CRIME REPORT ON 07.11.2019

1. ND&PS Act : Case FIR No. 126/19 Dt. 06.11.19 U/S 20-61-85  ND &PS Act has been registered at PS East Shimla on the ruka of HC Rajneesh I/O PS East, Shimla alleged therein that on 06.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near bus stand then they intercepted a person namely Ankush Kumar S/O Sh Devi Ram R/O Village Addu, PO Nankhari, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla and recovered 08 Gram Charas from his possession. Case is being investigating by I/O PS East.

2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No 137/19 Dt. 07.11.19 U/S 39(i) Excise Act has been registered at PS Rohru on the ruka of ASI Shanti Swaroop I/O PS Rohru, Shimla alleged therein that on 06.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near Sikari Pul Rohru then on secret information they recovered 12 bottles of country Liquor from the shop of Sh Narender Singh S/O Sh Sher Singh R/O Shopkeeper DD Gard near meat market, Rohru. The case is being investigating by ASI Shanti Swaroop I/O PS Rohru.

3. Gambling Act: Case FIR No.138/2019 Dt.07.11.2019 u/s 3,4 & 6 of HP Gambling Act has been registered at PS Rohru on the rukka of HC Amit Kumar I/O PP City Rohru alleged therein that on 06.11. 2019 he was on patrolling/checking duty along with PS staff under the supervision of SDPO Rohru, on secret information they caught red handed six persons while playing Gambling and recovered amount of Rs. 2,28,000/-on the spot. Case is being investigating by HC Amit Kumar PS Rohru.

4. Gambling Act: Case FIR No. 139/2019 Dt. 07.11.2019 U/S 3,4 & 6 of HP Gambling Act has been registered on the rukka of HC Kuldeep I/O PS Rohru alleged therein that on 06.11.2019 he was on patrolling/checking duty along with PS staff under the supervision of SDPO Rohru, on secret information they caught red handed some persons while playing Gambling and recovered amount of Rs.38,400/-on the spot. Case is being investigating by HC Kuldeep I/O PS Rohru.

5. During last 24 hours 18 Challan without seat belt, 01 challan drunken driving, 14 without helmet, 20 without Driving License, 04 using mobile phone, 18 person's challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on, 06 October 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 105/19 has been registered at PS Chopal U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh.Deepak Kumar S/o Late Sh. Attar Singh R/o village Chuna, P/o Sarain, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla alleged therein that today on 06.11.2019 vehicle No. HP 85 0418 met with an accident in which three persons namely (i) Jaget Singh S/o Sh. Tulsi Ram R/o Village Kando Bhatnol Tehsil Shallai Sirmour Years 50 Years (ii) Jaget Singh S/o Amar Singh R/o Village Bagna PO Kanod Bhatnol, Tehsil Shallai Sirmour HP Age 45 Years (iii) Balbir S/o Ratten Singh R/o Village Dhades, PO Kanod Bhatnol, Tehsil Shallai Sirmour HP age 42 years died on the spot and 02 persons sustained injuries.The case is being investigating by HC Naresh Kumar.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 55/19 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 06.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on rukka of ASI Rajvinder Singh alleged therein that today on 06.11.2019 a bus No. HP 63B 1850 met with an accident in which driver Puran Chand S/o Sh Shankar Singh R/o village Saul P/o Baldiyan Tehsil and District Shimla sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by ASI Rajvinder Singh I/O PS Sunni.

3.   During last 24 hours 30 Challaned without seat belt, 00 challan drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 29 without Driving License, 04 using mobile phone, 21 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on, 05 November 2019

1.     A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 211/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 04.11.19 U/S 20 29 ND&PS Act on the ruka of HC Kapil I/O PS Dhalli Shimla alleged therein that on 04.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling/traffic duty bye-pass road Dhalli, then they checked a vehicle No.HP02A-1487 driven by Bhupender Singh S/O Sh Mohan Singh R/O Mahog PO Kamalnagar Shimla and recovered 565 Gram Charas from the possession of  three persons namely Bhupender Singh S/O Sh Mohan Singh R/O Mahog PO Kamalnagar Shimla Inder Singh S/O Partap SinghR/O Kamaltu PO Kayar Koti Shimla Manoj Kumar S/O Sh Mast ram R/O Tali PO Chanair Tehsil Theog. Case is being investigating by HC Chaman I/O PS Dhalli.

2.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 104/19 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 05.11.2019 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Mahinder Singh S/o Sh. Dulat Ram R/o village Laget, P/o Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla alleged therein that today on 05.11.2019 a vehicle No. HP 16 2534 met with an accident at Badlog Kanchi in which one person namely Naresh Kumar S/o Om Prakesh R/o village Tatinala (Kot) P/o Chambi, Tehsil Chopal died on the spot. The Case is being investigated by HC Satish Kumar PS Chopal.

3.     A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 210/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 04.11.2019 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act on the ruka of ASI Suraj I/O PS Dhalli Shimla alleged therein that on 04.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Bhathakufar, then on secret information they recovered 12 Gram Chitta/ Heroin from the possession of one female. Case is being investigating by SI Surjeet I/O PS Dhalli.

Crime Report on, 04 November 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 125/19 has been registered at PS East Dated 04.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh.Tara Chand S/o Late Sh Purnu Ram R/o village Bohali, P/o Chalahal Tehsil and District Shimla alleged therein that today on 04.11.2019 a motorcycle No. HP 63A 5034 hit a person namely Harish due to this he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Anil I/o PS East.

2.   A GAMBLING: Case FIR No. 56/19 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 03.11.2019 U/S 13-3-67 on the rukka of SI Ravinder Lal SHO PS Kupvi alleged therein that on 03.11.2019 a person namely Roshan Lal S/o Roop Singh R/o VPO Chiyma Tehsil Kupvi District Shimla was playing gamble with stickers and recovered Rs 1100/- and 03 stickers from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Ravinder SHO PS Kupvi.

Crime Report on, 03 November 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 100/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri Dated 02.11.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Murat Ram S/O Lt Sh. Ram Dass R/o village & P/o Ganvi Tehsil Rampur District Shimla H.P. alleged therein that on 02.11.2019 Vehicle No.HP-92/TMP2019/141 Dustan met with an accident at Khatrina Ganvi in which Moti Ram S/O Lt Sh Bhimi Ram VPO Jaghori Teh Rampur Distt. Shimla Age 54 years died on the spot and 02 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Manoj Kumar I/O PP Jeori.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 67/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 02.11.2019 u/s 279,337,304 IPC on the statement of Sandeep Kumar S/O Kewal Ram R/O Vill. RinJat Teh. Nerwa against Gayan Singh S/O Sukh Ram R/O Vill. Bagna PO & Teh. Nerwa when he was coming from Kupvi in his car HP63D-8485 near Deiya he saw that  Bolero Camper has fell down to the road due to rash and negligence driving of Gayan Singh.in which  Bhup Singh S/O Hari Ram R/O Gianh VPO & Teh. Nerwa Distt. Shimla H.P and driver Gayan Singh died on the spot. The Case is Being investigated by ASI Mansa Ram I/O PS Nerwa.

3.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 189/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.11.2019 u/s 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of Inspector Brij Lal SHO PS Theog alleged therein that on 02.11.2019 during  patrolling along with staff at Thatal Nala he found 240 bottles of country liquor below a bridge . Case has been registered against unknown person. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Theog.

4.   During last 24 hours 12 Challaned without seat belt, 00 challan drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 15 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 22 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on, 02 November 2019

1.    A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 134/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 01.11.2019 U/S 13-3-61 public Gambling Act has been registered in this PS on the rukka of SHO PS Rohru along with police staff on 01.11.2019 during secret information 04 persons namely Pardeep Chauhan, Lalit Kumar, Ravi Kant, Sohan Lal Chauhan pprehended by them during playing gambling in public place near fire station pump house Rohru and recovered Rs 13,500 from the spot.  The Case is being investigated by SHO PS Rohru.

2.    A EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 135/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 01.11.2019 U/S 39(a)(i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of the SI Ram Sawroop I/O PS Rohru alleging therein that on dated He A/W staff  was on patrolling duty near meet market Rohru then on secret information they intercepted a person namely Raj Kumar S/O Barat Bahadur C/O shopkeeper Ramesh Chauhan Building near meet market Rohru and recovered 12 bottles of country Liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Ram Sawroop I/O PS Rohru.

3.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 136/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 01.11.19 U/S 21 ND & PS Act on the ruka of HC Amit I/O PP City Rohru  alleged therein that on 01.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty then they intercepted a person namely Sohel Khan S/O Sh. Jalil Khan R/O village Hasanpura Mohalla, PO & PS Kiratpur, Tehsil Nazibabad, Distt. Bijnour (UP) age 19 years and recovered 6.85 gram Heroin/Chitta from his possession. Case is being investigating by SI Jaswant Singh.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 188/19 has been registered at PS Theog today on 02.11.2019 U/S 279, 337, 338 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajesh Sood S/o Late Sh Gyan Chand Sood R/o Set No. 05 Type-04 Brock Hurst Chotta Shimla alleging therein  that on 01.11.2019 a motorcycle No. UP 21 BR 5485 collided with his vehicle No. HP 32A 2000 while he was going to Rampur. In this accident he and another two riders of motorcycle sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Theog.

5.    AN ACCIDENT:  Case FIR No. 61/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari today on 02.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Dhruv Kumar S/o Sh Heera Lal R/o village Lamba Jubbad P/o Lamba Jubbad P/o Danavali Tehsil Nankhari District Shimla alleged therein that on 01.11.2019 a vehicle No. HP 06A 5242 Pick up met with an accident in which he sustained injuries . The case is being investigated by ASI Chet Ram I/o PS Nankahari.

6.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 152/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 01.11.2019 U/S  279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Mast Ram S/o Sh Ram Dass R/o village Shil Parag PO Kareri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleged  therein that on 01.11.2019 a car No HP/6TMP/2019/295 Alto K10 met with an accident  near Shil Parag  Deothi road in which two person sustained injuries. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of car driver namely Ramesh @Nitu R/O Soon. The Case is being investigating by HC Mohinder I/O PP Taklech

7.    During last 24 hours 17 Challaned without seat belt, 02 challan drunken driving, 18 without helmet, 15 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 04 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

1.  Accused Sohel Khan S/O Sh. Jalil Khan R/O village Hasanpura Mohalla, PO & PS Kiratpur, Tehsil Nazibabad, Distt. Bijnour (UP) age 19 years arrested in case FIR No. 136/19 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on 01.11.2019 , is being produced before Ld court on today.
