Crime Report On March 06, 2018.

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 31/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.03.2017 U/S 39(1) A HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Vishesh Kumar I/C PP City Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that on 05/03/2018 at about 10:00 PM, during patrolling/Nakabandi alongwith staff near Samala Stadium Rohru, one Alto Car No. HP10B-1237 a/w three persons namely Heera Singh S/o Sh. Layak Ram R/O Bashla PO Arhal (driver), Jai Pal S/O Sh. Kalam Singh and Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagwan Singh R/O Bashla PO Arhal Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla stopped by them for checking and recovered 60 Bottles of Country liquor Marka Malta from the above vehicle under their possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Vishesh Kumar I/C PP City Rohru.
2. During last 24 hours 307 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 162 fine collected Rs. 72,500/- and 23 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2300/-.

2.    Accused Gulshan S/o Sh. Tara Chand R/o Village Gohach PO Kalbog Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 27 years arrested in case FIR No. 31/18 Dt. 03.03.18 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar, is remanded in police custody upto 06.03.2018, by the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on March 05, 2018

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 12/18 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 04.03.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Gurdev Singh, I/O PS Nerwa, Shimla alleging therein that on 04.03.2018, during patrolling alongwith staff towards Kaidi, one person namely Suresh S/o Sh. Sukh Ram R/o Village & PO Kaidi, Tehsil Nerwa, Distt. Shimla apprehended by them alongwith 12 Bottles of Country liquor marka Himachal Orange. The case is being investigated by ASI Gurdev Singh, I/O PS Nerwa.   

2.AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 30/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.03.2018 U/S 279 337, 304A IPC on the rukka of HC Ashish Kumar No. 58 I/O P.S Rohru alleging therein that on 04.03.2018 at about  08:30 PM,  one Maruti Car No. CH03A-7038 met with an accident at Kangranala near Bhalun Kainchi & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Saveen Kumar S/o Sh. Narender Singh Kaith R/o Village Shalawat PO Samarkot Tehsil Rohru, Shimla, age 35 years and died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish Kumar, I/O PS Rohru.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 42/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 04.03.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vikram Negi S/o Sh. Shankar Dass R/o Village Reoshal PO Sarahan Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, age 30 years alleging therein that he is deputed as ASI in Telecom Deptt. in ITBP HQ at Taradvi Shimla. On 04.03.2018, he was coming to Taradevi from Bhattakuffar in his Motorcycle No. HP06A-9548. At about 01-30 PM, when he reached near Shiv Mandir Panthaghati, at the same time a Bolero Jeet driven by Kailash Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Udham Lal Sharma R/o Chauhan Niwas Below Doctor Colony, Parimahal, Kasumpati Shimla came rashly with negligent driving and hit  his motorcycle, sustained injuries to him. The case  is being investigated by ASI Sukesh Kumar, I/O PS Dhalli.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 34/18 has been registered at PS Theog today on 05.03.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Inder Singh, I/O PS Theog alleging therein that today at about 07-15 PM, one Maruti Alto Car No. HP10A-8905 met with an accident near Village Palath and rolled down 300 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Dhani Ram. In this accident, two persons namely Dhani Ram S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Namana, PO Kyar Tehsil Theog, Shimla alongwith another person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PS Theog.   

5.   OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC SERVANT DURING PERFORMING DUTY: Case FIR No. 43/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 05.03.2018 U/S 186 332 323 504 506 IPC on the statement of HC Ram Kumar No. 129 A/P Posted at PP Sanjauli, Shimla, age 34 years stated therein that On 04.03.2018 at about 11-20 PM, he alongwith Const. Bhavnesh No. 1527 & HHG Lokender No. 2/6-52 (driver) was coming towards Sanjauli from PS Dhalli to check the police patrolling. When they reached at Dhalli Tunnel and saw that one person was creating nuisance in drunken condition and obstructed the traffic in the tunnel.  When they tried to remove him from the road, he started to abuse & scuffled with them. After the help of local peoples, they took him to IGMC Shimla for medical examination, where he again started to beat them in front of IGMC employees and obstructed them during performing their govt. duty. The case is being investigated by HC Naresh, I/O PP Sanjauli.

6.   WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 23/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.03.2018 U/S 341 323 504 506 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/o Sh. Ratti Ram R/o Village Rau Khaneri Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 04.03.2018 at about 08-30 AM, Mohan Lal alongwith his mother obstructed his way & started to abused him. They also beaten him brutally and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Narjeev, I/O PS Rampur.

7.   During last 24 hours 244 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 59 fine collected Rs. 26,300/-, 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1600/- and 01 Challan under Mining Act & Fine realized Rs. 7,000/-.

Crime Report on Mar. 04,2018

1.    An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 31/18 Dt. 03.03.18 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sadar has been registered on the rukka of HC Laiq Ram I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that on 03.03.2018 at about 04-15 PM, during traffic checking alongwith staff at Tarahall-Khula More near Lakkar Bazar, a vehicle No. HP63D-0407 (Scorpio) stopped by them for checking. During the search of vehicle, 14 Gram Heroin (Chitta) recovered from the dash board of above vehicle under the possession of driver Gulshan S/o Sh. Tara Chand R/o Village Gohach PO Kalbog Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 27 years. Accused has been arrested and case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram I/O PS Sadar. 

2.    A Burglary case FIR No. 30/18 dated 03-03-2018 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar Suman S/o Sh. GR Suman R/o Harisharnam Komely Bank Shimla alleging therein that he is  A-Class Govt. Contractor. In the intervening night of 02-03/03-2018  some unknown person has broken the lock of his office and stolen away Rs. 03-60/- kept in the almirah. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh I.O PS Sadar.

3.    A Burglary case FIR No. 15/18 dated 03-03-2018 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered at PS Nankhari  on the complaint of Sh. Nain Sukh S/o Lt. Sh. Bijlu Ram R/o Vill Daroti PO Danawli  Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla alleging therein that in between 01-03-2018 to 03-03-2018 some unknown person has entered in his house and stolen away Blanket, Presure Cooker, Glass etc. and cash Rs. 10,000/-. The case is being investigated by HC Devinder I.O PS Nankhari.

4.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 54/18 dated 03-03-2018 u/s 39(i) HP Excise Act has been registered at PS West on the rukka of SI Ram Nath I/C PP Jutog alleging therein that on 03-03-2018 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Jathia Devi. During patrolling he received a secret information and raided the the shop of Jagdish Chand S/o Late Sh. Bansi Ram R/o Vill Shilli Bagi PO Jathia Tehsil and Distt. Shimla and recovered10 bottles of country liquor Una No-1. The case is being investigated by SI Ram Nath I/C PP Jutog.

5.    An Accident case FIR No. 22/18 dated 04-03-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC & 197 MV act has been registered at PS Rampur on the statement of Smt Rekha Devi W/o Sh. Rakesh Kumar VPO Jahu Distt. Hamirpur stated therein that on 03-03-2018 she was going to her quarter Nogli alongwith her husband. At  about 08-30 PM when they reached near Nogli at the same time one vehicle came towards Duttnagar rashly and negligently and hit her and her husband and run away from the spot. In this accident they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kuldeep I.O PS Rampur.

6.    An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 41/18 dated 353,332,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on the complaint of Sh. Roop Singh ASI HRTC Dhalli alleging therein that he is posted as Asstt. Sub. Inspector in HRTC workshop Dhalli. On 03-03-2018 Bhagat Ram Conductor HRTC and other were playing gambling in the HRTC bus when he refused them don’t played gambling in the HRTC bus, Bhagat Ram alongwith other conductor starting abusing and beaten him. On this he called his son Kapil and asked to save him from the conductors. As Kapil reached at HRTC workshop and tried to save him they also beaten him with rods & sticks and also threatened with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by ASI Santosh Raj I.O PS Dhalli.

7.    An Accident case FIR No. 28/18 dated 04-03-2018 u/s 279,337IPC & 187 MV act has been registered at PS East on the complaint of Navedita Sharma D/o Sh. B.K Sharm R/o Sun Rise Cottage Hira Nagar Shimla alleging therein that today she alongwith his mother and driver Balak Ram were going to Bells Institute in vehicle No. HP03C-1450. At about 08-30 AM when they reached near Sarswati Vidya Mandir School Vikas Nagar one vehicle bearing No. Uk 07AU-9347 (Tata Safari) came rashly and negligently towards Panthaghati and collide with their vehicle and run away from the spot. In this incident they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Mahesh PP Kasumpti PS East.

8.    During last 24 hours 240 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 98 fine collected Rs. 42,300/- and 08 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 900/-.

Crime Report on March 03, 201/8

1.     A Wrongful restraint case FIR No. 13/18 dated 02-03-2018 u/s 341,323,504 IPC has been registered at PS Nankhari on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/o Pate SH. Gyan Chand R/o VPO Sholi Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla alleing therein that on 02-02-2018 at about 06-00 PM when he was going to Sholi at the same time one Sh. Jagdish S/o Palsh Ram R/o Dharagla PO Sholi obstructed his way and beaten him brutally.  The case is being investigated by HC Devinder I.O PS Nankhari.

2.     A Wrongful restraint case FIR No. 21/18 dated 02-03-2018 u/s 341,323,427 IPC has been registered at PS Chopal on the statement of Narinder S/o Anant Ram R/o near Lankra Vir temple, ward No. 7 NAC Chopal stated therein that when he was parking his vehicle near PWD rest house Chopal at the same time Rohit Kumar R/o H.No.  99 Roura Sector No. 02 Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur obstructed his way and beaten him with sticks and also broken his mobile. The case is being investigated by HC Ankush Rana I.O PS Chopal

3.     An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No 40/18 dated 3.3.18 U/S 452,353,332,34 IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram Conductor HRTC Dhalli alleging therein that today when he went to Dhalli HRTC Office to lodge status report to Sh. Roop Singh sub Inspector he started abusing him and called his son and others. Subsequently they beaten him brutally and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Santosh Raj I.O PS Dhalli.

4.     An Accident case FIR No 20/18 Dated 02-03-18 U/S 279,337,304A IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered at PS Rampur on the statement of Sh. Chetan Chauhan S/O Sh. Mohar Singh Chauhan Vill. Rajpura PO Bharawali  Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that on 02-03-2018 at about  3.40 PM one Trector came rashly and negligently and  hit three pedestrian. In this accident one person namely Raju died on the Spot. The case is being investigating by SI Luder Singh I.O PS Rampur. 

5.     An Accident case FIR No. 27/18 dated 03-03-2018 u/s 279,336,337 IPC  has been registered at PS East on the statement of Smt. Kiran Chankrola W/o Sh. Rakesh Chankrola R/o Vill Malthi PO Pujarli No. 03 Tehsil Rohru stated therein that one bus No. HP07-4000 hit him during turn the bus at Panthaghati due to rash and negligent driving of driver Rajinder Singh Kanwar S/o Laxmi Singh . The case is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram I.O PP Kasumpti.

6.     During last 24 hours 119 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 43 fine realized Rs. 19,200/- and 07 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 700/-.

Fire incident.

                        On 02-03-2018 night a fire incident took place in the village of Dogri near Dodra Kwar. In this incident 1) Shish Pal S/o Amar Singh lost his 25 sheeps & 2 room alongwith kitchen 2) Bir Singh S/o Amar Singh lost his 15 sheeps & 02 rooms alongwith kitchen 3) Shavan Kumar S/o Bhawan Singh lost his 40 sheeps, 02 oxes, 01 cow & 01 calf 4) Vedesh S/o Bhawan Singh lost his 45 sheeps, 02 oxes, 01 cow & 01 calf 5) Joginder S/o Bhawani Singh lost his 36 sheeps, 01 cow, 01 ox,01 calf & 02 rooms alongwith  Kuthar. The fire incident occurred due to electric short circuit.

Crime Report on March 02, 2018

1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 11/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01.03.2018 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Deepak Kumar No. 03, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.03.2018 at about 05-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Devi Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Meer Sukh R/o Village Jheltwari PO Khabal Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 37 years intercepted by them near Kuradi Garh and recovered 17 Gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak Kumar No. 03, I/O PS Chirgaon.

2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 49/18 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar today on 02.03.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ram Pal, I/O PS Shimla Sadar, alleging therein that today on 02.03.2018 at about 11-15 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff one person namely Goldy S/o Sh. Sadak Ram R/o New Line Labour Hostel Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 37 years, apprehended by them at Ganj Bazar Shimla and recovered 10 Bottles of illegal Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Pal, I/O PS Sadar.

3.    A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 12/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01.03.2018 U/S 4-3-67 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HHC Shishi Ram, I/O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 01.03.2018 at about 05-40 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, four persons namely Ami Chand, Hisukh, Guddu & Shrikant apprehended by them during playing gambling with cards and recovered Rs. 5500/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram, I/O PS Chirgaon.

4.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 10/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01.03.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Ghanshyam  R/o Village Raravankhera PS Joginder Nagar District Mandi stated therein that on 01.03.2018 at about 04-50 PM, while he was reached near Forest Rest house, Mandali in his Motorcycle No. HP29A-1790, at the same time one Pick-Up No. HP 52(T)-2363, driven by Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Kundan lal R/o Village Matwani PO Chilala, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, came rashly with negligent driving and hit his Motorcycle. In this accident, he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Pawan Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon.

5. During last 24 hours 477 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 169 fine realized Rs. 56,300/- and 02 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 200/-.

Crime Report on March 01, 2018

1.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 12/18 has been registered at PS Sunni, Shimla on  28.02.2018 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the  rukka of HC Vinod Kumar, I/O PS Sunni, Shimla alleging therein that on 28.02.2018 at about 03-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Bihari Lal S/o Lt. Shri Ram R/o Village & PO Sangholi Tehsil Bachhrawan District Rai Bareli, Uttar Pradesh, age 50 years A/P residing as tenant C/o Sh. Sadhu Ram R/o Village Gharyana PO & Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla intercepted by them at Gungali Nala and recovered 41 Gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Vinod Kumar, I/O PS Sunni.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 38/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 01.03.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Deepak Sharma S/o Sh. Dharmender Sharma R/o Village Neen PO Koti Sub-Tehsil Junga, District Shimla, age 19 years stated therein that on 28.02.2018, he alongwith his friends Sachin, Rahul & Sagar were going to home from Shimla in Alto K-10 car No. HP52B-3430. At about 06-45 PM, as they reached near Kanhog, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligence driving of Rahul S/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Village Neen, PO Koti, Shimla, sustained injuries to them.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 28/18 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 01.03.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chhabhu S/o Sh. Shyam Singh R/o Village Khairiya PO Sohaan Tehsil Naina Devi District Bilaspur, HP, age 25 years C/o Anil Chauhan S/o Sh. Hardev Chauhan R/o Amar Estate Rohru, Shimla stated therein that he is working as L&T Operator for the last 9 months with Anil Chauhan. On 28.02.2018 at about 06-30 PM, after finishing the work in Pujarli No. 4, he alongwith Sudhir & Suraj was going back to Rohru in Tipper No. HP63-8951, driven by Sunder. When the reached near Tangri Nala, above Tipper met with an accident and rolled down 100 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sunder Lal, sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by HC Rajedner Singh, I/O PP Tikker.   

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 32/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 28.02.2018 U/S 28.02.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Brij Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Shondu Ram R/o Village Dokhari PO Jarol Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla, age 42 years stated therein that on 28.02.2018 at about 04-30 PM, he alongwith Arjun (owner of vehicle) & Vinod Kumar was going towards Jarol in vehicle No. HP06-4326 driven by Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Diwan Chand R/o Village Bagail PO & Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla. On the way, vehicle owner Arjun deboarded from the vehicle at Tikker, whereas he alongwith Sudhir were on the way to Jarol. At about 06-00 PM, as they reached near Jarol, above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down 120/125 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Vinod Kumar, sustained injuries to them.  The case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kurma, I/O PS Kumarsain.

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 29/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 01.03.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC & 184 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Ashwani Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Nehra PO Bahali Tehsil & PS Rampur, Shimla, age 28 years  alleging therein that today on 01.03.2018 at about 09-00 AM, he was travelling towards Rohru in Private Bus No. HP06B-1612 (Nadda Coach). About 33 passengers were travelling in this bus. At about 10-15 AM, when they reached near Bhaloon Kainchi, above Bus met with an accident & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Pradeep Negi. In this accident, 33 passengers sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shanti Swaroop Singh, I/O PS Rohru.

6.    A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 26/18 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 28.02.2018 U/S 341 323 504 IPC on the report of Sh. Vikrant S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Bashara PO Kartot Tehsil Rampur District Shimla, HP, age 34 years alleging therein that on 27.02.2018 at about 09-00 PM, he was wrongfully restrained & beaten brutally by Prem Singh S/o Sh. Maan Dass R/o Village Bashara, PO Kartot, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla when he was on the way to his home. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Jhakri.

7.    A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 53/18 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 28.02.2018 U/S 147 148 149 323 504 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Shivam Sharma S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o Village Chamakri, Tehsil Arki District Shimla, age 19 years A/P Student of BA 4^th Semester, Govt. Degree College Kotkhera, Shimla stated therein that when he alongwith his friends namely Nitesh, Rahul, Ajay, Dinesh & Manoj, was present at Chaura Maidan, Shimla, at the same time activists of SFI organization namely Krantiveer Singh, Deepanshu, Vipin Sharma, Suraj Kashyap, Vineet Shandil, Anmol, Himanshu Barsanta &  Ajay etc. came there with wooden rods & Darat and caught his friend Nitesh Kumar from neck. They started to abuse & beaten them brutally, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay Kumar, I/O PS Shimla West.

8. During last 24 hours 291 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 154 fine realized Rs. 61,200/-, 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,100/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act & fine realized Rs. 3,000/-

1.  Accused i) Subhash S/o Sh. Suresh Vill Bhaila PO Cheog Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla and ii) Rohit S/o Jai Dyal R/o Vill Bhaldi PO Balag Tehsil Theog arrested in case FIR No. 32/18 u/s 379 IPC and 32,33 IF Act at PS Theog, are further remanded in Police custody upto 03.03.2018, by the Ld. Court.

2. Accused Bihari Lal S/o Lt. Shri Ram R/o Village & PO Sangholi Tehsil Bachhrawan District Rai Bareli, Uttar Pradesh, age 50 years A/P residing as tenant C/o Sh. Sadhu Ram R/o Village Gharyana PO & Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 12/18 Dt. 28.02.2018 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sunni, released on bail by the Ld. Court.  

3.    Accused Rajat Bhalla S/o Sh. Ravidner Bhalla R/o Village & PO Jubberhatti Tehsil & District Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 41/18 Dt. 16.02.2018 U/S U/S 307 201 452 504 506 34 IPC at PS Shimla West, today remanded in Judicial custody by the Ld. Court.

4.  Accused i) Sunder Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Ram Dass R/o Village & PO Jhagori Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, HP & ii) Chater Singh S/o Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Village & PO Jhagori Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 19/18 Dt. U/S 379, 34 IPC, 41, 42 The Indian Forest Act & 181, 192, 196 MV Act at PS Jhakri, are remanded in Judicial Custody by the Ld. Court.

5.  Accused Parwej Akhtar S/o Mohd. Iqbal R/o Village Katli PO & PS Vani District Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, age 22 years, arrested in case FIR No. 36/18 Dt. 23.02.2018 U/S 279, 337 IPC & added Sec. 379 IPC at PS Dhalli, is remanded in Police custody upto 03.03.2018, by the Ld. Court.

6.    Accused Dev raj @ Dev Kumar S/o Sh. Dev Dutt R/o Vill.  Shilli Baghi, P.O. JathiyaDevi Teh & Distt Shimla, age  37  years, arrested today in case FIR No. 56/17 Dt.  19.04.2017 U/S 420, 120B IPC at PS West, is remanded in Police custody upto 03.03.2018.
