Crime Report on May 07, 2019

1.  Excise Act:- Case FIR No. 20/19 has been registered at PS Sunni on 06.05.2019 U/S 39(1)a HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Jai Dev PS Sunni alleging theirin that on 06.05.19 at 9.10 PM he along with staff was on patrolling at Mandholghat. On secret information he conducted a raid at Sanot, PO Junni and recovered (564 Bottles, 11 halves ,16 Quarters of COUNTRY LIQUOR ), (60 Bottles, 18 halves, 30 Quarters ENGLISH  LIQUOR ) and 216 Bottles BEERS from the possession of Jai Kumar S/o Sh. Leeladhar R/o Behli Shaab, PO Sojha, Tehsil Nihri, Distt Mandi, HP . Case is being investigated by SI Jai Dev SHO PS Sunni.

2.    ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 83/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 07.05.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bittu S/o Sh. Chandia Ram R/o Village & PO Maori, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP  alleging therein that on 06.05.2019 at about 09-05 PM, he parked his Alto Maruti car No. HP01A-6526 at Bhatakuffar and just an another car No. HP 07C-9700 hit his above car driven by Sahil S/o Sh. Santosh R/o Vill. Bagahal, PO Galeha, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, HP.  The case is being investigated by SI Kesar Singh, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.

3.    ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 51/19 has been registered at PS East on 06.05.2019 U/S 279 304A IPC on the Rukka of HC Pramod I/O PP Kasumpti, alleging therein that an Alto Car No. HP 09C-5356 rolled down from the road at about 300 meters at near Chailly Junga Road and found that a person namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Shyam Singh R/o Village Dhalyana, PO Junga, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP and declared brought dead by the doctor at IGMC.  The case is being investigated by HC Pramod I/O PP Kasumpti, PS East, Shimla.

4.    ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 105/19 has been registered at PS West on 07.05.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vishal Thakur S/o Sh. Satish Thakur R/o Village Sahthar, PO Hawan, Tehsil Rajgarh, Distt Sirmour, HP alleging therein that on 06.05.19 he alongwith his friends Ajay and other 4 persons were come from his friend Dharmender’s Marriage Darlaghat as they reached near Shoghi, Bazar in his car No. HP11-4413 Ajay lost his control over the car and rolled down from the road. In this accident five persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rajender I/O PS West, Shimla.

Crime Report on 6th May 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.46/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 05.05.2019 U/S 39(i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ranjeet Singh SHO PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 05.05.2019 during patrolling at Devidhar, Dodsa he recovered 06 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Roshan Lal S/o Sh Karam Singh R/o village Jhalvari P/o Chirgaon District Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Ranjeet Singh SHO PS Chirgaon.

2.   During last 24 hours vehicles 342 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 184. 11 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

Crime Report on May 05, 2019

1. A FOREST ACT : Case FIR No. 82/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 05.04.19 U/S 379 IPC & 33 The Indian Forest Act on the complaint of Sh. Hira Lals Sharma A/P posted as B.O. in Forest Department, Forest Range Mashobra, Shimla alleging therein that ON 04.05.2019, Forest Guards- Panyali & Dhalli Beat reported him that on 04.05.2019, during patrolling they recovered illegal 6 scant and 1 slipper (logs) of Deodar from the land of a person namely Harish Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Dutt R/o Village Oddu, PO Mashobra, Tehsil & District Shimla. During enquiry Harish Kumar told them that he brought above timber from the  nalah in forest land for the renovation of his house.  The case is being investigated by ASI Inder Singh, I/C PP Mashobra, Shimla.    
2. PERSONATING A PUBLIC SERVANT: Case FIR No. 44/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 05.05.2019 U/S 419 170 506 IPC in which complainant stated that she is posted as Asstt. Engineer in Sub-Division No.-II, HPSEBL, Chirgaon. On 29.04.2019, some unknown lady has made a fake call on her mobile, who introduced himself as Sr. Executive from Electricity Head Office, Shimla and threatened her to transfer. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem  Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 75/19 has been registered at PS Theog today on 05.05.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Dayal R/o Village & PO Jiya, Tehsil Palampur, District Kangra A/P Driver in HRTC Bus, Rohru Unit alleging therein that today on 05.05.2019 at about 07-00 AM, he was on route duty from Shimla to Rohru in Bus no. HP10A-9717. At about 08-45 AM, as he reached at Bagda near Gajaidi Bypass, at the same time a white colour Alto Car No. HP09C-2442, driven by Nikka Ram, came rashly with negligent driving and hit with his bus, sustained injuries to five persons who were sit in the Alto car. The case is being investigated by SI Liaq Ram, I/O PS Theog.
4. Dring last 24 hours 518 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compouded = 246, 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act & fine realized Rs. 15,000/-. 

Crime Report on 4th May 2019

1.     AN UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY: Case FIR No.37/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 03.05.19 U/S143,427,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Mohmad Sadik S/o Late Sh Jamaldeen village Tapri P/o Gumma Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla alleging therein that on 03.05.2019 a person namely Mohamad Rafi along with some other persons gatherd near his house and abused him. They also threatened him with dire consequences.The case is being investigated by I/O PS Kotkhai.

2.     ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS : Case FIR No. 95/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 03.05.2019 U/S 336, & 3 PDP Act on the complaint of Sh Parveen Jinta working as Junior Engineer MC Office Shimla alleging therein that on  03.05.2019 during site visit he observed that Sh. Rakesh Ahuja S/o Sh. Madan Lal Ahuja R/o Hotel Broad View Sanjauli has damaged retaining wall of Lakkar Bazar Sanjauli road while he was constructing a building at Lakkar Bazar. The case is being investigated by I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

3.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 50/19 has been registered at PS East on 03.05.2019 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh Begjan Mehta S/o Sh Prem Chand Mehta R/o village Dharja P/o Khuni Tehsil Rampur District Shimla alleging therein that on 03.05.2019 a vehicle No. HP 03C 4623 hit his vehicle No. HP 06B 3437 at Nav Vihar and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by I/O PS East.

4.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 101/19 has been registered at PS West on 03.05.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh Munshi Lal R/o Virahimpur P/o Mahua tehsil& District Kanpur U.P A/P working as a Nayak at Military Hospital Jatog Cant Totu Shimla alleging therein that on 03.05.2019 when he was coming back from Annandale to Jatog cant in an Ambulane No. î02K007463H. When He reached near Totu suddenly a car No. HP 03C 5843 came rashly and collided with ambulance and a motorcycle also collided with above car. In this accident two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated I/o of PS West.

Crime Report on 3rd May 2019

1. ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR No. 79/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 02.05.2019 U/S 336, 337 IPC in which complainant alleging therein that on 02.05.2019 during horse ridding at Kuffri complainant felt down due to the negligence of the horse care taker. Due to this incident complainant sustained injuries .The case is being investigated by HC Yogesh I/O PS Dhalli Shimla.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 35/19 has been registered at PS Kotkahi on 02.05.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of SI Parmjeet Saini SHO PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 02.05.2019 a Bus No. HP63A 2821 and a Car No. HP 63A 2821 collided in which four persons sustained injuries.

Crime Report on May 01, 2019

A RIOTING: Case  94/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on dated 30.04.2019 U/S 341, 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajinder Gill R/o Shakti Niwas Chakkar alleging therein that on 30.04.2019 five persons namely Apsaar, Abhishek, Balpreet, Gopal and Dev beaten him brutally at Cart Road Shimla. The case is beibg investigated by I/O PS Sadar. 

2.   ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 50/19 has been registered atPS Rohru on 30.04.2019 U/S 353, 332, 506, 506, 34 IPC  on the complaint of Sh Bhagat Chand S/o Lt. Sh Karam Dass R/o VPO Seema Tehsil Rorhu District Shimla alleging therein that today on 30.04.2019 at 6:30 PM during driving a government vehicle HPPWD Department four persons beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar I/o PS Rohru.

3.   ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 51/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 30.04.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act on the statement of HHG Sunil Kumar at present posted at PS Rohru alleging therein that on 30.04.2019 a motorcycle NO. A/F met with an accident. In this accident one person namely Bittu Kumar S/o Sh. Twaru R/o Village & PO Andhreouthi, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla sustained injuriesThe case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar I/O PS Theog.

4.   ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 18/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 30.04.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Liaq Ram S/o Sh. Hisru Ram R/o Village Add & PO Danawali, Tehsil Nankhari, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 30.04.2019 when his mother get off from the HRTC Bus NO HP06A-6224 her foot crushed under the rear tyre of the above bus. The case is being investigated by ASI Chet Ram I/O PS Nankhari.
