Crime Report on Sept. 15, 2015

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 85/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 15.08.2015 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Mahender Singh, I/O PS New Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 14/15.09.2015, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards BCS Shimla. At about 12-30 AM, when he reached near Kranti Chowk, Sector-2 and found that four persons were playing gamble with cards and recovered Rs. 37,300/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Mahender Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.    

2. An accident Case FIR No 161/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 14.09.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Mangal Singh S/O Sh. Prem Chand R/O Chadi, PO & Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 14.09.2015 at about 11-15 AM, a Truck No HP-24C-0227 came rashly from Narkanda side and crush a pedestrian  namely Palas Ram S/O Lal Singh    R/O Chadi, PO & Teh Nankhari near HPSEB office at Nankhari and run away from the spot. The case is being Investigated by SI Syam Tomar I/C PP Nankhari.

3. An Accident case FIR No 162/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 14.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of HHC Sohan Lal No 395 A/P Traffic Wing Rampur alleging therein that on 14.09.2015, he was on traffic duty at Mini Secretariat Rampur. At about 04-45 PM, one Bolero camper No HP-06C-6055 driven by Om Prakesh S/O Sh. Sohan Lal Vill. Thantithar P/O Harsu Teh Nirmand Distt. Kullu and Car No. HP-06A-4772, driven by Prteek @ Sanni S/O Sh Khub Ram Vill. Sani P/O Dansa Teh Rampur have collide with  each other due to rash and negligentdriving from both vehicles drivers, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being Investigated by ASI Ramesh Chand I/C TTR Rampur.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 65/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 14.09.2015 U/S 279 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Ranbir Singh S/O Sh Kusham Lal R/O Surdhen, Teh Chirgaon alleged that on 14.9.2015, at about 6-30 PM one Motorcycle No. HP-10-6847 met with an accident & rolled down from the road near Chirgaon due to rash & negligent driving of Daya Ram. In this accident, two persons namely Prem Singh S/O Mangat Ram R/O Surdhen Teh Chirgown Age 55 Years & Daya Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Syam Singh R/O Mangli  Teh Chirgown Age 38 Year have died on the sport. Case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep, I/O PS Chirgaon.

5. An Accident case FIR No. 313/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 14.09.2015 U/S 27, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sohan Lal S/o Sh. Ram Dass R/o Village Javliyana, PO Nanava, Tehisl Ghumarwin, Distt. Bilaspur stated therein that on 14.09.2015 he alongwith Pawan Kumar, was going to Kotkhai from Shoghi in his Truck No. HP-63-4644. At about 01-30 PM, when he reached at Thanda Nalah near Chharabra, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-08-0912 driven by Balbir Suri S/o Sh. Ranu Ram came rashly in wrong side and collide with his truck, resultantly sustained injuries to Balbir Suri. The case is being investigated by HC Teja Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.

6. An Accident case FIR No. 40/15 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 15.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Anjum Islam S/o Sh. Mohd. Mashloop R/o village Kyarla, PO Kaidi, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla alleging therein that today he was on the way to Chopal in his Motorcycle No. HP-09A-2090. At about 09-00 AM, when he reached at Lalpani,  one Maruti Car came rashly from Nerwa side and hit his Motorcycle & run away from the spot, resultantly sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh, I/O PS Chopal.  

7. A Fire  Incident case FIR No 34/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 14.09.2015 U/S 285,336,337  IPC on the statement of Sh. Surender Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Uchhbu Ram R/o Village Shatal PO Bijmal Tehsil Chopal age 38 years stated therein that on 14.09.2015 at about 3.30 PM when he was on the road side at village Shatal. One A/F Bolero Camper was parked on the road. Four school going children came there and sit inside the vehicle. At the same time one person, namely Prem Chand S/o Sh. Laiq Ram, who was already inside the vehicle with petrol container, negligently threw lighted Biri and petrol container caught fire, resultantly four children & one lady scorched in the fire. The case is being investigated by SI Narender Singh, SHO PS Nerwa.

8. A Rioting case FIR No. 155/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 15.09.2015 U/S 147, 149, 323, 506, 382 on the statement of Sh. Balbir Singh Katoch S/o Sh. Jeet Singh Katoch R/o  Bhagat Bhavan, near Hospital Theog alleging therein that today when he was going towards Raighat, on the way Ramesh Chand, Mahender, Anu (members of Truck Union Theog) alongwith 10/15 persons beaten him & Snatched his golden chain and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok, I/O PS Theog.

9. During last 24 hours 309 vehicles challaned under MV Act & 02 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 120 & fine realized Rs. 60,400/-    

Crime Repot on Sept. 14, 2015

1. A House Trespass case FIR No. 232/15 has been registered at PS West on 13.09.2015 U/S 452,506,504,323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vijay Sharma S/o SH. Sita Ram R/o Sharma Niwas, near Bal Ashram, Tutikandi, Shimla alleging therein that on 13.09.2015 at about 06-30 PM, one person namely Gangu Ram, came to his shop at Tutikandi and demanded for money. When he refused to give him money, Gangu Ram has abused him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder, I/O PS West.
2. Assault on Govt. Servant during discharge of his duty case FIR No. 154/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 14.09.2015 U/S 353,332,451,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Singh S/o Sh. Banu Lal r/o Village Ganga Nagar, PO Bakhol, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla A/P B.O. Cheog Block alleging therein that on 13.09.2015, he was unloaded the timber in the complex of Forest Rest House. At about 06-00 PM, two persons namely Titu Shah & Roop Lal Sharma have entered in the complex and beaten him during discharging of his duty and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh, I/C PP Fagu, Shimla.

2. Accused Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Desh Raj R/O Gomti Niwas Near BJP Office Chakkar Shimla H.P. age 40 Yrs has  been arrested  in case FIR No. 228/15 Dt 10-9-2015 U/S  419,420,465,468,471  IPC at PS West, today released on bail by the trail court.

Crime Report on September13,2015

1.    A Wronful Restraint case FIR NO. 152/15 has been registered at PS Theog U/S 341,323, 506, 34 IPC on dated 12.09.2015, on the statement of Sh. Manoj Singh S/O Sh. Avdhesh Singh R/O V.P.O. Betia, West Chmparan, Bihar alleging therein that he purchases the material from Subzi Mandi Prala and sent those to Kathmandu in vehicle No. UP32EN-9522. On 11.09.2015 at 10.00 PM some persons namely Rajesh, Bittu, Vijay and other one come and beatan him and his driver and threatened him with dire consequences. The above persons have consumed alcohol.  The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chhaila, PS Theog.

2.    An Accident case FIR No. 153/15 been registered at PS Theog today 13.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement Micheal Verma S/O Sh. Ved Prakash Verma R/O Vill. Mihana, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla alleging therein that he was going to Ghund in his uncle's Alto K10 No. HP 62-0220 as he reached Near Ghund he lost his control over the veh. & rolled down from the road in which five persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chhaila, PS Theog.

Crime Report On September12, 2015.

1.    An Accident case FIR No. 151/15 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 11-9-15 U/S 341, 323, 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh Verma S/O Sh. C.R. Verma R/o Vill. Danot, PO Bagri, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on dated 11-9-15 when he alongwith his family was going to his home in his vehicle Swift Dezire NO. HP 07-0211, a driver of veh. No. HP 09B-0466 overtook his vehicle and hit his vehicle. In this incident he sustained injuries on head & right leg.  The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chhaila, PS Theog.

2.    An Accident case FIR No. 230/15 has been registered at PS West on dated 12-9-15 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Harbans Singh S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Ashok Vihar, Dr Muria, PS Jamalpur, Tehsil & Distt Ludhiana, Punjab alleging therein that he is working in Best Oil Bolero No. PB-10E-4586. He had parked his above vehicle at Goyal Motors Taradevi. A Truck NO. PB11AN-8997 hit his vehicle in which he got injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Prakash Chand NO. 1695 I/O PS West, Shimla.

3.    An Accident case FIR No. 310/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 12-9-15 U/S 279 IPC on the complaint of Narinder Kanwer S/O Sh. Kali Rak Kanwer R/O Kanwer Niwas Bhatta Kuffar Sanjauli Shimla-6 alleged that today 9.30 AM he parked his Vehicle Range Rover No. HP07D-7900 near Subzi Mandi Gate. Driver of truck No HP12D-9037 while backing his Truck hit his Car and broken back light and made dent on back side on Range Rover. case is being investigated by HC Karam Singh 127 I/O PS Dhalli.

Crime Report on September 11, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 150/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 10.09.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ram Singh, I/C PP Fagu, Shimla stated therein that on 10.09.2015, he alongwith staff on Nakabandi duty on the road leading to Shlaiya. At about 08-30 PM, one car No. HP-63-5636 driven by Ranjeet Singh S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Shlaiya, PO Tiyali intercepted by them. During search, 48 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh, I/O PP Fagu.

An Excise Act case FIR No 88/15 has been registered at PS Rorhu on the rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/C PP City Rohru today on 11.09.2015  U/S  39 HP Excise Act on the  rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh  I/C PP City Rohru alleging therein that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling  near Meat Market Rohru. At about 10-00 AM one person namely Sachin S/o Lt.  Sh. Jogi Kumar R/o Banal  PO Pujeli  Teh. Badkot Distt Uttarkashi,Uttarakhand, age 23 year A/P Servent in Mount View Bar Rohru, intercepted by them. During search, , 12 bottles of English liquor marka Officer Choice whisky were recovered from his possession. The case is being  investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/C PP City Rohru.

An Excise Act case FIR No. 89/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 11.09.2015 U/S  39 Hp Excise Act on the  rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh  I/C PP City Rohru stated therein that today he alongwith staff was going towards  meat market  in c/w investigation of case FIR No 88/15. At about 11.15  AM one person  namely Brij Mohan  S/o Sh. Bishambhar Dev Sharma  R/o Pawali  PO  &   Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla intercepted by them. During search, 12 bottles of English Liquor marka Royal Stag recovered from his possession. The case is being  investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/C PP City Rohru.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 297/15 has been registered at PS Sadar, Shimla on the statement of Sh. Brij Mohan S/o SH. Nand Lal R/o Village Koti, PO Shalaghat, Tehsil Arki, Solan A/p PSO with Sh. Govind Ram, Hon'ble MLA, stated therein that on 10.09.2015, he was going towards HP Vidhan Sabha along with Hon'ble MLA in vehicle No. HP-11C-0112 (Scorpio). At about 09-00 AM, when they reached near SBI Bank, at the same time, HRTC Tavera No. HP-63-4946 (Tavera) driven by Sh. Roop Lal S/o Sh. Sant Ram came rashly & collide with above vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS Sadar.  

5. An Accident case FIR No. 53/15 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 11.09.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Atul Kumar S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o Village & PO Tattapani, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi stated therein that today he alongwith his friend Tek Singh were going to Tattapani to Gharyana. When they reached near Bhedwa Nalah and saw one female deadbody in the Sutlej river and skit sign of the vehicle near the road. After inspection the spot, it seems that an unknown vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving and rolled down from the road into the Sutlej river.The female dead body is identified as Asha kumari D/O Tilakraj.  

6. An Accident case FIR No. 309/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 11.09.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kanheya Lal Sharma S/o Sh. Prabhu Dyal Sharma R/o Devi Nalah PO Dhalli, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 11.09.2015, when he was parked his Pick-Up No. HP-63-0881 near Bhattakufar Chowk, at the same time on Truck No. HP-36B-2616 came rashly and hit with his Pick-Up and flicked on the vehicle No. HP-02A-1023 parked on the roadside and also damage the electric Poll. The case is being investigated by HC Lalit Kumar I/O PS Dhalli.

7. A Cheating case FIR No. 228/15 has been registered at PS West on 10.09.2015 U/S 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC on the report of Dr. M.P. Sood, A/P Director of Information & Public Relation Department, HP alleging therein that on 10.09.2015, Addl. Superintendent of Police (City) was on traffic checking duty at Kennedy Chowk, Shimla and told him that one person namely Vinod Dayal, who introduced himself as Press Reporter and shown his identity card. But the above card found forgery after verification by the concerned department. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh, I/O PS West.

Niwas, Dev Nagar, Vikas Nagar, Shimla alleging therein that on dated 08.09.15 at about 5.30PM a HRTC Bus HP03B-6086 hit his vehicle No. HP 51B-0999 Scorpio and another vehicle swift car. At Byefircation Khalini Chowk. The case is being investigated by HC Prakash Chand I/O PS New Shimla.

2. A Theft case FIR No. 92/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 09.09.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Gainshewar Bapu Jadhav S/O Sh. Bapu Narayan Jadhav R/O Gujarathi Nagar Chandvad Distt. Nasik Maharashtra A/P residing C/O Jiwan Negi R/O Jhakri Bazzar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP. He alleging therein that on the intervening night of 06/07.09.2015, some unknown person has stolen away his Motorcycle No. MH-15 CZ-0446 (Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC) parked near Gill Sweet Shop Jhakri. 3. A Accident case FIR No. 80/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain  on 09.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/o Sh. Hardyal Singh R/o Village Badrash PO  Dutt Nagar,  Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla stated therein that on 09.09.2015, he was coming from Shimla to Badrash  in Pick-Up No HP-62A-2477. When he reached near Sharmbhal Camp, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligence driver of Pick-Up driver.  The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh Kumar I/O PS Kumarsain.

A accident case has been registered at PS Theog on 09.09.2015 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the of rukka of HC  Ramesh I/O of PP Fagu stated therein that on 09.09.2015, one Truck No. HP-63B-0139 met with an accident near IBX Hotel at Fagu due to rash & negligent driving of driver and rolled down from the road. In this accident one person died on the spot and 3/4 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh, I/O PS Theog.

An Accident case FIR No 81/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 09.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered on the statement of Sh Om Parkash S/o Lt. sh Mangat ram r/o Majhali  po Devthi  ps rampur distt shimla HP . He allieging in their that today at about 2 PM when he reached near Bithal one swift  car Tem, no sky blue coming their and meet with an accident . this accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the swift car driver . case is being investigated by ASI Hem chand I/C pp sainj .

6. A Accident case FIR No. 297/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 10.09.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Brij Mohan S/o Sh Nand Lal R/O Vill. Koti PO Shala Ghat Tehsil Arki Distt Solan alleging therein that today at about 09-00 AM he was coming Vidhan Sabha to CTO in vehicle No HP-11C-0112 (Scorpio). When he reached below Kalibari Mall Road, at the same time HRTC Taxi No HP-63-4946 (Tavera) came rashly and hit his vehicle . The case is investigated by ASI Amar Nath I/O P.S Sadar Shimla.

7. An Accident case FIR No. 83/15 has been registered at PS East today i.e. 10.09.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chaman Lal A/P J.E. HP State Electricity Board, Kasumpti Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 09/10.09.2015, some unknown person has broken the electric poll near TCP office at Vikas Nagar by rash & negligent driving. The case is being investigated by HC Pramod, I/O PP Kasumpti.
