper No.
HP63B-4086 came negligently and hit his mother. In this accident Smt.
Sundla Devi died at PHC Theog. The case is being investigated by HC
Yogesh I.O PS Theog.
6. During last 24 hours 154 vehicles have been challaned under MV Act
and 01 Challan under smoking Act. Total Challan Compounded 101 and
fine released RS. 25,200/-.

Crime Report on 12 December 2015

1. An Excise case FIR No 70/15has been registered at PS Kotkhai on
11.12.2015 U/S 39 of Excise Act on the rucka of SI/SHO PS Kotkhai
alleging therein that he was on patrolling duty along with staff in
his jurisdiction toward village Bakrol during checking at Bakrol they
recovered 52 Boxes of country liqure from the possession of Rajinder
Singh S/O Late Sh Dulchi Ram R/O Banogra P.OBakhol Tehsil Kotkhai
Distt Shimla.The The Case is being investigating by SI/SHO PS Kotkhai.
2. A grievous injury case FIR No.30/15 has been registered on 11.12
2015 U/S 325,506 IPC on the statement of Smt Kamla Devi W/o Sh Ravi
Singh VPO Kupvi Tehsil Kupvi Distt Shimla alleging therein that on
11.12 2015 at about 2:30 PM when she was at her home a person namely
Balbir @(Buttu) bitten her and broke lower teeth and threaten with
dire consequences . The case is being investigating by ASI Ashok Kumar

3. An Accident case FIR No.298/15 has been registered at PS West on
11.12.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka of Nariender Kumar I/O
PS west alleging therein that on 11.12.2015 a vehicle met with
accident at Patiwar (shogi).In this accident driver had died on the
spot and two person sustained injuries. This accident happened due to
rash & negligent driving of driver Swarit Kumar vehicle.The case is
being investigating by HC Nariender Kumar I/O PS West.
4. An Accident case FIR No.299/15 hes been registered at PS West on
12.12.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Arun
Kumar S/o Sh Ram Singh Thakur R/o Village Deora P/o Dumehar Tehsil
Arki Distt Solan alleging therein that he was going towards court
complex Chakkar .When he reached near Shandil Niwas a military vehicle
came rashly from Totu side and hit a girl coming from Totu side and
run away from the spot.Due to this accident a girl child sustained
injuries. The case is being investigating by SI Sewa Singh I/O PS
West.
5. A Trespass case FIR No 215/15has been registered at PS Rampur on
12.12.2015 U/S 451,323,506,427 IPC on the statement of Sh Jagdish

1     A ND&PS Act case FIR No 53/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 10.12.2015 U/S 21,22 ND & PS Act on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Nerwa alleging therein that today on 10.12.2015 he along with staff were on patrolling/ traffic checking duty .Near about 3:45 PM at Sangroti Nala they recovered 06 bottles of Correx (Restricted Medicine) from the possession of accused Suman Kumar @ Chhotu S/O Kewal Ram Vill Dokhra P/o Tikkari Sub Tehsil & PS Nerwa Tehail Chopal Distt Shimla .The Case is being investigating by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Nerwa.

2     A ND&PS Act case FIR NO. 160/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 11.12.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Inder Singh I/O PS New Shimla alleging therein that during Nakabandi on NH-22 near Old Beer Khana, one person namely Ramesh Sharma S/o Sh, Magni Ram Sharma R/O Village & PO Tiyali Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla age 42 years intercepted by them and recovered 1.40 Kg Charas from his possession.The case is being investigating by HC Inder Singh I/O PS New Shimla.   

3     An Accident case FIR  NO 70/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on  11.12.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on   rukka of  SI  Sunder   Singh I/C PP  Sarswati  Nagar  Sawra  stated therein  that 10.12.2015 at about   6:45 PM,   a vehicle  Pick-UP met  with  an  accident near Saskir  Patala due to rash & negligent driving of Chander   Singh & rolled down from the road. In this accident one  person  namely  Ram  Lal  S/o late Sh.  Tuli Ram   R/o village  Saskir  died on  the spot  and  05 persons  Mehar Singh, Dharmender  Singh, Ishwar  Singh, Prem  Singh, Naresh Kumar sustained  injuries.   Driver   Chander   Singh  S/o Late   Sh  Ram  Singh  run away from the spot.  The case  is  being  investigating by  SI  Sunder  Singh I/C PP   Sarswati Nagar.

Rajesh Kumar R/O Village Jakhar PO Samoli Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 09.12.2015 a vehicle No HP 69A 1870 Tractor met with an accident near Dhanoti Kenchi due to rash & negligent driving of above vehicle's driver Desh Raj S/O Sh. He also took one lakh rupees to complete this work. Now he is not receiving his calls & switched off  his mobile phone .The case is being investigating by ASI Lachmi Singh I/O PS Sadar

Deceased Karam Dass Papta S/o Sh. Raiya Ram R/o Village  Boharad  P/o Dhaiya Tehsil  Chopal Distt Shimla A/P Shanti Niwas Malyana Dhalli age 49 years found dead in his room in the jurisdiction of PS Dhalli. On inquiry preliminary inquiry it seems that deceased died  due to consumption of alcohol.
